Rainbow Dash's Secret

Twilight woke up at 11:00 AM sharp. Then she zoomed out of the castle not bothering to brush her mane or tail. She landed at Dash's house and knocked on her door with excitement. This time Rainbow answered the door and opened with to see a smiling Twilight standing on her doorstep.

"HI Rainbow!" Twilight said.

"Hi Twi." Rainbow replied.

"Twilight,follow me" Rainbow said with a wave of her left front hoof.

"Ok!" Twilight said before realizing that it must be serious.

Rainbow opened her wings and flew to a grassy spot on the outskirts of Ponyville,Twilight followed Rainbow and landed beside her.

"Twilight....There is something I really need to tell you" Rainbow said with a slight sob in her voice.

"What is it Rainbow??" Twilight said with concern.

Rainbow sighed and told Twilight the story of her parents death and had a flashback in her mind. "Daddy! The young Dashie said. What is it pumpkin? Her dad replied. "Mommy hasn't come back from the store and it's been 5 hours!" Dashie said. "I'll go check on her,you stay here." Her dad said. "Ok." Dashie replied. Then watched her father launch into the sky.

So then Dashie waited,and waited,and waited for almost 12 hours! Then she saw a stallion pegasus wearing a police uniform enter the house and see her. "I'm sorry to tell you this but your parents died in a flight crash." The stallion said. "Tomorrow you will be escorted to live in a town called Ponyville. "Ok..." Was all Dashie could say. Then the stallion left and Dashie layed down on the floor then started sobbing and crying but in her mind all  she thought was "Tomorrow is my birthday." Rainbow zoomed back to reality and saw Twilight with tears in her eyes.

"I'm so sorry Rainbow" Twilight said.Then Twilight hugged Rainbow. Dash smiled and hugged back.
