One thousand years ago, in the magical land of Equestria, Two sisters ruled the land. One day, they saw that their nation had become broken, and unhappy. The younger wanted to change this for the better, while the older one saw that there was nothing that could be done. The bitterness in the young one's heart caused her to take drastic measures, which was not only to try and overthrow her sister, but was to amass an army to do so. One thousand years later in modern day Equestria is where it all starts, a war brought on several generations later to take revenge on the older sister that looked away from the needs of her ponies.
