Pinkie Pie is a woman of many talents, but she's especially well known for her ability to inspire happiness, laughter, and partying. Moreover, her cooking and baking skills are second to none; her often unusual, borderline outlandish yet equally delicious confectioneries and dishes furthering her notoriety throughout the land.

Spike, like everyone else, is well aware of this, and gets a full reminder when Twilight volunteers him to help Pinkie with a large order of sweets she needs to complete before the weekend. Although the strapping young man thoroughly enjoys the culinary arts, he would rather have agreed on his own volition, especially since it was his day off. For his troubles, Pinkie decides to show Spike just how fun baking with her can actually be.
