Fluttershy's Flight Camp Accident

       It was the biggest day of Fluttershy's life at Cloudsdale's Flight Camp. She knew that if she messed up this time, then she would never graduate ."Okay Miss Fluttershy, it's your turn now." The instructor said to Fluttershy sweetly. Mrs. Flare had always been Fluttershy's favorite teacher.

"Come on Flutters, you can do this!" Fluttershy immediately recognized that high pitched and raspy voice to belong to Rainbow Dash, one of her only friends at the camp.

"Okay Fluttershy, you can do this!" Fluttershy thought to herself as she approached the starting line of the course. Fluttershy looked back at the instructor waiting for the go to start, and upon getting a nod of approval, she started flapping her wings and slowly began to levitate off the cloud.

Fluttershy had successfully made it halfway through the course with only one mistake, but where she was heading in the course next was going to be the hardest, the weather control.

        "Okay Fluttershy, all you have to do is get through this storm section without mistake, and the rest is a breeze!"

   However, only a quarter of the way through the 'storm' she flew into a storm cloud that struck her with lighting, causing her to plummet toward the cloud-ground below.

"FLUTTERSHY!!" Rainbow yelled as she flew up to catch Fluttershy, but missed.

  Fluttershy woke up in the camp hospital, and she immediately felt pain surge through her right wing and front right hoof. Suddenly there was hoof steps coming toward her bed.

"Fluttershy?"

"Yes, Rainbow Dash?"

"I'm sorry this happened to you, and that I couldn't catch you in time."

"Rainbow.." Fluttershy said sitting up,"..You couldn't have caught me, you know that, I'm bigger than you and if you had caught me, then you would have be hurt too!" Rainbow only stared at her with a sad look on her face.

"Rainbow Dash?"

"Yes?"

"I've been thinking.."

"What about?"

"I failed to many times here, I have decided to leave."

"FLUTTERSHY NO! You can still succed-"

"NO I CAN"T!....[sigh] Rainbow Dash, face facts I am not a good flier. Even when I COULD fly, I was the slowest in the entire group, and I never told you but the reason I am bigger than most pegasi here.. is because... I failed this grade two years in a ROW!" Rainbow could only stare at her friend in disbelief.

"When the doctor allows me to leave here, I am going to pack for Ponyville, you are welcome to join me, but I understand if you don't, with your Wonderbolt training and all, you have three days to decide."

            "Still no answer, well I can't keep waiting, I guess i'll head out." Fluttershy said sadly as she walked toward the door and opened it, immediately jumping back seeing Rainbow Dash standing there.

"Hey Fluttershy, you ready to go?"

"YOUR COMING!!!?"

"Yeah, I notified the school this morning." Rainbow said. Fluttershy hugged Rainbow, happy to have somepony she knew with her.

   "Well, we should probably get going." Rainbow said

"Yeah." Fluttershy replied as the to began walking toward the hot air balloon Fluttershy rented, since she still couldn't fly due to her broken wing. Although she had made a major recovery, with only having a sprained hoof, and her wing was broken but it was carefully wrapped in bandages.

When they arrived in Ponyville, the two found their new homes, then went to sign in to their new school. But when they got there they found something that made them both extremely noticeable, no pegasi.
