//-------------------------------------------------------// The Story of -F ~ Yellow Coats Game -by Serket808- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// ~The Prolouge~ //-------------------------------------------------------// ~The Prolouge~ 2 1/2 Months after The Prom... A large a group of Shadowbolts jocks bashed in the door of the Crystal Prep Academy building. The jocks were high fiveing eachother, shouting 'Yo bro sick game!' And passing a football between them all. "Dean, you were totally dominated!" Hanson, who has pale white skin and orange hair, shouted, knuddging his friend in ten stomach. "Yeah, because you cheated dude!" Dean laughed in defence. "I know you can't stick snails on the football." "It landed on your face!" Trenderhoof, another man in the crowd laughed. Thought at times he was fancy and he prefered writing, he was always on for football. "It got like twenty likes on Mystable." Sami Polomare, Suri Polomares twin brother, pointed out, showing his friends his phone. Dean, Hanson, and Trenderhoof all laughed. Trenderhoof stopped when her sare someone in a Yellow Coat and a purple neckalce that looked like a compass slip in to the abandoned office of Twilight Sparkle. Nobody had been there sence she committed suicide in her own car. Some pictures were stolen from there, but quickly returned. Trenderhoofs mind filler with shock. Maybe I could write about what's in there, he thought, eager to write a grand paper before his collage started. It was near the middle of August, and his time to write was slowly ticking away. "I'll catch up with you guys later." Trenderhoof told his friend, beginning to sit on a bench. "Okay," Dean nodded. "Hey! Race you Sami and Hanson!" Sami and Hanson began to sprint down the hall after Dean, laughing and screaming like children. They had rented the football yard out for the afternoon, and many students came to train for The Friendship Games, which were in less then a week. Trenderhoof stood up and creaked the door opened into the office. The person in the Yellow Coat wasn't there. He thought he had just seen it. He flashed the lights on and walked over to a huge bulton bored she had. It was a huge Rainbow in one photo, a picture of a stage with 3 dragon looking tails, and a broken ruby. Burried under these, dead picutures of some people who were murdered months ago. And in the end, a rope connected all the photos to a huge picture of Canterlot High. The rival school they beat every year. He looked at the photos in suprise. Then he picked a book up and began to read it. The words were Twilights deepest secrets. Or Canterlot High. He couldn't help but think, What's wrong with this school? What is this? What are these pictures? He got deeper and sare some letters. From Noah's Dawn, a mental place. "Sugar Coat, Indigo..." He looked at what he had found out about his girlfriend and her friend. Then he felt metal on his neck. A pistol was put to his neck. He looked up to a little mirror. And sare the face of the person in the Yellow Coat. He remained speechless. He had relized he made then biggest mistake of his life. He had just found things out he can't forget, and done something he can only regret. Yellow Coat pulled the trigger. //-------------------------------------------------------// Flash Backs //-------------------------------------------------------// Flash Backs "No..." Sunset nodded, grabbing a baseball bat. "No no no no no no no no no!" She grabbed the bat and put it over her sholder. She then swung it at the computer that had just thrown blood all over her. It smashed into millions of pieces. The glass slowly cracked and crashed onto the floor. Sunset stepped back and took many deep breaths. "This is all impossible. Guys, we killed F. I did." Rarity reminded them, shivering a little bit. "What if F had another henchmen that wasn't Sunset?" Scootaloo suggested, her hands full with wet clothes she handed to Adagio and Sunset. Adagio wipped her face. "What, like F.05?" Aria giggled. Scootaloo glared at her, and that shut her up. "No, what if this person killed... well whoever was killed at CPA." "Trenderhoof." Adagio corrected her, putting her hair into a bun. "And it was a person in a Yellow Coat." "Huh?" Everyone but Aria asked. "When I was in the bathroom, I was showering and all of a sudden, the fan went off and the room became steamy. I didn't notice anything until I heard that squeak noise you here when you write on the wet mirror. So I looked out, and sare someone in a Yellow Coat walling away. Then, I tasted metal. I looked up and it wasent water coming out of the shower, it was blood. I jumped out immediately and looked on the mirror. There was a message. Remember me? You killed me. I'm everywhere. -YC." "YC. Yellow Coat?" Scootaloo squinted as if she was trying to see something. "Yellow Coat..." Aria whispered, looking down at the floor. "What?" Rarity asked, staring at her. "My human counterpart visited me in jail... in a Yellow Coat." Aria stared at them. "Twilight and my Human counterpart were best friends. What if Twilight pretended to be me..." "And leared her onto the F boat." Sunset grabbed her bag. "Rarity, to your boutique." "Why?" She asked, grabbing Arias arm. "Aria needs to look just like her human counterpart." She smirked. * * * "I'm going to die!" Sonata screamed, getting onto her feet, preparing to roller skate. "I'm going to die!!!" "Calm down!" Sweetie Belle, who was there to help, assured. "You haven't even gone a foot." "What if I crack my head open?" The Siren worried, bringing her hands to her face. "What if I break my arm?" "Elbow pads," Applebloom, who was also helping, told her. "And you've got a helmet too." Sonata ignored that. "I litterly am gonna die!" "Calm down. You can do this." Sweetie Belle nodded at Applebloom, and they pushed her. Sonata let out a shriek as she rolled towards the finish line. She bent her legs and put her hands to her face. This is how I die... she told herself. Sonata didn't even pay attention until she relized she was doing it, skating. She removed he hands from her face and smiled. She was doing it. Her arms shot in the air. "Yes!" "Now turn to a stop!" Sweetie Belle shouted, waving a CHS flag in the air. Sonata turned on her skates. But that's when Sonata relized, she had lost a wheel and she wasn't stopping. Even better, if she kept going she would crash into the fence. The fence was rusty, and weak, so she wouldn't even stop there. She would go into the street, where there were cars riding everywhere. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" She screamed, trying to fall down. "What do we do?" Sweetie Belle screamed. Applebloom jumped over the rails on the bleachers and began to run. She grabbed a bow and arrow and knoched the arrow. She lifted it to her chin and aimed it to Sonatas skate. As she let go of the arrow, Sweetie Belle hit the bow, sending the arrow in another direction. Towards the window. The window shattered and screams were heard. Sonata got to the rusty fence and put her hands to her face as she broke past the fence into the street. She felt the rust cut her chin deeply. Her skates finally stopped. But she was already in the street. She watched in horror as a car pulled towards her. The headlights came closer as Sonatas scream pitched. She heard footsteps and then someone jump at her, knocking her onto the other side of the street. She looked up at the girl. She'd never met her before. She had pail tan skin, long silky red hair. The girl quickly helped her too her feet. "Are you okay?" She asked cautiously. * * * "Applebloom, what are we doing?" Sweetie Belle asked, as she stepped over twigs in a forest Applebloom had dragged her in. As Applebloom didn't speak, Sweetie became unpatient. She ripped her arm from Appleblooms hand and shouted, "Applebloom!" "I sare someone, in a Yellow Coat!" She replied with Appleblooms anger. Sweetie Belles face became bored. "Okay. So let's follow it?" "A wheel doesn't come off a skate like-" Applebloom was inturuppted by an arrow flying into a tree, not even inches from there face. Shortly after, this was followed by another arrow. "Go to the fence!" Sweetie Belle yelled, running towards the fence. Applebloom quickly followed, running towards the rusty fence. The arrows continued to fire, and they missed the two by millimeters. The part of the rusty fence they were near didn't have any open spaces to climb threw, unlike the other spots. Sweetie Belle and Applebloom realized this right as they got there. Applebloom shook the fence many times. "Crap were locked in!" An arrow was shot, and it hit the fence then bounced off. Sweetie Belle stared at it. "Then we climb it." Applebloom looked at the top, where there was barb wire. "No way." "Would you rather get a tiny cut or be pierced with an arrow?" Sweetie Belle asked, putting her foot on the fence and her hands in it. "Fair." Applebloom then did the same, and began to climb it. The arrows kept fireing, one almost hitting Sweetie Belles foot. The two got to the top, which is when second thoughts began to float in. Sweetie Belle didn't listen to her thoughts, or her common sense. She gripped the barb wire. She shrieked and released her hand immediately. The pointy part had digged very deep into her skin. "Hurry!" Applebloom demanded, as twice as many arrows fired. Sweetie Belle nodded as she stood on her feet and jumped over the bard wire. Applebloom did the same. As Sweetie Belle hit the grass, a sigh of relief filled her. The relief shortly died as Applebloom shrieked. She sat up and looked at Applebloom. She had gotten cut on her ankle. Sweetie Belle was speechless. "Who was that?" "Two words," Applebloom and Sweetie Belle looked up and sare Scootaloo. "F's. Back." * * * The girl who had basically saved Sonatas life had tooken her into the nurse. She'd gotten some rubbing alcohol and some bandages out for the scratch she'd gotten on her cheek. She took a cotton ball and dumped the rubbing alcohol on it. "Stay still, this stings," she said. Sonata bit her lip as the cotton ball stung her. But she let her do it, because this girl was being... really sweet. "I'm Sonata." Sonata introduced, feeling nervous. "Vivia." Vivia replied, sealing the rubbing alcohol bottle and getting up to put it away. "Lots of V's and I's." Sonata joked, as Vivia turned away and put the bottle away. She reached for a bottle, not responding. "Hello? I said lots of V's and I's." Vivia still didn't anwser, instead she reached for bandages. "Hello?" She screamed again. Vivia finally turned back around, two bandages in her hand. "Do you do Hello Kitty or..." she read the lable. "Bob the builder?" "You completely just ignored my statement. That's not cool." Sonata crossed her arms. "Sorry. I forgot to tell you I'm deaf." She pointed to her ears. "I can't hear you." "Then how do you know what I'm saying?" Sonata asked. Vivia giggled. "I can read lips." "That's so cool! Can you teach me?" She nodded. "No. Sorry. So, I'm going to guess your a Hello Kitty kind of girl?" Sonata nodded. "Yeah." Vivia took a big bandage with Hello Kitty on it and stuck in on Sonatas check. "Your good to go." "Thanks," Sonata responded, standing up. "For everything, saving my life. "No problem." Vivia said. "Hey, if I can say, why do you look so familiar?" "News, a few months ago. I was kidnapped and framed for murder." Sonata shivered at the memories. "Oh, yikes. That must have sucked." Vivia replied, clearly one who was really honest. "Yeah." Sonata agreed. "You also got shot in the stomach." Vivia asked. Sonata remembered, Flash shot her, then he got shot. That's when the memory flowed back into her, the memory of Flash's car being driven away. When Flash was already dead. Someone was with him, why haden't she noticed this until now? "Yeah." Sonata replied, her thoughts elsewhere. "Look Vivia, I gotta go find my sisters, but we should totally hang out sometimes." "Sure, see you around Sonata," Vivia stated, sitting down in the room. As Sonata left the room, she took of in a sprint down the halls to tell her sisters what she had remembered. * * * "What do you mean F's back?" Appleblooms yelled at the girls with anger. She felt her leg, hoping the blood wouldn't continue to drip. "Is it that difficult to inturuppt?" Adagio asked, grabbing napkins for Sweetie Belle and Appleblooms cuts. "This can't be happening." Sweetie Belle said. She then whispered, "we burried Twilight." "Is she ready?" Scootaloo shouted to Sunset and Rarity, who worked to make Aria looked like her Human Counterpart. "Almost!" Sunset replied. "What if Twilight had another henchmen that isn't Sunset?" Applejack suggested, cleaning Appleblooms cut. "What did you two do?" "Run for our damn life's from Yellow Coat." Sweetie Belle told them. "We climbed a fence that had barb wire." Applebloom summed up. Scootaloo sighed. "Last time we did that, I almost cracked my head open." "Yeah, because you had a black veil over your head." Applebloom said. "Guys!" Sonata screamed as she broke threw the doors. "I just realized Flash wasn't alone when Adagio killed him!" "Someone drove his car away? I knew that," Adagio told them as if nothing was a matter with that statement. "And you said nothing!" Applejack screamed, not even letting a moment of silence slip by. "Well I didn't think it was important." Adagio explained, smiling. "Done!" Rarity shouted, dragging Aria. "New and improved." Aria looked angrey. She had purple boots, a purple dress, a black leather jacket, and flowing curls. Adagio snickered at her having Twilight Sparkle glasses. "Extended hair." Rarity exclaimed. "This is what she looks like in the latest photo on MySpace." "I'm speechless." Sonata stuttered. "Sonata, why is Hello Kitty plastered on your face?" Aria asked, stepping forward. "Flash wasn't alone when he was killed." Applebloom informed, showing no emotion. "What!" Rarity yelled. "I remember someone driving away, that's all I could recall." Adagio watched as someone easdropping at the door. It was a familiar girl. She silently gasped as Adagio sare her, and she moved away. "Sneaky bastard," she mumbled to herself. "Someone's easdropping." "Huh?" Rarity looked over to the door. Adagio got up and ran to the door. She looked both ways to see the girl walking towards the exsit. "Hey!" She shouted in stress. Then her name popped into her head from earlier in the day. "Lemon Zest!" Lemon Zest began to walk quicker before breaking into a full sprint. Adagio did the same. Lemon Zest clearly had a way of getting around the school because she knew every turn and move. Adagio finally caught up and grabbed her sholder. Lemon Zest quickly turned around and hit her. Adagio focused again and grabbed her arm. "Stop and talk!" Adagio demanded. "What the hell are you doing!" Adagio and Lemon turned there heads and sare Indigo and Sugarcoat. "She was easdropping. She knows something!" Adagio yelled, her heart getting an embarrassing feeling. "Adagio! She doesn't know anything." Sugarcoat corrected. "Except you killed Flash you bitch!" Lemon Zest shrieked. Adagio looked at Sugarcoat, who already knew but didn't believe it. And Indigo, for the first time in her life looked confused. "No!" Adagio lied, knowing she knew the truth. "I was kidnapped." "I sare you!" She was now crying. "I sare you kill him!" "The hell is that suppose to mean?" Sugarcoat asked. "Put her down Dazzle or I will kick your ass." Indigo comanded. Adagio did as told, letting go of Lemon Zest. The girl gasped for air, leaning on the lockers. "You..." she gasped. "You bitch." "How did you know I killed him!" Adagio raised her voice, feeling guilty. "I was with him." She confessed. "Why?" Indigo asked, hitting the lockers. "Because of... you!" She finally screamed, catching her breath. Indigo laughed. "Me?" "You wouldn't let me be with him! I loved him! So one day, we ditched school and he picked me up. We went to a place where we were alone! And for a few minutes I was happy!" She now had tears streaming down her face. "And then I heard gunshots! And he got out of the car with a gun and told me to not move, then I sare you kill him! I was so mad! I drove away to a ditch and stayed there for a week." "I'm so sorry! He was going to kill my sister! My sister!" "I'm could give less shits about your sister Adagio!" "Why would you hide this!" Sugarcoat yelled, her anger exploding. "Because that's not the only dark deed I've done!" Lemon shouted. Everyone went silent. "What do you mean?" Indigo asked. "I knew you were dating Sunset. So one day, I thought she escaped. I sare her, and then there was one of those pool scoopers. I took it, and waked her in the head. Then I realized it wasn't her, and I had killed an innocent person." "You killed Spitfire?" Sugarcoat asked, staring at Adagio. "We had to keep secret from her?" "Who is the person in the Purple Veil?" Adagio demanded. "Who've been spying on me?" Lemon Zest looked at her. "Candy." "Candy?" Adagio sighed. "Who's Candy?" "Sugarcoat?" Lemon Zest stood up and crossed her arms. "I don't know." Sugarcoat stuttered. "Who's Candy?" Indigo asked, looking as if she'd get physical. "I don't know!" "Holy..." Indigo paused in frustration. Lemon Zest stood there, a smirk on her face. "You're Yellow Coat, right?" Adagio said, anger in her eyes. Lemon Zest became confused. "Who now?" "Don't play dumb." Adagio demanded. "I sare the person in the Yellow Coat too." Indigo and Sugarcoat said in sync. "The tried to us two over and Sunny Flare. She dislocated her arm." Sugarcoat finished. "Guys, your my friends. I wouldn't try to hurt you. I just wanted to get revenge on shit head hear, and clearly I failed." Lemon Zest said. "Lemon, your not the same person I knew a hour ago. I can't trust you." "I know everything about you. Indigo. Even Rainbow." "Can we all keep quite and try to find out who this sycophantic bitch trying to kill us is?" Indigo tried to deal. "Fine." Lemon Zest walked by Adagio and stopped. "But I still hate you." She whispered. * * * Aria became frozen as she stared at the Crystal Prep academic building. The last time she'd been there, all hell broke loose. And she was positive it would happen again. She felt Raritys hand on her sholder, and she quickly turned around. "You don't have to do this alone." She acknowledged, removing her hand. Aria shook her head. "Yeah, I do." She dug into her purse. "You should leave, I'll be here for a long time. And plus... ugh never mind." "No what?" Rarity asked, standing in her small pose. "I can't ride home with you." Aria stated, turning around, blushing. She gave a confused looked and the demanded, "Why?" Aria gulped. She looked down and let a sigh out, knowing this would come back to bite her. "Because everytime I look at you..." she took a deep breath. "I just want to kiss you. Okay!" Rarity had no reaction. She turned around and went back to car, leaving Aria in utter dispear. She went up and walked into the Academic Building. The lady glared at her, then looked down. "How can I help you?" "Well someone has a thorn up there ass." Aria mumbled. Then louder and quicker, she said, "I have a room here, Aria Blaze?" "Well go ahead I'm not stopping you." The lady boredly said. "I forgot my room number." Aria stalled. "Your fault." "Bitch, give her her damn room number." Aria turned her head to see a girl she'd never met. She had curly black hair with violet strieks, her skin was also light purple. Her eyes sparkled violet and her attitude was sassy. "Oh lookie lookie. Mrs. May Rose." The lady said, rolling her eyes. "It's room 7253, missy." "Thanks," Aria commented, walking down the hall. She heard Mays heels clicking on the floor behind her. "The thanks was directed towards you, I hope you know." "I know." She replied. "I'm May, if that wasn't clear." "Aria." The Siren replied, wanting to get a real move on. May cleared her throat. "I'll call you Big A." Aria glanced her way. "Don't call me that." "Whatever." May coughed, showing she was a little embarrassed and smug. "See you round'..." she crept to a pause as a smile sneaked onto her face. "Big. A." Aria didn't turn back to hit her or give her a crappy comeback that she would've pulled out of thin air. She kept walking towards room 7253. Turning her head door to door, she finally landed her purple eyes on the golden door number. She grinned before opening the door. It felt like a matter of seconds between when Aria opened and shut the door. And she thought it was silent as could be. But she was wrong. And she was sure of that, when she felt a slap across her face. "Are you stupid?" It sounded like her own voice, but it wasn't hers. It belonged to her Human Counterpart. "I told you I never wanted to see you again." "Please!" The Siren spat at her. "You're the one who's dressing in that Yellow Coat and hurting us!" Her Human Counterparts face went dull. "Excuse me?" "You heard me!" Aria told her, showing her pride. "You are stupid. What on earth are you talking about? What "Yellow Coat"?" Her Human Counterpart rolled her eyes, and let a chuckle out. Aria nodded, feeling confused. "Don't lie." Her human counterpart leaned back. "If I tell the truth, will you get out?" "Yes." "Someone gave my Adagio that Yellow Coat. She wore it when ever she did things... illegal." She all of a sudden became fascinated by her nails. "She broke into houses, stole money, and she she robbed a bank once. She had a gun, which she stold. She kept yelling 'get down!' And stuff like that. She did it with this girl. Alot." She took a puff like she might speak more, but was cut off. "And we're is she now?" The Human counterpart shrugged. "Beats me." "So... your not Yellow Coat?" "I don't wake up to torcher you. I hate you, but I wouldn't do that. Because I have a soul. And while I'm at it," she stepped closer to herself. "I have a mind too." Aria (The Siren) stepped out of the room and stormed to the exit. As soon as she stepped outside, she felt the breeze on her neck. She ripped her phone and began to dile Adagios number. Then, a person in a white car honked. Aria jumped and then looked at the car, ready to say "Zip it!". But the person was Rarity. She haden't left. Oh boy. Aria thought, remembering what she'd told Rarity. This is gonna be a looonnngg car ride. She got into the car, shutting the door led a shiver in her spin. She was hoping Rarity said nothing, but also hoping she'd say something. She was fine either way. She knew that there little friendship was mush. Raritys blue eyes glanced her way a few times. And she haden't even started driving. Her hands were on the wheel, but she made no motion. "Uhhh... you know that your suppose to twist the key and then back our of the parking spot." "I know." Rarity mumbled, taking in what Aria had said earlier. * * * Sunset remained silent at her kitchen table in her small apartment. She stared at the paper, hoping to study for her placement exams at collage. But she couldn't. The world's were spinning. So were the numbers. This is never going to end. Ever. My heart knows it and my brain is starting to agree. Sunset told herself, tears formed in her eyes. She jumped in her skin and the tears hid back behind her eye lids as her front door opened and closed. She stood still, not knowing who that was. She felt heels click in her direction. "Hey," Adagio greeted, swinging infront of Sunset and kissing her forehead for a moment. "You sure make an entrance, don't you?" Sunset laughed, as if nothing was a matter. She looked at Adagios eyes. The didn't glow normally. They looked dull. "What's a matter? Still rattled about Spitfire and Lemon Zest?" Sunset stood up, her hands together because she was nervous. "No. I know who Yellow Coat is. And I mean it." Adagio paused and glare out the window be for E turning back to Sunset. "It all makes sence," her calm voice rose, "she's out for us all, you!" "-Slow down Sherlock!" Sunset demanded, putting her hand up. "She's crazy-" "Jesus..." Sunset mumbled. "So what? Lemon Zest hit Spitfire! We're not asking you-" "I mean Misty." Adagio concluded, leaving Sunset without a comback. //-------------------------------------------------------// Mistyped //-------------------------------------------------------// Mistyped "Misty?" Sunset laughed. "No." Adagio raised an eyebrow. "You've got a better theory?" "Yeah," Sunset told her, her voice getting lower. "The girl who hit Spitfire with a pool scooper." "Oh don't be serious." Adagio said defendently, as if she as on her side. Sunset blinked many times. Then she sighed. "Not even an hour ago Indigo said you were holding her against a locker. And now you're on her side.". "I just think Mistys Yellow Coat. She hates us. We put her in jail. Or, you did." "Hey, she killed Alison!" "How can we be certain." Crack! Sunset and Adagio jumped at the sound of broken glass. Sunset glared at Adagio, who had a nutcracker in her hand. She was already moving towards the stairs. "Sonata," she called. "Aria?-" "Aria is at Crystal Prep and Sonata is at..." Sunset paused. "Taco bell? Adagio held a laugh in and instead scowled, "Shut up!" Sunset blinked, her feelings hurt a little bit. "Damn." "It's Yellow Coat." Adagio hushed her and moved up a few steps before breaking into a bolt. She dashed towards Arias bedroom, where Yellow Coat stood. He or she had a mask that look simular to the one she was forced to wear in the maze: a plastic Sunset mask. That was diffrent to his or her usual shadow covered face. They also had three rips on the right sleeve, which Adagio spotted right away. Adagio nodded. Yellow Coat didn't have any of that. The person then bolted and pushed Adagio down the stairs. Adagio fell into Sunsets arms, while Sunset looked in shock. Adagio felt Sunsets heart pounding quickly. Adagio looked at the top of the stairs, we're the doll looked down at them. "Is... that's suppose to be me?" Sunset asked, shaking a little as Adagio got back on her feet. Adagio glared at her. "Probably. "Oh my god." Sunset gasped as she watched this person walk away. "You know that they don't have the purple necklace right?" "Purple necklace?" Adagio paused. "Huh?" "A purple necklace. I asked Sugar Coat what Yellow Coat looked like and she said a yellow rain coat, shadow mask, black leggings and boots, and a purple necklace. And she didn't say anything about rips. You know what that means?" The person dropped a note on the floor and ran away. As Adagio bolted up that star is again, she looked at the door in Arias room. Gone. She picked up the note. Guardian angel. -Doll Face "Doll face? Guardian angel?" Adagio looked at Sunset, who kept nodding her head. "There's two of them?" * * * "On a scale of one to ten, how done are you with life?" Sugar Coat questioned Sour Sweet, flipping her long white hair onto her sholder. "Um..." Sour Sweet thought for a moment. "Two I guess? Life is going great for me." "Thanks for rubbing it in." "You asked." She snapped, putting her coke down. "Only for you to say something bad, Sour. Sunny's in the freaking hospital." "What's your problem?" "My boyfriend was shot dead you... you dweeb!" Sugar Coat yelled so loud employees turned to them. "Tragic." Sour Sweet said with sarcasm. Sugar Coat nodded and grabbed her bag. Tears began to fill her eyes. She grabbed her bag and screamed. "You're so mean!" She slammed the glass doors to the cafè shut. Sour Sweet held her breath a moment, hoping the glass didn't shatter. She looked out the glass, only to see Sugar Coat far away. She had a guilty feeling, but also another feeling that followed a though she'd never thought before. "The mood swings that girl has." Sour Sweet turned her head back to where Sugar Coat had sat. A girl with golden hair and light tan skin sat in her seat. Her eyes were blue like winter. And for some reason, it gave her shivers. "Her boyfriend got killed." Sour Sweet told her. She nodded. "My name is Winter. Winter Rose." "Sour Sweet." She introduced, feeling queasy about not giving her normal fake name, Leslie. "So, I'm gonna guess by your purple and blue sweater and your silver pin your a Shadowbolt." Winter smiled, reaching over and touching the pin. "Yeah, I am." She replied, taking Winters had off the pin. "I'm in my senior year there. The Friendship Games, huh?" "Yeah, are you in them?" She sat up, getting interested in the conversation. "Yeah, I'm the alternative for some girl in the archery category." "Me maybe? I do archery." "Cool. But I dont think it's you. Someone named... Vivia?" Sour Sweet rolled her eyes. "Vivia is stuck up." "You don't say?" Winter laughed. "Vivia has tried to talk to me sence the eight grade. She needs a hint." "She's deaf, you know that right?" "She can read lips. So the hint should be far past her." Sour Sweet laughed. "I couldn't agree any more." "Hey, can I have your number?" Winter asked, taking her phone out. "Sure," Sour Sweet handed her phone to Winter. "Wanna go outside?" "Sure." Winter said, standing up and walking outside the cafè into the hot evening. * * * "Two?" Aria laughed as she took her glasses off. She had just arrived back at her house after going to the Crystal Prep Academic building. She laughed at the idea of a second Yellow Coat, or Doll Face. "I smell bull." "Sunset sare," Adagio told her, looking over to her. "Right?" "They had a mask, of me!" Sunset freaked, standing and walking away. "It was disturbing." Aria glared at her, obviously ticked off. "Boo hoo, cry me a river." "What's your problem?" Adagio asked suttely. Aria sprung up, "Nothing!" "Aria-" "Ugh! Just shut up! Won't you!" Aria threw the glasses onto the table and began to run your the stairs. Adagio jumped a little as Aria slammed the door shut tight. Sunset stared down. "What are we gonna do?" "Find out who this sycophantic bitch is and bring them to justice." Adagio explained, holding her sholder and sitting her down onto the couch. * * * "Welcome to the first round of The Friendship Games!" Dean Cadence strongly encouraged. "The first round in this competition is Academics! Science, English, Math, and History!" A select few students clapped. The others stood dead silent, looking at their watches and adjusting their glasses. And the ones who had phones played with those. The Dazzlings and The Rainbooms glanced at eachother, not being informed about this section. "Math? Science?" Adagio mumbled to Sunset. "I know none of that! I can't even made a fortune teller!" "Great." Sugarcoat, who was at the other side of the main hall, mumbled to Lemon Zest. "Now we get to go back to solving problems. My daily struggle." "It's not like we're playing with Mymeebas, Sugarcoat." Sour Sweet replied, a little to loud. She sare her Princaple, Principle Abacus Cinch, glare at her. They hated each other for unknown reasons. Sour Sweet thought never pulled her sarcastic junk on her. She wasn't that bad. When Principle Abucas Cinch looked at her, she looked away quickly. "Anyway," Principle Abacus Cinch spoke in her accent. "We have 12 students per team competing for a spot on the team. The 6 best move on. Is that clear?" "Yes," All the students replied. Luna smiled. "Then lets begin!" * * * "The first subject is both math and art. Make a good looking and taste cake." Dean Cadence demanded, twisting a pen in her hands. "You have to be kidding me." Adagio mumbled, looking at Applejack. "Please tell me you can bake." Applejack nodded pridefully. "Been doing it sence second grade." "Grand." "Hello? Best cake baker on our team?" Fluttershy inturuppted, pointing to Pinkie who was already mixing. "Thank god we're next to eachother." Adagio said, grabbing a red bowl and putting something in it. Adagio didn't know if it was gravel or sparkles. Either way it wasn't making anything easier. "Are Sparkles safe to eat?" "Um..." Pinkie Pie looked up from putting the cake in the oven. Fluttershy and Applejack glanced up from their work as well and all said in harmony, "No." "What are you making?" Fluttershy asked, looking in the bowl. "Frosting." She lied. "Frosting or... paste?" Pinkie lifted a spoon up to show a climb or white sparkley glue. "I'm not a chef." Adagio stated. She lifted the paste covered bowl and put it into the sink. Then she heard a beeping. She turned to see some Shadowbolts cake burning. She didn't notice the beeping. Adagio tried to ignore it, but it soon became impossible because the burn of smoke had hit her nose. "Hey! Your cake is burning to smithereens!" Adagio warned. "Hey!!!" "Ohhhh myyyyy gooosssshhhh!" Sour Sweet ran over and ripped the cake out of the oven. She shut the oven with her hip, making the girl turn to the cake and gasp. "What the hell Vivia!" "I didn't hear it, sorry." Vivia apologized, turning and beginning to mix again. "Stop using that as an excuse." Sour Sweet demanded. "Sorry," Vivia apologized again, turning a knob on the side of the contraption Adagio had put her bowl in. "Can you grab a spoon, Sour Sweet?" "Whatever loser," she put her arm in the water to grab a spoon. "You're so- AHHHHH!" Everyone stopped everything, judges stopped judging already complete cakes, and some stopped baking to look at Sour Sweet and Vivia. Adagio looked at Sour Sweet, her arm was completely red. And burnt. She relized she haden't put anything into a sink. But a freaking fryer. "Vivia!" She screamed with rage. "I told you to go to the sink," she pointed to the sink. "You put your hand in the fryer." "Are you okay?" Fluttershy asked, walking over with a cold towel and putting it on her arm. "Get that off her Fluttershy!" Princaple Luna demanded. Fluttershy took the towel of her arm as told. "You need to go to the nurse, dear." "You don't say?" Sour Sweet turned to her, her eyes filled with tears. "We need to find Vivia a new partner. Go see what Indigos up too." Vivia finally looked up. "I can finish it. It's fine." "Vivia, are you sure?" Dean Cadence asked. "Totally." Vivia smiled as she walked closer to Sour Sweet and whispered. "I'm so what? Brilliant? I can't hear but I hear everything." Vivia smiled and walked towards where some frosting bags were. Leaving Sour Sweet speechelss. "Are you okay?" Adagio asked again. "That's why I told you to not to go to Crystal Prep." She walked to the door, leaving Adagio in utter confusion. "What do you mean?" Adagio called to her. She watched her swing around the cornor. And be gone. Leaving Adagio wanting to smash a cake. * * * "While we have 12 students in baking, you get a spelling bee. How fun?" Mr. Cranky, Scootaloos Physical Education teacher, sarcastically said. Who was more grumpy then physical. Aria, Sonata, Sunset, Rarity, and Lyra Heartstrings all stood side by side on one bench while Sugarcoat, Indigo, Lemon Zest, Sunny Flare, and Dean all stood on the other bench. "First up from Crystal Prep Academy, Indigo Zap." Mr. Cranky grumped, putting the papers down. Indigo stood up prideful and ran onto the stage. She grabbed the mic and smirked. "My word, Mr?" He glanced at a paper. "Independence." "What is this? Third grade?" Indigo complained, wanting a challenge. "No, a spelling bee." Mr. Cranky replied. "Independence. I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T-S." "Are you an idiot?" Lemon Zest asked, looking at Indigo who she knew would lose the History round. "Incorrect. Get off the stage and take your mouth with you." Mr. Cranky picked his clipboard up. Indigo crossed her arms and slumped in her seat. "Aria Blaze, oh boy." He mumbled. "How are you married?" Aria asked, taking center stage. "Column." "C-O-L-U-M-E. Now can I leave?" Aria asked, smiling with hilarity. "Yeah, go pick up so smarts while you at it." Mr. Cranky pointed her back to her seat. "Your wrong as well." "Cool." "Sugarcoat." He sighed deeply, hating everyone of these students. "Hi." She said, very boredly and quickly. "An easy one. Labor." Sugarcoat froze. "What was that?" "Labor. This is an easy one." "Define it please?" Sugarcoat asked, shaking and sweating. "Logs. Giving birth-" "Can I have another word?" Sugarcoat asked nervously. "Who wrote this list?" "Someone named Colley Yowa, why?" Sunset grabbed a pad of paper and wrote the name down. It didn't sound right to her. Sonata glared at her and what she was doing. She bit her lip not to speak, or touch. Only watch. "Another word?" Sugarcoat asked again. "No." "Please?" "No." "What the hell is the issue?" Sunny stood up, slamming her hand on the table, sence the other one was in a cass. "I don't know it." "Bullshit I went to second grade with you and you could spell it." Sunny wasn't taking anything from anyone. Sunset knugged Sonata, who had lost her focus. Sonata glared at the paper. The name was an anogram. Yellow Coat. Ring ring. Sunset took her phone out. Words hurt because they create secrets. -YC. "Damnit." Sunset whispered, putting her phone in her pocket and putting her head on the desk. Sonata slumped down. And so did Rarity. She leaned back so the tears wouldn't escape her eyes. "L-A... B-O...R." Sugarcoat finished, tears now streaming down her face. "One point to the Shadowbolts." Mr. Cranky checked something off on his clipbored. Sugarcoat sat in her seat, everyone glancing at everyone. She picked up her phone and unlocked it. There was a new message. She clicked the message and then read it. Hey! Keep your secret a secret. The more you do the more exciting it is for me to tell! -YC. "You got it too." Lemon Zest asked, lifting her phone up too show an identical text. "What if this person knows about Spitfire?" "And me..." Sugarcoat said, putting her phone down. "What if it's there kidnapper?" Lemon Zest pointed to the Wondercolts stand. "Who's targeting us. It was that bitch who tried to run me over." "Point Wondercolts!" Mr. Cranky yelled, as Lyra flipped her hair and ran off stage. "Good job Lyra." Sunset congratulated. "Thanks Sunset," Lyra smiled. "I left my purse on your side, can you grab it?" "Yeah," Sunset smiled, reaching for her gold enclosed purse. Sunset tried to close it, but it wouldn't. She felt something plastic preventing it. She opened the purse and grabbed the think. She lifted up what looked like a Sunset mask. That both Yellow Coats both wore. She quickly dropped it back in and dug a little deeper. There was a paper. It was Octavia mugshot. She was arrested for the kidnapping. A very guilty feeling. She shoved everything into her purse and handed it to Lyra. "Thanks Sunset. Your amazing." Lyra warmly said. "Your a great liar, Lyra." Sunset said. Well... only in her head. * * * Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, and Applebloom sat on the rooftop, waiting for the announcements of who won, or what's over, and... all that. Bored and annoyed at being shoved to the side as under studies under studies, they had no purpose. As much as they should be showing spirt and cheering on their friends, they should focus more on the new mystery. "So, are we gonna sit up here all day?" Applebloom asked, sitting up. "That was my plan," Scootaloo retorted. "Why, you have any better ideas?" "Let's tell stories!" Sweetie Belle suggested, criss crossing her legs. "I have a horror one!" Applebloom looked at Scootaloo. She sighed. "Let her." "About twelve years ago, there were two twin sisters. They were so identical, they had to cut their hair to look diffrent. On had short hair with a head band and one had long hair and wore two pigtails." "I'm frightened." Applebloom said with sarcasm. Sweetie Belle looked at her, annoyed. "One day, the mom and the twin with the short hair were playing dolls, while the pigtailed girl was watching Television. All of a sudden, the she heard her mom shriek. She quickly got up and ran to the kitchen, where she found her mom's dead body. There was a bloody knife next to it. The girl began to cry, as she ran out to find her dad. But he was dead too. He had gotten his head hit with a wrench. The twin with the pigtails fell to the ground in tears. That's when she felt a hand on her sholder. It was her twin. She said, It's okay Scarlette, don't cry. When the girl called Scarlette, or the twin with pigtails looked up, it was her sister. With blood on her hand. The sister killed Scarlette, and then she's been missing ever sence. So had Scarlettes body. The end!" She looked over at her two friends, who's jaws were dropped. Appleblooms in fear, and Scootaloos in horror. "Whhhhaaat?" "I told you it was scarey." Sweetie Belle crossed her arms. "Sabrina told me that story. I thought it was Charlotte?" Scootaloo asked. "Speaking if Sabrina, I need to call her, I'll be right back." Scootaloo ripped her phone out and ran to the other side of the roof. She dialed the number and then was about to put the phone to her ear. She felt someone grab her and put their hand to their mouth, preventing her to scream. The person also grabbed her arms, so she couldn't fight. She looked down to see the hand. The bright yellow. Of Yellow Coat. Who was nearing the edge of the roof. Trying to throw her off. Scootaloo tried to bite the hand. But this person was too strong. They finally reached the edge, and Yellow Coat let go of her. Scootaloo was thrown. She shut her eyes to prevent tears. Her eyes then opened when she relized she wasn't falling, she looked up to see Yellow Coat, holding onto her. But this didn't look like Yellow Coat. They had a Sunset mask, and many rips on their jacket. She could obviously see the black shirt under the jacket. The person pulled her up onto the surface, then ran to the door. Scootaloo sat in shock, still recovering from her panic attack. "Scootaloo, what happened?" Sweetie Belle asked, aprouching her. "I almost just died." She stared forwards, and didn't blink at all. She breathed in for a breath. Except one thing, no air went in or out of her lungs. She couldn't breath. She tried many times, threw her nose and mouth. She then began to turn red, her vision got blurry, she stood up and tried to talk towards the door. "Scootaloo, are you... why aren't you breathing?" Applebloom paniced. Scootaloo sare a bunch of black rings circle the sky. The rings turned different colors. Then everything went black. She fainted. * * * Sunset quickly stomped out of the room where the Spell(hell)ing bee had just tooken place. Sunset felt so rattled, she couldn't believe it. Lyra Heartstrings, a girl who had always been so sweet and kind, be working for Yellow Coat. Or be Yellow Coat. "Slow down!" Aria called to Sunset. She didn't slow down at all. "Sunset! Slow down!" Sunset jerked around and walked up to Aria. "Did you see Lyras purse?" "Yeah it looks like she got it from Future R us. So?" "Aria, this is no time for a comedy show." Sunset demanded. "She had Octavias mugshots! And the mask Yellow Coat has." "Okay?" Aria asked. "Maybe she's involved with this somehow." "Somehow. She has to be Yellow Coat!" Rarity rolled her eyes. "You found a piece of paper and some... plastic?" "Raritys right, what about Misty?" Aria said, defending her. "Misty's in Hawaii right now. She can't be Yellow Coat." Sunset said, ruining her old theory. Sonata shook her head. "How do you think she's getting past all this security. You need to show a pass or face." Sunset face palmed them. "Bon Bon is a level 1 agent. Bon Bon is probably getting her passes." "How do you know that?" Aria, Sonata, and Rarity all asked at once. "Um... called mystable." Sunset told them. Aria stepped forward. "Why would she do that?" "Do I look like a magic 8 ball?" Sunset told them, putting her hands to her colarbone. "Guys stop!" Sonata yelled. "Lyra and Bon Bon are just suspects. We have proof but not enough. Like Lemon Zest is still a suspect." "Students of CHS and CPH, we are on lock down. Please report to the nearest room and stay their until further notice. This is not a drill. I repeat, this is not a drill." Principle Luna demanded over the loud speaker. "Lockdown?" Rarity asked. "What happened?" "Let's just go to the nurses office." Sunset sighed. Sunset, Aria, Sonata, and Rarity all walked into the nurses office. The office was pretty big, especially for a nurses office. Ms. Astrid was in the middle of pulling curtains when the four came in. "What's wrong?" Sunset asked, glancing at Ms. Astrid. Sunset then glanced at Sour Sweets arm, which was bright red. "Sour Sweet, what's happening?" Sonata questioned, sitting next to her. "Ladies, we have tragic news." Ms. Astrid pointed the girls to chair. Everyone sat down but Aria. Aria glared her in the eyes. "What happened Ms. Astrid? Where's my sister and my friends-" "In the English room. They're okay. Well, most of them." "Meaning?" Aria said forcefully. "Aria, Scootaloos dead." //-------------------------------------------------------// Locked inside a game //-------------------------------------------------------// Locked inside a game "No..." Aria felt her heart beat quickly. "Nooo!" She broke out into loud sob. Sunset had almost forgotten how close the two were, and had gotten over the summer. Sour Sweet was the poor one who she had hugged onto. Luckily, she had a black cass on her burnt arm, so that she wouldn't get stung, or anything bad would be prevented. Sour Sweet glared at her, then began to pat her sholder. "There... there?" She told her, looking to Sunset for explanation. "Who's Scootaloo?" She whispered. "A friend," Sunset breathed heavily, holding tears back herself. "How'd she die?" Ms. Astrid sat down. "She fainted on top the building and couldn't breath. Her friends called 911 but it was too late." Aria sat up, still crying. "She was too young." "I know Ari," Sonata rubbed her sholders and hugged her. "It hurts." "Really bad." Aria finshed, closing her eyes and sobbing more. "Talk about hurting, Vivia tried to make my arm into a chicken wing." Sour Sweet, trying to bend her arm. She bit her tounge of pain and let it go. Sonata shrugged. "Atleast it wasn't your head." "She's probably plotting to do that next." "Sour Sweet. It was an accident." Ms. Astrid said, opening a laptop for some light in the dark room. "She's a devil who-" "Stop or I'll disqualify you from the Friendship Games." Ms. Astrid demanded. That shut Sour Sweet up faster then her arm getting brunt in the fryer. Sunset got up and looked around. "What's taking so long? To get a body?" "Well, they have to make sure she wasn't murdered." Rarity told them. Arias face went dark. "Yellow Coat?" "Huh?" "That little bitch." Aria got off Sonatas lap and walked out the room. Ms. Astrid got up and chased after her, but she wouldn't step out of the class. She watched Aria walked down the hall and towards the main hall. Ms. Astrid glanced at Sonata, Sunset, Rarity, and Sour Sweet. "If anyone ask, she wasn't with us." * * * Aria kept walking, ready to kick ass and scream. She huffed, stiff feeling upset. She knew that feeling would be there for a long time. But it would feel better knowing she was avenged. If only she could find Yellow Coat. "Hello." Aria jerked her head around and sare a little girl with lomg white hair and purple skin. Her hair was in pigtails, she looked around 6 years old. She had on a purple dress with a thread seam. "Oh, my..." Aria gasped. She put on her sweetest voice and said, "There's a lockdown, your suppose to be in a room. Plus, this is high school, your not in high school. Are you?" "I'm lost." She tilted her head. "Oh, do you know your mommy's number?" Aria asked, taking her phone out. "You can call her if you'd like." "Can I stay with you?" Aria glared at her. She didn't know why she looked so familiar. It had been infront her eyes what she looked like, but she had forgotten. "Oh, ofcourse." Aria nodded, walking towards her. She knelt down so she was on her knees. "What's your name?" "It's a secret." The little girl said. "I don't like it." "Well, to get you back to your mommy, I need to know." "My name," The girl took a deep breath. "Is Scarlette." "Okay Scarlette, do you by any chance know your mommys-" "How much?" Aria had a panic attack. Someone else was there. She grabbed Scarlette and brought her to behind a wall, so they weren't seen. Aria could see the person who had said 'How Much?'. It was Principle Abacus Cinch. "3 grand." A guy with shady gray hair told her. By his outfit, Aria knew was a parametric. "Twilight's account only has so much." Is she stealing from Twilight's bank account? Why? Aria thought. "What's going on?" Scarlette asked, stepping closer to Aria. "I don't know," Aria whispered, keeping and eye on Cinch. The paramedic nodded. "Give me what you got. In the mail. By Labor day weekend." "Two grand. Happy?" Principle Abacus Cinch told him. "What should I say?" The Paramedic asked. Principle Abacus Cinch sighed. She took her glasses of an whipped them on her shirt. Then she put them back on in class. "The girl is dead." Arias eyes widened. Scarlette gave a scared glance at Aria. "Why do you want her dead even though she's alive?" She's alive... Aria though. She's alive! Thank goodness! "Sence some moron killed one of my prized students, so many people dropped out of the games. I'm assuming people will do the same if they have a loss too. And if some drop out, they won't be able to get back in. So The Shadowbolts will win! And my legacy won't be ruined!" She let out an evil laugh, making Scarlettes eyes fill with tears. Aria hushed her. "Don't worry Scarlette-" She looked down at where Scarlette sat near her knees. She was gone. Aria had felt no movement, so it frightened her. She wasn't fake... right? "You sick little..." Arias words trailed off. She looked around the cornor again, Cinch and the paramedic were gone. Aria stood in shock. What am I gonna do? Who should I tell? Where's Scarlette? Where's Scootaloo? Where should I go? Where is Cinch- Aria felt someone grab the back of her green jacket and lift her up. PLEASE BE ADAGIO, PLEEAAASSSEEE BE ADAGIO! It wasn't Adagio. It was Cinch. "You've crossed a line young lady." * * * Adagio checked her phone once more before turning to Fluttershy, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Sweetie Belle, Applebloom, Vivia, Suri and Sami Polomare, Rumble, Diamond Tiara, Snips, and Hanson. "No reply." Adagio told Applejack, shutting her phone and putting it in her jean pocket. "Call her." Diamond Tiara demanded. "Shut it sassy pants." Adagio snapped. Hanson turned his iPhone. "Anyone wanna play truth or dare?" "I dare Sweetie to kiss me." Snips, who had a huge crush on Sweetie Belle, dared, batting his eye lashes. Rumble nodded. "I dare you to jump of a bridge." "I dare you both to be to fence over me." Sweetie Belle laughed. Rumble glared at her. "I'm dating Scootaloo." Sweetie Belle shrugged. "I'm thought it would be comedic." "Where's Scootaloo?" Fluttershy asked, not knowing where she was. "Another classroom probably." Diamond Tiara said, panting her nails. "The hospital. That's why this lockdown's happening. She had a panic attack." Applebloom told then, crossing her legs on a desk. Sami rolled his eyes. "How much longer?" "Do we look like we can see the future?" Vivia asked, sitting up on the teachers desk. "Did he ask you?" Suri asked, turning her head towards one of her enemys. Sami put his hands in the air. "It was a free response Suri." "Shit." Suri said, her eyebrows going up in embarrassment. "Wanna here a story?" Sweetie Belle smiled. "Sure." Hanson says. He put his hand out. "Give it a shot." "Not the twin story again." Applebloom mumbled, getting of the desk and walking to the back of the classroom. "That story? Sugarcoat hates that." Adagio said, looking out the window. "Eight years ago, there were two twins, they looked so much alike, they cut their hair so they could tell the difference. One had long pigtails, the other a bob. One day, the mom and the twin with the short hair were playing dolls, while the pigtailed girl was watching Television. The end!" Sweetie clapped her hands. "Ever thought of writing a book?" Vivia asked. "What?" Sweetie Belle turned to her. "Your a good writer. Seriously." "Oh, no." Sweetie Belle nodded. "My friend Annabelle told me that." "Annabelle? As in, Annabelle Polomare?" Suri glared at her brother. Sweetie Belle nodded. "She was my reading buddy." "She's in preschool, how does she know that?" "Let me just say, I was the best babysitter ever." Hanson flipped his hair back. "You got fired after one day." Sami laughed. "Why'd you tell her that?" "Oh, Indigo did. I had Sugarcoat and her come over and help me with something. Indigo told the story, and it freaked Sugarcoat out." "Do you guys ever think maybe she had something to do with the story?" Adagio inturuppted, standing up and walking towards the door. "She doesn't have any siblings, accept Dean as a step brother." Vivia told them, not taking her eyes off her phone. "Guys, I need to be right back." Adagio opened the door. "Kay, hot stuff." Hanson said, raising and eyebrow at her good looks. Adagio turned back with a confused face. "I have a girlfriend." Hanson looked away. "Well that was embarrassing." Adagio began to blush a little. "Don't worry deary," Suri Polomare told her. "We don't do secret here. We don't hold a Yellow Coat of lies!" Adagio paused relizing what she had just said. "Excuse me?c "Nothing." She replied. Adagio closed the door and shook her fear off. She walked down the hall, heading towards the Main hall. She kept walking for a few minutes until she felt and heard a baseball bat hit her head, knocking her clean out of her focus. She was still awake after that, but she was on the ground, unable to move or scream. She sare the person with the bloody baseball bat. It was Yellow Coat. Who just attempted murder. Again. * * * An hour passed. No news. Everyone was left confused. Aria was trapped. Adagio was living a nightmare she couldn't wake up from.Scootaloo was who knows where. Sunset, Sonata, Rarity and Sour Sweet had no wifi. "Ms. Astrid," Sonata said like a scared child, "when is this gonna end." "Soon." She promised. "We need to be patient, this school is a crime scene." "Who won the first round?" Rarity asked, taking her cardigan off so she was in a blue tank top. "It isn't over yet." She told them. "But the head to head math tributes have been chosen. Congratulations Sunset and Sour Sweet, you've been chosen." "What?" Sunset and Sour Sweet both asked. "I can't do that! I have dyslexia!" Sour Sweet yelled. "You? Dyslexia?" Sunset giggled. "It's not funny." Sour Sweets face turned sad. Sunset frowned. "I'm sorry. And hey, don't worry. I missed alot of class. I'm not that great either." "Who chose it?" Sour Sweet asked. "Let me guess. Cello Yowat." Sonata responded, her voice tierd. "Yes." Ms. Astrid said. Sour Sweet held her phone up. "It's Indigo. Why is she calling?" "To ask why we're stuck in classrooms." Rarity said, opening the nurses fridge. "Hey!" Ms. Astrid screamed as Rarity pulled a Coke out of the fridge. "Give me one atleast!" "Okay, you can share one with someone named Jacob and I'll share one with someone named Erin." Rarity read the names as she put the coke on the table. Mrs. Astrid opened it, the sound of opening soda escaped the bottle, and she took a sip. "Indigo?" Sour Sweet asked, as she picked up her phone. Indigo, who was on the second floor, shut the door and walked out onto the deck on the second floor. She could see all of the main hall from here. She knew she shouldn't be there and what could happen if she got caught. "Sour Sweet?" "Indigo, what's wrong?" "Everything. The power is out on the second floor-" "The lights are out everywhere," Sour Sweet stood up. "No, Dean left to get some antibiotics and he didn't come back. He's been gone for fifthteen minutes and I'm getting worried." "Why do you need antibiotics, who are you with?" "Me, Sunny, Lemon, some girl who's getting along with Lemon named Viynl, some girl named Fleetfoot, this kid named Snails, this Silver Spoon girl, Ray who always gets detention, and Marvin from Phys Ed." "And you need antibiotics for what reason?" "Sugarcoat just threw up like five times. What do you suggest we should give her?" "I don't know." "Look, is Dean with you?" "No." "Who is?" "Sunset Shimmer, Rarity, and Sonata Dusk. And a teacher names Ms. Astrid, who's to busy drinking coke to pay attention." Ms. Astrid put her coke down. "Huh?" "Tell Ms. Astroid or whatever to put out an announcement-" Someone ripped Indigos cell phone out of her hands and threw it at the wall. It cracked into many pieces. "Hello? Indigo?" Sour Sweet asked before hanging up the line. Indigo looked at the person who had just done that. Yellow Coat. Indigo began to sprint away, put Yellow Coat grabbed her wrist and threw a punch. Indigo, not being a ninja, got punched in the face. Blood began to trickle from her nose. She turned and tried again to run from the person, but they put there hand around her mouth and began to pull her towards the railing. "No!" Indigo cried. "No please!" She felt the cold metal of the rail against the back of her knees. This made her scream harder. "PLEASE!" She begged. "PLEASE NO PLEASE!" Without thought, Indigo raised here elbow and hit Yellow Coat in the face, sending them over the rail. Indigo stopped for a moment, her eyes wide opened. I just killed... Indigo stood in shock. She didn't look over the rail. Which was the stupidest thing she'd ever done. Yellow Coat fell onto there back. But they opened their eyes. Their vision was blurry for a moment, that did stop them from getting up and walking to a locker, where Adagios officially unconscious layed. In black boots, black jeans and a yellow rain coat. Yellow Coat dragged Adagio onto the area where they'd falling. Yellow Coat had the whole frame plan worked put in their head. They just had to watch it work out. Like a movie. Indigo had fallen to the ground in tears. She had no other moves but that. And as embarrassing as it was, she felt guilt. Even thought she'd done nothing wrong. "Indigo!" She looked over and sare Dean, who had a medical bag in his hand. He dropped everything and ran over to her, quickly embracing her. "Are you okay? Who did this to you?" "They-they-they fell over the *Sniff* rail." Indigo sneezed. "I think their dead." She put her head in her knees. "I'm a horrible person." "We'll go see together." Dean grabbed her small hand and began to walk her down to the main hall, wear the Fake Yellow Coat layed. Dean grabbed a pillow and put their head on it. Indigo Zap gasped as Dean took her hood off, to show it was Adagio. Dean glared at his friend as she felt her pulse. "She alive Indigo. Did you start a fight with her or something? This girls reputation is worse then soggy cereal." Dean asked her, standing up. Indigo nodded. She had. She remebered. "A knife! WHY DO YOU HAVE A KNIFE!?!" She had roared at the top of her lungs. Her pail face was now bright red. "Because of the kidnapper-" Adagio stuttered. Indigo ran onto the little stage four motercycles, including Adagios, were she stared on. Indigo ripped the dagger out of Adagios fist, cause Adagio to shriek at the pain she got from the knife cutting her hand. Indigo threw Adagio off the motercycle onto the floor. The motercycle fell on top of Adagios foot, crushing it. Tears now streamed down her face. She still pushed the knife upwards, as Indigo pushed it towards her chest. The Shadowbolt showed no mercy. She was clearing plain nuts and wanted to kill Adagio. The knife slipped and cutted Adagio so many times, the metal taste of the blood had dripped into her mouth. Indigo hadn't even gotten a scratch, but for some reason, she was crying harder then Adagio, who had multiple cuts on her hands, had crushed her foot, and was loosing this fight poorly. Adagios grip got weaker and she felt her eyes become tierd and slowly begin to shut. "No." Indigo lied. Tears formed in here eyes. "Well, we can call someone-" "Dean? Indigo?" They turned to see Dwan Cadence, who held a police badge. "What happened." "Someone pushed her." Indigo lied, making Dean look at her in a way he never had. "I'll call 911. Again." She sighed as she grabbed her Walkie Talkie. * * * "What did you hear?" Principle Abacus Cinch demanded, locking the door. Aria sat in silence. "Everything. Where is she? Why would you do this to her?" "Oh, don't be so dramatic Aria." "She's fourteen." "I'll offer you a trade missy." Principle Cinch demanded. Aria nodded. "What?" "A spot, at Evertree Prep." "The collage? For free?" Aria couldn't believe it. Evertree was only the best collage in the country! And after prison, Aria learned education is super important! But that doesn't mean she loved it. "But... that's all good for me? I don't understand." "If you follow this, you will not be a Wondercolt, but a Shadowbolt." Principle Abacus Cinch smiled. "I would compete against my friends?" Aria stood up. "No. I'm going to reveal you and that nasty little Paramedics secret." "And who's gonna believe you?" Aria paused. "My friends!" "You've lied so much in the past." "Nah uh!" "You're like a two year old Aria." "Hold on..." Aria paused and partly panicked. "But, I... already on there..." "If know all about Equestria. And how your a siren. I know it all." "So why risk that? And my Human counterpart?" "Aria, your gym score is 629%. Do you know how many students have that good of a score?" "Um... some?" "You idiot." She mumbled. "The score only has been known to go up to 500! Your stretching limits." "So you want me to win you the gold for you?" Aria laughed and walked to the door, "No thanks-" Principle Abacus Cinch grabbed her collar. "Do you want her to die? For real this time?" Aria stopped and turned. "Don't you dare." "Then join us." "I have alot of detentions." Aria stalled. "I can erase them. Every single one." Principle Abacus Cinch was dangling something she couldn't resite over her nose, and Aria had no idea what to do. "Fine." Aria finally spat. "I'll do it. Just tell everyone she's alive and let her be safe." Aria got up and left the room. She headed down that hall, not having a plan. What am I going to do? She asked herself. "Hello." Aria turned around. It was Scarlette. "I though you left." "I did. I went to see a movie." She said, stepping closer. "I was scared I wouldn't get home." "Who brought you back here?" "She looked like you. She had a black hoodie on. She called herself Speed #2." Oh hell no. Aria thought. "What was her real name?" Aria kneeled down, feeling Scarlettes soft pigtails. "I don't know, but she said she wanted to kill Yellow Coat." Aria stared into blankness. Who the hell put this into a six year olds mind? //-------------------------------------------------------// Liars United //-------------------------------------------------------// Liars United Students, Principle Luna's voice boomed over the loud speaker. And staff. We are sorry for the three an a half hour lockdown. Many issues had to be dealer with. The games will continue tommorow. Everyone is now dismissed. Please sigh out before you leave. Also, Aria Blaze and Sonata Dusk, please come to the front desk, thank you. Aria turned up, taking her hand off Scarlette. The students began to flow out the classroom, making Scarlette look frightened. Aria hushed her, waiting for her friends to come. "Aria," Sonata ran up to Aria, Sunset and Rarity behind her. "Where's Dagi?" "Upstairs, I think." She said, standing up so the girls could see Scarlette. "She's sooooo cute!" Enthused Sonata as she squealed. "Uhhhh..... Aria?" Sunset glanced at her and back. "Who's she?" "Scarlette." Aria told them, remembering Oh yeah, I sorta just ditched you for collage. "Scarlette?" Rarity laughed. "What are you talking about?" Sunset rolled her eyes and let a sigh out. She pointed to Scarlette. "The little girl." "What girl?" "Are you blind?" Aria spat rudely. She nodded. "There's nobody there, dear." Sunset, Sonata, and Aria looked down at Scarlette, whos light purple eyes twinkled. "Hi." She waved. "Did you hear her?" Sunset asked. Rarity laughed. "There's nobody there." "So, only Equestrian beings can see her?" Sunset rubbed her chin. "I think she's a ghost, Aria." Scarlette nodded. "Huh?" "Well, she did disappear out of nowhere... so, she's magical?" Aria looked at Scarlette. Everyone looked at Aria. "Then how did Speed #2 pick her up? If we can only see her?" "Speed #2? Where's Adagio?" Sunset asked, checking her watch. "In the hospital." The four turned to Dean\Officer Cadence stood their with Shining Armor. "Why?" They all asked. "Is she okay?" Said Sunset. "Yes. So is Scootaloo." Shining Armor smiled. "She's alive?" Rarity smiled too. "Few. I didn't want to tell poor Sweetie that she had died." "Adagio fell of the railing. Her head was cracked open, but she's not hurt at all. Which makes me think Indigo Zap didn't push her." "Indigo did what now?" Aria paused. "I mean, she fell?" Cadence sighed. "Indigo and Dean came to us telling that she fell. That's all." Indigo slowly approached Cadence from behind. "Oh, you know..." "Yeah, is she okay?" Sunset worried, stroking her bacon colored hair. "Yes." Indigo turned her head to Cadence and her husband, who began to walk away. "Zap, you better not have pushed her." Aria said, flamed and ready for fight. "It was an accident." Indigo apologized, adjusting the goggles on her head. "You... accidentally?... pushed her?" Rarity asked, detecting a lie. Indigo nodded, regretting what had happened in June. "Yellow Coat was attacking me. I pushed her. She fell. And when I went to check the body, it was her." "No it wasn't." Sunset nodded. "No. Noooo!" "Adagios Yellow Coat?" "That bitch!" Sonata cried, stomping her foot. "Let's go see her." Aria took Scarlettes hand. "Cmon Scarlette." Indigo leaned to Rarity. "Who's she talking to?" Rarity shrugged. "The remains of her dignity dear." * * * Sunny Flare snarled at Dean as he handed her the Special Aid. She ripped it out of the poor boys clutches and ripped the whiteo bag opened. After taking a pill bottle out, some liquid bottle, bandages, and rubbing alcohol out, she grabbed some antibiotics. Sugarcoat, who felt sick as could be and had just thrown up about 5 times, leaned against the wall, the trash barrel in her hand. Her purple cardigan was wrapped around her waste, leaving her white cami on. She pushed her shoes off with her feet and leaned her head up. Marvin, who was playing with his cellphone, looked down at Sugarcoat. He smiled. "Your Meds are here." "No shit." She groaned, rolling so her cheek was on the cold wall. "How much do you need, dearie?" Sunny pressed her hand down on the bottle, and then twisted it. "I don't know. Maybe two." She moaned, taking her orange glasses off and putting them on the counter. "One to be safe." Dean said, pick up one of the pills Sunny had tooken out. Sugarcoat moaned. "Whatever. Just give it to me so I don't feel like vomiting." Sunny sat on the floor next to her friend, and handed her the pill. Sugarcoat leaned back a little. She grabbed the pill and them swallowed it with some water. After gulping for a few moments, she looked back to her friend, who was still sitting there. "The lockdown's over, you can leave." She tilted her head. "You shouldn't have to be next to me, I know you're emetophobic." "Dearie, is something wrong with you?" Sunny put a hand on her sholder, as Marvin switched the lights on and left. Dean sat in a desk, also sharing a concern. "I just puked, it's no big deal." Sugarcoat sighed, weakly trying to get to her feet. Sunny knew a liar when she sare on. She pulled the girl back onto her butt. "Sugarcoat. Are you sure?" "If something was wrong, you'd know." Sugarcoat got upon her feet. She grabbed her glasses and stumbled to the door. Looking back one more time as she got to the door, Sunny raised an eyebrow and pointed back to where she had just sat. She shook her head and walked into the hall, leaving Dean and Sunny in the dark classroom together. Dean looked at Sunny, who stared at the wall in disbelief. "She's hiding something, I know it." The girl stood up, flipping her short pink and purple hair. Dean rolled his eyes, thinking she had just caught a bug. "Says the girl who's Astraphobic. And athazagoraphobic. Also, in eight grade weren't you aichmophobic?" * * * Aria (And Scarlette), Indigo, Sunset, Sonata, Rarity, and Fluttershy all waited in the hospital, wanting to go in and give Adagio a piece of their minds. This was taking longer then they exspected. They'd been sitting in that crappy waiting room for 20 minutes. Adagio, on the other hand, finally opened her Magenta eyes, to find she was in a hospital. She squinted as head lights hit her eyes, filling them with water. Adagio sat up, which is when she relized that she no longer had purple boots, black jeans, a purple tank top with triangles, and a Wondercolts sweatshirt. Adagio gasped deeply as she relized she had black boots and leggings on, along with a yellow raincoat. Her fingers quickly fidgeted on the buttons, trying to undo them. Her plan was basically to throw the jacket out the window, with strong hope someone would run over it. "Adagio," a nurse walked in. She jerked her head to see the lady with a clipbored. "Please tell me a sleep walked here." Adagio quickly said under her breath. "Your friends found you," Fuuu- "They're here now." uuuuccckkk! "Oh... goodie." Adagio sighed. "Can I see them later?" "Not really," The nurse replied, turning and basically striding away. Adagio tilted her head back, more thoughts then one rushing threw her brain. This had happened once. And again... that would hurt like hell. She still couldn't believe for herself. It made no sence. Maybe it was fake, she had just lost half of her blood... "You bitch." The Siren eyes bounced towards her pissed sister, who stood there, fist balled. Her short hair was thrown in a messed up part, and her mint green jean jacket was wrapped around her waist. Her mascara was shadey, making Adagio think, had she been crying? "Aria, please," Adagio felt her heart sting as she gulped down nerves. She choked a little before continuing. "I'm not Yellow Coat..." Aria rolled her eyes and let a loud sigh out. "Then what are you Adagio?" "I can't be! The blood in the shower! Sweetie and Applebloom getting attacked, Aria," Adagio reached out and held Arias hands. "Stop!" Aria ripped her hands out of Adagios, leaving Adagio motionless. "The blood was probably fake and Doll something is probably backing you up." "Wha-" Adagio gasped as her heart fell to the bottom of her stomach. She felt her gut get stabbed, emotionally. "No. It wasn't me! Why would I want to do anything like that!" "The pendant. You still held a grudge over it. Which is pathetic." She pressed her chapped lips so they became hard. "I'm long over that. Long." "I bet you are, that's why you took the yellow coat from your human counterpart right? Thought mine would assume it was you? Well, you were wrong, Sugarplum Princess." Arias voice got high as she leaned in to Adagio. "No, I didn't. Please Aria-" "I don't want look at you." Her face went cold. "I don't want to talk to you. I don't want to live with you, either." "Are you," Adagio froze in horror. Or maybe shock. "kicking me out?" "No. Me and Sonata are leaving." Aria was one to break news in anger, but this time was rude and bossy. "Don't. Please Aria. I'm not Yellow Coat-" "Yes. You are!" Aria screamed, turning and like lighting, flashing out of the room. Knowing thus was to prevent tears, Adagio ran to the door peered out of it. She didn't see Aria. She was gone. And Adagio knew that was forever. "Miss," A nurse demanded, glancing over to her. "You need to sit down and relax." "Okay." Adagio whispered, turning back and grabbing her ULM book bag and walked out of the room. No nurse stopped her. Especially when they sare she had medications in her hand. * * * Sunset sat on the rooftop of CHS, tears leaking out her eyes. She thought she'd cry all the tears her body could create, but many more came aswell. The sun was setting, and Sunset had on a purple/red tank top and black shorts, along with black high heel that didn't go beyond her ankles. Her long red and yellow hair blew in the summer wind. Feeling chills, she didn't move. She didn't care if was freezing, her heart was already cold. Betrayl. She felt that. More then one times. And now, again she felt it. She didn't need to tell Adagio they were over. Or... were they? During ever attack, Sunset and Adagio were together. Well... except for when Sour Sweets arm got burnt off. They weren't together then. But still! Why would Adagio have a motive? Everything was fine before this. And... it made no sence. Sunset jumped a as she heard the door to the rooftop click. She turned to see Aria Blaze approaching her, her short hair damp with sweat. "Let me guess, Sunset began, "you jogged her from the hospital after yelling at Adagio." "Yup." Aria nodded, walking and sitting next to Sunset. She dangled one leg over the edge and used the other to support her arm. "I can't believe her." "We don't have enough proof." Sunset blabbed out. The Siren slowly turned her way, her face confused. "She was in the coat. We sare her! She has to be Yellow Coat!" Yelled Aria, as she ran her hands threw her purple hair, parting it near where her eyebrows angle changed. "Aria," Sunset put a hand on her sholder, calming Aria down. "We need to talk to the her tommorow." She sighed. "I'm leaving tommorow Sunset. With Sonata. We aren't gonna be in the games." Her emerald eyes busted open. "What! No! You can't! What about Scootaloo? And Scarlette?" "Scootaloo is in the hospital. She fine. Scarlette, I don't know her. I'm sorry Sunset. Nothing is right. Especially with Rarity." "You told her about liking her." Sunset nodded. "Bad move. But you don't need her. Other people are out there." Aria crossed her legs and glared at Sunset, who had now focused on the sunset. Her eyes had mirrored it, she could watch it in her eyes. Aria then found her heart beating fastly. But not in anger. She was... calm. It shocked her. Sunset looked back at her. "The sunset is suppose to make you calm." "I'm calm." Aria repeated, breathing quickly. "And confused." "About where your going or how you not suppose to see Adagio sence you both are going to the same collage-" Arias mind stopped functioning and went crazy. She felt herself quickly seal lips with Sunset. And even worse, Sunset didn't move. She put her pointer and middle finger on her cheek. Was she... enjoying it? She leaned out and looked the girl in her eyes. She could smell Sunsets strawberry gum and Cherry lipstick they were so close together. Aria paniced a little. Her breath probably smelled like garlic and she didn't even where lipstick. Sunset, on the other hand, put her elbow on Arias sholder and fluffed the back on it with her hand, all romantic like. She leaned in and kissed her again, leaving Aria only to blush extremely. But she closed her eyes, her heart filled with someone new. Love. * * * Adagio stared at her cell before she entered a building she hadn't been in in a long time. And, it hadn't ever helped her. Pain filled her heart. She was confused about if it was either rejection or because it was raining, which is always depressing. Her hand ran on the rim of her backpack, as she sang a whisper to herself. I've walked threw all those halls before, Been in and out of several doors, Been shoved aside and pushed away, away. I guess that that's the price you pay, When you make life lasting mistakes, I know that they all just want me to go. But I know there's more, that's out there. And I just haven't found it yet. I know there's more, that's out there. Another me I haven't met. That school is full of mischief, And I sadly know it all. I'm being framed for actions I know that I haven't done. Maybe I was better off dead. Will I do what I'm going for, and have a good future instead. I know there's more, that's out there, Something to change their thoughs of me, I know there's more, that's out there, Someone I'd never know I'd see. There's only so much that world could offer, The same will also apply here, But I know there's more thats out there, And I knew that all along! Beyond a coat, beyond a mask, A story holds, a story of F. Beyond these lies, beyond this game, A mystery I can't wait to defeat! Because I know there's more thats out there. Not someone making a game. And I know there's more thats out there. And I'll find out some way! And I'll find out some way. Adagio haden't even relized she had went into a full out musical number. Singing at the top of her lungs. And she didn't sound bad. She was great. That's when she relized. She had trasformed. She had the siren wings. The pony ears and tail. The moment she relized the situation she shut up. Her pupils went small and her mouth shut. She grabbed the bag she had thrown on the ground and she kneeled on her knees while she looked for her phone. Finally, she ripped the purple phone out and sat on her bum. She slid the photo app open and looked herself in the camera. She brushed her curly orange bangs out of her face and shook her head. It's nothing. She told herself. Its- ohhhhh nooooo! She felt her chest. A silver chain had formed around her neck. And there was a red shiny pendant at the end of it. "No. No!" Adagio panicked as she stood up and arrived at her new home. Noah's Dawn. * * * Sweetie Belle, who was in the middle of a nap, opened her eyes. She found herself curled up in a maroon hospital chair. Her curled hair was in two little buns, and she had some pieces of bangs in her face. In her presents, was Applebloom, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Sonata Dusk. Sabrina Ray, who held a teddy bear and sat next to her. "What did I miss?" She said before yawning. "Nothing." Everyone was basically silent. Sabrina glanced both ways. "I need something to eat. Anyone else?" She asked, standing up, then turning back. Applejack nodded. "No thanks." Sabrina nodded before continuing her striding towards the elavator. That's when Raritys blue eyes opened along with her mouth. "Adagios Yellow Coat and now she's missing." "Cool, now what about Scootaloo?" Raritys little sister completely ignored her statement, before quickly turning back with small eyes and screaming "What!" "Scoots fine, Adagio is missing though." Applejack informed, glaring towards an upset Sonata, who's face was squished against her hand. "Fuck her." Sonata rolled her head back. Pinkie Pie shot a look at her. "Hey!" She rolled her eyes. "She's a betrayer." "We don't have proof." Fluttershy whispered, a locks of pink hair falling in front of her emerald green eyes. Sonata slammed her hand down. "Aria said we did!" "She's upset, and confused." Applebloom excused, tying her hair in a sloppy bun. She yawned before continuing. "She's not thinking." Sweetie Belle glanced at the room again. "Where is she? And... Sunset?" "I don't know." Fluttershy shrugged, glancing at her phone. Sweetie Belle hoped that it wasn't a F text. "Maybe getting candy?" Little did they know, they were in the middle of a deep make out section in Princaple Luna's office. Which Yellow Coat wittnessed. So, no they weren't getting candy. "When can we see Scoots?" Sweetie asked, exhaling deeply. She out a fake smile on her face so she'd appear undistressed. Sonata shrugged as she grabbed her vibrating phone. She hit the on button and slid the screen with her thumb. There was a message. She clicked the notification and it took her to the messaging app (Or whatever it's called). Oh Aria, always wanting Adagios boy/girlfriends. -Yellow Coat Sonata felt a part of her shrivel up and die as she sare a photo of Sunset and Aria. Kissing. Sonatas jaw fell open. She had no clue what to do. Accept... Forward it to her sister. * * * Lemon Zest, who sat on her bed listening to heavy medal, picked up her phone. It was time to talk. About Candy. Hey. She texted Sugarcoat. Immediately, she sare another message with dots in it. Hi. She replied. L: What's up. S: Nothing. L: We need to talk, Sugarcoat. S: If it's about that, no thanks. L: :( Sugar. S: Did you meet her? Also, thanks for putting me on the spot like that shit face. L: Hey! My parents read my messages. S: So let's totally talk about this! Are you an idiot? L: Stop. And it was only threw messaging, so no I didn't meet her. S: They can't know. L: They should. S: Maybe they should, but they can't. She'll come after me. L: I'll protect you. S: Bullshit. L: >_< S: Your emojis look like they just ate some wareheads. Get a freaking Iphone. L: I'm waiting for the seven! S: Why? So it can be paper thin and big as an IPAD mini? L: Lol S: Not a joke. L: Cmon, lighten up dude! S: No! I'm stressed! What if Indigo finds out? Lemon Zest paused as she got another message from Sonata. It was her saying the following: •Scootaloo is fine •Adagio is Yellow Coat/missing •Sunset and Aria?!? *_* The Shadowbolts paused and Screen shot the message. She then sent the picture to Sugarcoat, who responded on full panic. Lemon Zest was unable to type a response she was replying so fast. S: What? No no no. S: Out of crap to give about 'Scootaloo' S: Aren't Adagio and Sunset dating? S: Hold on, I'm getting some holy water. Lemon Zest rolled her eyes and responded. L: Calm down. S: What if she knows? L: Yellow Coat doesn't know. S: Adagio* L: Seriously? S: I will burn if they find out. Burn! L: Calm down! S: I can't do this. Pick me up and take me to Noah's Dawn or I'm gonna go crazy. Dean and his parents can't know I was in ND! L: Be there in five. //-------------------------------------------------------// The value of none //-------------------------------------------------------// The value of none Adagios phone buzzed with eager text from her so called friends. But she herself didn't budge. Not even as it vibrated off the desk and fell onto the floor, shattering. Even then she didn't move. Why would she need to? It was probably more hate, she told herself. Feeling hatred inside, she leaned back on her bed. Of her room. In Noah's Dawn. The vomit colared walls made Adagios stomach ache. Who picked the color? It was horribly gross. The bed though was comfortable. She had stayed over night a few times before, so she knew this. She also knew all the lamps sucked. They were all based around an animal. She'd gotten mermaids. Way to keep her up. Her mind was around the pendant that now layed on her chest. She was unable to take it off. No matter how hard she tried, it stayed as put. After minutes of trying. She layed back. How hard would it be to take tweasers in the morning? She asked herself. Probably hard. When Noah's Dawn patients were released, they would run out the door as if they'd been picked for The Hunger Games and the Bloodbath had just began. So, everyone watched her, and it was freaky. Finally, her eyelids began to slowly shut. Peacefulness filled her insides. Finally. Relaxation. This didn't mean she didn't miss her friends, sisters, and girlfriend. She missed them like hell. But Adagio was in peace. Until the shattering of glass sent her eyes flying open. She quickly stood up and ran out into the hall. Barefoot, she walked to he main office. Glass stood on the floor, Adagio was challenged to step over it all. When the hallway ended, she gripped the wall and stepped into the main office. A nurse was cautiously telling the patient, "Calm down, miss." "No!" The patient with a rusty voice yelled. "You can help me! I'm eighteen!" "But you don't have an ID-" "Yes I do!" Adagio peered around the cornor to see the patient. Sugarcoat. And Lemon Zest, who was hold Sugarcoats elbows back. Her nose also had blood streaming down it. "And so does she!" "Miss, I'm calling your parents." She went behind the desk and began to type on the phone she had. Sugarcoat, without hesitation, grabbed the phone and threw it onto the ground. She growled, making the nurse step back. Adagios focus shifted someone in a black hoodie, who was walking towards them with a bat. Sighing, she quickly bolted across the room towards the figure. The person dropped the bat towards Adagio, turned around and ran. Adagio stopped, noticing that now it was gone. Breathing heavily, she turned to the nurse, Sugarcoat, and Lemon Zest. Sugarcoat nodded furiously. "You bitch!" Adagio stepped back, grabbing the bat that was now at her feet. "You killed him! Out of cold blood! Now, I'm gonna do the same to you!" "No, you're not." Lemon Zest grabbed Sugarcoats arm as she began to take her first steps towards Adagio. Sugarcoat turned back to Lemon Zest, and bluntly responded. "Let go of me or you'll regret it!" Lemon Zest put her lips together, bringing her fist to Sugarcoats temple. Sugarcoat then fell to the ground, not dead, unconscious. She looked up at the nurse and Adagio, who stood in shock. She shrugged. "I'm sorry, did you guys want her to kill you?" She asked, breathing as of she should be worried. The nurse walked over to her. Her black hair that was parted in the middle was tossed onto her chest, and her white skin went lighter. "We need to bury her." "What!" Adagio and Lemon Zest yelled in suprise. "We have to." The nurse demanded, grabbing Sugarcoats hair and a knife. She slowly tried cut her long pigtails off, leaving the others in shock. Adagio slapped the knife out of her hand. "Stop! What's your name?" "Bella. Bella Witmore." Bella replied, standing and grabbing Sugarcoats feet. "Put her down!" Adagio demanded, putting her feet down in rage. "She's dangerous!" Bella grabbed her feet again and began to drag her down the hall. Adagio nodded and heavily sighed, Unbelievable. After about ten minutes or so, Bella, Lemon Zest, and Adagio had gotten to a garden in the back of Noah's Dawn. While Lemon Zest stood by a tree crying her eyes out, Bella and Adagio dug a hole to out her in. Adagio herself, had to suck some tears in. Sugarcoat was her friend too. It was hard to burry a close friend. "This is all my fault... I'm so sorry..." Lemon Zest whispered something more under her breath, but neither Bella or Adagio heard as she once again broke into tears. "I shouldn't have let her come, i shouldn't have hit her..." she continued, ripping her pink headphones out. "This is the second person I've accidentally-" "Oh will you shut up!" Bella comanded, digging the shovel deep inti the ground. "She needs to die." Adagio skuffed a laugh. "No she doesn't." "You don't understand." Bella told her, signaling Lemon Zest over. She wrapprd her headphones around her neck before standing up and stabding next to Bella. "Bella," Lemon Zest whispered. "Why does she need to die?" A tear streamed down the young girls face. "She killed Ali." Ali? Adagio froze. "As in Ali Grace?" "She's my little sister." Bella turned and took her headband off. "My name is Ally. My middle name is Bella. My last is Grace." Lemon Zest raced an eyebrow as she continued. She knew about Adagios connection with Alison. "Ali," Ally said, "left one day with her friend Misty. I never likes Misty. Not at all. When they left, I followed. I began to work as Noahs Dawn to keep a close eye on her. This was after she had... well... came." "How do you know Sugarcoat did this?" Adagio asked Ally, looking down at her unconscious body. "Sugarcoat?" Ally glanced around. "Don't you mean-" Lemon Zest leaned in for a long time and whispered something in her ear. After leaning out, she shot her brown eyes open. "Silly me," Bella apologized. " Sugarcoat's the girls name. God damn everyone's names in my head." "Anyway, help me throw her in." Bella reached down and touched Sugarcoats hips. Lemon reached towards her head, and Adagio towards her legs. Goodbye an old friend. Adagio told herself as Ally counted down. When she hit one, the three threw her into the pit. She fell in with a clunk. Adagio for a moment hoped she woke up. But she didn't. Ally threw dirt onto her. Her white hair stained, her orange glasses dusty, but overall she looked good for a girl getting burried. Kind if like Twilight... "Done!" Adagio snapped back to reality. Looking down at her feet where the pit was, it was gone. It was a bunch if dirt. She was gone. Forever. And Adagio had just burried another one of her dirty secrets. * * * Scootaloos purple eyes flashed open, showing her the hospital room around her. There were teddy bears, balloons, chocolate boxes, flowers, and other gifts. It made her feel bashful and silly. "Someones up." Scootaloo heard Appleblooms happy voice exclaim. She tilted her head towards Applebloom, who seemed to be the only one in the room. "What happened? After Yellow Coat attacked me?" "You had a panic attack, lost air, and fainted." Applebloom grabbed Scootaloos hand. "And it was utterly horrifying. There was a three hour lockdown and everything." "I guess I'm to blame for that." Scootaloo admitted, sitting up. "Where are the others?" A smirk crossed her friends face. "I may have sneaked in." Scootaloo giggled. "That's my naughty girl." Applebloom smiled again. "Did you see Yellow Coats face?" "No," Scootaloo replied, reaching over for a teddy bear. The little pink fluff ball was soft as a lamas fur. "But, you know when you have a... what is it?" "Pen pal? Blind date?" Applebloom shrugged, out of guesses for her. "Pen pal. Just, I felt as I knew her or him. For a long, long," Scootaloo paused and felt the pink bears stomach. Her eyebrows went up. "Time." She reached for scissors and then stabbed it in the teddy bear. "Ugh!" She yelled as the scissors stabbed the white belly of the stuffed animal. The metal ridge slid down bears chest, making a ridged sounds. Applebloom stood, jaw dropped in face twisted. "What in hell- Sabrina got you that!" Applebloom exclaimed, gripping the bears neck. Scootaloo finally made a rip big enough her hands could fit in. She ripped the poor bear open. White stuffing flew all over the bed. Along with a rolled up piece of paper. Applebloom grabbed it and unraveled it, Scootaloo holding one side and Applebloom the other. Now you're in the background. Awh, what are you gonna do? -Yellow Coat Scootaloo glared at Applebloom, her face frozen. "Sabrina... gave me... this?" "Sabrina... Ray? She can't be-" "Yellow Coat. Oh no. I thought it was just a bad dream but-" "Scootaloo," Applebloom checked the door. "what 'Bad Dream'?" "You know that story Sweetie Belle told us, with the twin Scarlette?". Applebloom nodded, remembering the chilling tale. "I think I'm Scarlette. And Sabrina's the other sister." Scootaloo shivered, as Applebloom grabbed her hair and pulled it. Holding back a laugh, Applebloom said, "No, it's impossible." "No. All my life we've been told we look alike. And Aunt Faith told us so much we aren't biological. And she's a huge liar." "But... but... no. Your mother would tell you that." "I haven't seen her in about three weeks-" "Eh hem." Applebloom turned her head to see a nurse, holding a clipbored with pills on it. Obviously, she had been caught. "You aren't aloud to be here. Especially sence the patient has just opened her eyes." "Oh," The Apple mouthed as she got up and scooted around the nurse, leaving the ripped up teddy bear on Scootaloos bed and the note crumbled in her hand. * * * "What am I going to do?" Adagio panicked, pacing back and forth in Lemon Zest bedroom. "You could stay here tonight." Lemon Zest suggested, her green hair which was in a bun slipping out of it. She grabbed a lime green pillow and a pink poca doted blanket and threw it on the ground. "There's a bed." "Pfft," Adagio said in disgust. "I'm not sleeping on the floor!" "Well what?" She sighed. "Would you like to sleep in my bed?" Adagio then laughed, but then saw Lemon Zests serious face. "Wait, for real?" "Yes. For real. That or the rug," Lemon Zest pointed to the neon rug and the soft bed. Adagio had quickly made her choice. "Either way I'm fine." "Well, I'm kinda a-" Lemon Zest rudely inturuppted, saying, "It's not life or death just pick." "Bed." Adagio sighed, sitting on her pink and yellow bed. Lemon Zest got in quickly after, flipping her table lamp off and tucking herself in. Adagio did the same, accept she faced the ceiling, her eyes wide open. Sleeping had to be impossible then. She was basically in a strangers bed, a stranger who she'd held against a locker. A stranger who had killed a complete other stranger. Then someone applied to her. Lemon Zest felt the same way. A Stanger was in her bed. She had also killed a stranger. And not to mention, had to burry a close friend too. As Adagios eyes unfocused like a camera, she heard sobbing. She turned and sare Lemon Zest facing away from her. She wasn't clutching her pop pink sheets and in the reflection of a mirror, she sare tears rolling down her face. Adagio turned onto her side. "Hey, don't cry." Her eyes got small, and her loud sobbing stopped. "Crying?" She questioned, acting innocent. She wipped tears away. "I'm not crying." "Then who's howling like a seal?" Adagio asked, sitting up. With her silence, she began to feel guilty. But she couldn't help making a snide comment at the time. "Me." She finally responded, sniffing. She turned over so she was facing Adagio. "I'm a horrible person. And I know that. It's not something I'm proud of." "We all make mistakes." Adagio concluded, running her fingers threw her light green and yellow bands. Lemon Zest took her hand off her bangs. "I have a boyfriend." A nervous streak filled Adagio. An idiot would realize Adagio was blushing uncontrollably. "Oh no, I do that to people when they're sad, it's not just-" "Sunset." Bluntness filled Lemon Zest voice. "Got it." She rolled over so she was facing the ceiling. Adagio did the same. "You know, have you ever considered telling the police about Spitfire?" Adagio glared at the girl, seeing if her mouth was open for a response or is she was conscious. "No." Lemon Zest nodded. "The night I hit her, I had a panic attack. I could barely contain myself. I knew if I told Sugarcoat or Sunny they'd tell for sure. Probably think it was because our rivally. Speaking of that, are you going to the games?" "Why not." Adagio shurgged. "I need something productive on my record. That or Bridgetstone will consider kicking me to the curve." "Funny." "What?" "I'm going to Bridgetstone." Adagio opened her magenta eyes. She laughed. "Seriously? You're interested in music?" "I'm have these for a reason," Lemon Zest picked up her pink headphones as twirled them around her fingers. "Took seven weeks of allowence, but I got these. When I was seven." "Seven?" Adagio laughed. "A pair of headphones last a week for me, until they break." "Well that's just sad," Lemon Zest joked, making Adagio laugh harder. "Maybe you're more then a sycophantic loser." Said Adagio, smiling. "Hey, don't say bad stuff about yourself." Lemon Zest joked, making Adagio softly giggle. "Goodnight loser," "Night," Lemon Zest said, shutting the lights off. Not even five seconds after she turned the lights off, she turned them back on. Lemon Zest quickly stood up, demanding Adagio to do the same. "Hey," Adagio asked, as Lemon Zest looked confused, "What's wrong-" She ripped the covers off the covers and threw them to the rug. Adagio and Lemon Zest gasped. The pink covers were covered and stained with dirt. It made them queasy. Lemon Zest nodded, grabbing a fold that was in the dirt. What will you do when they find me? "Yellow Coat... was in... here?" Lemon Zests voice pitched as she locked her bed room door. Adagio gulped down a whole lot of nerves. "Sadly," she mumbled, pulling her pendent even harder. * * * Sunset sat down at a desk at CHS, half asleep a sleep and half awake. Her pen was in her coffee coffee and she was writing with a spoon. Maybe hanging out with Aria was a bad idea... "Somebody's under the weather!" Trixie, the crapful, exclaimed as she sat on Sunsets desk. Her coffee jumped and spilled all over the green floor. "What do you want Trixie?" Sunset asked, rolling her eyes. "Your phone number, actually." Trixie said. Sunset slammed her spoon down? "Number?" "I sare you that night in the forest." Trixie jumped of the table and then leaned on it. "Running after your rather radiant goddess girlfriend, stunningly-" "No way!" Sunset raged. "You like her?" "Maybe." Trixie. "Or this may come as shock to you, but you." Sunny grabbed her coffee. "Okay, of how sweet that is, you did call my friend a bloodbath." "That was Misty actually," Trixie put her hand on her chest. "But someone needed to tell the little rug rat that." "You're right. Rug rat." Sunset grabbed her text book. Trotting towards Sunset, Trixie stopped and gasped. "I look nothing like Applebloom!" "You're right. But Applebloom has nothing to do with this." "This?" She shut her bag. "Nothing." "I know about you working for your kidnapper." Trixie yelled. Sunset turned around. "Go to hell," she flipped her hair and turned around, worry flooding towards her. * * * Aria sat down on the her couch. It was 3:00 pm in the morning, but she couldn't sleep. Partly because she should've been studying for the math round of the Academic Decathlon, but her cares weren't about getting into the games. Her cares were to get out of them. Plus, all she was was an under study for Sunset, who got the real prize of doing math. Throwing her legs on the couch, she reached for a math book Principle Cinch had given her. Right before she threatened to kill Scootaloo. That's when she remembered. Oh yeah, I'm not only Sunsets under study, but Sour Sweets. Being forced to play for the Shadowbolts would suck, but it would burn to tell The Wondercolts she was betraying them. And that's telling them in the nice way. The bad way would be the honest way. So guys, I'm kind of leaving you for The Shadowbolts, because Principle Cinch offered me a Scolarship to the best collage ever, and plus, she'll stab Scootaloos guts out and hang her from her stomach own veins if I don't. She sighed, throwing the math book onto the table. Now having Sunset on her mind, and the kiss- Oh no. Oh shit. Arias pupils went small and she became paler then a ghost. I. Just. Cheated. On. My. Sisters. Girl. Friend. Shoot me now. More thoughts filled her mind. And she once again picked up her phone. One thought being maybe she'd over reacted. Deep down, Aria knew Adagio, her older sister, couldn't be Yellow Coat. It hurt her heart to think that. And how she yelled at Adagio. Where was she? Oh, how sorry she was. Adagio? Aria texted. I'm soooo sorry. I know you're not Yellow Coat. I know you'd never do that. I'm sorry. Please come home. Arias heart pounded as she clicked the send button Someone knocked on the front door, leaving Aria with hope and worry. "Adagio?" Aria called without moving from the couch. "No," a blunt voice said. "Please let me in." It added. Aria, who had a raised eyebrow, got up and opened her wooden white door. Out in the cold night stood Sugarcoat. Her long white hair was messy and full of dirt. Same for her salmon pink tank top and her white/ blue jeans. She quickly walked past Aria, and sat on the second stair step. She put her feet on the first and her hands to her mouth as if she might cry. "Sugarcoat?" Aria asked slowly, "What happened?" "Someone tried to burry. Burry me alive." Sugarcoat said between breaths. "I could've died." Aria sat on the stair case with her. "Was it Yellow Coat?" She nodded. "I think he or she knows." "Knows what?" Aria scrapped some blood of Sugarcoats forhead. "Sonata!" Aria called at the top of her lungs. "You can't tell anybody. You swear you won't?" Aria gulped, ready for what she had to say. "I swear I won't tell." "There's this story. I don't know if you heard it, people tell it around Halloween." Sugarcoat began, wheezing. "Don't listen to her!" A voice called, making Aria jerk her head. It was Scarlette. Her hair was wavy and she was crying, holding her hand out. Ignoring because she needed to hear Sugarcoat, she turned back. "Um... the pumpkin and Dragon?" Aria asked, referring to something from Equestria. She'd never spent a Halloween in Canterlot High school, or anywhere really. "No," Sugarcoat replied, more tears streaming down her face. "It's about Twins... and death..." "Oh, the fairy tale about the twin who kills her family, and Scarlette and something like that?" Aria finally caught up, remembering when Sweetie Belle told that story. It was one of many times. Sugarcoat nodded, tears racing down her face and mixing with the dirt on her cheeks. "Except it's not Fairy Tale." She said after a moment. "Mystery? Fable? I'm not good at genres. I flunked it." Aria layed back on the stairs, not seeing where this was going. "Biography." Sugarcoat let a sob out. Aria stood in disbelief. "It's really happened? How do you know? The killer twin is locked away in a Mental Prison and everyone else is dead." "No, Scarlettes not." She laughed, "How do you know?" Sugarcoat let another tear run down her face. "Because I am Scarlette!" Aria, in disbelief, turned away from Sugarcoat, Scarlette? And looked at the little Scarlette, who had to be hallucination, because she was fading away, into the sunrise... * * * Lemon Zest and Adagio sat in Lemon Zest car, pulling out of her driveway onto the rode. Sence traffic was heavy, she could manage to get all the way onto the street, so she was stuck on the bike trail. "Yeah!" Lemon Zest yelled in frustration. "Get a delivery at 7:30 in the morning! You idiots!" She honked her horn in frustration. "Just put your music on," Adagio advised, checking get her phone. There was a new message, which suprised Adagio. Adagio still had her pendant around her neck, but had hidden it in her sweatshirt. It was a cold day in August. As Lemon Zest blasted her music, and the traffic cleared up, they finally got on the road towards Canterlot High. Adagio had been reading a message Aria sent her over and over, basically saying she was sorry and that she knew she wasent Yellow Coat. She's gonna murder me when she sees this pendant. As they drove past a collage (which none of the girls were attending), a police officer jumped infront of their car and stopped them. Lemon hit the breaks, and Adagio thought they might run him over. He went up to the girls and knocked hardly the window. Lemon Zest ripped her headphones off and threw them onto her lap. "Can I help you, sir?" She politely asked. "You can't drive in the bikers lane," her roared rudely, making Adagio jump. Lemon Zest also seemed startled. "I was-" "You can't drive in the bikers lane miss!" He yelled louder, making everyone in a 50 feet radius look. He turned and walked away, leaving them in dispare. "Atleast we didn't get a ticket," Adagio entnused. She looked up to see Lemon Zest gone, to see that she had gone up to the cop. "Hey!" She screamed at him, walking towards him with her hair in bun, a purple sweater, navy blue jeans, and her normal Shadowbolt shoes. "That was rude to yell at me like that and even ruder to not let me reply." The cop turned towards her with anger. But Adagio unfocused as someone with Yellow gloved grabbed her mouth. Adagio flung her arms around, but failed to reach the door. Yellow Coat reached for his or her purple necklace and opened it. Adagio felt any magic, or energy she ad drain out of her. Coughing after Yellow Coat removed his or her hand from Adagio, and she heard the click of the car door. He or she's gone, they're gone. She breathed hard, worry escaped her chest. She reached up for her pendant, which was also gone. Adagio didn't know if this was relief or worry. What had Yellow Coat done. "Miss!" Adagio heard the cop yell. "You can't be in the bike lane!" "I'm not, but it was awful rude of you to yell at me like that!" Lemon Zest shouted back, her voice quivering. "I was pulling out of Walton Ave, and there was traffic I had no way to get into the street completely." "Shut up you little-" Lemon Zest had heard enough. She hopped back in her car before he could say anymore. She glared at Adagio after she buckled her seat belt. "This is why we've gotten away with murder." Lemon Zest gulped, beginning to drive. * * * "Yellow Coat is on on a rampage!" Aria declared, standing up. The Rainbooms, Shadow five, and Sonata had shown up. Sugarcoat had told the story to the girls, not mentioning she was legally named Scarlette. "Adagio," Sunset bluntly corrected. "With all this evidence, she cannot be Yellow Coat, Sunset." Aria told her, sitting the frustrated girl down. "I pushed someone of the balcony. When me and Dean went to see the body, it was-" Indigos hard pushing evidence was cut off when Arias phone went off. So did Sonatas, who ripped it out. "You're safe with me. -Doll Face. What? Who's Doll Face?" Aria showed no emotion, well Sunset gasped. "Someone helping us." "Like Speed?" Applejack stood up in shock. "Why wouldn't you tell us this?" "Because you wouldn't understand like the rest of us." Sugarcoat stated bluntly, reaching for another cookie. Sunny Flare slapped her hand away. "This is you fifth cookie, are you okay dear?" Sunny asked, as Sour Sweet gave her a death glare. "Oh stop being so picky. It's a freaking cookie. Plus, who doesn't like a sweat treat?" She said, grabbing a cookie. "Atleast my arm didn't get burnt off." Sunny mumbled under her breath. "Or picked to battle the smartest girl at CHS in in a battle of math." Pinkie Pie enthused, as if that would make Sour Sweet feel better. But her responce was a grunt. "Ugh, I can't." Sour Sweet nodded. "I'll lose it for Crystal Prep." "I find your sarcasm and choice of friends very funny, Sour Sweet." Principle Abacus Cinch spoke, rattling the girls. "Hey," Indigo said defendently. "What's wrong with them?" Principle Cinch laughed. "Almost everything." "As in?" Sonata scrunched her eyes as if she couldn't see, only making Cinch laugh more. She gripped Sonatas chin, making her squeal. "Don't tall to my students." She looked up at Sour Sweet, Sugarcoat, Sunny Flare, and Indigo Zap. "Come along, we must train up Sour Sweet," she demanded as she turned her back. "Actually, Principle Cinch," Sour Sweet inturuppted, gulping down nerves. "I don't really want to compete in the academic decathlon." "What?" She roared, making everyone shake. "Why not?" "Because she's nervous, and she-" Principle Cinch only grunted at Fluttershy. "Nervous? Please, Shadowbolts don't get nervous." "We don't now?" Sunny raised an eyebrow. She didn't get nervous. Only had a panic attack when test came around. "That's news to me." Sour Sweet nodded. "Well you see, I sorta have dyslexia." "I could care less!" Princaple Abucas Cinch flung the back of her hand towards Sour Sweet as she turned around. "If we lose, are reputation will be destroyed." Sour Sweet rolled her eyes. "Tragic." "It will be." She agreed, nodding her head. "Watching your head be sawed off." She disappeared down the hall, leaving everyone in a weird feeling. Aria glared at Sour Sweet, who stood motionless. Indigo stood bravely, as if she would just scream bite me. Sunset began to walk towards her, only to feel Applejack hold her back along with the command "Don't follow her." "She's mischievous!" Sunset yelled, pointing towards the teacher. "So is the sause at Taco Bell." Sonata piped up, her joyful energy making it hard not to laugh. Rarity grabbed the tip of her braid. "Is it sad I've never been there dear?" "Forget about Tacos!" Sunset freaked, making Indigo reach for her purse. She held it out towards Sunset, as if she wanted to give it to her. Sunset reached towards it, only for Indigo to shake it. The bag fell out of her hands, leaving numcucks. She swung then around and threw them in the air with on hand. She caught it with the other. "Neat!" Sunset said jealously. "You're a ninja!" "I was a black belt. Rainbow Dash did it with me. It's how we met." Indigo said bashfully, flipping her hair in pride. "Beautiful! But that lady threatened Sour Sweet!" Sunset yelled louder, making people turn in the hall. "She's bluffing. As always." Applejack replied snidly, leaning against a column. "But-" "We need to talk," Lemon Zest inturuppted, walking into the building with Adagio. Sunset quickly turned her back. "I don't want to see her!" Adagio gasped. "I'm not Yellow Coat!" "Yeah," Aria agreed backing up. "Shoot me before this begins." Sonata asked Rarity, ripping her ponytail out. "What is she then?" Sunset said in a threatening tone. "A victim maybe Sunset!" Rarity yelled, having enough. "Okay," she sarcastically replied, giving her the thumbs up. "Sunset, I think you're stressed," Fluttershy calmly told her, stepping towards Rarity. "Tierd?" The crazy girl asked. "I'm not tierd!" She yelled as s I me hairs fringed out of her messy hair. "Want a coffee?" Pinkie asked, holding her drink up. "No!" Sunset screamed, making more people turn. "A... kiss?" Adagio nervously offered, stepping towards her. She grabbed her chin as Sunset bashfully turned away. "I would never hurt you." Adagio said after a while. "How can I be sure?" Sunset scrunched her face quickly, and then unscrunched it. Adagio kissed her. "Because I care about you." Sunset then leaned in for a hug, embracing Adagio. Then she looked towards Aria, who was white. Sunset reached up and felt her lips, in shock at what she'd done. Oh shit. She thought. //-------------------------------------------------------// Yellow Coat strikes //-------------------------------------------------------// Yellow Coat strikes Ring ring, ring ring. "Ugh," Aria woke up from a nap she'd been taking. She heard the ringing and grabbed her IPhone from the coffee table, then pulled it off the charger. The caller ID was unknown, which haven't served her well in that past. "Hello-" "Aria!" The voice of Vice Principle Luna, who was no longer her Principle sence she was going to collage in less then a month. "Um..." she was speechless. "Hi, so... what's up?" Aria quickly got bored. "One word, The Friendship Games." Luna exclaimed in her serious, but happy voice. Aria had been very confused, but she went along with it because she knew Vice Principle Luna was still moarning the death of her sister. "Adagio explained all this to you, correct?" "Correct." Aria responded, not having a clue what she was talking about. "But, I'm confused on a few things." "Yes?" Luna asked, knowing Aria had no clue what she was talking about. "Um... what... what are they?" Aria bit her lip and turned onto her back. She twisted her hair which went down to where her shorts stopped. Everyone bugged her to cut it, but she wouldn't. Luna sighed. "The Friendship Games is something we take place in with The Shadowbolts every 4 years. But, due to some issues of consern last year, the school decided to cancel it. But, then they said that we should reunite the school and do it before school begins, so, tommorow. The sports in The Friendship Games are Archery, Roller skating, and motercross. Have you trained for the sport you picked yet?" Aria had her jaw dropped. Why wouldn't Adagio tell her something like this? "Yes, I'm doing..." she thought for a moment. "What's Sunset doing?" She had an evil smirk on her face. "I believe motercross..." Luna stated as she flipped threw papers. "Yes, motercross." "Can I do that? I mean I'm training for that." She quickly corrected, sitting up. "Sure, now what are Sonata and Adagio doing?" Luna asked, clicking her pen on the other line. Aria sat up and looked out the window to Sonata, taking selfies on the roof of the garadge. " Sonata... Motercross, and Adagio archery." "Okay. Will you be at Canterlot High tommorow? We prepare at 10 am." Aria nodded no but said, "Yes." "Great, see you then!" And Luna hung up. Aria dropped her phone and got up. She put her hair in a bun and walked into the kitchen, her fist balled up. Adagio had been working on some paper work the night before, and she had fallen asleep in that place. Her hair, which was chopped off in the hell Aria can't bare to think about, had grown down to the bottom of her ribs. It was poofy as it use to be. It looked like the same Adagio from The Battle of the Bands. She nodded at her and grabbed a pitcher full of water on her counter. She opened it and quickly dumped it on her sister. Adagios eyes opened and she jumped out of her chair, shrieking a little. Aria tries not to laugh, but to look more mad. "What the hell Aria!" She screamed, picking up the papers she had soaked and putting them by the window. "What Friendship Games? What 'Training'?" Aria yelled, slamming the empty pitcher on the table. "Oh yeah. So remember-" "I know what it is! Vice Principle Luna just called and told me. Why didn't you tell me?" "Because I forgot." She demananded, ringing her hair out onto the carpet. Aria rolled her eyes. "Well I signed us all up." "I'm doing Motercross, right?" Adagio asked, Aria laughing because her taking Motercross was the smartest thing she'd ever done. "Archery. Yeah, I made sure of that." "Seriously!" Adagio yelled. She ripped a candy bar out of her partly drenched bag and took a piece out. She popped the little square in her mouth. Aria reached for a piece and Adagio grabbed her hand. "Hey!" Aria screamed. "Atleast give me a piece." "No, this is special candy." Adagio said, tucking it back into her bag. "What did it cost $1.07 and you only had $1 but the chasier said 'it's all good'?" "No." Adagio looked rather sad and embarrassed. "Ever sence the Battle of the bands I've had trouble relaxing." "You don't say," Aria said sarcastically. Adagio looked annoyed. "So, I've went and got these candy bars and they have medicine that helps you relax." "You've been getting candy that usually kids get as a trick on Halloween?" "Well..." "Adagio, give me it." Aria held her hand out. Adagio held the chocolate in the rapping in her hand, then smirked. "If you cut that rapunzel hair of yours." "No." Aria nodded. "Your growing your hair." "Because that's my natural look. You need to cut it, at least to what it was before the Battle of the Bands." "Dude! That's like three inches." Aria complained. Adagio held the chocolate bar out to her. Aria sighed and grabbed the bar. "I'll book and appointment for tommorow." Adagio concluded. Aria rolled her eyes, but her heart forced a smile on her face. * * * The next day at Canterlot High... Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Rarity sat on the top bleacher waiting for there other friends to arrive. They quickly grew bored and annoyed. Them four, out of the eight, we're the only ones who had been to that school in previous years. They'd lost The Friendship Games every year. And, they honestly hated it. "Sunset Shimmer!" Pinkie Pie all of a sudden screeched, making everyone in a fifty feet radius of her deaf. She got up and began waving very quickly so Sunset, who had just walked in, could see them. Her glance finally caught Pinkies and she jumped to the top bleachers. For her, sence she made a brilliant decision to wear heels, it was more difficult then so. Rarity grabbed her wrist when she got to the very top and sat her neck to herself and Fluttershy. "Hello, my crazy friends," Sunset joked, adjusting her sitting position. "Hi." Fluttershy silently whispered. Rarity checked her watch. "Where are The Dazzlings? They should be here!" "Calm down, they'll be here," Applejack, who was obviously getting bored, responded. Rarity blinked a few times and tightened her lips together."Okay." "Are you okay Rarity?" Fluttershy asked, leaning on Sunset. "Just... memories of that freaking maze." She admitted, feeling a nerve of guilt. "We all have that sometimes." Sunset reminded, tightening her pony tail. "We all have what?" Adagio asked, as her and Sonata stepped up the last bleacher. Sonata sat next to Pinkie Pie and Adagio sat next to Rarity. "Memories." Sunset whispered, sounding a rather upset. "Yeah, I'm just gonna shut up now." Adagio looked at her friends for approval. Fluttershy nodded. "Where's Aria?" "Getting a hair cut." Sonata responded, laughing a little. "I thought Aria was joking when she said that." "Well, she though she should do something new." Adagio explained, crossing her arms with sass. "New?" Everyone asked. "Well, more like before The Battle of the Bands." Adagio suggested, shrugging. Applejack chuckled. "Applebloom begged me to by her extentions when the cut all her hair off at That Place." "That Place? Did you just nickname Noahs-" Applejack put her pointer finger to Adagios mouth and hushed her. Sonata and Sunset giggled. "We don't speak of the devil." Applejack joked. "The devil?" Adagio asked while laughing. "That's just- WHAT THE... ARIA!!?" "What?" Aria asked, standing on the bleacher Adagios feet were on. "You told me to cut it." "Not like that! I said three inches!" Adagio freaked, sitting in shock. "Aria, how badly do you want to be Aria Montgomery?" Sunset asked, not knowing what to say. Aria had made the courageous decision to cut her hair up to the middle of her neck. Her hair was wavy, which made her look more like Aria M. "Hahaha." She stated, sitting next to Sonata. "Sonata thinks it's nice." Sonata looked up in confusion. "No I don't." Aria narrowed her eyes. All attention then turned to stage, as Vice Principle Luna began to test the microphone. Down near the bottom, Applebloom and Sweetie Belle sat waiting for the announcements. They, as now being High Schoolers, had there first privilege to be in The Friendship Games. The three Crusaders had made it on the Junior team, well The Dazzlings and Rainbooms made it on the varsity team. Applebloom checked her phone. "She's not texting me Sweetie Belle. She's probably not going to come." Sweetie Belle sighed. "She wouldn't miss this. She's been waiting to be on the team." "She's been acting strange. Have you noticed that?" Appleblooms asked, putting her phone in her jean pocket. "I don't think she can forget about... you know." Sweetie Belle suggested, pausing and then adding, "and not to mention her Aunt is on bail and she might have to see her." "You know, that's probably it." Applebloom smiled and then looked at Vice Principle Luna, who was now speaking. "Good morning students! And welcome back!" Her voice boomed. She probably didn't need the microphone. "Now, as most of you've been told, tommorow we will be participating in The Friendship Games versus Crystal Prep Academy, and the class that just graduated from there." Everyone clapped. Not energetically, boringly. And very sarcastically. Nobody wanted to do this. And it was to obvious. "Settle down students." Vice Principle Luna demanded. "This year, we won't be defeated. We will bring glory to our-" A student walked up and grabbed the microphone out of her hand. Luna gasped but then stepped back. Applebloom let a laugh out and leaned in to Sweetie Belle. "There she is." Scootaloo, who had on black combat boots, blue jeans, and a Wondercolt jacket, took the microphone and began to speak."Without further a do, the stuff people really care about." Some people chuckled. "this year, I'm not sitting in the belachers, I'm gonna be out there competing. And this year, I'm not gonna a let us lose. This year is going to be diffrent. We're gonna win and take the trophay, and take that winning streak The Shadowbolts have and shove it up there ass!" "Language!" Vice Principle Luna screamed. Scootaloo shrugged. "We've had so much pain in our past. We lost so much. Lets honor those people. Spitfire. Alison. Principle Celestia. And Rainbow Dash!" Everyone clapped. Scootaloo handed Vice Principle Luna the microphone and hopped off the stage. Then she ran over to Applebloom and start next to her. She leaned in and whispered, "I told you'd I be here." "And you love to make an entrance." Applebloom laughed. "Now students, The Shadowbolts will arrive in about an hour. You are free to roam the school. The rules are still valid though. And detention is a thing." Vice Principle Luna concluded, setting the microphone on the stand. * * * The Dazzlings and The Rainbooms start in the library, search threw old yearbooks. Aria sat and looked at the ceiling, question lost in her mind, trying to find a way to escape her mouth. This feeling wasn't only in Aria, but Sunset and Sonata as well. Adagio already had all her questions anwsered when she got her foot crushed. "What is everyone's problem with these games? They all seem dull about it." Sunset asked, closing a year book and standing up. "Aren't the games supposed to be about getting along?" Applejack grabbed a book out of Sonatas hand. She held the blue book toward Sunset. "Kinda hard to get along with someone who beats you at everything." "Everything?" Sonata laughed. "Wow, this school really does suck!" "Not helping." Fluttershy said crossly. Sonata shrugged, "But I'm not lying, am I?" "Yeah," Aria sat up from the table. "You're being to truthful." "So we're versing The Shadowbolts. We swore to never see eachother again." Adagio reminded them. She twirled a piece of hair on her finger and breathed heavily. Aria sat up on the table. "Oh come on, we probably won't see eachother." "It might not be awkward for you-" "Adagio, calm down please. I promise, it will all be okay. I'll do anything to make sure of that. Except give you the candy back." Adagio sighed. "Fine Aria." "They're here!" Someone in the hall screamed. The eight looked to the door. The purple uniforms of The Shadowbolts crept the hallways. But something seemed strange to them. A few of them had tears streaming down there faces. "Are they crying?" Pinkie Pie asked, for some reason all focus on Adagio. "As it seems." Rarity said, turning her back to them. She opened another book and put her red glasses on. Adagio hopped onto her two feet and began to sprint down the hallway, pushing past Wondercolts and Shadowbolts. Adagio knew something was wrong. And she wanted to see her friend and if she was okay. Even if Sugar Coat did want to see her. She felt herself trip on something and she felt herself lose her balance. Quickly, she put her arms out and let a small screech out. Then luck struck, she felt someone grab her arm and waist. The person twisted her around as if they were doing the dance move were someone falls and then the other person catches you. "Dean!" Adagio shouted as Dean helped her to her feet. "You better watch were you're going Speed Racer." He joked, brushing his blue hair back and sticking his hands in his Shadowbolt sweatshirt pocket. "Ha ha." Adagio smiled. "How's your summer going?" Adagio paused and relized she shouldn't had asked that. He sare Dean had a little red in his eyes. He had been crying. "Oh, fine. Yours?" He responded, his energetic smile gone. "Fine," Adagio responded, not wanting to boast about getting into one of the best collages in the nation. "What's a matter with everyone? You look sad." "Well, I'm more frightened then sad. If you want sad, there's Sugar Coat-" Adagio began to sprint down the hall, banging into more people. Her eyes darted person to person, trying to find Sugar Coat. She'd never ran so fast in her life. And her worry darted up 300%. She sighed of relief when she broke out the doors of Canterlot High and sare Sugar Coat and her friends getting off the bus. Sugar Coat was still crying. Not even crying, balling. She ran up to the bus and basically had to stop herself so she wouldn't slide into the bus. Her heels squeaked on the ground, making Sunny Flare, Sour Sweet, Sugar Coat, Indigo Zap, and the girl who mist have been Lemon Zest, turn to her. Indigo opened her eyes widely and grinned her teeth. Her face said exactly what her mind said; Hello! We're suppose to never see eachother again! And now isn't the best time nuts! "Sugar Coat, what's wrong?" Adagio asked, not even greeting herself to the others. Sugar Coats eyes teared up more and she embraced Adagio. She then again began to bawl. The Siren opened her eyes widely and looked at the other four. Lemon Zest took her earmuffs off from around her neck and put them on Sugar Coats ears. Adagio didn't know if this was a joke or something, but it made her more confusing as Sugar Coats tears wet her leather jacket. "Her boyfriend, Trenderhoof, the famous blogger, was found shot dead in Twilight's office." Indigo Zap explained. "Help do that?" Adagio said quickly as a sarcastic joke. Indigo looked as if she would hit her. She moved her head towards Lemon Zest, and that shut her up. Lemon Zest didn't know about the girls past. And Sour Sweet, Sugar Coat, Indigo, and Sunny all wanted to keep that from her. In the past, Sugar Coat had been Adagios close friend in Noah's Dawn, a mental hospital. Indigo had framed Dean and Sugar Coat for stealing photos from Twilight's office, even though Adagio took them. Dean did know she stole them. He caught her and let her go. Then, Sugar Coat found out Indigo was in Noah's Dawn and close friends with Rainbow Dash, a rainboom Twilight killed. Adagio faked being a Shadowbolt and went to get training from her, which is when Indigo attacked her and crushed her foot. Shortly after, Sunny Flare took a box that Adagio had stolen from Indigo. The box had letters that Rainbow and Indigo traded in Noah's Dawn, planning Rainbows death. And if Lemon Zest found this out, hell would break loose. "She's really upset." Indigo scowled, hoping Lemon Zest wouldn't notice. "Half the school is." Sunny Flare pointed out, if it wasn't obvious. Adagio nodded. "Yeah, I see." She paused the added, "Did Sugar and Dean ever get back together?" "It would be pretty screwed up to date your Step Sibling." Lemon Zest shrugged, throwing a pair of roller blades over her back and holding them by the laces. "Let's go Sunny! I wanna see the arena!" She grabbed her ear muffs and the Sunnys hand and ran off. Sugar Coat stood up and wipped some tears from her eyes. "What the hell? Don't hint her stuff! What is she? Game Theory?" Indigo rudely screamed. Adagio sighed. "It comes out when I'm confused." "What else are you gonna say? Gotta use the bathroom the next Sara Harvey but with bathrooms." She continued. Sour Sweet hit her. "Geez we get it! Your angry! But guys, can we just forget like, the whole month of June?" Sugar Coat crossed her arms and sniffed. "Don't we all wish we could do that?" "Yes," Adagio said, remembering burying Twilight. "For Lemon and our sake." Indigo sighed, clearly wanting to forget Adagio Dazzle. * * * Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie all walked into a lab, carrying there instruments on there backs. They chatted repeatedly, but became silent when they sare Sunset was typing away. "Uhh... I thought we were rehearsing for the consert." Rarity asked, sliding her hands on her keytar. Sunset looked at them. "Well you are, sort of." Applejack pushed her lips together. "Meaning?" "Sonata gave me a good idea to see how magic works in this world." "Oh dear." Rarity mumbled. "Cmon guys! It'll be fun! And it could give us an advantage!" "In the games!?" Pinkie Pie screamed, putting her hands to her pink hair. "That's cheating, darling." Rarity told her. "We can't do that." "Oh come on, it'll be fine." Sunset promised, putting her hair in a bun. "Could it kill us?" Fluttershy said, backing away from the metal helmet with holes Sunset was trying to put on her head. "No!" Sunset fascinated. "Just play." Fluttershy sighed and began to play her tambourine. At first she clearly didn't want to do it, and then she was smiling and play it beautiful. Sunset kept typing on the computer Fluttershy gained her tail and ears and wings. Sunset smiled as the screen began to tint red. A glee smile crossed her face. It's working. She thought. Her thoughts were jinked. The screen went completely red. Sunset stepped up in confusion. She turned to Fluttershy, who had no problem with anything. She was playing the tambourine. Sunset then moved her head back as something red blasted out of the screen and coated the girl. Sunset stood, her emerald eyes wide open. Her mouth was open. She felt the substance fall into her mouth. Blood. Blood was all over her. Blood had just popped out of a screen onto her. Sunset spit the blood out and gagged a little. She then looked back to the screen, which had back writing. I pity you bitch. "Sunset," Applejack stuttered. "What just happened?" "No," Sunset nodded. "This can't be happening." "What? Sunset?" Fluttershys voice died. "Is that blo-" "Yes this is blood!" Sunset screamed, ripping her lab coat off. Pinkie Pie looked at them all. "Was it a prank?" "From a familiar face?" Rarity asked, kneeling down and touching some blood with her finger. Aria, Adagio, and Scootaloo burst in the door. Adagio was covered with blood as well. Aria and Scootaloo looked fine. "Where's Sonata? And the other two?" Rarity panicked. "At the roller rank." Aria said. "What happened Adagio?" Sunset asked, walking over to her. "I just took a shower in Flashs blood." Adagio shivered and stepped back. "Guys? What's happening?" Applejack asked, looking eye to eye. Scootaloo exhaled deeply. "Guys," she paused. "I think F has retaliated."
