A chair was heard hitting a cave wall. "You have to have some sort of idea!"

I'm sorry! I don't know! That plan was supposed to work!

"Well it didn't! And know we're stuck in a cave running from royalty!"

Starlight could be heard talking to... herself? She had come a long way with this voice in her head. The voice never said his name, but whatever he wanted wasn't good. All Starlight has been doing was following this voices order and now they're running from most of Equistria. "All we need is a new plan, OKAY!?"

Okay, okay. Just give me a..... Wait! That's it! said Voice, with a very enthusiastic tone. "What's your plan?" said Starlight Glimmer, she was very eager to know how to get out of hiding, which they've been doing for the past month. Don't listen, just think. All the sudden Starlight got the most brilliant idea in history, shared to her by Voice.

"That's genius! I have a magic cutie mark and...." She paused, "but how am I supposed to hold that type of spell going for that long?" Voice chuckled, Did you just ask that question? Simple! You don't have to hold it forever, you just have to hold it when your around anypony Starlight's stern and angry face turned into a giant grin. "That's brilliant! But who, there's so many choices!" Starlight kept the look on her face, but Voice's voice turned stern and dumbfounded, Simple, again... How about one of the Element's

Starlight smile shrank, as starting to poor herself a glass of water, she began to focus her magic on the water. It started to vibrate, then when she set it on the table and released it it was fizzing. Her smile grew again,"I do love me some carbonated water" she tipped her glass towards the sealing. Voice chuckled an evil laugh, at that moment Starlight got the biggest migraine ever. The carbonated water turned back to regular water, "Maybe we should work on this before we go out in the open?" She put on a nervous smile. Voice chuckled, I knew it wouldn't be that easy. He suddenly stopped chuckling. Wait... I sense somepony near. Go, hide!

Starlight galloped into her hiding space. She always had hikers here and there, but it was the middle of the night, almost morning. She got really worried and started praying to Celestia to not be arrested. Voice rolled his eyes and put his 'mind' to the test...

Twilight was laying down next to her fireplace with a few good books sent in from Celestia stacked next to where she lay. Although she wasn't reading anymore, she was curled up around a sleeping dragonling. Her ears twitched as she opened up her eyes slowly. When she pulled her head off the ground her ears started ringing. She thought it was just a wake up ring, but then it got louder. Then louder, she shook her head to make it go away but it just made it worse. She grabbed the dragonling with her magic and gently set him in his bed, then went downstairs to get some water, that'll definitely help. She thought surely, but was actually very unsure.

When Twilight got to the stairs she walked a little slower going down the stairs. Each step she took was a migraine itself. Her vision started o get blurry, she went a little faster so she could get the water before she died from a migraine. "Maybe I should..." She pondered what she was going to say, then shook her head which only made it worse."Water will work just fi--" She stopped in the middle of her sentence, her vision was getting worse. Then suddenly....

Twilight started to wake up.... "Twilight?" asked a distant voice, "Twilight!" Spike hugged her with relief.

"Ugh.... what happened?"Twilight asked

"I don't know. I woke up and saw you weren't in bed, I just thought you woke up early. But then I found you sprawled out on the steps." Spike had worry and confusion in the tone of his voice."I'm glad your okay but, what happened?"

Twilight was confused herself, until she remembered the ringing. At that moment, she heard a distant ringing. Oh no! Not again! "Well, Spike.." She started, hesitating a little, "I heard this ringing noise and I thought I was just dehydrated, so I went to get some water. When I got up it kept getting louder and louder. I guess the noise made me pass out." She gave a nervous chuckle, hoping Spike would believe the truth and not send her to a doctor.

"Are you sure that's what happened?" Spike said, helping Twilight get off the stairs.

Twilight nodded,"Pinkie Promise!" Spike said, in a challenging tone.

"Cross my heart, hope to fly. Stick a cupcake, in my eye." Twilight said, doing the motions while walking down the stairs with spike.

"Okay, I believe you." Twilight let out a sigh, "But!" Twilight sucked that sigh right back in. "If this happens again I'm taking you to the doctor."

Twilight was shocked. The doctors!? She thought. Twilight absolutely hated the doctor, she knew everything that goes on during their surgeries or dentist appointments. It made her sick, which really didn't help the growing migraine. Wait She thought, Migraine?

The ringing grew immensely, almost giving her a heart attack. "Oh no" She whispered in a very weak voice. Spike turned around with a smile and a confused look on his face,"Sorry, Twi, could you repeat that?" Twilight didn't say a word or move. Spike got worried, "Twilight?" She just stood there, Then her ears went down and her face went into pain as the ringing got louder.

Twilight had collapsed on the stairs, again. She was her ears tight with her hooves, groaning. "Twilight!" Spike said, with worry. Thought Twilight could only hear distant words. She heard the word 'doctor' come out of Spike's mouth. She just nodded and walked down the stairs with him, out the door, and to the hospital.
