For Scootaloo, the two most awesome ponies in her life have always been her mom, Dizzy Twister, and her unoffical big sister, Rainbow Dash.

One day, while helping her mom move some boxes, Scootaloo discovers an old Cloudsdale High yearbook, and learns a shocking fact! Her mom, and Rainbow Dash attended the same high school! But yet, it seems like they don't hang out anymore! That must mean they aren't friends!

After hearing how Princess Twilight managed to patch things up and restore the bonds with her old friends in Canterlot, Scootaloo becomes convinced that the same thing can work in this situation. She just needs to get Rainbow Dash and Dizzy Twister into a situation where they'll have to talk to each other. And she ropes her fellow Cutie Mark Crusaders into helping her out.

But does their friendship really need to be rekindled, or does Scootaloo just assume it does?
