Sunset brushed her hair aside as she put the magical book into her backpack, Pinkie uncontrollably crying in the corner of Sunset’s apartment
with Rarity leaning on a wall next to her and Applejack sitting at a desk. “Will we ever see you again!?”
Pinkie said through tears. Rarity helped her to her feet as she responded. “Come now darling she’s only going away for 2 weeks.”
Applejack stood up from the desk. “Stop being so over dramatic sugar.”
Sunset flipped the bag onto her back and began to speak. “Please just cheer up Pinkie, I won’t be gone forever. I’ll even bring back some souvenirs.”
Pinkie’s sadness turned to happiness as she heard souvenirs. Shooting over to Sunset, she happily hugged her jumping up and down.
“Oh thank you, thank you please bring back a few dozen cakes while you're at it.”
Sunset just laughed as she motioned everyone out of her apartment. "Pinkie it’s cake, nothing will be different.”
Pinkie got even more excited. “But maybe if I eat something from Equestria i’ll permanently get wings, or a horn, or maybe,maybe..”
Rarity grabbed her shoulders before could continue.“Calm down dear you’re getting a sugar rush again.”
Pinkie closed her eyes for two seconds and then reopened them seemingly coming back into reality. “Sorry bout that.”
With that she skipped out the door. Sunset couldn’t help but think about the similarities between both the worlds. The four arrived at the front of the school noticing the rest of the gang sitting on the steps, Applejack began to wave. “Hey ya’ll!”
Rainbow, Fluttershy, and Twilight looked up to wave back. “Hey guys we’re just waiting on you.”
Sunset extended a hand to Twilight.“Hey Twilight how's it going?”
She took her hand and was helped to her feet.“Oh well ynow, still getting used to talking to so many people, but I heard that you plan on going to..what was it called?”
Sunset started up the steps. “Equestria.”
Twilight nervously chuckled.“Right, going to Equestria. So what’s it like anyway.”
Sunset held her chin in thought. “Well everypony is really nice and everyone supports one another like family but to really get a great feel for it, you’d have to go there yourself.”
Twilight shrugged. “Worth asking.”
They all continued inside to attend their classes. After school the seven girls waited until sunset. Applejack laughed a little.“Wow Sunset, is it a coincidence that you, Sunset, are leaving at Sunset?”
Sunset couldn't help but give her an annoyed look.“Thanks for that really but where is Twilight?”
Rainbow pointed to the school. “She had to go do some extra studying so she told me to say goodbye for her.”
Sunset turned toward the portal and touched it just to make sure it was there. “Well guys it’s time for me to go.”
Everyone stood up piled in a group hug, after a minute, Rainbow dash broke the hug first. “Just make sure that my pony self is just as athletic as I am.”
Next was rarity. “Please if you could bring back some designs.”
Applejack just shook her head in disappointment. “Sugar you do know those designs are for ponies right.”
Rarity couldn’t help but turn her head away in embarrassment. “Well I still want to see, you never know I could adapt the designs.”
Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie both began to cry. Sunset hugged them harder. “Guys I told i’d only be gone for a couple of weeks.”
Fluttershy wiped the tears from her eyes. “I’m going to miss you so much.”
Sunset looked to Pinkie. “Why are you still crying?”
Pinkie wiped her tears as well. “I just can’t wait for the cake!”
They both walked back the steps. Sunset turned back to the portal and gave everyone a wave, they responded with a wave back. (Everyone) “Bye, see ya, please come back safe.”
Sunset put an arm through the portal.“Bye guys i’ll be back.” She stepped entirely through the portal and disappeared.
Pinkie broke the silence that followed. “Well what now?”
Rarity got up and started back into the school. “Shall we practice our latest songs then?”
Rainbow shot up, her guitar in hand. “Heck yea!”
They all walked inside the school to practice their songs. As the door closed the portal rippled a little be
fore finally settling.

One week has passed since Sunsets departure to Equestria. The early morning was not yet started as the night sky still hang faintly.
The sun finally peeked over the horizon, slowly rising into the sky as sounds of birds chirping filled the air.
Cars began starting up and speeding down the blocks to the respective workplace.
One house lay in complete silence, streamers covered the living room and kitchen and a grand cake sat, half eaten, on the table.
Pinkie lay sound asleep in her bed with beams of light shine through her window. She lazily opened her eyes,sat up,yawned,scratched her head and like an old man with a joint problems climbed slowly out of bed.
She opened her door and walked groggily down the stairs. Maud, who had just exited her room as well, noticed Pinkie’s slow movement compared to her hyperactive normal self. “Boulder, does Pinkie seem okay to you?.......You’re right.” Maud was about to return to her room but Pinkie came back up the stairs, Her posture was slouched and her hair, completely deflated.Maud ran to her room picked up her cell phone and proceeded to dial a number. “Hello, yes come quick something is wrong with Pinkie.” The voice responded and hung up.Twenty minutes later there was a knock on the front door, Maud rushed to open it and direct the person upstairs. “She’s in her room.”
The guest knocked on Pinkie’s door and her voice responded from inside. “Come in.”
The door opened and in stepped Applejack. “Pinkie..You okay?”
She just lay under her covers still as a tree. “Just...fine.”
Applejack closed the door and sat beside Pinkie. “You’re obviously depressed so..come on out with it.” Pinkie sat up a little. “Sunsets still gone for another week right?” Applejack nodded. “Well it’s not that entirely..I’ve kinda been throwing parties every night she’s been gone. In other words...I’m pooped!”
Applejack turned to give Pinkie a hug a got up from the bed. “You know what, i’ll put in a good word for you at school, get you excused.”
Pinkie waved her hand in disagreement. “No no, being tired isn’t worth missing school.” She got up and went to her closet.
After ten minutes of lazily putting on clothes, she and Applejack emerged from the front door of the house and walked to school.
Rainbow waved at them as she arrived at the statue in front of the school with a soccer ball tucked under her arm. “Hey guys what’s u….Pinkie are you alright?” Pinkie slowly nodded while Applejack shook her head in response. Rainbow put her arm around Pinkie. “C’mon maybe we can recharge your batteries with some food.” They walked in and to the band room. Rainbow flung the doors open revealing Rarity and Fluttershy tuning their instruments, Twilight in a corner digging her nose into a book. Rainbow’s stomach began making a deafening growl. “Ah man,you guys ready for some breakfast or what?”
Rarity put her keytar into it’s case and set it in a locker. “Well it would nice to eat now i’m starving, and frankly it seems Pinkie is in need of most of the nourishment.”
Fluttershy gasped at the sight of Pinkie. “Oh my, Pinkie what happened?”
She rubbed her eyes a little. "Well you know how people say to count the days away...well I've kinda been partying the days away, hehe…..”
Rainbow pointed in the direction of the lunch room. “Are we gonna sit here or are we gonna eat?” They all nodded and exited the room.
Inside the lunchroom were dozens of students conversing before their morning classes.
The Rainbooms sat at their usual seat, Pinkie was stuffing her face while Everyone else was watching Rainbow brag about her soccer skills to to Apple Bloom,Scootaloo, and Sweetie belle.
Rarity giggled a little as she watched Pinkie Vacuum up the last of her food. “Ah that hit the spot, now all I need is a good nap.”
Rarity began messing with Pinkie’s hair, twirling a strand around her finger. “At least you got your splendid poofy hair back.”
Pinkie brushed her hand aside and shook the curl out that Rarity’s finger had caused.
The bell rung throughout the school, kids started placing their food in the trash and making their way to their morning classes.
Applejack waved goodbye the others, grabbing a bragging Rainbow by her shirt and dragging her off.
Rarity helped Pinkie to her feet and they accompanied Fluttershy and Twilight to class.
After school the six Rainbooms along with dozens and dozens of other students left the front doors of CHS, Kids talked in excitement as they head for their homes.
Rarity sat by the statue brushing her hair while Twilight sat leaned against the statue as well.
Both of them waved to their friends inside the crowd. “Oh darlings over here!” The six regrouped at the statue as the kids finally left for their homes, quieting down the area.
Twilight closed a book in response to the silence. “Finally some peace and quiet.”
Pinkie began jumping up and down. “Only 6 more days until the most fantastical,spectacular,absolutely awesome day of my life!”
Twilight sighed. “There goes the peace.”
Fluttershy laughed a little. “Looks like Pinkie’s back to normal.”
Applejack began walking off. “See ya guys later, I’ll make some things for the party this weekend.”
Rarity picked up her bag as well. “I have some great ideas for the party decorations I just have to get back to drawing them.”
Pinkie jumped up in excitement. “I got a party to plan!” She dashed off without a word to anyone, but just as fast, dashed back and grabbed fluttershy. “I need you!” Dashing off once again.
Twilight stood up and laughed. “The friends i’ve made.” She started to walk off but something caught her interest, a lock of red hair by the portal. “Huh where did this come from? This wasn’t here before, I would’ve seen this.” She stashed the hair into a pocket in her backpack and left the area.
That night, all was quiet around the school, until footsteps broke the silence.
3 young students circled around the statue until finally they stopped in front of the school. “Alright you ready?”
A student holding a microphone responded to another holding a camera. “Ready, just turn it on already.”
The young lady pointed to cue starting the recording.
“Hello all you admiring fans, the Great and Powerful Trixie here, tonight we’re going to get some raw footage of me singing the song of the century.”
With the help of a ladder, she climbed up on the statue and began singing.

“You better believe I got tricks up my sleeve and I captivate cause i’m powerful and great.”
She sung her song halfway until a vibration shook the statue. “What the? I thought I told you not interrupt me.”
The two girls shook their heads nervously, one of them pointed to the statue. “No,no it wasn’t us, the statue moved.”
Trixie scowled at them. “What are you talking about, that statue is as solid as a rock.”
The statue vibrated again causing Trixie to slip and fall,luckily her two partners were there to catch her.
“I.It’s moving.”
Trixie took a step forward. “The Great and Powerful Trixie is not scared of anything. I’ll show you cowards who’s the boss.” She walked to the statue and began fearfully and slowly putting her hand on the statue. As her hand touched the statue, nothing happened. "Hahaha see you cowards nothing’s going to happen.” The girls back up near the street. Trixie was confused but still beaming with false confidence. “What? Is something wrong?” The two girls pointed, Trixie turned to face her reflection in the mirror. Her fear sunk in when she noticed her reflection had sharp fangs, red eyes and bat wings. Trixie immediately jumped back to join her friends by the street. “Maybe we should a better place to film.
Suddenly a hand shot out of the base of the statue. All 3 girls screamed in horror, running down the street fast as a speeding train.
A few seconds later a full figure stepped out of the statue and a young female’s voice echoed out.“Hahahaha!”
Later the next day, the lunchroom was filed with sounds of kids going on about their plans for the weekend.
Rainbow couldn’t help but express her happiness openly. “Oh man this weekend is going to be so awesome!”
She continued to smile uncontrollably as she entered the lunchroom, meeting her friends at their usual spot.
Applejack playfully punched Rainbow’s arm. “Hey sugar.”
Rainbow responded with a punch back. “Hey guys, can you believe what’s happening this weekend.”
Twilight patted Rainbow on the back. “Yes we all have, you haven’t stopped talking about all day.”
Fluttershy put down a spoonful of food. “She’s just really excited. If you ask me, we all should be excited.”
Rarity couldn’t help but notice Pinkie randomly shifting around them as their conversation go on. “Pinkie dear, what are you doing?”
She disappeared under the table and popped up right behind Rarity. “We’re talking about my party right?” They all nodded. “So what’s going on this weekend?”
Twilight looked down in shame. “Oh no, you’re the one planning the party and we didn’t tell you, sorry Pinkie, some of the other kids caught wind of your party and wanted to chip in. By the time we realized it, the entire school was in on it.”
Pinkie grew a smile on her face. “So now I get to plan a school party….my dream!” Everyone looked up to Pinkie standing on top of a table.
Applejack grabbed Pinkie’s hand and motioned her down. “You’re making a scene sugarcube.”
A familiar voice came sent them all turning around to face their past. “Just like you Rainbooms not have any common sense in a public place.”
Two more voices responded as well. “Just the worst.” “Cmon guys they’re doing a Monday only taco special.”
Rainbow’s face turned to anger as she eyeballed their long time enemies. “The Dazzlings? What do you want?”
Adagio laughed. “Oh nothing just wanted to check on your ego.”
Twilight cocked in her head. “Ego?”
Aria put an arm around Twilight. "Oh that’s right you’re this world's Twilight, see before you got here, we put together a friendly little competition, a battle of the bands. We just tried to win, but your equestrian counterpart, little miss friendship just had to show off and cheat their way to the goal.”
Applejack stood up and brushed Aria’s arm off of Twilight. “Now you know darn well that’s not what went down.”
Rarity pitched in as well. “It could've been a beloved competition had you not ruined it.”
Adagio began showing anger in her face. “With what singing?”
Rainbow got right in front of  the three girls. “Last time I checked, your singing almost threw the entire school out of control.”
All 3 of them threw expressions of anger at her. Adagio motioned Aria and Sonata to a table at the far side of the room. “Know what, I don’t need to defend our good intentions to you losers.” With that she walked off, the 6 went back to eating their lunch.
Fluttershy softly but angrily put down her fork. “I can’t believe they’re still here after all that.”
Rainbow nodded in agreement. “Yea you’d think that principle Celestia would have expelled them after that.”
They all gave a hum of agreement. The bell rang for afternoon classes to start.
Kids began throwing their food away and heading out.
As the 6 began to walk towards the lunch room doors, Applejack couldn't help but give a gasp of suspense.
A glimpse of red hair before just disappearing out into the hallway. Applejack picked up speed, bursting through the doors and into the hallway.
She frantically looked around for what she had just seen, the rest of the Rainbooms rushed out to her.
Rarity put a hand on Applejack’s shoulder. “Darling what happened?”
Applejack looked around for a few more seconds. “Nothing…..Thought I saw….something.”
Pinkie popped up next to her. “Like what?”
Applejack nervously responded. “The other Twilight yea..” With that she ran off to class. They all looked in confusion but simply shrugged and went to their classes.
