Sunset Shimmer's life is falling down around her ears... at least until she sees a deal on a home she just can't pass up. Though the seller seems a bit worried about the houses history, with a price like that, who could possibly pass it up, even if it needs some work.

But could the dark history of the house come back to haunt her, or is it all just superstition that surrounds 1428 Elm Street?

An idea that was running through my head a while back, and one that I wanted to get at least a starting chapter out for in time for Halloween. EQG:ANoEs is a side project for myself while I work on some other things.
