Le Noir-Bouquet

The old Lís Estate is strange.

Not that there is anything wrong with it, in fact, it's in quite excellent condition besides some groundwork and general tidying up. A bit windy and far removed due to being situated on the northeast side of Canterlot Mountain, and certainly in dreary shadow from the mountain most of the year, but for the view alone one would think it would be prized.

Yet, it's strangeness come from being abandoned, totally and utterly, for the past century.

No ghost stories. No sordid histories. Only the flippant disregard of the Lís family and a single, unrelated incident from one-hundred years ago.

Naturally, a few curious ponies want to have a looksie when the property rights expire this winter. After all, whoever moves in gets the place, what's the risk?
