The Equestrian Godfather: Pinkie Pie's Takeover
Twilight followed the confusing directions, making mistakes and correcting them often. She was eventually led to Sugar Cube Corner and ordered the "Pink Dream" as the instuctions asked. The item was not on the menu, but when she ordered it they did not refuse. The violet unicorn wandered over to an open table and waited for her mystery food.
Mr. Cake brought out a small platter, covered by a round steel bowl. He laid it down on the table and said "Enjoy Twilight."
"Uh, thank you?" Twilight responded unsurely. She took the top off to find a picture in a pink frame of an arrow pointing up. She looked at the ceiling for a meaning, then looked around the resturaunt. She saw Mrs. Cake, who pointed to the stairs.
With an exasperated sigh from the confusing messages, Twilight meandered to the stairs and began her ascent. Once she reached the top, she could make out a large mass of shadows.
Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Ditzy and a pony Twilight didn't recognize where talking amongst each other while sitting at a long table that could easily fit 20 ponies.
"Twilight, how good to see you." Pinkie Pie said
"Good to see you too. Why did you call me here, and why did you do it so..." she searched for a word
"Strangely?" Pinkie continued for her "To maintain secrets, otherwise everything I've built could crumble" She said, then clapping her hooves she said "Like that."
"What are you talking about?" Twilight said "She's trying to" Rainbow Dash cut excitedly in Pinkie Pie stopped her. "In this world, not everyone is in the same... condition. Some are poor or out of work, some are frail or sickly. Some children are elitist, bullying others simply because they are 'better'. I say nay to this. This horrible condition of Equestria cannot continue. I want to replace it with something better, a place where everyone gets 3 meals and is paid the same." Pinkie Pie said "Pinkie, that won't work. Communism only helps those not loyal to it. Besides, Equestria isn't 'bad'" Twilight said defiantly Pinkie laughed at this prospect. "How will it help those dishonest? Equestria is rotting. Look around you, the ruler is to busy sitting on her throne banishing people to the moon to pay attention to actual problems."
"What do you need me for?" Twilight said, skipping over Pinkie's argument "I need you to help me to create a new world." She said simply and honestly.
"Sure Pinkie, of course I will" Twilight agreed to the union.
VWVWVWVWVWV It had been only a month since that day, but the family (as Pinkie had been calling it) had grown tremendously. Once joining this family, Twilight was suprised to know a lot of things happened that Celestia did nothing about, prefering to ignore it.
Pinkie Pie was alone with Rainbow Dash in a dimmed room after dismissing the others for the day. Rainbow Dash, Amethyst Star who was a purple pony that had originally inspired her to do this, and Pinkie Pie normally stayed longer than the rest. Amethyst Star was in Manehatten for business not relating to the family, but was important nonetheless.
"Far too many want to stop my dream of equality, prefering to have anarchy." Pinkie said randomly as she rested her head in Rainbow Dash's lap.
"We can stop them, don't worry." Dash said, trying to make Pinkie feel better. Pinkie felt horrible even thinking about someone disagreeing with a new Equestria, and Rainbow Dash hated seeing her like that.
"But how Dash? I don't want to accidentally make things worse." Pinkie said, turning around to reveal she was in tears.
"I'm... I'm not sure Pinkie, but... I will stick by you. Through think and thin..." Rainbow Dash said "Together forever" Pinkie continued, smiling now. She still seemed to be in thought, but she seemed happy.
"Rainbow Dash?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you think people will be happy?"
"There is no way to tell how people will react, but I will be the happiest girl in the world to see you make a better place for everypony." Dash said as honestly as she could.
"Do you like me?" Pinkie asked "Of course I do Pi-" Dash was cut off by Pinkie Pie pressing her mouth against her own, only for a split second.
"I. I can't do this Pinkie. I'm sorry." Dash stuttered.
"I'm sorry. You can go for the day." Pinkie said without making eye contact.
"Okay. Have a nice night Pinkie. No hard feelings, right?" Dash said leaving slowly "Alright, you too. No hard feelings." Pinkie said, making eye contact once more.
Dash left Sugar Cube corner and began her flight home. As she flew through the skies, she wondered 'She must be lonely, at the top. She can't trust anyone, not up there. In the underground Equestria, anyone can kill you at any time. I have to protect her, she's too innocent to know what she's getting into. NO, I have to get her out, before she's discovered.' Rainbow Dash continued this train of thought, eventually leading her to the plans discussed today. The murder of Gilda the Griffon would happen within the week. 'If this plan pulls through, all of the mobs will know who she is.' Rainbow Dash thought.
She landed on the cloud, shaded a glorious purple by the fading sun.
"Tank, I'm home." Rainbow Dash said, remembering her dead turtle. "I missed you buddy."

Ditzy is still in the dark, but she will be playing the biggest role in the assassination- preperation.

I hope you remember what I said about the point of view thing, because its a device that will be used often.
Also, I'm taking away Ditsy's lisp. Here’s a hint why: try and write Streamers as if there’s a lisp. Also, I don't want to offend anypony.

“Ditzy, I need you to help me with something, you think you can?” Pinkie said to me as I skipped to my next mailstop.
“Of course I can, what do you need?” I said.
“Well, it’s kinda hard to explain silly-billy. Why don't I just show you?” Pinkie responded, inviting me to join her.
“Sure Pinkie, I would love to.” I said, a giant smile plastered on my face.
“Excellent” She said as she walked away.
“Where are we going?” I said once I caught up to her.
“We're going to Donut Dan's. There I'll show you how to set up a party!” Pinkie responded cheerily.
“OK!!” I said, now excited to be going to the wonderful donut shop. They also made delicious muffins!!

“Okay, what you have to do is put up streamers all over the place, but not too many or it will be cluttered. Keep most of them to the walls. After you're done, Dan has agreed to help you set up the tables. The party is Friday so don't rush. You have 4 days to set up.” Pinkie said as she gestured all over the room.
“Umm, yeah. Streamers and tables. Cluttering.” I said confused. Pinkie spoke really fast, and the looking around the room to follow her hoof made me dizzy.
“Are you sure you got that?” Pinkie said, thankfully slower this time. Her eyes were still bright, focused right on me, but now they were filled with compassion.
“Yeah, of course I do.” I said, trying to make sure she didn't worry. I didn't want to be a burden, at least not this once.
“Alright, thank you Ditzy.” Pinkie said leaving.
“You're welcome!” I shouted after her.
I began to hang the streamers, but though I had a few mistakes it all went nicely. After I was done with that, Dan said “Well done Ditzy, have some lemonade!”
The lemonade was really good, but then we had to prepare the tables.
Dan placed a circle sheet on the table and told me to flatten it out by spreading my hooves on top of it. I did rather well on the first few, but then I accidentally tore one because I pressed to hard he said. He seems to know a lot. Not like 'Twilight knows a lot', but knows a lot about the world.
“It's okay,” Dan said, but I still felt bad about him putting it in the trash, simply because it was no longer ‘perfect’. It should still be allowed to be seen, shouldn't it?
Dan began to close up shop after we were done, but I still tried to stay. He shooed me away with a chuckle and a wave goodbye along with a kind “I'll see you tomorrow.”
I walked through the Ponyville, my only companion the other ponies rushing home and the setting sun. I wasn't rushing home; I liked the dark. I could see better and nobody could look at me. Judge me. Condemn me for my appearance. I could never understand the night. The strange things I saw during the day disappeared and I could think a lot clearer.
I got to my home near the center of Ponyville and walked inside my grounded house. I had bought it because Rainbow Dash was getting worried about me constantly falling off of my high home.
I opened my diary and grabbing the pen in my mouth, I began to write the next entry to my diary.

Daer diary. How was your day?
I has a good today, Pinky taught me how to maik a party. It was a lot of work and we didnt even get done, but it was reely fun.

Pinky had to go do something for the famelie, which I am prowd to be a membr ov. Shee never tels me wat she does, but she has me deliver a lot of stuf. Oh, that remind me of wurk. You wouldnt beleive this, doktur wooves will be so mad at me tommorow. I had to leeve in the midle of my root for Pinky's party and I never finished the male.

I looked at what I had just written. All of the mistakes looked obvious, but the words wanted to be written that way. Twilight tried to teach me to write well, but even she couldn't reverse the magic that made me do this. I had accidentally been hit by a magic beam during a circus show and had never been able to do anything right since.
"I'm such a screw-up..." I mumbled, resting my head in my hooves.

I woke up on the floor somehow and mumbled to myself as I got off. I had red marks where my head had been on my hooves and probably had even more on my head from the carpet.
"Oh no, I'm going to be late!!" I said distressed once I saw the clock.
I galloped over to the post office; tripping over my hooves as I pranced. Once I got there, I saw him sitting at the front desk.
"Ditzy, I thought you were just going to not work." Doctor Whooves said, looking up from his newspaper.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to. Pinkie came and she needed" I spilled the words out of my mouth.
"Shhh, there's always an excuse." He said, then looked at his newspaper once more.
"Am I fired? Please don't, I really need this."
"Some very bad things have happened, very grim indeed. What’s even worse than robberies is that a girl like you refuses to work."
"Does that mean?"
"I'm sorry Ditzy. It's nothing personal." He said. Tears were running down my face. I didn't know when the tears started, I just knew they were coming in a torrential downpour.
"Please, I love this job. You can't do this", I said through my sobs.
"You are a wonderful girl with a great personality. I'm sure you can find a job elsewhere." He said calmly.
"No I can't! I'm a failure, I can't do anything right." I said.
"Don't talk like that, you do plenty of things right."
"Like what?" I shouted. I paused, waiting for him to respond. When he didn't, I shouted "See, I'm useless." Giving up, I collapsed on the ground.
"Come with me." He said, holding out his hoof to help me out.
VWVWVWVWV 3rd POV
"Now stay here Ditzy, I'll be right back." Dr. Whooves said after dragging her to Sugar Cube Corner.
He pushed open the doors made of cake and approached the front desk. "Is Pinkie Pie here?" He asked after Mrs. Cake came to the front desk.
"No, not at the moment, she's out with some friends. Would you like some breakfast deary?" She said.
"Uh, yeah. A muffin would be great." Dr. Whooves said. He bent his head into his satchel to grab his bitsack. He always carried his satchel and money after his house had been robbed not a month ago.
"Alright, here you go. That'll be 2 bits." She said, dropping the muffin into a small paper bag.
He gave the two bits over and grabbed the small bag in his mouth. "Have a nice day." He mumbled through the bag.
Dr. Whooves turned around and once he did, he noticed a cloaked figure sitting in the corner. Though he didn't want to be intrusive, he couldn't help but be intrigued by the mystery of the cloaked mare. Questions like 'Who is she? Why is she wearing that?' raced across his mind, among others, as he walked past her. The only clue as to who she was is the smaller muzzle than that of a male and the unicorn horn that made the hood peak.
He decided to not get involved and ignore her, so he walked out of the door. Ditzy was no longer crying. In fact, she wasn't even where she was left. Whipping the muffin around, he looked for her. He finally caught sight of her, sitting on a park bench, looking hollow.
"There you are, you had me worried. Let's go find Pinkie." Dr. Whooves said once he dropped the muffin in front of Ditzy. Without a word, she got up, picked up the muffin and began to meander away. Dr. Whooves had to catch up to her and once he did he had to turn her in the other direction.
“Let's go to Twilight Sparkle's house. You like Twilight, don't you?” Dr. Whooves said to her.
Ditzy mumbled something in response, but it was not understandable.

“Thanks Mrs. Cake. I really wanted to help her, but some things are more important I guess.” Pinkie said as she descended the cake stairs into the main lobby of Sugarcube Corner.
“Your welcome. I want the world to be better just as you do.” She chuckled.
Pinkie smiled, which Mrs. Cake was hesitant to return until Pinkie said, “Anything for Pound and Pumpkin.”
After their small exchange was over, Pinkie Pie got down to business.
“Trixie, come on up. We have a lot to discuss.”
The blue mare seated in the corner took off her hood to reveal the face well known in Ponyville.
“Pleasure to be onboard. The Great and Powerful Trixie expects you feel the same.” She said, sitting up.
“Of course I do. We need more people of your skills.” Pinkie responded. Pinkie didn't like a braggart like her, but she knew if she wanted the best con artist in Equestria, she would have to get over it.
The two walked up the stairs to the darkened room Pinkie now used as her headquarters.
“To start, you will have to learn under Twilight for a bit.” Pinkie said plainly after sitting across from Trixie.
”The Great and Powerful Trixie doesn't take tutelage from anypony.” Trixie said defiantly, but Pinkie gave her a look that said ‘Really, you're going to be that pony?’
“Well, maybe the Majestic and Grateful Trixie could use a bit of... help getting used to Ponyville.” Trixie said, going back on her previous sentence.
“Perfect. You are stationed in Ponyville until further notice.” Pinkie said, finalizing it.
