Derpy trotted out from the TARDIS examining the new planet she'd landed in and Doctor abruptly burst through the door as well, rubbing his head from the bumpy ride they'd taken. She glanced at him "Doctor where are we again?" She asked. Doctor immediately turned to her and grinned "Well where on planet.. NewTopia! Yes that's it!" He replied and looked around satisfied.
Ditzy peered out further to the distance and smiled, seeing the City of NewTopia in all it's glory. "You were right, it is beautiful.." Doctor looked at her and grinned "Well we're in the future Ditzy, I wouldn't say by much but it's slightly more upgraded than Ponyville." He walked through the alleyway to they'd left the TARDIS in and looked back at her. She followed him and smiled delightedly "It's nice to take a break from adventuring once in awhile.." He turned to her and stuck out his tongue playfully, knowing what sort of messes he got himself into. Doctor and Derpy left the alleyway and departed into the streets of the city both curious.
"Well what should we do my dear Ditzy?" He said in a soft and gentle purr, Derpy lifted her head in excitement and beamed "Maybe we could just take a stroll through town and I heard that there's a party being held in a castle near here, apparently anypony is allowed to attend!" Doctor rubbed his chin with his hoof and smiled slightly "Party you say?" She nodded and twirled slightly as he pondered about the event.
Doctor gave a wide smile and nodded gently at her "Yes I'd love to go with you Ditzy, we'll have to go back to the TARDIS later to get ready." She agreed and took his hoof unexpectedly, making him blush and pull at his tie nervously. Ditzy was drawn to a bakery close by, smelling the sweet scent of the muffins lingering in the air "Oh look a bakery! Maybe we could eat?" She smiled innocently and he walked in with her. She was seated at a table and waited for Doctor to return with all the sweet pastries, Doctor quickly returned and placed a basket full of muffin in front of her "There you are Ditzy, blueberry muffins your favourite!" She blushed and smiled, looking at him "A-aw you remembered Doctor.." He nodding and smirked intelligently, shutting his eyes briefly "Yep your Doctor sure is clever~" She laughed and shook her head, starting to eat her muffins.
Ditzy stared out the window at some couples passing by, she felt a sharp twinge of jealousy come over her because stallions didn't have much interest in a mare like her. She turned to Doctor trying to ignore it "Thank you Doctor it was very kind of you, I must repay you sometime.." She smiled faintly and he shook his head "It's quite alright Ditzy and you don't have to repay me dear." He said and she nodded slightly. As they left Derpy tried to keep her focus on the Doctor, no one else.
It was starting to get late so the duo walked back to the TARDIS together, starting to get ready for the special celebration. Ditzy and Doctor entered the wardrobe, it had three floors and millions of clothes to wear. "Derpy there's some dresses hung up
round the back, I'll be waiting here for you as I get ready, okay?" He smiled and she nodded in response, prancing into the wardrobe with great excitement.
"How about pink or blue? I think I'll go with blue!" She agreed with her thought and slipped the dress over her head then pulled it down to her waist. "Perfect!~" she whinnied.
She walked back to the main entrance of the wardrobe and saw Doctor in a dark, blue tuxedo and a top hat perched on his head. "Wow Miss Hooves! You look absolutely stunning..~" He grinned and kissed her hoof gently, making her cheeks a dark shade of red. She smiled and held his hoof, giggling softly "You look very handsome yourself Doctor..~" She smiled and blushed warmly.
They both walked to the Control room and Ditzy waited patiently as Doctor put in the coordinates for the castle. Soon enough the TARDIS was up and running, giving a deadly rumble as it entered the time vortex, Ditzy fell helplessly in to Doctor's arms as they toppled onto each other "Ahhh! My face..!" Doctor groaned as he smacked his head off the console. Finally after all the bumps and crashes the TARDIS had took, they landed and gave a sigh of relief. "Finally were here Derpy, that was probably the worst journey we've taken in the TARDIS, I'll have to fix her later or I probably just left the break on again.." He rubbed the back of his head nervously and laughed.
He stood up and helped Ditzy, wobbling slightly "Uggh I feel like I'm gonna be sick.." She whimpered and stood to face him, they both walked over to the door a and Doctor smiled "Well you know what they say Ditzy, Allons-y!~" He grabbed her hoof and galloped out the door, reaching the castle...
