What if the ponies Twilight met during the Summer Sun Celebration never existed and she met different ponies instead?

What if Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity and Fluttershy never existed and instead Twilight met 5 different ponies? How different will her lessons Twilight will learn?

Basically MLP: FIM but with my characters plus Twilight.
