The adventures and misadventures of Chris
It was a normal friday for Chris. He was listening to his music while he looked out the window. He was thinking about his life and how it was going bad. Really bad. He sighed a bit and thought of his mom whom had passed away last year. He looked down at his phone, pressed the home button, and looked through his music library to find something nice and soothing to listen to. He looked through the MLP music playlist he put together and played the first one.
The sounds of the happy songs drowned out the sounds of the other kids on the bus and he closed his eyes. His eyes jerked open as did the rest of his body, which was held in place by the seat belt. He looked and saw that there was a multi car pileup on the highway. He was shocked and hoped no one was hurt in the accident. He stopped the music and took his headphones off. He looked around the bus and saw the other passengers were still. There was screaming and yelling from the front of the bus.
He turned his head to see a figure in all black with piercing red eyes standing over the bus driver. They seemed to be yelling and the man in all black pulled a gun out and shot the bus driver point blank in the head, killing him instantly. The kids on the bus started to scream loudly and Chris saw the man look toward his direction. Chris quickly hid behind the seat in front of him, his eyes wide in fear as he tried to think of a way to get out of there
"Maybe the emergency exit? that won’t work! he’ll see me and shoot me"
Chris heard another gunshot and flinched a bit. The man was killing the kids one by one. Chris’s heart started to race. He kept shooting and the screams of the children were slowly silenced. Eventually the man reached him. Chris looked at him and could get a clear view of his face, it looked exactly like his own. Chris was shocked and said “ who are you?...” The man chuckled and grins and spoke with a voice that made a shiver run down Chris’s spine
“Wouldn’t you like to know?”
The man aimed his gun and shot Chris once in the chest and twice in the stomach. The man pulled the trigger again but was met by a click from his gun
“Damn, i'm out.... “
Chris was coughing up blood and was bleeding out fast. The man chuckled “ looks like you're gonna bleed out Chris” the man looked directly into Chris’s eyes “ You're probably wondering how I know your name huh?” Chris looked deep into the his eyes and noticed them turn from red to blue, but quickly turned back to red “ you can call me Lucius, not like it’ll matter” Lucius seemed to disappear in a flash of white light. Chris blacked out and everything went dark.
In Golden Oak Library, in a world far away from Chris's own, a small pony by the name of Twilight Sparkle is looking through her books, trying to figure out a magic spell. Spike ran down the stairs " Twilight! Are you still trying to figure out that spell? "
"Yeah Spike...just haven't found the right book....."
Twilight picks one up and looks at the title.
"Ah! Here we go! "A hoofs on guide to summoning"! This should help!"
Spike walked next to her and read the title of the book out loud
" A hoofs on guide to summoning? Summoning what? "
"I don't know.....anything at this point. Maybe we should start small, like a snail or something...."
Spike nods " how about a butterfly? Or some gems!" He said drooling a bit.
Twilight giggles "sure. Some gems would be a good place to start. Don't wanna mess up trying to summon a living thing, that could get ugly...."
Twilight begins looking through the book.
Spike gets some napkins " Ready Twilight?"
"Okay....let's see here...."
Twilight gets everything she needs together and starts her spell as Spike watched with anticipation and hoped it would work. Twilight's horn glows as 5 gems appear and land on the floor
"Hey! It worked! Dig in Spike! Let's try something else...."
Spike grabs the gems and gave one an experimental lick. His eyes went wide and quickly ate one
"These are delicious! " he hugged Twilight
" Thank you! "
"You're very welcome Spike, now please move aside before you accidentally get hurt"
Spike nods, took the gems, and sat next to her. He started to eat the rest of them.
Twilight looked through the book and decided on a spell.
"Okay. I'm gonna try to summon a butterfly. Here's hoping it works...."
Twilight set everything up again and started the spell.
Spike finished the gems quickly and watched as a shape started to form in front of them. Whatever it is, it's not a butterfly. A shape of what seemed to be a strange creature formed and stayed on the floor. It was motionless, red liquid starting to form around its body.
"Spike! Get the bandages! Whatever this is, we have to help it! It looks really hurt...."
Spike nods and ran upstairs and looked under Twilight's bed. He came back with the first aid kit and handed it to her. Twilight takes it and starts wrapping up where the fluid was coming from, making sure it was stopped before they do anything else.
"Okay, now get to the hospital fast!"
Twilight picks it up and they rush to the hospital.
Spike ran with her "Twilight! What if it's dangerous?!"
