At Golden Oaks Library...

Twilight Sparkle is very exited, because she is going on a date with Flash Sentry. She went through her closet, searched for a nice dress to wear on her date, all she found was a normal blue dress, after some quick thinking the alicorn decided to wear the blue dress.

"Flash is going to be surprise when he sees me in this dress." Twilight said.

Later, Twilight walked down the stairs to gets Spike's approval on the dress before she goes out. Spike was reading his comic book on the couch. Twilight asks for his opinion on her dress, Spike approves with two thumbs up.

"So Twilight, what's with the dress, is the Gala on again?" Spike asked.

"I'm going out on a date with Flash, Spike." said Twilight as she tilt her head. "Are you going to be okay on your own?"

Spike puts down his comic down and replied. "Don't worry, Twilight. I'll be okay, I promised Sweetie Belle that I would take her to Sweet Apple Acers to see a brawl against Applejack and Rainbow." He rolled his eyes and puts his claw behind his head. "It's very strange, ever since I got over my crush on Rarity, Sweetie Belle likes to do the stuff I like to do."

Twilight raised a brow, she knows what going on. "Oh I know why it's strange. Spike, I think Sweetie Belle has a crush on you."

Spike widened his eyes in shock. "WHAT?! Your kidding right? Please tell me your kidding?"

Twilight shook her head and giggled. "Sorry Spike, but it could be true, why don't you go talk to her while I'm gone, I'm sure she'll understand."

As Twilight heads towards the door, Spike went back to read his comic.

"Remember Spike, ever since your accident with King Sombra, Sweetie was the only one that stayed with you until you woke up, the second one was me and the third one was Rarity."

Spike sighed. "Maybe your right Twilight.

Later...

Flash has been waiting for 9 minutes at Clover Cafe, and he was getting impatient.

"If Twilight ditched me to get a new book, then I'm going back to the Crystal Empire." Flash said.

"Sorry I'm late Flashy, hope I didn't miss anything." Twilight said arriving.

Flash was amazed, when he saw her, Twilight was very beautiful. A year ago, when Twilight came back from the mirror portal after she retrieved her crown back from Sunset Shimmer, before she went back to Ponyville, she send an invitation to meet her at the castle. When he arrived, he had a little alone time Twilight, she said the she has a crush on him and kissed him, and he kissed back. Princess Cadance knew their love is genuine.

"Wow, you look... pretty." Flash said, while he was bushing.

"Te he... Thanks. You look handsome too." Twilight giggled, while she blushed.

"Thanks, come on babe, let's enjoy this day." Flash said while holding Twilight's hoof.

"I would love that." Said Twilight.

Meanwhile...

At Sweet Apple Acers, Rainbow Dash was dressed up in her Wonderbolts attire with a brown jacket and bandages, and Applejack is wearing some very short shorts, hoofless gloves and a red scarf. Spike came with Sweetie Belle and sat on the table watching the two mares brawling.

"Um.... Sweetie Belle?" Spike asked, while blushing.

"What is it, Spike?" Sweetie Belle said back.

Spike was a little nervous to talk to her, but he tried to do it regardless. "Twilight told me that.... ever since I got over my crush on Rarity, you got a crush on me. is that true?" he asked.

Sweetie Belle blushed.

"Well..." She sighed. "It's true, I do have a crush on you, Spike. It happen when you were in your coma, after King Sombra hurt you with his dark magic." Sweetie Belle said honestly. "When Twilight and Rarity brought you back to Ponyville, I was shocked, when we got to the hospital. I was the one that stay who stayed with you." Sweetie Belle continued.

"I thought it would make you happy"

Spike hold her hoof, and smiled. "It's okay Sweetie, I didn't know you cared so much about me. I just thought you and the crusaders only cared about getting your cutie marks." he said.

"Maybe I'll get my cutie mark by loving a dragon." Sweetie Belle said with tears of joy.

"Thanks for being there for me, Sweetie Belle." Said Spike.

"No problem... Spikey-wikey."

"Oh boy, wait til I tell Rarity- OW!!!" Said Applejack while she got kick in the face.

"Yeah, I win, it's my birthday, uh-ha," Rainbow Dash taunted. "Go Rainbow, go Rainbow, go Rainbow, go self."

Applejack got up, and thought to herself... "I wonder what Applebloom and Scootaloo think about Sweetie Belle now?"

"So Sweetie, want to go get ice cream?" Said Spike still holding Sweetie Belle's hoof.

"I would love too." Said Sweetie Belle.

Back at Colver Cafe...

Twilight has been a little worried about Spike.

"Twilight, are you okay?" Flash asked.

"It's nothing Flash, I keep having these dreams lately." Twilight replied.

Flash was a little confused. "Tell me what are these dreams, I'm sure I can understand."

Twilight explained. "Well, I see King Sombra, but the image isn't clear. He seems to haunting me and Spike, but it was mostly Spike, when ever he gets scared, it's like he sees Sombra everywhere like he was lurking in the shadows. I don't know if Sombra is haunting Spike or if he isn't destroyed. It all happen back in Crystal Empire when I was just a normal unicorn. Spike jumped off thanks to Sombra's dark crystals and Cadance was to weak to fly. I saw everything, but Sombra shot his black magic aura straight at Spike and he was injured badly. I was crushed, then something inside of me was unleashed, it was magic unlike anything I've ever experienced, it was coming from the Crystal Heart, it helped unlock magic beyond anything, then with the help of the Crystal Ponies, I was able to kill King Sombra. And ever since Spike's been having the same nightmare for months."

Flash was blown. "I think I have a theory, Sombra may have a trick up his sleeve, perhaps... Spike has some kind of connection to Sombra's memories, or... ah, forget it."

"What, tell me!" Twilight asked.

"No no no, it might not be true." Flash quickly said.

Twilight was getting upset. "TELL ME, NOW!!!"

"OKAY, okay calm down," Flash yelled. "I think Spike's a vessel for Sombra. I don't know."

"You mean Sombra is inside Spike's body?" Twilight asked, very worried then ever.

"I think so." Said Flash, he was sweating, he's trying to make sure what he's saying is not true. "If Sombra is in Spike's body, Celestia knows what will happen. He'll probably get revenge on you or get back to the Crystal Empire and steal the crystal heart again."

Twilight was afraid, her 'brother'... could be her greatest enemy. "I hope your wrong, Flash. Let's called this a day."

"Yeah, let's call it that. see ya Twi." Flash waved, while walking to the train station.

See ya next time, 'Flashy'" Twilight said, waving back. Twilight got a moment to think, if Sombra is in Spike's body, then would she have to destroy her 'brother'? She hopes Flash is wrong.

"Sentry is right in so many levels, Sparkle. Once I regain my strength again, I will have my... REVENGE!!!
