The land of Equestria has been under a peaceful reign for centuries. Peace, for those that don't know, reflects on times in which there is no bloodshed or conflict with opposing nations. However, peace isn't without its fair share of 'accidents' from occurring.
One day, a green Earth Pony foal is born into the world, from the small town of Hollow Shades; this is a town that exists on the other side of the Foal Mountains. Upon the birth of this foal, the parents name him Rainboom, due to the Sonic Rainboom of the same name occurring while the couple were outside. They managed to see a smaller glimpse of it in a long eye distance, yet still felt it a fitting name for their young one. This foal may, admittedly, seem small and insignificant. However, he is not about to journey through life without struggles of his own. Believe me when I say it, this life of his is rather long despite its short duration. Read at your own discretion.
