                         Prologue

Prologue
Today, was a good day, thought Twilight, as she entered the library to head to bed, unsuspecting of the upcoming future. Once she climbed up the stairs leading up to her bed, she marked off her calendar and said goodnight to Spike.
"Night Spike, hope your day was well."
Spike was half asleep already, but he groaned his response, "Night, Twi."
As Twilight climbed into bed and she pulled up the covers to go to sleep, couldn't even imagine her upcoming future. A few minutes later, Twilight fell asleep to dream of discovering the wonders and mysteries of Equestria, with her best friends.
BANG Twilight and Spike both jolted up to see what just happened.
"What the hell was that?!" Twilight gasped, running down the stairs and using her magic to pull a robe on. "C'mon Spike, hurry up!" Both her and Spike ran out the door to meet all the other ponies of PonyVille outside.
As the ponies murmured and whispered about what happened, Twilight wrote a quick letter to Princess Celestia to get down here. Twilight never really did notice the giant hole in the ground where an oddly shaped vessel landed, well, more of crash landed. The back of it was the easiest to make out, two groups of 3 round holes sticking out, with blue flames emitting from them. The frame of the vessel was all over the place, half mangle, half buried, and half just normal. Twilight had no idea how it had 3 halves, but it did. She was unsure how this was constructed and even what it was.
Once Celestia got down to PonyVille, Twilight decided to investigate the vessel. She decided to bring Rainbow Dash with her. "Hey Rainbow Dash, wanna help me investigate this, erm, this strange thing?"
"Sure, Twilight! I'd be glad to help you."
Twilight and Rainbow slowly walked over to the vessel, fearing that something may happen. As they approached the vessel, Twilight used her magic to clear a path to an obstructed door-way. "Hey, think you can get that door open Dash?"
"Probably, let's see..." Rainbow walked over to the door, examined it, and walked back a few feet. "Yeah, seems foreign from Equestria but, I'll try." The sky blue pony flew back and up into the air to slam into the door. Once she was around 40 feet away, she flew back and rammed into the door. BAM! The door flew open, bursting into the inside. Rainbow tumble in as the door flew inward. She ran right back out, before taking a glance of anything. Twilight and Rainbow slowly entered the vessel to notice...
