Donkey Run
I walked across the great plains of Africa, sniffing the green grass. I ate a many green grass that day.
Then, all of the grass ran out. All of my donkey friends and me ate it all. So, we had to find some more.
But to no avail because there were no more and there wasn’t going to be any more if we don’t give it time to grow again. Since we did not want to starve, we had to make a roadtrip to Equus, the planet of the mythicals.
We were coming to pass by the great forest of Africa, the most dangerous place in all of the Earth! That’s where the human’s live and thrive in, since they prefer warm climates with lots of humidity. The human’s had big, black hair all around their body with two big front teeth sticking out of their mouths.
Suddenly, a monster came out of the great forest of Africa. It was a big, red mean looking thing! It had a monstrous face of pure constipation.
The monster was taking a dump on the ground. It’s turds smelled like bananas and those only grew in Antarctica!
After the monster got done taking its big dump, we were already running in the opposite direction. It felt like we were running for days on end as we ran through the black void that we were apparently in. We ran across the diamonds in the void and slowly towards the sun. It followed us into the sun.
Bad idea monster. It shriveled up and turned to ashes as soon as it touched the sun’s rays. We would’ve had the same fate if we had not had our natural fire protection skin that protects us from the heat of Africa.
As we made our way through the sun, we met the great sun goddess, Ra.
Ra was such a nice hamster. He tried to feed us his hamster pebbles, but I and everydonkey else declined his generous request.
He showed us the way out and gave us some blessings. I got a luck blessing. I feel special.
We traveled out of the sun and onto the great moon. There, we met our pony friends preparing to take off for their journey to the great planet, Equus.
Our pony friends took it upon themselves to help us get to Equus for better food. We accepted it gratefully.
All of my donkey friends (and me) got on the great spaceship of Rainbow Duck and the ponies flew us to Equus, landing the a big valley they called Equestria.
There were a bunch of ponies already there cheering as we landed in one of the greater cities of Equestria. We were in Ponyville.
Then suddenly, the monster that had supposedly died on the sun was brought back to life and was here hunting us! We ran and ran, getting far as we could from the monster as we could. We ran across the great plains of Equestria and into the great forest of the Everfree before we finally lost it.
We traveled the great forest of the Everfree with no care in the world. The Everfree was the safest place on Equus, since it had no large predators that could eat a donkey in one gulp what-so-ever.
As we donkey’s were making our way through, I kept a cautious eye out for green grass. Even though our pony friends had green grass, we didn’t want to intrude upon their territory.
I caught sight of green, glowing eyes coming from one of the bushes in the forest.
My donkey friends trotted on by as I stopped to poke at the thing.
As I poked it, it slowly poked it’s head out of the bush and revealed itself to be an adult timberwolf! It yapped at me happily as I pet it’s cute little head. But as I did this, a big, mean baby timberduck stomped out of the pond nearby and chased me and the cute timberwolf around.
It almost caught us at one time when I tried to climb a tree. Eventually, when it realized we were too fast for it, it gave up and waddled back to it’s lonely pond. I shrugged and tried to catch up with my donkey friends.
I looked back and I found out that the cute little timberwolf was on my tail and I was dragging it along. I thought about naming it Shee-raw for a moment but shook my head as it wasn’t a good name. I came up with the name Lucky instead and I told this to the timberwolf. It accepted it’s new name gratefully and I pet it on it’s head and placed it carefully on my back.
I ducked under a tree branch and kept following my donkey friends. We reached the forest’s edge and saw a great lake... covered in a sheet of ice. We started to walk across the lake.
As we were walking across the lake, I saw a seal ducking and diving through the air trying to avoid a killer duck. The duck was dead set on penetrating the poor seal’s skin. I intended to put a stop to that as I walked into the middle of their fight and both stopped instantly.
I was amazed that the stopped so suddenly but I realized they weren't scared of me, but of the timberwolf on my back. I used this to my advantage as I told them that I would let this timberwolf eat both of them unless they stopped fighting. As expected, they both nodded quickly and did a handshake to agree to stop fighting.
I grinned victoriously and nodded to them as I continued on my way across the lake with the rest of my group.
We made it to the other side of the lake, into the warm wasteland that is the Russian country. We greeted our Russian friends on the other side, but they didn’t take too kindly to it. They constantly kept trying to capture us and put us in cages as pets. Each attempt was getting really predictable and not original.
Eventually, as we were almost out of the country, they had one big final battle where they set up a million traps where we would have to work our way through. Sadly, they ultimately failed because we were the main characters of this “story” (and yes, those are the only quotation marks you are going to see in this one-shot ever).
We made it out of the country and into the Alaskan wilderness, where we finally found green grass! I ate greedily and filled my belly up with green grass.
Suddenly, a giant flying rainbow duck flew into the sky, casting shadows overtop of the green grass, withering it away until it was turned into dust. The rainbow duck flew down on top of us and took a huge potty break on the ground before facing us.
It’s mean antler flashed brightly with rainbow power as it boomed it’s great voice, shouting at us for impeding on his land.
As each and every one of my group huddled together, getting ready to leave again, I stood still and tried to get the rainbow duck’s attention. That failed.
However, two great goddesses flew out from the sky and hit the duck with a giant rainbow beam. They were Celestia and Luna, saving the day for us! The rainbow duck fought back valiantly, but failed because it was the villain.
The goddesses swooped down and landed in front of my group, where we thanked them and gratefully bowed down before them. The told us that they were looking for us, planning on sharing their green grass with us.
I stepped up and told them that green grass was not a problem now that we are here in Alaska. I told them that we did not need to go to your nation to share anymore because we have enough here that we looked. The goddesses nodded at me and said that we could start a peace treaty because this is unclaimed land and we could make a new nation here.
Apparently my group decided that I was the fearless leader who would take charge of everything. I accepted their peace treaty and formed the great nation of Nein.
Today was a good day.
