The screams of all the villains they went through screamed in Twilight's head. She couldn't sleep at all. These screams started after they defeated Nightmare Moon. Twilight tossed and turned. The screams weren't that bad when it begun, but now having to hear so many voices hurt her head. Sometimes Twilight would even start to cry. Those horrible, painful, loud screams filled her head very night. Sometimes it would be words they said before they were defeated. She could remember the looks on their face after being blasted.

Nightmare Moon was turned to a weak shadow, lost in her own world. Discord was turned to stone, very single muscle was stoned, like a frozen corpse. The changelings starved to death, leaving the Queen only left. Sombra was blasted to pieces, only his horn to keep his life. Tirek couldn't contain any magic, the thing all the creatures are born with. He was stuck in a weak small form, hiding his problems in a cloak. Starlight was stuck in cave and soon the cave ceilings fell on her. Trixie was punished everyday since she toke over Ponyville. Sunset Shimmer kept having nightmares of her demon form and was haunted for the rest of her life. The sirens couldn't sing, causing them to die very slowly.

Twilight woke up. She had enough. She was going to write to Celestia about the screams.

The Truth

Dear Princess Celestia,

I have been having nightmares about the villains the girls and I have faced. Every night I've been hearing their screams. It started after we used the elements of Harmony on Nightmare Moon. I could hear her scream, her painful, loud scream in my head very night. But it kept getting worst the more we meet more evil forces. I'm sorry I haven't brought this to you sooner. I thought I could handle it, but now. I had enough of it. I WANT to know why I have these nightmares. I NEED to know why it's them. I MUST know what caused this. I HAVE to. I HAVE to know. I'm sorry for my rudeness but I need to! I have to! I must! I want to! Why? Why are they in my head? Why me? I'm sorry for sending this to you. I just...need help.

I sighed. In the morning when Spike was awake he send it to her. After he send it, I got one back fast. I opened it and started reading.

Dear Twilight,

I'm sorry you have to deal with this. But I must request you and your friends to my castle, fast. I'll show you why you have those nightmares. When you get there, I'll show you the true secret of the elements and it's forces.

"Spike!" Spike turned to me. "Get the girls! We're going to Canterlot!" Spike nodded and rushed out of the door. I ran up to my room to get my things.

"Princess Celestia!" I yelled as we ran to her.

"Twilight, please follow me." Celestia said with a worried look. I turned to my friends and they looked confused. We started following her.

"Umm...If I can ask, why are we here Princess?" Fluttershy said.

"Twilight wrote me a letter this morning and it said something about hearing the voices of the evil forces." Celestia said. "I know why it's happening." After she said that, she sighed.

"Why is it happening Princess?" I asked. She toke a moment before she responded.

"It's because you saw through the elements." Celestia said.

"What? What do you mean?" I asked. I was confused of why she would say that.

"You saw through the element's lie. Yes they protect our land, but act very harshly. You will see once we open this door." Celestia said as she pointed to a large black door. There were locks everywhere. I didn't noticed we got here so fast. Celestia unlocked the door by typing in some secret code. She looked at us and we looked back. She nodded and we went in.

It was dark but Celestia lighted it up. We saw there were different cells. "Jail Cells?!" I shouted.

"Umm, why are we in a prison your highness?" Applejack said.

Celestia sighed. "Why don't you look what's in there."

I looked at the cellar nearest to me. It was in front of me and I walked towards it, I wished I didn't. There lied was Sunset Shimmer. Her eyes were bloodshot open and she was on the ground, curled up in a ball whispering something. Her mane was a mess and from the marks on her cheeks, it was most likely she cried for a long time. And there on Sunset's cutie mark was a burned spot. Most likely Sunset tried to burn off her cutie mark.

I turned and saw Pinkie Pie staring at a lifeless stone version of Discord. Discord was in chains, just like all the other ponies in here. Rarity looked like she was about to vomit. What Rarity was looking at was the three sirens. They just lied there, not caring what's going on. I could see their scales falling off, likely to their age. Rainbow Dash was speechless of what she saw. There was Tirek in his cloak, whispering something to his self. He looked like he gone insane. No, all of them looked they were insane. I saw Fluttershy crying at the sight of Chrysalis. I could see her rib cage and she was holding something in her hooves. It was a dead baby changeling. Chrysalis was on the bed, holding the dead body. She was singing to it while she cried. Applejack looked at the last piece of King Sombra. We could see some of his blood still on the horn. It was in a box, it looked like if it moved it would get hurt or die. There were three cellars left. While Celestia was staring in the one of the cellars, I went to see what was in the last two.

There I saw Trixie. There she was, covered in her cape and hat. I could see whip marks on her back. She looked at me. I was surprised to see one of them reacting. She looked at me then suddenly ran to a corner of the cellar. She stared at me while she cried in fear. I left her because I could tell she was scared of me and I couldn't bare to see any of them like this. I looked in the the other cellar and saw Starlight.

Her back seemed to be broken. She got out of the cave....but a least alive. Starlight looked at me and glared. She was trying to say something but I couldn't understand. She must have noticed I couldn't understand because she stopped and closed her eyes. I went to Celestia looking in the last cellar. From the way Celestia was crying, I knew who was in the last one.

I looked in Nightmare Moon's cellar and saw her there. She just stared at the ceiling, lying down. Her armor was off and broken. I could see the armor was busted pretty bad. Two years ago we found out Nightmare Moon was Celestia's sister, so we knew why Celestia acted so werid after hearing Nightmare defeated again. I couldn't handle it. I turned to Celestia and asked something I never thought I would say about the elements.

"How could the Elements be so Cruel?"
