Prologue - I could use a Drink
Great News Morty! Rick exclaimed as he threw open Morty's door. The force was so hard it knocked his poster off his wall and it slowly fluttered down until it landed on Morty's bare feet.
"Rick it's four in the morning and I've got school tomorrow Jesus Christ!". Before Morty could even as much as open his eyes he could feel his arm being yanked by Rick's wrinkled old hand and he stumbled out of the door. Morty reached out to grab his jeans he had left on the ground the previous night but Rick's pure ecstaticness left him hopeless in his efforts. Morty tripped and flailed his limbs failing to keep upright until they reached the garage.
"Jeez Rick, Couldn't this have waited 'till tomorrow?" Morty Exclaimed.
"I've finally *burp* done it Morty! The portal gun modification I..I..I've finished it"
"So what Rick? so wha...wha...what does that mean for me? Why did you have to wake me up this early? I was in a great dream Rick! It was..was me and Jessica and-"
Rick suddenly cuts off Morty "I couldn't give less of a shit about your dream Morty. Do you not know what this means? We can *burp* visit other Universes Morty and We'll fit right in. It..It..It disguises us as the dominant race of that dimension! I can take whatever I wa*burp*nt now and they won't care at all, the possibilities are endless Morty!"
"Y'know what Rick? May..Maybe Mom and Dad were right may..maybe you are a bad influence on me. You're always waking me up to go on adventures where you risk my life to make some crappy invention that causes us to abandon our universe again. I'm tired of this shit its fucking four in the morning Rick, get a life"
"Oh real mature Morty ; Get a life. That's coming from *buuuurp* the guy who *burp* sits in his room all day touching himself to Jessica's feet"
"How did you even know about that Rick you..you. You know what? Never mind i'm going back to bed."
"Don't be such a pussy Morty just *burp* stay here for a bit longer so I can test it"
"Fine Rick but it better be qui-"
Morty stops midway through his sentence as he sees Rick shoot a bright red portal onto the floor in front of him. The fast swirling mesmerising texture of its surface was enough to stop anyone in their tracks. Morty stared at it for a couple of seconds longer until his imaging of what could be behind it were interrupted by Rick.
"Pretty Impressive Huh Morty" Rick Exclaimed with his arms folded across his arms. He was pretty satisfied with his work.
"Whe..Whe..What is that thing Rick"
"I already told you Dumbass. It's a trans*burp*mogrification portal. Who or whatever enters it will be transformed into the dominant race of that Planet or Dimension."
"How does it know what the dominant race is can it y'know scan the entire thing for life?"
"Jesus Christ Morty stop asking questions I have no fucking idea how it works. I'm a scientist not a god"
Suddenly the ground begins to shake and a large wind picks up in the smith family garage.
"Oh jeez Rick what's going on?"
"I don't know Morty but hold on ti-"
Rick loses grip on the shelf behind him and his legs give way. He falls into the unstable glowing portal beneath him.
"RICK" Morty screams as he dives in after him.
Due to the high pressure of the air inside the portal and the vivid colours throughout the wormhole Morty is knocked unconscious.
"Oh my goodness. Are you okay?" Says a soft voice coming from above him.
"Uh i..i..i think so" Morty stammers. He opens his eyes and looks in-front of him. He sees a corn colored horse with a pink mane and tail.
"Where the hell am I?" Morty Exclaims.
"Such language young colt. You're in Ponyville" She says
"Wow, Must have taken a genius to come up with that name" Rick says rather sarcastically.
"Rick you're alive!"
"Barely Morty, That Portal was something fierce, I..I..I've never seen anything like it before. I guess I'll be having to make a few modifications to the Gun. Pass it *burp* here Morty will you."
Morty tries reaching into his pocket before he sprains it bending it backwards.
"Ow Jeez I can't seem to find i...WHAT THE FUCK"
The pony in front of him is staring into his eyes with her mouth almost touching the ground.
"Oh I forgot to mention Morty. Any curse words we use in our world is like denouncing their God here so you better keep *burp* your little mou*burp* shut Morty"
"RICK PLEASE TELL ME WHY I DON'T HAVE HANDS"
"Man the portal really 'effed you up Morty. It was a trans*burp*mogrification Portal. It changes you into the Dimension's Dominant Race and in our case we're magical talking horses"
"Oh man Rick how are we gonna get out of this one?"
"Are you two loudmouths done with your nonsense talk ?" The yellow pony said
"Sorry. I never caught your name and you are?" Morty asked.
"Fluttershy. I'll take you to twilight she'll know what to do with you."
"Twilight? Isn't that that ret-*oof*"
"What did I tell you Morty? We're not gonna get anywhere you acting like that. Oh man I'm gonna need a drink."
