Fluttershy is convinced by her friends to turn her abusive mother in. Once she is free, she goes on a mission of self discovery and falls in love. Once again, this is part of the "Even Mountains Erode Over Time" universe. So if you have not read it, I highly suggest you do. This does contain material from "Mountains", just re-written to fit the new timeline. And for those who have, some parts will be very familiar; but the ending will be much happier. Or to quote the 9th Doctor "Everybody lives!" or something like that.
