Equestria was a peaceful place where harmony was triumphant all the time. Three years ago Equestria was hit with news that only continued to get worse. A murder had happened. The victim was a stallion, occupation he had was a doctor. Many ponies new this stallion. He was a profound surgeon and had saved many lives during his fulfilling career. The thing that shocked everypony the most was what the police saw when they arrived on the scene of the crime. The air was cold and the guards were cold. They were responding to a distress call from neighbors of a profound doctor named Samuel silverstreak. "Alright sir we have the building surrounded and we have the whole are secured. We haven't entered the building yet, but nopony has heard anything since we got here." A guard said as he saw his commanding officer finally arrive in the scene. "What would you like us to do now that your here?" The guard shuffled his hooves. He felt like he was going to throw up. He had spent several minutes in this cold weather and all he was doing was anticipating what he might see on the other side of the doors of the building they had surrounded. Other than that he had been entertained by his own breath. "I think it's time we infiltrate this facility. We better get a move on. We have no idea what's on the other end of this door but be prepared. Have your weapons drawn incase you are attacked. On the other hoof do not get you dicks in a twist and kill whatever moves. You are only authorized to kill if you feel the need to go crying to your mothers." The older stallion said as he looked to his deputies. The older stallion had been in the force for a very long time. His long white bearded was enough to give that away. His name was Purple Heart. His cutie mark looked much like the purple heart award of the human realm. "Alright you panzies lets get a move on. Make this quick and snappy. Apprehend anypony who looks suspicious of the crime." Purple heart used his magic to upholster his revolver. "Alright lets move~!" Purple heart and three other stallions kicked down the front door. They all had their guns drawn and they were frantically looking around the room for a threat. It did not take them long to see the crime before them. The victim was dead on the floor with a knife in his chest. They noticed his newly wedded wife Lily Grassland was laying on him crying loudly. She did not move or look at them since they broke down the door. She just laid there and cried. She looked like she had no idea they were there. Purple heart lowered his gun slightly and started to approach Lily. "Sir be careful I don't feel right about this..." Purple's deputy said in a whispering tone. "Be quite deputy..." Purple said as he looked back at his deputy. He slowly looked forward and he was face to face with a golden pair of eyes. Lily grassland was now standing up. Not only that miss Grassland had a crazy look in her eyes. blood was smeared on her face as she stared into the eyes of the sheriff. Purple heart quickly raise his gun up as it pressed against the muzzle of the Mare. "Miss b-back d-down." He stated in a stutter. The old stallions heart was racing as lily still just stood there as if she was in some sort of state of shock. "Sir should we open fir~!" The deputy said as he was growing uneasy. "Are you crazy the? lady is in shock~!" Purple said as he lowered his gun again. Purple wrapped one of his Pegasus wings around the mare. He believed she may have also been a victim in this bloody nightmare. "Deputy get the lady a blanket and warm water. Check her for injuries.. I will assess the body." h looked back at the dead doctor. Lily grassland started to mumble things that nopony could understand. She was starting to recover from her supposed state of shock. The deputy alone brought her out to fresh air where her demeanor quickly changed. The deputy was out of sight of everypony else when she quickly turned aggressive. She spread her wings when she tackled the deputy to the ground wrapping a rope around his neck. His cries for help being choked into silence as Purple was assessing the damages to the body inside. The walls of this place were way to thick for him to hear the choking sound of his deputy. Purple looked at the really big knife in the victims chest. He saw nothing extremely odd about this scene right away. He saw the amount of blood coming off his forehead. This was odd because The victim was clearly stabbed in the chest. Purple put on his glasses o he could see the injuries on the victim forehead. He saw that the killer had left a message on the Victims forehead. He saw that the murderer had carved the word TEST in all caps on his forehead. "What in equestrian is that?" Purple said as he took a picture of it for evidence. He noticed another key detail. The victim appeared to have been dragged to this position. There was a large blood trail leading to another room. Sherriff Purple looked at the trail and slowly got up to follow it. He followed it to the master bedroom where he was immediately set into a state of shock as he knew what had happened in here. He could practically tell what had happened in her before and during the killing. The victim and his wife were in the middle of sex when it happened. Purple took of his glasses and dropped them. That's when the murderer struck. The victim couldn't fight back... because the murderer was right on top of him. His own wife had stabbed him thirty times in the chest. the victim was oddly still alive at this point because struggle indications showed that he had tried to crawl away. How could a mare be capable of such evil? That's when the worst possible thing happened to the victim. His murderer decided he hadn't suffered enough as was. She cut off his private parts and tossed them aside. The cause of death was bleeding. Purple stumbled back and was in absolute shock. He turned and ran to warn his fellow officers. He ran through the halls and slipped on the streak of blood that was leading out of the room. Purple smacked his head on the hard marble floor of the place. he nearly lost consciousness when he heard somepony was coming up on him. He struggled to get up when he was grabbed by his mane. He then felt the sharp edge of a blade on his neck. He could see a large butchers knife below his nose. Blood was dripping from it. A grey hoof was holding the knife. It was none other than the culprit he was going to go warn his men about. "Hello mister officer." Lily grassland said in a sexual purr of a voice. she was standing on her hind legs as she held him by his mane. "I know what you did. you crooked mare~!" Purple didn't struggle not when there was a knife to his throat. "Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I want to ask you a simple test question." a demented giggle escaped the bloody lips of Lily Grassland. "Do you consider yourself a good stallion?" she whispered in his ear. "What did you do to my men you filthy cunt~!" Purple yelled out in aggression. "If you hurt them I swear to Celestia...." he stopped talking as he felt more pressure being put on the knife. "your not helping your case by yelling at the mare who is going to take you life." Lily was counting down in her head for an answer to her first question. She never got an answer so she swiftly slid the knife deeply into the neck of the stallion. As she walked away he was left to choke on his own blood. Twelve stallion entered that building that faithful night. Eleven died. three yearsIt was early morning a small child was wondering to her parents room. She had awoken from a terrifying dream. The child jumped onto her mother whom was sleeping soundly in her bed. "Mama wake up wake up." The filly had a soft voice as she shook her mother. The mothers eyes opened. Her golden eyes looking at her baby girl. "What is it sweetie?" She said in a tired voice. "Did you have a bad dream or something?" "Yes mama I h-had a bad d-dream." The small filly named orchard curled up next to her mother. The small child fluttered her small wings. Lily grassland looked at her small child and then to her husband who was still asleep. "Alright sweetie you can sleep by me. I won't let the monsters come and get you." Lily wrapped a wing around the small filly. Her husband suddenly woke up to the sound of her voice. "what's going on? everything alright?" Silver shield said as he turned and looked at Lily. "She have a bad dream or something?" "Yes she did, from the way she's acting it's the same dream as last time." Lily nuzzled the small child with her muzzle. Her nuzzle was full of love and sincerity. "The one about the bad accident?" Silver said as he slowly sat up on his hind courters. "Well I hope she sleeps well. I have to go to work." Silver said as he stretched slightly. He leaned forward and gave lily a kiss on her tender and soft lips. Though her mane vibrant with both deep purple and vibrant pink was all messy from sleeping. She still looked gorgeous. Silver remembered the day he had first met this lady. He was part of a murder case that was increasingly getting bigger. He never solved it and was still working on the cold case. One night he was in the case when he met her. She looked so damn beautiful. One thing led to another and they got hooked up. Madly in love they were. He remembered how in separable they were. "Alright honey just be careful tonight." Lily said as the now rising sun reflected it's sunny rays off her golden eyes. The sunlight reflecting off them was enough to make a stallion melt. "I'm sure you will have a good night tonight. After all it has been quite a few years...Don't you think maybe the pony whom committed those crimes may be dead?" Lily said as she stroked the mane of the small child whom was fast asleep now. "Lily I feel like we have this talk every day. There is no way the killer is gone either way we know she was a young mare bent on proving some kind of point. All of her victims had something in common and something different left by or on their body. This murderer wasn't just killing to kill she was killing to prove a point.." silver said as he put his hat on. his horn sticking through the sewn hole on the brim of the hat. "And what might that point be?" Lily said as she rolled onto her back thus exposing her soft underbelly. "That's the thing I and nopony can seem to figure out." Silver said as he levitated his coat. He slowly put it on as he kept his eyes on his wife. "I wish I knew, I hate talking about this around our kid even when she is asleep. She was there when this killer killed her father. it's why she has those nightmares. If only she was old enough to see clearly who did the crime. Poor baby girl must have been terrified." "I must say I understand your urge to find the culprit. Who knows where this pony is she could be so far away that you may never find her." Lily said as she licked the top of her child's head. "My main complaint honey is that you spend more time on that case then you spend with your family. Your daughter looks up to you and loves when your here. She worries when your gone and you know why." Lily slowly got out of bed with a now more upset facial expression upon her face. "All I'm asking is that you get home on time tonight. It's her birthday she would be so upset if you were not here." "alright I will try my best to be here. There are no promises because I'm getting really close to......" Silver was suddenly cut off by lily putting a hoof on his lips. "No buts your going to be here on time. If your not you will sleep on the couch do you understand me?" Lily says as one of her ears is pinned back as her eyes still gleam from the sunlight reflecting off of her irises. "Fine I will be here alright. I promise I will not miss this." He looks at his sleeping daughter. "Yes I'll be here.. for her." He smiles as he kisses lily tenderly on her grey lips "Good to hear. Your gonna make her birthday by being here. She loves you to death. You know how many times a day I play detective with her." Lily used her right hoof to caress her husbands cheek. Lily yawned as she looked at the bathroom. She wanted to desperately comb her mane and tail. "You go to work you big lug I got some freshening up to do. After all I work today as well." Lily gave a soft smile as she slowly walked to the bathroom. Her hips swayed slightly as she walked. Her tail swished in the stagnant air. Silver had already exited the building when she reached the building. Lily hated so much that her husband was so bent on solving a case he shouldn't be a part of. She just couldn't wait for the Foal sitter to get here so she could get her rear end to work. When the foalsitter finally arrived it was high noon. Lily was all ready for work and orchard was playing with her toys. Lily was sitting at her coffee table. She was drinking a good warm cup of coffee. As Lily grew impatient she would start to see things. The coffee in her cup looked like blood to her as she stirred it with a silver spoon. The foalsitter entered the room with a wide smile on her face. "Miss Grassland I'm so sorry I was late. I'm sure you are all ready to go to work." The sitter said as she went over to Orchard who was still playing with her toys. "your fine don't worry about it. hopefully today won't be such a hard day for me." Lily smiled back as she looked at her cup of coffee. Fortunately the coffee looked like coffee again. "So you know the rules of my house so again I expect you to respect them." Lily said as she put her saddlebag on her back. She smile and went for the exit of her house. She was excited to get to her job. She was a nurse and once and a while she was lucky enough to be in the room with a dying patient. Lily Was always cautious. She hated that she lived with some pony who was investigating the murders she had committed so long ago. Lily loved Silver to death but she hated that deep down she wondered what his throat would look like if it was cut. Lily needed to get her meds refilled or she was gonna lose it. It didn't take her long to get to work so she knew she would be able to fill those meds. Weather it be illegally or legally. Lily walked through the revolving doors of her work place. The mare behind the desk greeted her with the same smile she had been greeting her with for two and a half years. Lily smiled back as she checked into work. Lily put her average work clothes on as she washed up her hooves for a sanitation protocol. It didn't take long for a doctor to notice her. "Miss grassland a patient you know would like you to be in the room with him. He is ready to go he says." The doctor says casually as he walks by her. Lily felt her heart skip a beat when the doctor had approached her with such news. Lily let out a sigh as she turned and headed down the hallway of this solemn building. She was happy for work but now that she was informed about this. Her mood had dropped to it's lowest. Lily reached the door of the patients room. She entered the room with her head looking at the ground. "Hello Father." Lily said with a lump in her throat. "It's orchards birthday today. a-are you sure you can't hang on just a little longer?" Lily questioned as she reached his bed side. Her eyes were filled with tears. "Lily I'm so happy you showed up for work today. Your mother would love to see you being so independent." Lily's father said as he smiled at his little girl. "father do you have to be such an asshole like this. you can hang on you can stay. Your not ready to go." Lily shook her head. She was angry with him. She was not happy at all. "It's your fault your in here and you know it." "Lily your the reason I'm in here don't you dare pin that shit on me. I would hang on for your daughter but I can't. I can't because I know what you did." Her father said in a condescending manor. "I thought we agreed you would not speak of that again." Lily said as she took a needle full of air an injected it into his IV. the air bubble pumped through his veins and ended up stuck somewhere, blocking the blood flow fatally, his brain. Her father was dying from what is called air embolism. The father slowly died his last minutes changed his state of mind. he was confused and had a minor cause of temporary dementia air embolism caused him sever confusion and chest pain. He died in a painful stopping of his heart. Lily never wanted to do that to her father but she had no choice. If he wanted to die today he got what he wanted. Before lily left she used her years of experience to make the cause of death look more like a natural heart attack. Lily did cry she had to cry. This was her father. Not some stallion like all the rest. She just couldn't risk his last words being a confession to knowing her crimes. Lily had hurt many ponies over the years. she had torn families apart by killing there single stallion family member. She knew she had no pony left who could hold a grudge. they were all dead now. She just had to keep her secret from her husband. Ho hard could it be? The shades of purpleLily walked down the desolate halls of the Hospital. Nurse Red heart quickly made her way to lily's side. "Lily dear?" She said softly. "your needed in operating room three. There is a patient undergoing open heart surgery. I know you could do it all by yourself because of your medical degrees but unfortunately your in a job where you only get to help the Doctor. So I suppose I will let you get to the operating room so you can help." Red Heart smiles lightly as she then turns to walk away. Lily did not respond to Red Heart. she only proceeded by going where instructed. Lily did have the degrees to be able to handle any medical situation they threw at her. On the other hoof she was only able to apply for a nursing job. She wish she was a doctor even if Mare doctors were few and far between. Lily made it to the operating room her irises shrunk when she saw whom was on the table. It was Purple heart the sheriff she could have sworn choked on his own blood three years ago. Lily froze in her tracks when she saw the familiar stallion. She was in such a daze that she couldn't hear the doctor yelling at her to focus. "Grassland, Lily you need...to focus~!" The doctor sad as he was now face to face with lily. Her focus could no longer be on the stallion who was laying on the surgical table. "S-sorry sir.... It's just I know this guy." Lily said as she got up to the table. She looked down at the stallion who was paralyzed by the medicine they had given him. Purple Heart had an epidural injection into his spine so he could not feel anything below his neck. But he could sense surgeons pushing and pulling inside his chest cavity and hear them talking about the operation's progress. This type of surgery allows doctors to monitor the patient's brain, as there is a risk that small fragments can break off inside the arteries and flow up to the brain, causing a stroke. The doctors replaced a defective heart valve, Purple Heart was able to speak to the anesthetist. He was wide awake. This kind of surgery is very real and is a scientific advantage if the patient agrees to have it done. Less likely for injury to occur when the patient is wide awake. Even though Purple heart could not see due to the object covering his face, Lily was deathly afraid one of the doctors might accidentally knock it away. Maybe if that happened Purple would die from shock. Knowing Lily and her luck that was unlikely. Despite all of this she had no choice but to do what she needed to do to help the doctors. During an open heart bypass surgery, access to the heart is necessary and hence the chest is made open and the ribs are spread apart. To maintain the circulation of blood and the breathing activity a heart-lung machine is used. So the room was really loud with all the talking an machinery. Lily was trying her best to keep her mind off who she was helping. She had to keep her sanity especially since she hadn't gotten the chance to snatch her new medication. As she was helping the doctors she was drowning out all sound but Purple talking to the surgeons. The success rate for an open heart bypass surgery is around 98%. As with other surgeries there are also complications associated with an open heart bypass surgery. So those numbers where echoing in her brain as she was in the room. Purple had a 98% chance of living. Lily kept her mind on other things the best she could. Though her mind somehow kept her trailing back to the facts on this surgery and the stallion on the table. The surgery took several hours but eventually Purple made it through the whole surgery. Lily was growing more and more uneasy. She couldn't stop looking at the fabric covering the stallions face. Monitoring the patient after a bypass heart is usually done for twenty four hours. The BP and the heart rate are monitored closely after a bypass heart recovery surgery. After a bypass heart recovery surgery the patient may suffer from constipation, muscle pain and swelling from the area in which the vein was removed for the surgery. Lily was the unfortunate Mare who was gonna be watching Him for twenty four hours. This was bad in two ways, number one being she had to watch over the stallion she thought she had killed three years ago. Two she was going to miss Orchard birthday. Lily felt absolutely horrible after all she had spent all morning trying to explain to her hubby that he couldn't miss it and how he had to be there. This time it looked like she was going to miss. She was blind enough to accidentally agree to watching him while she was in that operating room. She was blind enough and out of her mind enough to say yes. Lily hardly noticed her own tears running down her cheeks. as she sat next to the stallions bedside in intensive care. She hated this, why had she been so stupid. Lily looked at the guy who still had the cloth over his face. She wasn't allowed to remove it until he wasn't paralyzed anymore. "If the patient is having the bypass heart surgery for the first time then the risks are lesser than the patient who is going for the second or third time. Family history of the patient is also analyzed before a bypass heart recovery surgery. Families which have history of cardiac problems are at higher risk after a bypass heart recovery surgery." Lily said to herself. "I need to find out his name so I can forge his medical files and find out his chance of survival after all of the surgery." she placed her right hoof under her own chin as she thought. Lily fluttered her wings as she was thinking. The stallion suddenly moved his own arm as an indication he was not paralyzed anymore. Lily quickly put on her medical mask as she gasped out loud. she hoped he wouldn't recognize her. she quickly tucked her hair back so less of it was showing. She went over and removed the fabric covering his face. The stallion looked right at her for about three seconds. "I could use a glass of water." The stallion coughed as he had a dry throat. "s-sorry sir but you have IVS and I am not authorized to get you a glass of water." she says as she was getting nervous as her eyes kept glancing at a nearby needle. She was debating on killing him now. On the other hoof she decided it was a better idea to stop looking at him. She didn't want to give him more of a chance to recognize her. Purple heart had his ears pinned back and a confused expression on his face. "do I know you?" He suddenly asked as lily was just about to head out the door to go get his files plus some medication he needed. Lily's cringed at the sound of the question. "N-no sir your r-recovering from your medication you must be seeing things." she stutters as she exits the room. Lily closed the door behind her and she felt like throwing a temper tantrum but she did not. Instead she walked over to nurse Red Hearts desk. "Oh miss lovely Red Heart could you watch my patient while I do some very essential things for him. He needs certain medication and I need certain medical files to understand his condition." she talks in a cute and cuddly like baby voice. Of course Nurse Red Heart couldn't help but feel flattered and blush. "Of course I could h-help you miss Grassland. On the other hoof do you have authorization to obtain his files?" She asks as she does her job. "Would I be standing here telling you this if I didn't?" Lily says in a snappy attitude. "so please watch after him." she smiles as she crosses her hooves on top of her desk. "sorry L-lily I didn't mean to upset you. I will get right on it." Red Heart smiles She did do what she had promised Lily. She got right up and did as she was told. She watched over the patient. Lily on the other hoof quickly got a packet of pink cool aid from Red Hearts desk along with her access pass card. Lily knew she would be able to dye her hair with this product. The downside she would have to wait three months for it go away or it may accidentally be permanent. She just hoped maybe she would look good in pink hair. Lily quickly got to the bathroom and started on her cool aid dyeing. She started to wash her hair and dye it. When she was done she had bright pink Hair. She looked at her hind courters. "fuck damn it why must I have so much tail." she frowned at the thought of dyeing it. "Well this is going to be interesting." Lily struggled for ten minutes getting her tail done. When she was done she looked actually a lot different. She almost didn't recognize herself. "This was probably my most drastic cover up ever." she slammed her head on the hard percaline sink. She thought to herself and just hoped maybe she could find a way to make up for what she was missing right now. She couldn't believe she was gonna be the one to let orchard down. She felt like slamming her head harder against the sink but refrained from actually doing it. The last thing she needed was a crack in her skull. "I just need those files. Then this whole thing can be over with." Lily said to herself as she looked in the mirror. "HE failed your Test now he has to pay." She groaned and rolled her eyes as she exited the bathroom. She looked at no pony as she exited, she just went right for the file room where she could find the files. she felt her nervousness rise as she was now in the room she had no authorization to be in. She shuffled around and eventually found the files she needed. She looked around wrapped her wing around the files, she exited the room and made her way back to where she was suppose to be. She kept glancing at the clocks wishing she could be there for orchard but she knew by now it was to late. Lily shook her head in disappointment for herself. She walked into the patients room and walked past Nurse Red Heart who didn't recognize her immediately. "Mam are you here to take care of my business.?" Red heart raised a brow. "It's me lily I just quickly dyed my hair." Lily stated as she looked at the man who was being cared for by Red Heart. She felt rage running through her body. She wanted this stallion dead. Lily looked at her files that she had stolen. Her golden eyes shifting through the pages and pictures. Purple Hearts father had apparently had major heart problems such as. Coronary heart disease, the most common type of heart disease. Coronary heart disease refers to the failure of your blood vessels to circulate blood to your heart and organs due to gunk build up on the walls of your circulatory system. Coronary heart disease is often confused with Coronary artery disease although coronary heart disease can be due to a few different causes, while coronary artery disease has only one cause. Lily kept glancing from the papers to the stallion on the medical bed. Lily felt her heart pounding in her chest. Tears began welling in her eyes. Her now pink hair staring to hang in front of her face. She had to go before she lost her mind. She felt that if she stayed she would do something she would forever regret. She kept looking at a injector that had the label for Ketamine. Ketamine is a medication used mainly for starting and maintaining anesthesia. Other uses include sedation in intensive care, as a pain killer, as treatment of bronchospasm, as a treatment for complex regional pain syndrome and as an antidepressant. It induces a trance-like state while providing pain relief, sedation, and memory loss.Heart function, breathing, and airway reflexes generally remain functional. She looked at nurse RedHeart whom was still tending to the patients needs. Lily slowly made her way to the needle as she hoped Neither of the two would notice her. she grabbed the sedative and quickly stuck the needle into RedHearts neck. Red gasped as she felt the surgical steel sink into her flesh. "L-Lily w-what did y-you...." ReadHeart started to lose consciousness. "Don't worry sweetie your gonna be fine your just gonna take a nap. I gave you a nice dose of ketamine common side effects include psychological reactions as the medication wears off. You wont even remember this." Lily giggled slightly as she now turned her rather demented smile towards Purple. Lilies pupils and irises were shrunk. This gave her a look of large insanity. Her eye twitched as she now slowly walked towards the stallion. Lilies wings were limp as she wobbled slightly towards him. She was invigorated with her own sudden insanity. Purple Heart started to press his panic button which in turn made a nurse pick up and talk to him through the speaker on the remote. Lily now stood at the end of his bed as she had her head slightly tilted to the right. "Hello sir what is the problem?" The nurse asked through the speaker. Purple was breathing heavily as he was trying to speak. Lily took the remote from him and spoke as her mane was now all frizzed up as her insanity started to grow. "Don't worry the patient is in good hooves... He accidentally pressed his button~" Lily said in a groaning voice as her twitching eyes stayed looking at the stallion who was starting to hyperventilate. Lily pressed the hang up button as she used a scalpel to cut the wire that fed the remote with the energy it needed. She dropped the remote which then broke in pieces as it hit the floor. her smile grew into a twisted large grin. Her twitching eyes looked towards a medical closet nearby. "Let me lock the doors so we can have some... Privacy." Lily walked t the door and locked it as she then immediately went to the closet she was looking at moments ago. She opened the closet and pulled out saw that was primarily used in knee surgeries. She looked at Purples chest and grinned. "Get away from me you psychotic Mare." Purple Heart fell out of his bed. This ripped his IV out of his fore hoof. Lily giggled as she watched the injured stallion start to crawl his way towards a wall near a window. "why did you not die three years ago." Lily said as she walked towards him in a way that caused him to be cornered. She reached the stallion and placed the Bone saw directly over the scar on his neck. "Shall I cut it again?" Lily growled as she spread her vibrant grey wings. She was losing her grip on sanity as she pressed the metal that had a nice set of teeth against the stallions neck. Lily looked into purples eyes. She saw nothing but fear inside them. She had not seen this kind of fear in so long. This made her only want to end his life more and more. Lily's ear twitched when she heard a knock on the door. "Miss Grassland could you unlock the door I'm here to release you of your duty. Also there are two ponies here to see you." The voice on the other end sounded kind of happy. This caused lily to drop the saw. Purple was still breathing deeply as he himself started to reach for the saw. Lily was in a slight trance as she thought to herself on what to do next. Purple was in a cold sweat as his hoof now grabbed hold of the saw. He swung the object at Lily. Purple managed to hit her with the blunt end of the saw. The blunt hit busted open Lily's lip as she was knocked to the ground. Her whole body was limp as she seemed to be unconscious. Purple struggled to stand up as he heard the nurse knocking on the other side of the door. The ponies voice was to horse for him to speak back to her as he slowly struggled to stand up. When purple finally managed to stand on his hooves he slowly shuffled towards the door. Lily's wing twitched as she was starting to regain her consciousness. Purples heart was racing as he tripped inches away from the door. He fell with a loud thud, The nurse spoke from the other side of the door. She appeared to be speaking into a radio. "Security it seems we have a situation in room 112 One of the nurses isn't answering and I hear a struggle coming from inside." Lily slowly stood back up as her pink mane draped over her face as dim light was casting on her. she looked at the Bone saw on the floor and wobbly grabbed it with her right hoof. She slowly made her way to the stallion. She grabbed him by his mane and pulled his head back as she started to saw at his neck. The blood curdling screams were heard on the other side of the door as security shuffled through key cards to get the door open. Lily cut so deep that the stallions carotid arteries were now exposed and spewing blood out of them. Purples screams were now choked out as his blood filled his own throat. Lily let go of the stallion and his now nearly decapitated head hit the floor as Lily was now coated in blood. The security broke through the door and were immediately stunned by what they saw. Lily was sitting on the back of the dead stallion as his blood covered the floor like a layer of paint. Lily slowly looked at the security but her eyes immediately filled with tears and anger when she saw who the two ponies were that had come to visit her. None other than orchard and silver shield. TESTWhat was she supposed to say? What was there to say? Lily had messed up and there was no way she was going to turn this around for her better. The looks she saw on her husband and daughters face would haunt her for the rest of her long and miserable life. “Guards arrest her~!” The nurse who was with them yelled out. Lilies eyes and ears twitched as she remained sitting in the pool of blood on the floor. Her husband wasn’t even saying a word to her. Lily slowly looked over at the guards as they started to enter the room. Lily knew she couldn’t allow them to get their hooves on her. She had remained out of custody this long. Even if her heart and soul were now broken, she wasn’t going to let them arrest her. Lily looked over at her bone saw once again. She was contemplating her attack as the guards slowly and cautiously made their way toward her. “I would back up before you get the word test carved into your stomachs.” Lily said as a sick and twisted look started to grow on her face. She was slowly descending into her deep insanity every minute she sat there in that blood. Her wings slightly twitched as she looked at the possible weapons around her. That’s when she noticed one of the guards was carrying a spear. She saw in that instant what she was going to do. Lily slowly stood up on all of her legs. She looked at the spear and she bull rushed the guard. She summersaulted over the weaponized guard. Her right wing snatching the spear from the guards grasp, she used it to trip the guard up. She swiped it under the guards legs and he face planted into the cold bloody ground. She used the blunt end to knock out the other guard. She then used the damn thing as a pole vault to get out of the room. She slid on the floor just outside the doorway. She stopped and looked back at her husband. She saw roughly ten more guards heading their way. She felt like it was taking forever. She stared into the baby blue eyes of her husband and whispered she was sorry. She then quickly took off down the hall. She knew she couldn’t take on ten guards by herself. “Halt stop resisting…you are under arrest.” The guards shouted at her as they raced down the hall after her. Since all the guards were pagasi she knew flying away would not be an option. AS lily turned a corner she quickly slammed a guards head against the wall. It was clear the guards were trying to surround her. She spread her wings as she was running for a window that was not far away from her. That was originally going to be her way out of this situation. That was until she got surrounded by guards on that end as well. There seemed to be no way out, that was until she noticed a narrow window in a patient’s room was open. She quickly turned for it only to have a spear happy guard thrust a spear into her right back leg. This knocked her right to the ground. She wasn’t going to move she was just going to let this happen. The guards were inches away from arresting her when a mare in a trench coat came up and stabbed them in the back of the neck with sedative. “Where the hell did you come from Sabrina.” Lily said as she was helped up by the mare. “Behind you as always dearest,” The blond pony said as she started to help her out of the hospital. The unicorn used a magic spell to cloak them. This unicorn was very strong in cloaking and cleaning spells. After all when lily was on her mass rampage through equestrian several years ago somepony had to clean up her testing room. Somepony had to be working with her. “You know I thought you were dead. Could have sworn you would have at least turn y-your back on me by now” Lily said as the blood loss was starting to make her delusional. “Even though you told me you were done with your TEST. I vowed to never leave your side. I was disguised as your baby sitter for all these damn years.” Sabrina said as she used her magic to get them out the front door of the hospital. Sabrina knew little to nothing about teleportation spells. So unfortunately Sabrina was going to have to patch Lily up in an alleyway nearby. Unsanitary as that may have been it was entirely necessary. Sabrina had patched her up countless times in the past. After all Lily wasn’t immortal she was just as likely to hurt herself as any other pony. As lily laid in the alleyway with Sabrina stitching up her leg, she couldn’t help but continually but replay her husband’s face in her mind. “I’m a monster Sabrina. Tonight was a flook I never intended for this to happen. I w-was h-happy.” Lily said with a long sigh. “Lily me and you both knew this was going to happen eventually. You killed thousands of stallions in your day. I’m surprised you stayed as sane as you were.” Sabrina said as she finished stitching up the injured leg. “I would just be happy you didn’t get arrested. Do you know how much of a bounty they have on the stallion widow’s head?” Sabrina said as she referenced to one of Lily’s names. “You’re the most notorious and dangerous mare that ever existed, I’m not sure you should be proud or disappointed.” “Well if you want my opinion. An electric chair sounds like a five star hotel right about now. My entire life just got destroyed Sabrina. Everything I held dear now sees me for what I am. I will get caught I’m on record now.” “Well your just going to have to kill the one who would put you on record. You’d have to do it before they can use the eyewitnesses against you.” “Since they guy most like to do that is my husband I think I will decline. That goes against TEST rule 345 don’t kill the ones who are close.” “You killed your father lily. Isn’t he close?” Sabrina asked. “He was never emotionally close to me. He was grandfather passed that rule.” Lily said as she sighed again. “Maybe they will arrest me and I will rot or fry for my thousands of offenses.” “Or maybe… It’s time to bring TEST back.” Sabrina said. “Unfortunately……I think your right.” Lily said as she closed her eyes in sarrow Here comes the BOOMLily and Sabrina were on there way to where she lived. Lily just hoped she would get there before Silver shield would. Lily was thinking back to the time of TEST. She remembered the night. The night Purple heart first became a problem. She remembered how the night had went. "Lily would you please come have a couple more glasses of whine with me?" her soon to be dead husband had asked her. " Honey your drunk." Lily said as she sat herself on his lap. She looked down at him. The light from the nearby lit fireplace was giving her golden eyes an orange tint. "Yeah well if you wanna buy that purse you always wanted then I recommend you get your flank off my lap and put it on the couch where you can drink some damn whine." The stallion said as he sipped his own glass of whine using his horn to levitate the glass. "I don't drink your shitty whine... You know I have an expensive taste... one you refuse to fulfil.... You never give me any money for myself.. You don't trust me." Lily said as she slowly got off his lap. "You know I can't stand you sometimes. Why the fuck did we ever get married." "don't you speak to me like that you bitch~!" The stallion stood up in anger. "Don't call me a bitch you fucking asshole." lily said as she yelled right in her husbands face. What gives you the right you filthy prick. You have all this money... not once have you spoiled me to anything. showed your damn appreciation for me." She teared up "How can I appreciate the mare who is grubbing every last dime out of me?" "Sapphire why are you being such a dick.. Is it the whine speaking? you...fucking asshole." Lily folded her wings ready to walk to bed. "Lily no..get back here." Sapphire slowly stood out of his chair to follow her. "Sweetheart I always want to make you happy...your living in a damn mansion and wearing eyeliner that cost me nearly a grand. How is this not good enough for you?" "You don't get it you idiot." Lily put her front hooves over her ears as she was now laying on the ground. "You wont fill my meds you wont give me the things I actually ask for. You told me from da one you would take care of me. You haven't even tried~!" Sapphire helped her up off the floor as he quickly pulled her into a kiss. This kiss slowly lead the two of them to their bedroom. Sapphire was kissing her neck as he laid her down on the bed. They had been making love from observation when the assailant had attacked Sapphire. Lily was in her mid climax while her eyes kept glancing over at the envelope opener. She was moaning loud which was enough to distract her husband from knowing anything. This one time he was deciding to not be a premature pussy to her. Seemed like his whiskey dick.. Well in this case whine dick lasted longer when he wasn't sober. Lily looked over at the envelope opener again as her wing quickly grabbed the sharp blade and stabbed it into the side of Sapphires neck. Sapphire rolled off the bed screaming as lily used the covers to clean off his miss fire. "What the fuck Lily....What the hell is your problem?" He yelled out as he tried crawling for the door. He was quickly pressed to the ground as he felt her hoof press him down. "Do you consider yourself a good stallion?" She simply asked as she rubbed another blade on his back. She seemed to be teasing him. "L-lily please...D-don't. If this is about the maid I'm sorry." Sapphire said. "Oh so that's who you have been banging behind my back. You are my first victim of TEST. The test I do to keep stallions like you off the streets. You have proven yourself as a bad stallion." Lily quickly slit his throat as the officers were pulling up to the front door. Lily tried to keep the thought out of her mind. Test had been the quiz the rules she had used to take several thousand stallions off the streets. She didn't want to have to go back to being that mare. The black widow, the stallion slayer. "Lily are we almost there?" Sabrina asked as she looked back at lily. "We have allot of things that need to be done if we are going to have to hide your name, again." Sabrina gave a sigh as she finished speaking. "The building in question is a block down...We are almost there." Lily said as she looked up into the sky with her golden irises. Her now pink hair had quite the glisten to it. "Well if your newly wedded is there what are we going to do?" Sabrina asked. "Since you are my sister.. you will stay out of it.. I will take care of it." Lily said as they arrived at the apartment building. Thunder rumbled in the distance as a storm was on the way. Lily entered the building and headed upstairs for her apartment room. When she reached the door she saw it was already open. She quickly ducked to the wall that was to it's right. Her ears swiveling to hear what might be in her home. She quickly entered to pin a pony to the wall. The pony was none other then her husband Silver shield. "whoa whoa...Lily? What the fuck happened back there?" He asked as he had the most scared expression on his face. "Case number 340 the one you have been working on.. You found your mare. I'm the widow.. the stallion killer." she sighs looking down. "Get out of here...don't make me hurt you." she said as her lower lip trembled . "I don't want to hurt you.. I love you to much... Now go~!" Lily said as she let go of him. She slowly backed up. "Or take your chance to arrest me..." Lily heard more officers were on their way up the stairs. She kept her worried eyes on her husband who quickly stood at the entrance to block the officers. "Already checked in here." He glanced behind himself to see she had scattered to hide. "She didn't come back." Silver said as he looked the deputies in the eyes. "Besides this is the FBP's case now." He said holding out his badge. The officers nodded as they started to make their way back down the stairs. Silver looked around in a state of panic. "Lily... j-just get your stuff and go... I wont arrest you... I'm risking my job here." Lily stepped into view as she had washed her mane so it no longer had pink in it. "I'm sorry I really am..." she sighed as she walked past him setting something on the counter. She quickly slinked down the stairs. Silver looked at what she had set down... It was a pregnancy test.. one that read positive. CancelledHI sorry but this story had been canceled... Not due to it being un popular... This story and this characters background has slipped my mind of interest. Some how she is reminding me of a past I want nothing to do with. So writing this story is just not going to happen.. I will Keep it as cancelled and not deleted. Just incase I somehow gain interest in the story again. To anyone whom may have liked this kind of shat out idea that I poorly did I apologize. RedRumPony kind did not have to face much terror. Equestria was a peaceful place where harmony was triumphant all the time. Three years ago Equestria was hit with news that only continued to get worse. A murder had happened. The victim was a stallion, occupation he had was a doctor. Many ponies new this stallion. He was a profound surgeon and had saved many lives during his fulfilling career. The thing that shocked everypony the most was what the police saw when they arrived on the scene of the crime. The air was cold and the guards were cold. They were responding to a distress call from neighbors of a profound doctor named Samuel silverstreak. "Alright sir we have the building surrounded and we have the whole are secured. We haven't entered the building yet, but nopony has heard anything since we got here." A guard said as he saw his commanding officer finally arrive in the scene. "What would you like us to do now that your here?" The guard shuffled his hooves. He felt like he was going to throw up. He had spent several minutes in this cold weather and all he was doing was anticipating what he might see on the other side of the doors of the building they had surrounded. Other than that he had been entertained by his own breath. "I think it's time we infiltrate this facility. We better get a move on. We have no idea what's on the other end of this door but be prepared. Have your weapons drawn incase you are attacked. On the other hoof do not get you dicks in a twist and kill whatever moves. You are only authorized to kill if you feel the need to go crying to your mothers." The older stallion said as he looked to his deputies. The older stallion had been in the force for a very long time. His long white bearded was enough to give that away. His name was Purple Heart. His cutie mark looked much like the purple heart award of the human realm. "Alright you panzies lets get a move on. Make this quick and snappy. Apprehend anypony who looks suspicious of the crime." Purple heart used his magic to upholster his revolver. "Alright lets move~!" Purple heart and three other stallions kicked down the front door. They all had their guns drawn and they were frantically looking around the room for a threat. It did not take them long to see the crime before them. The victim was dead on the floor with a knife in his chest. They noticed his newly wedded wife Lily Grassland was laying on him crying loudly. She did not move or look at them since they broke down the door. She just laid there and cried. She looked like she had no idea they were there. Purple heart lowered his gun slightly and started to approach Lily. "Sir be careful I don't feel right about this..." Purple's deputy said in a whispering tone. "Be quite deputy..." Purple said as he looked back at his deputy. He slowly looked forward and he was face to face with a golden pair of eyes. Lily grassland was now standing up. Not only that miss Grassland had a crazy look in her eyes. blood was smeared on her face as she stared into the eyes of the sheriff. Purple heart quickly raise his gun up as it pressed against the muzzle of the Mare. "Miss b-back d-down." He stated in a stutter. The old stallions heart was racing as lily still just stood there as if she was in some sort of state of shock. "Sir should we open fir~!" The deputy said as he was growing uneasy. "Are you crazy the? lady is in shock~!" Purple said as he lowered his gun again. Purple wrapped one of his Pegasus wings around the mare. He believed she may have also been a victim in this bloody nightmare. "Deputy get the lady a blanket and warm water. Check her for injuries.. I will assess the body." h looked back at the dead doctor. Lily grassland started to mumble things that nopony could understand. She was starting to recover from her supposed state of shock. The deputy alone brought her out to fresh air where her demeanor quickly changed. The deputy was out of sight of everypony else when she quickly turned aggressive. She spread her wings when she tackled the deputy to the ground wrapping a rope around his neck. His cries for help being choked into silence as Purple was assessing the damages to the body inside. The walls of this place were way to thick for him to hear the choking sound of his deputy. Purple looked at the really big knife in the victims chest. He saw nothing extremely odd about this scene right away. He saw the amount of blood coming off his forehead. This was odd because The victim was clearly stabbed in the chest. Purple put on his glasses o he could see the injuries on the victim forehead. He saw that the killer had left a message on the Victims forehead. He saw that the murderer had carved the word TEST in all caps on his forehead. "What in equestrian is that?" Purple said as he took a picture of it for evidence. He noticed another key detail. The victim appeared to have been dragged to this position. There was a large blood trail leading to another room. Sherriff Purple looked at the trail and slowly got up to follow it. He followed it to the master bedroom where he was immediately set into a state of shock as he knew what had happened in here. He could practically tell what had happened in her before and during the killing. The victim and his wife were in the middle of sex when it happened. Purple took of his glasses and dropped them. That's when the murderer struck. The victim couldn't fight back... because the murderer was right on top of him. His own wife had stabbed him thirty times in the chest. the victim was oddly still alive at this point because struggle indications showed that he had tried to crawl away. How could a mare be capable of such evil? That's when the worst possible thing happened to the victim. His murderer decided he hadn't suffered enough as was. She cut off his private parts and tossed them aside. The cause of death was bleeding. Purple stumbled back and was in absolute shock. He turned and ran to warn his fellow officers. He ran through the halls and slipped on the streak of blood that was leading out of the room. Purple smacked his head on the hard marble floor of the place. he nearly lost consciousness when he heard somepony was coming up on him. He struggled to get up when he was grabbed by his mane. He then felt the sharp edge of a blade on his neck. He could see a large butchers knife below his nose. Blood was dripping from it. A grey hoof was holding the knife. It was none other than the culprit he was going to go warn his men about. "Hello mister officer." Lily grassland said in a sexual purr of a voice. she was standing on her hind legs as she held him by his mane. "I know what you did. you crooked mare~!" Purple didn't struggle not when there was a knife to his throat. "Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I want to ask you a simple test question." a demented giggle escaped the bloody lips of Lily Grassland. "Do you consider yourself a good stallion?" she whispered in his ear. "What did you do to my men you filthy cunt~!" Purple yelled out in aggression. "If you hurt them I swear to Celestia...." he stopped talking as he felt more pressure being put on the knife. "your not helping your case by yelling at the mare who is going to take you life." Lily was counting down in her head for an answer to her first question. She never got an answer so she swiftly slid the knife deeply into the neck of the stallion. As she walked away he was left to choke on his own blood. Twelve stallion entered that building that faithful night. Eleven died.
three yearsIt was early morning a small child was wondering to her parents room. She had awoken from a terrifying dream. The child jumped onto her mother whom was sleeping soundly in her bed. "Mama wake up wake up." The filly had a soft voice as she shook her mother. The mothers eyes opened. Her golden eyes looking at her baby girl. "What is it sweetie?" She said in a tired voice. "Did you have a bad dream or something?" "Yes mama I h-had a bad d-dream." The small filly named orchard curled up next to her mother. The small child fluttered her small wings. Lily grassland looked at her small child and then to her husband who was still asleep. "Alright sweetie you can sleep by me. I won't let the monsters come and get you." Lily wrapped a wing around the small filly. Her husband suddenly woke up to the sound of her voice. "what's going on? everything alright?" Silver shield said as he turned and looked at Lily. "She have a bad dream or something?" "Yes she did, from the way she's acting it's the same dream as last time." Lily nuzzled the small child with her muzzle. Her nuzzle was full of love and sincerity. "The one about the bad accident?" Silver said as he slowly sat up on his hind courters. "Well I hope she sleeps well. I have to go to work." Silver said as he stretched slightly. He leaned forward and gave lily a kiss on her tender and soft lips. Though her mane vibrant with both deep purple and vibrant pink was all messy from sleeping. She still looked gorgeous. Silver remembered the day he had first met this lady. He was part of a murder case that was increasingly getting bigger. He never solved it and was still working on the cold case. One night he was in the case when he met her. She looked so damn beautiful. One thing led to another and they got hooked up. Madly in love they were. He remembered how in separable they were. "Alright honey just be careful tonight." Lily said as the now rising sun reflected it's sunny rays off her golden eyes. The sunlight reflecting off them was enough to make a stallion melt. "I'm sure you will have a good night tonight. After all it has been quite a few years...Don't you think maybe the pony whom committed those crimes may be dead?" Lily said as she stroked the mane of the small child whom was fast asleep now. "Lily I feel like we have this talk every day. There is no way the killer is gone either way we know she was a young mare bent on proving some kind of point. All of her victims had something in common and something different left by or on their body. This murderer wasn't just killing to kill she was killing to prove a point.." silver said as he put his hat on. his horn sticking through the sewn hole on the brim of the hat. "And what might that point be?" Lily said as she rolled onto her back thus exposing her soft underbelly. "That's the thing I and nopony can seem to figure out." Silver said as he levitated his coat. He slowly put it on as he kept his eyes on his wife. "I wish I knew, I hate talking about this around our kid even when she is asleep. She was there when this killer killed her father. it's why she has those nightmares. If only she was old enough to see clearly who did the crime. Poor baby girl must have been terrified." "I must say I understand your urge to find the culprit. Who knows where this pony is she could be so far away that you may never find her." Lily said as she licked the top of her child's head. "My main complaint honey is that you spend more time on that case then you spend with your family. Your daughter looks up to you and loves when your here. She worries when your gone and you know why." Lily slowly got out of bed with a now more upset facial expression upon her face. "All I'm asking is that you get home on time tonight. It's her birthday she would be so upset if you were not here." "alright I will try my best to be here. There are no promises because I'm getting really close to......" Silver was suddenly cut off by lily putting a hoof on his lips. "No buts your going to be here on time. If your not you will sleep on the couch do you understand me?" Lily says as one of her ears is pinned back as her eyes still gleam from the sunlight reflecting off of her irises. "Fine I will be here alright. I promise I will not miss this." He looks at his sleeping daughter. "Yes I'll be here.. for her." He smiles as he kisses lily tenderly on her grey lips "Good to hear. Your gonna make her birthday by being here. She loves you to death. You know how many times a day I play detective with her." Lily used her right hoof to caress her husbands cheek. Lily yawned as she looked at the bathroom. She wanted to desperately comb her mane and tail. "You go to work you big lug I got some freshening up to do. After all I work today as well." Lily gave a soft smile as she slowly walked to the bathroom. Her hips swayed slightly as she walked. Her tail swished in the stagnant air. Silver had already exited the building when she reached the building. Lily hated so much that her husband was so bent on solving a case he shouldn't be a part of. She just couldn't wait for the Foal sitter to get here so she could get her rear end to work. When the foalsitter finally arrived it was high noon. Lily was all ready for work and orchard was playing with her toys. Lily was sitting at her coffee table. She was drinking a good warm cup of coffee. As Lily grew impatient she would start to see things. The coffee in her cup looked like blood to her as she stirred it with a silver spoon. The foalsitter entered the room with a wide smile on her face. "Miss Grassland I'm so sorry I was late. I'm sure you are all ready to go to work." The sitter said as she went over to Orchard who was still playing with her toys. "your fine don't worry about it. hopefully today won't be such a hard day for me." Lily smiled back as she looked at her cup of coffee. Fortunately the coffee looked like coffee again. "So you know the rules of my house so again I expect you to respect them." Lily said as she put her saddlebag on her back. She smile and went for the exit of her house. She was excited to get to her job. She was a nurse and once and a while she was lucky enough to be in the room with a dying patient. Lily Was always cautious. She hated that she lived with some pony who was investigating the murders she had committed so long ago. Lily loved Silver to death but she hated that deep down she wondered what his throat would look like if it was cut. Lily needed to get her meds refilled or she was gonna lose it. It didn't take her long to get to work so she knew she would be able to fill those meds. Weather it be illegally or legally. Lily walked through the revolving doors of her work place. The mare behind the desk greeted her with the same smile she had been greeting her with for two and a half years. Lily smiled back as she checked into work. Lily put her average work clothes on as she washed up her hooves for a sanitation protocol. It didn't take long for a doctor to notice her. "Miss grassland a patient you know would like you to be in the room with him. He is ready to go he says." The doctor says casually as he walks by her. Lily felt her heart skip a beat when the doctor had approached her with such news. Lily let out a sigh as she turned and headed down the hallway of this solemn building. She was happy for work but now that she was informed about this. Her mood had dropped to it's lowest. Lily reached the door of the patients room. She entered the room with her head looking at the ground. "Hello Father." Lily said with a lump in her throat. "It's orchards birthday today. a-are you sure you can't hang on just a little longer?" Lily questioned as she reached his bed side. Her eyes were filled with tears. "Lily I'm so happy you showed up for work today. Your mother would love to see you being so independent." Lily's father said as he smiled at his little girl. "father do you have to be such an asshole like this. you can hang on you can stay. Your not ready to go." Lily shook her head. She was angry with him. She was not happy at all. "It's your fault your in here and you know it." "Lily your the reason I'm in here don't you dare pin that shit on me. I would hang on for your daughter but I can't. I can't because I know what you did." Her father said in a condescending manor. "I thought we agreed you would not speak of that again." Lily said as she took a needle full of air an injected it into his IV. the air bubble pumped through his veins and ended up stuck somewhere, blocking the blood flow fatally, his brain. Her father was dying from what is called air embolism. The father slowly died his last minutes changed his state of mind. he was confused and had a minor cause of temporary dementia air embolism caused him sever confusion and chest pain. He died in a painful stopping of his heart. Lily never wanted to do that to her father but she had no choice. If he wanted to die today he got what he wanted. Before lily left she used her years of experience to make the cause of death look more like a natural heart attack. Lily did cry she had to cry. This was her father. Not some stallion like all the rest. She just couldn't risk his last words being a confession to knowing her crimes. Lily had hurt many ponies over the years. she had torn families apart by killing there single stallion family member. She knew she had no pony left who could hold a grudge. they were all dead now. She just had to keep her secret from her husband. Ho hard could it be?
The shades of purpleLily walked down the desolate halls of the Hospital. Nurse Red heart quickly made her way to lily's side. "Lily dear?" She said softly. "your needed in operating room three. There is a patient undergoing open heart surgery. I know you could do it all by yourself because of your medical degrees but unfortunately your in a job where you only get to help the Doctor. So I suppose I will let you get to the operating room so you can help." Red Heart smiles lightly as she then turns to walk away. Lily did not respond to Red Heart. she only proceeded by going where instructed. Lily did have the degrees to be able to handle any medical situation they threw at her. On the other hoof she was only able to apply for a nursing job. She wish she was a doctor even if Mare doctors were few and far between. Lily made it to the operating room her irises shrunk when she saw whom was on the table. It was Purple heart the sheriff she could have sworn choked on his own blood three years ago. Lily froze in her tracks when she saw the familiar stallion. She was in such a daze that she couldn't hear the doctor yelling at her to focus. "Grassland, Lily you need...to focus~!" The doctor sad as he was now face to face with lily. Her focus could no longer be on the stallion who was laying on the surgical table. "S-sorry sir.... It's just I know this guy." Lily said as she got up to the table. She looked down at the stallion who was paralyzed by the medicine they had given him. Purple Heart had an epidural injection into his spine so he could not feel anything below his neck. But he could sense surgeons pushing and pulling inside his chest cavity and hear them talking about the operation's progress. This type of surgery allows doctors to monitor the patient's brain, as there is a risk that small fragments can break off inside the arteries and flow up to the brain, causing a stroke. The doctors replaced a defective heart valve, Purple Heart was able to speak to the anesthetist. He was wide awake. This kind of surgery is very real and is a scientific advantage if the patient agrees to have it done. Less likely for injury to occur when the patient is wide awake. Even though Purple heart could not see due to the object covering his face, Lily was deathly afraid one of the doctors might accidentally knock it away. Maybe if that happened Purple would die from shock. Knowing Lily and her luck that was unlikely. Despite all of this she had no choice but to do what she needed to do to help the doctors. During an open heart bypass surgery, access to the heart is necessary and hence the chest is made open and the ribs are spread apart. To maintain the circulation of blood and the breathing activity a heart-lung machine is used. So the room was really loud with all the talking an machinery. Lily was trying her best to keep her mind off who she was helping. She had to keep her sanity especially since she hadn't gotten the chance to snatch her new medication. As she was helping the doctors she was drowning out all sound but Purple talking to the surgeons. The success rate for an open heart bypass surgery is around 98%. As with other surgeries there are also complications associated with an open heart bypass surgery. So those numbers where echoing in her brain as she was in the room. Purple had a 98% chance of living. Lily kept her mind on other things the best she could. Though her mind somehow kept her trailing back to the facts on this surgery and the stallion on the table. The surgery took several hours but eventually Purple made it through the whole surgery. Lily was growing more and more uneasy. She couldn't stop looking at the fabric covering the stallions face. Monitoring the patient after a bypass heart is usually done for twenty four hours. The BP and the heart rate are monitored closely after a bypass heart recovery surgery. After a bypass heart recovery surgery the patient may suffer from constipation, muscle pain and swelling from the area in which the vein was removed for the surgery. Lily was the unfortunate Mare who was gonna be watching Him for twenty four hours. This was bad in two ways, number one being she had to watch over the stallion she thought she had killed three years ago. Two she was going to miss Orchard birthday. Lily felt absolutely horrible after all she had spent all morning trying to explain to her hubby that he couldn't miss it and how he had to be there. This time it looked like she was going to miss. She was blind enough to accidentally agree to watching him while she was in that operating room. She was blind enough and out of her mind enough to say yes. Lily hardly noticed her own tears running down her cheeks. as she sat next to the stallions bedside in intensive care. She hated this, why had she been so stupid. Lily looked at the guy who still had the cloth over his face. She wasn't allowed to remove it until he wasn't paralyzed anymore. "If the patient is having the bypass heart surgery for the first time then the risks are lesser than the patient who is going for the second or third time. Family history of the patient is also analyzed before a bypass heart recovery surgery. Families which have history of cardiac problems are at higher risk after a bypass heart recovery surgery." Lily said to herself. "I need to find out his name so I can forge his medical files and find out his chance of survival after all of the surgery." she placed her right hoof under her own chin as she thought. "If I find them out then I can decide what to do with him." Lily thought some more. How was she going to find them when she had to monitor the stallion for twenty four hours? Lily fluttered her wings as she was thinking. The stallion suddenly moved his own arm as an indication he was not paralyzed anymore. Lily quickly put on her medical mask as she gasped out loud. she hoped he wouldn't recognize her. she quickly tucked her hair back so less of it was showing. She went over and removed the fabric covering his face. The stallion looked right at her for about three seconds. "I could use a glass of water." The stallion coughed as he had a dry throat. "s-sorry sir but you have IVS and I am not authorized to get you a glass of water." she says as she was getting nervous as her eyes kept glancing at a nearby needle. She was debating on killing him now. On the other hoof she decided it was a better idea to stop looking at him. She didn't want to give him more of a chance to recognize her. Purple heart had his ears pinned back and a confused expression on his face. "do I know you?" He suddenly asked as lily was just about to head out the door to go get his files plus some medication he needed. Lily's cringed at the sound of the question. "N-no sir your r-recovering from your medication you must be seeing things." she stutters as she exits the room. Lily closed the door behind her and she felt like throwing a temper tantrum but she did not. Instead she walked over to nurse Red Hearts desk. "Oh miss lovely Red Heart could you watch my patient while I do some very essential things for him. He needs certain medication and I need certain medical files to understand his condition." she talks in a cute and cuddly like baby voice. Of course Nurse Red Heart couldn't help but feel flattered and blush. "Of course I could h-help you miss Grassland. On the other hoof do you have authorization to obtain his files?" She asks as she does her job. "Would I be standing here telling you this if I didn't?" Lily says in a snappy attitude. "so please watch after him." she smiles as she crosses her hooves on top of her desk. "sorry L-lily I didn't mean to upset you. I will get right on it." Red Heart smiles She did do what she had promised Lily. She got right up and did as she was told. She watched over the patient. Lily on the other hoof quickly got a packet of pink cool aid from Red Hearts desk along with her access pass card. Lily knew she would be able to dye her hair with this product. The downside she would have to wait three months for it go away or it may accidentally be permanent. She just hoped maybe she would look good in pink hair. Lily quickly got to the bathroom and started on her cool aid dyeing. She started to wash her hair and dye it. When she was done she had bright pink Hair. She looked at her hind courters. "fuck damn it why must I have so much tail." she frowned at the thought of dyeing it. "Well this is going to be interesting." Lily struggled for ten minutes getting her tail done. When she was done she looked actually a lot different. She almost didn't recognize herself. "This was probably my most drastic cover up ever." she slammed her head on the hard percaline sink. She thought to herself and just hoped maybe she could find a way to make up for what she was missing right now. She couldn't believe she was gonna be the one to let orchard down. She felt like slamming her head harder against the sink but refrained from actually doing it. The last thing she needed was a crack in her skull. "I just need those files. Then this whole thing can be over with." Lily said to herself as she looked in the mirror. "HE failed your Test now he has to pay." She groaned and rolled her eyes as she exited the bathroom. She looked at no pony as she exited, she just went right for the file room where she could find the files. she felt her nervousness rise as she was now in the room she had no authorization to be in. She shuffled around and eventually found the files she needed. She looked around wrapped her wing around the files, she exited the room and made her way back to where she was suppose to be. She kept glancing at the clocks wishing she could be there for orchard but she knew by now it was to late. Lily shook her head in disappointment for herself. She walked into the patients room and walked past Nurse Red Heart who didn't recognize her immediately. "Mam are you here to take care of my business.?" Red heart raised a brow. "It's me lily I just quickly dyed my hair." Lily stated as she looked at the man who was being cared for by Red Heart. She felt rage running through her body. She wanted this stallion dead.
Blood is Thicker Than WaterLily felt rage consuming her. She felt the need to TEST. She shook her head as she tried to shake the thoughts from her own head. Lily looked at her files that she had stolen. Her golden eyes shifting through the pages and pictures. Purple Hearts father had apparently had major heart problems such as. Coronary heart disease, the most common type of heart disease. Coronary heart disease refers to the failure of your blood vessels to circulate blood to your heart and organs due to gunk build up on the walls of your circulatory system. Coronary heart disease is often confused with Coronary artery disease although coronary heart disease can be due to a few different causes, while coronary artery disease has only one cause. Lily kept glancing from the papers to the stallion on the medical bed. Lily felt her heart pounding in her chest. Tears began welling in her eyes. Her now pink hair staring to hang in front of her face. She had to go before she lost her mind. She felt that if she stayed she would do something she would forever regret. She kept looking at a injector that had the label for Ketamine. Ketamine is a medication used mainly for starting and maintaining anesthesia. Other uses include sedation in intensive care, as a pain killer, as treatment of bronchospasm, as a treatment for complex regional pain syndrome and as an antidepressant. It induces a trance-like state while providing pain relief, sedation, and memory loss.Heart function, breathing, and airway reflexes generally remain functional. She looked at nurse RedHeart whom was still tending to the patients needs. Lily slowly made her way to the needle as she hoped Neither of the two would notice her. she grabbed the sedative and quickly stuck the needle into RedHearts neck. Red gasped as she felt the surgical steel sink into her flesh. "L-Lily w-what did y-you...." ReadHeart started to lose consciousness. "Don't worry sweetie your gonna be fine your just gonna take a nap. I gave you a nice dose of ketamine common side effects include psychological reactions as the medication wears off. You wont even remember this." Lily giggled slightly as she now turned her rather demented smile towards Purple. Lilies pupils and irises were shrunk. This gave her a look of large insanity. Her eye twitched as she now slowly walked towards the stallion. Lilies wings were limp as she wobbled slightly towards him. She was invigorated with her own sudden insanity. Purple Heart started to press his panic button which in turn made a nurse pick up and talk to him through the speaker on the remote. Lily now stood at the end of his bed as she had her head slightly tilted to the right. "Hello sir what is the problem?" The nurse asked through the speaker. Purple was breathing heavily as he was trying to speak. Lily took the remote from him and spoke as her mane was now all frizzed up as her insanity started to grow. "Don't worry the patient is in good hooves... He accidentally pressed his button~" Lily said in a groaning voice as her twitching eyes stayed looking at the stallion who was starting to hyperventilate. Lily pressed the hang up button as she used a scalpel to cut the wire that fed the remote with the energy it needed. She dropped the remote which then broke in pieces as it hit the floor. her smile grew into a twisted large grin. Her twitching eyes looked towards a medical closet nearby. "Let me lock the doors so we can have some... Privacy." Lily walked t the door and locked it as she then immediately went to the closet she was looking at moments ago. She opened the closet and pulled out saw that was primarily used in knee surgeries. She looked at Purples chest and grinned. "Get away from me you psychotic Mare." Purple Heart fell out of his bed. This ripped his IV out of his fore hoof. Lily giggled as she watched the injured stallion start to crawl his way towards a wall near a window. "why did you not die three years ago." Lily said as she walked towards him in a way that caused him to be cornered. She reached the stallion and placed the Bone saw directly over the scar on his neck. "Shall I cut it again?" Lily growled as she spread her vibrant grey wings. She was losing her grip on sanity as she pressed the metal that had a nice set of teeth against the stallions neck. Lily looked into purples eyes. She saw nothing but fear inside them. She had not seen this kind of fear in so long. This made her only want to end his life more and more. Lily's ear twitched when she heard a knock on the door. "Miss Grassland could you unlock the door I'm here to release you of your duty. Also there are two ponies here to see you." The voice on the other end sounded kind of happy. This caused lily to drop the saw. Purple was still breathing deeply as he himself started to reach for the saw. Lily was in a slight trance as she thought to herself on what to do next. Purple was in a cold sweat as his hoof now grabbed hold of the saw. He swung the object at Lily. Purple managed to hit her with the blunt end of the saw. The blunt hit busted open Lily's lip as she was knocked to the ground. Her whole body was limp as she seemed to be unconscious. Purple struggled to stand up as he heard the nurse knocking on the other side of the door. The ponies voice was to horse for him to speak back to her as he slowly struggled to stand up. When purple finally managed to stand on his hooves he slowly shuffled towards the door. Lily's wing twitched as she was starting to regain her consciousness. Purples heart was racing as he tripped inches away from the door. He fell with a loud thud, The nurse spoke from the other side of the door. She appeared to be speaking into a radio. "Security it seems we have a situation in room 112 One of the nurses isn't answering and I hear a struggle coming from inside." Lily slowly stood back up as her pink mane draped over her face as dim light was casting on her. she looked at the Bone saw on the floor and wobbly grabbed it with her right hoof. She slowly made her way to the stallion. She grabbed him by his mane and pulled his head back as she started to saw at his neck. The blood curdling screams were heard on the other side of the door as security shuffled through key cards to get the door open. Lily cut so deep that the stallions carotid arteries were now exposed and spewing blood out of them. Purples screams were now choked out as his blood filled his own throat. Lily let go of the stallion and his now nearly decapitated head hit the floor as Lily was now coated in blood. The security broke through the door and were immediately stunned by what they saw. Lily was sitting on the back of the dead stallion as his blood covered the floor like a layer of paint. Lily slowly looked at the security but her eyes immediately filled with tears and anger when she saw who the two ponies were that had come to visit her. None other than orchard and silver shield.
TESTWhat was she supposed to say? What was there to say? Lily had messed up and there was no way she was going to turn this around for her better. The looks she saw on her husband and daughters face would haunt her for the rest of her long and miserable life. “Guards arrest her~!” The nurse who was with them yelled out. Lilies eyes and ears twitched as she remained sitting in the pool of blood on the floor. Her husband wasn’t even saying a word to her. Lily slowly looked over at the guards as they started to enter the room. Lily knew she couldn’t allow them to get their hooves on her. She had remained out of custody this long. Even if her heart and soul were now broken, she wasn’t going to let them arrest her. Lily looked over at her bone saw once again. She was contemplating her attack as the guards slowly and cautiously made their way toward her. “I would back up before you get the word test carved into your stomachs.” Lily said as a sick and twisted look started to grow on her face. She was slowly descending into her deep insanity every minute she sat there in that blood. Her wings slightly twitched as she looked at the possible weapons around her. That’s when she noticed one of the guards was carrying a spear. She saw in that instant what she was going to do. Lily slowly stood up on all of her legs. She looked at the spear and she bull rushed the guard. She summersaulted over the weaponized guard. Her right wing snatching the spear from the guards grasp, she used it to trip the guard up. She swiped it under the guards legs and he face planted into the cold bloody ground. She used the blunt end to knock out the other guard. She then used the damn thing as a pole vault to get out of the room. She slid on the floor just outside the doorway. She stopped and looked back at her husband. She saw roughly ten more guards heading their way. She felt like it was taking forever. She stared into the baby blue eyes of her husband and whispered she was sorry. She then quickly took off down the hall. She knew she couldn’t take on ten guards by herself. “Halt stop resisting…you are under arrest.” The guards shouted at her as they raced down the hall after her. Since all the guards were pagasi she knew flying away would not be an option. AS lily turned a corner she quickly slammed a guards head against the wall. It was clear the guards were trying to surround her. She spread her wings as she was running for a window that was not far away from her. That was originally going to be her way out of this situation. That was until she got surrounded by guards on that end as well. There seemed to be no way out, that was until she noticed a narrow window in a patient’s room was open. She quickly turned for it only to have a spear happy guard thrust a spear into her right back leg. This knocked her right to the ground. She wasn’t going to move she was just going to let this happen. The guards were inches away from arresting her when a mare in a trench coat came up and stabbed them in the back of the neck with sedative. “Where the hell did you come from Sabrina.” Lily said as she was helped up by the mare. “Behind you as always dearest,” The blond pony said as she started to help her out of the hospital. The unicorn used a magic spell to cloak them. This unicorn was very strong in cloaking and cleaning spells. After all when lily was on her mass rampage through equestrian several years ago somepony had to clean up her testing room. Somepony had to be working with her. “You know I thought you were dead. Could have sworn you would have at least turn y-your back on me by now” Lily said as the blood loss was starting to make her delusional. “Even though you told me you were done with your TEST. I vowed to never leave your side. I was disguised as your baby sitter for all these damn years.” Sabrina said as she used her magic to get them out the front door of the hospital. Sabrina knew little to nothing about teleportation spells. So unfortunately Sabrina was going to have to patch Lily up in an alleyway nearby. Unsanitary as that may have been it was entirely necessary. Sabrina had patched her up countless times in the past. After all Lily wasn’t immortal she was just as likely to hurt herself as any other pony. As lily laid in the alleyway with Sabrina stitching up her leg, she couldn’t help but continually but replay her husband’s face in her mind. “I’m a monster Sabrina. Tonight was a flook I never intended for this to happen. I w-was h-happy.” Lily said with a long sigh. “Lily me and you both knew this was going to happen eventually. You killed thousands of stallions in your day. I’m surprised you stayed as sane as you were.” Sabrina said as she finished stitching up the injured leg. “I would just be happy you didn’t get arrested. Do you know how much of a bounty they have on the stallion widow’s head?” Sabrina said as she referenced to one of Lily’s names. “You’re the most notorious and dangerous mare that ever existed, I’m not sure you should be proud or disappointed.” “Well if you want my opinion. An electric chair sounds like a five star hotel right about now. My entire life just got destroyed Sabrina. Everything I held dear now sees me for what I am. I will get caught I’m on record now.” “Well your just going to have to kill the one who would put you on record. You’d have to do it before they can use the eyewitnesses against you.” “Since they guy most like to do that is my husband I think I will decline. That goes against TEST rule 345 don’t kill the ones who are close.” “You killed your father lily. Isn’t he close?” Sabrina asked. “He was never emotionally close to me. He was grandfather passed that rule.” Lily said as she sighed again. “Maybe they will arrest me and I will rot or fry for my thousands of offenses.” “Or maybe… It’s time to bring TEST back.” Sabrina said. “Unfortunately……I think your right.” Lily said as she closed her eyes in sarrow
Here comes the BOOMLily and Sabrina were on there way to where she lived. Lily just hoped she would get there before Silver shield would. Lily was thinking back to the time of TEST. She remembered the night. The night Purple heart first became a problem. She remembered how the night had went. "Lily would you please come have a couple more glasses of whine with me?" her soon to be dead husband had asked her. " Honey your drunk." Lily said as she sat herself on his lap. She looked down at him. The light from the nearby lit fireplace was giving her golden eyes an orange tint. "Yeah well if you wanna buy that purse you always wanted then I recommend you get your flank off my lap and put it on the couch where you can drink some damn whine." The stallion said as he sipped his own glass of whine using his horn to levitate the glass. "I don't drink your shitty whine... You know I have an expensive taste... one you refuse to fulfil.... You never give me any money for myself.. You don't trust me." Lily said as she slowly got off his lap. "You know I can't stand you sometimes. Why the fuck did we ever get married." "don't you speak to me like that you bitch~!" The stallion stood up in anger. "Don't call me a bitch you fucking asshole." lily said as she yelled right in her husbands face. What gives you the right you filthy prick. You have all this money... not once have you spoiled me to anything. showed your damn appreciation for me." She teared up "How can I appreciate the mare who is grubbing every last dime out of me?" "Sapphire why are you being such a dick.. Is it the whine speaking? you...fucking asshole." Lily folded her wings ready to walk to bed. "Lily no..get back here." Sapphire slowly stood out of his chair to follow her. "Sweetheart I always want to make you happy...your living in a damn mansion and wearing eyeliner that cost me nearly a grand. How is this not good enough for you?" "You don't get it you idiot." Lily put her front hooves over her ears as she was now laying on the ground. "You wont fill my meds you wont give me the things I actually ask for. You told me from da one you would take care of me. You haven't even tried~!" Sapphire helped her up off the floor as he quickly pulled her into a kiss. This kiss slowly lead the two of them to their bedroom. Sapphire was kissing her neck as he laid her down on the bed. They had been making love from observation when the assailant had attacked Sapphire. Lily was in her mid climax while her eyes kept glancing over at the envelope opener. She was moaning loud which was enough to distract her husband from knowing anything. This one time he was deciding to not be a premature pussy to her. Seemed like his whiskey dick.. Well in this case whine dick lasted longer when he wasn't sober. Lily looked over at the envelope opener again as her wing quickly grabbed the sharp blade and stabbed it into the side of Sapphires neck. Sapphire rolled off the bed screaming as lily used the covers to clean off his miss fire. "What the fuck Lily....What the hell is your problem?" He yelled out as he tried crawling for the door. He was quickly pressed to the ground as he felt her hoof press him down. "Do you consider yourself a good stallion?" She simply asked as she rubbed another blade on his back. She seemed to be teasing him. "L-lily please...D-don't. If this is about the maid I'm sorry." Sapphire said. "Oh so that's who you have been banging behind my back. You are my first victim of TEST. The test I do to keep stallions like you off the streets. You have proven yourself as a bad stallion." Lily quickly slit his throat as the officers were pulling up to the front door. Lily tried to keep the thought out of her mind. Test had been the quiz the rules she had used to take several thousand stallions off the streets. She didn't want to have to go back to being that mare. The black widow, the stallion slayer. "Lily are we almost there?" Sabrina asked as she looked back at lily. "We have allot of things that need to be done if we are going to have to hide your name, again." Sabrina gave a sigh as she finished speaking. "The building in question is a block down...We are almost there." Lily said as she looked up into the sky with her golden irises. Her now pink hair had quite the glisten to it. "Well if your newly wedded is there what are we going to do?" Sabrina asked. "Since you are my sister.. you will stay out of it.. I will take care of it." Lily said as they arrived at the apartment building. Thunder rumbled in the distance as a storm was on the way. Lily entered the building and headed upstairs for her apartment room. When she reached the door she saw it was already open. She quickly ducked to the wall that was to it's right. Her ears swiveling to hear what might be in her home. She quickly entered to pin a pony to the wall. The pony was none other then her husband Silver shield. "whoa whoa...Lily? What the fuck happened back there?" He asked as he had the most scared expression on his face. "Case number 340 the one you have been working on.. You found your mare. I'm the widow.. the stallion killer." she sighs looking down. "Get out of here...don't make me hurt you." she said as her lower lip trembled . "I don't want to hurt you.. I love you to much... Now go~!" Lily said as she let go of him. She slowly backed up. "Or take your chance to arrest me..." Lily heard more officers were on their way up the stairs. She kept her worried eyes on her husband who quickly stood at the entrance to block the officers. "Already checked in here." He glanced behind himself to see she had scattered to hide. "She didn't come back." Silver said as he looked the deputies in the eyes. "Besides this is the FBP's case now." He said holding out his badge. The officers nodded as they started to make their way back down the stairs. Silver looked around in a state of panic. "Lily... j-just get your stuff and go... I wont arrest you... I'm risking my job here." Lily stepped into view as she had washed her mane so it no longer had pink in it. "I'm sorry I really am..." she sighed as she walked past him setting something on the counter. She quickly slinked down the stairs. Silver looked at what she had set down... It was a pregnancy test.. one that read positive.
CancelledHI sorry but this story had been canceled... Not due to it being un popular... This story and this characters background has slipped my mind of interest. Some how she is reminding me of a past I want nothing to do with. So writing this story is just not going to happen.. I will Keep it as cancelled and not deleted. Just incase I somehow gain interest in the story again. To anyone whom may have liked this kind of shat out idea that I poorly did I apologize. That leads me to also let everyone know I may be putting all unfinished stories on hiatus for a while.
