Peer is sent to Ponyville to stock a safehouse, and wait for an infiltrator changeling to replace him. Three month's later, Peer preoccupies his time waiting with pet projects.

Peer's job was to stock up and wait for a changeling infiltrator to arrive at the safehouse in Ponyville to take his place. Three month's later, he's still waiting, and decided to start a few pet projects as well like taking photos around town and abducting ponies!
