Chapter 1: In Ponyville/ Manehatten vacation
3 years had gone by since the wrath of Glaitor had happened. And all of the Equines of Equestria return to their lives, and the Sponge Raiders and Autobots had officially allied with the Equestrian Royalty. Meanwhile, in Ponyville, a broad maroon stallion was walking to a certain library.
"Today's the day. This is the day that I ask Twilight Sparkle out and soon we shall become spouses." said the stallion. He soon arrived at Golden Oaks Library, he then checked himself for any stains or something and then knocked on the door. Then the door opened right away. "Hello, Twilight. I've come to ask you..."
"I'm not Twilight, I'm Spike." said a young dragon, the Stallion looked down to see Spike looking at him with a slight glare.
"Oh, I'm sorry, Spike. I thought you were Twilight. Is she here? I have to ask her something." the stallion said, slightly embarrassed.
"No, and she won't be home until next Saturday. She's out on her Honeymoon in Manehatten." answered Spike.
The Stallion's eyes shot open when he heard "Honeymoon", Twilight was already married? And he didn't know about this? "Honeymoon? With who?" the stallion asked.
"That is for me to know, and you to find out. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've still got work to do. Good bye." said Spike as he closed the door.
The stallion was shocked! Not by Spike shutting the door on him, but the fact that Twilight Sparkle, His Twilight Sparkle was married!
"Oh, who could Twilight fall in love with that would possibly marry her?" the stallion asked himself.

In Manehatten, a certain purple Unicorn was prancing in Manehatten park as she and her spouse: Thomas. were in the park having a blast. They raced through the park laughing. Soon enough, they came into the center of the park and enjoyed the view as they watched the sunset. Then the next day they did some window shopping as they walked down the busy streets. Trying on different hats and sunglasses at one shop. A little later in the day when Twilight was turning around a corner, 2 big thugs pulled her into an ally and were about to mug her but Thomas raced and fired taser cannons at them, incapacitating them. As Twilight get back up and nuzzle Thomas lovingly.
Then later in the evening they were soon at a spa, as Twilight was getting a hooficure, while Thomas was getting a fancy polish. and soon came out, looking very fancy. Then at a silversmith shop, Thomas had ordered a special silver necklace with a pendant that said, "Friendship is Magic with you." Twilight blushed slightly after reading it. Then afterwards they did some stargazing as they watched the moon rise into the sky.
And soon next Saturday, they were now at the Ponyville Train Station. "ah, it's good to be home." said Twilight.
"Yeah, Manehatten is fun for a while but it's good to be back in Ponyville." added Thomas, as he and Twilight started to head back for the library as they passed the "Welcome to Ponyville" sign which now had, "Home of OpThomas Prime, Galitor's Slayer" written on it. In honor for Thomas defeating Galitor 3 years ago. And Ponyville had a lot more visitors since then.

Chapter 2: Letter from the family
Thomas and Twilight were halfway to the Library when a familiar whistle was heard. "Thomas! Twilight! Great to see you back!" shouted Percy as he pulled alongside them. "How was Manehatten?"
"It was fun, Percy. But I'm glad to be back in Ponyville." answered Thomas.
"Yeah, it's nice to be back into the peace and quiet of Ponyville." added Twilight. "So how were things in Ponyville while we were gone?"
"Well, everything's been fine. Oh, and Spike got a letter from the Princess, saying that she would like to me to help out with delivering mail from the Canterlot mail yard!" Percy stated excitedly.
"Wow! That's great Percy! Working with the Canterlot mail service is a special opportunity!" exclaimed Twilight.
"I know! Delivering regular mail is one thing, but this is the greatest thing that could ever happen to me!" Percy exclaimed. "Well, I've got to go now, it's was good to see you 2 again!" whistled Percy as he went his own way. Thomas couldn't help but smile big for his best friend. Soon they arrived back at the library and were greeted by Spike.
"Hey guys! Good to see you back!" called Spike.
"Great to see you too Spike! So what happened here while we were gone?" said Twilight.
"Not much, although, Harrison Ascot came here, looking for you. " replied Spike.
Twilight groaned after hearing Harrison's name. She had quite enough of that brood Stallion trying to impress her or try to win her heart. "Man, that stallion just doesn't wanna give up. Why can't he just leave me alone!?"
"Harrison's that bad?" asked Thomas, he had been told about Harrison by Shining Armor a few weeks ago and wasn't too pleased about the Stallion's posh attitude.
"More like a real pain in the flank, Thomas! That jerk just won't leave Twilight alone! He often kept sending love letters to her!" stated Spike, with an annoyed tone.
"What happened to those letters?" asked Thomas.
"Oh, I threw them away, or I burnt them." answered Twilight. "But seriously, he just is so obsessed with me!"
"Okay, So Spike, what has Luke been up to?" asked Thomas.
"He's been out doing some odd jobs around here. He often returns very tired, I tell him that he should take a break, but he doesn't listen."
"Well, that's Luke for you, he just wants to show everyone what he can do." said Thomas.
"You know, we should visit Shining Armor and Cadance sometime. I'm sure they'd love to see us again." said Twilight. "And at the same time, tell him about Harrison."
"Yeah, Harrison will think twice if he tries to get you with Shining Armor by your side." said Spike.
Just then, the door opened again and Luke came inside. He looked very excited for something. "Thomas! Twilight! You're back! And just in time too! I was one my way back from town hall when the Mayor told me to give you this letter." Luke then showed a letter resting on his bufferbeam, which Twilight picked up with her magic and opened.
"Dear, Twilight and Spike, We heard about you getting married and couldn't be more proud to hear about it. We would like you to come to the Starlight Prance Mingle, along with your friends. Shining Armor, Cadance, Twilight Velvet, and Night Light are also planning on coming. So it can be like a big family reunion. We hope to see you, Spike, and your special somepony too. Signed, your Aunt Starshine and Uncle Moontorch.
"The Starlight Prance Mingle!? That's one of the greatest mingles in all of Equestria! Next to the Grand Galloping Gala!" shouted Spike.
"Yeah, we should get ready to go soon!" added Twilight.
"Twilight, I don't think we should go." said Thomas, with a look of concern.
"What? Why do you say that?" asked Twilight.
"Your Uncle and Aunt haven't seen me. And they're probably expecting a stallion, not a tank engine! Do you know how they could react to seeing me?" said Thomas.
"Come on, Thomas. It won't be that bad! Besides, our friends, Shining Armor, and Cadance are coming too! They can put in a good word for you!" said Spike.
"Well, I don't know.." said Thomas "Well, what do you think Luke?"
"I say you should go. I'm sure Twilight's uncle and aunt will warm up to you. Even with how you defeated Galitor!" Luke said. Thomas pondered for a small bit and soon he sighed.
"Alright, I'll gather our friends." said Thomas.
"YES!!!" shouted Spike as he did a silly victory dance.

Chapter 3: Journey to Prance
Later, the Mane 6 were loading the luggage onto their ride for Prance. But as they did, Thomas still couldn't help but feel nervous of how Twilight's uncle and Aunt would react to seeing him.
"Prance! We're heading to prance! Oh, I have always wanted to go there! It shall be fabulous!" Rarity exclaimed, by the tone of her voice, one could say she was as giddy as a schoolfilly.
"Rarity, will ya' tone her down a bit, we ain't goin' on vacation or anythang', we're joinin' Twilight on her family reunion." said Applejack, as she rolled her eyes at Rarity's excitement.
"This is so exciting! Are you excited?! I've never felt so excited before!" shouted Pinkie as she hopped around while Percy shunted a brakevan onto the train. They had to pick up another coach later, so it was suggested Percy should serve a s back engine for the train. "I wonder what this party will be like in Prance, I bet it's gonna be super-dee-duper fun in all of the world!"
"Pinkie Pie, save your energy for when you need it." said Rainbow, slightly annoyed with Pinkie's super excitedness, as she covered Pinkie's mouth.
"Besides, this will be the first time Thomas will meet more of Twilight's family, we really should be more supportive for him, don't you think?" Fluttershy added. She knew that Thomas was nervous about this, and she wanted to help him.
"Yeah, and we need to do what we can to help him, feel better. Edward, James, Henry or even Optimus aren't joining us on this adventure." said Percy as he was coupled to the train.
"Now, can we trust you and the other Skarloey engines to man the forts while we're gone, Luke?" asked Twilight. Thomas suggested they should have the other Skarloey Engines come to Ponyville to watch over things with Luke while they were away.
"You can count on us, Twilight." stated Skarloey.
"Yeah, there's nothing we can't handle. added Rheneas.
"Besides, we could help the Crusaders with their Cutie Marks while we're at it. Peter Sam said.
"Alright, see you guys, later." said Twilight as she went to go meet up with the train. Which was still being loaded with Rarity's excessive luggage.
"20 suitcases?! Dagnabbit Rares, why do ya' have ta' pack so darn heavy everytime we go out to other towns?! What is in those suitcases you need so dang badly!?" snapped Applejack as she threw another suitcase into the luggage compartment on Clarabel.
"I should say so! You've nearly stuffed my luggage compartment to the brim!" snapped Clarabel.
"Oh, just the essentials. A lady should never forget the proper necessities for anything." answered Rarity.
"Well, for a Lady, you certainly have no respect for coaches like us." muttered Annie under her breath. As Rainbow struggled to load Rarity's last suitcase into the luggage compartment.
"Jeez Rarity! What do you have in here, rocks?!" shouted Rainbow as she struggled to get it in, Pinkie then pinched in and pushed on Rainbow and soon the suitcase was in, sending the 2 to the ground with a thump.
"Alright, are we ready to depart?" asked Thomas, he wanted to get going so they could get to Canterlot in record time to pick up Shining Armor and Cadance. And the fancy royal train coach too.
"Ready!" shouted Twilight. The ponies hoped into the coaches as Spike hopped into the rear of Clarabel. Thomas and Percy whistled as they pulled out of Ponyville and were soon on their way to Canterlot.

It took awhile for Thomas and Percy to reach Canterlot, since they couldn't go as fast as the Friendship Express or Crystal Express. They had arrived at the crack of sunset. And soon meet up with Shining Armor and Cadance.
"Good to see you, Thomas!" said Shining Armor as the train pulled into Canterlot station.
"Hello!" whistled Thomas as he came to a stop.
"Ah, Mr. Thomas. You've made it in record time. The Royal Coach is waiting in the siding for you." said the Station Master.
"Alright, I'll have it shunted on the train lickety split!" called Percy as he was uncoupled from the train. Soon enough Percy had the Royal coach shunted onto the train and it was coupled onto Clarabel.
"Ooh, this coach is so fancy! It's not like coaches back on Sodor!" stated Clarabel in fascinated.
"Indeed, Gordon will be jealous to hear that Thomas got to pull this coach!" added Annie. Soon after Shining Armor and Cadance boarded the train, Thomas and Percy were soon off for Prance. The journey took quite a while as they traveled across Equestria.
When the train was traveling through the forests outside Canterlot, Pinkie asked, "Are we they yet?"
"Eenope, we ain't there yet, Pinks." answered Applejack.
A few hours later, as the train was crossing the Great Rainbow Lake, Pinkie again asked, "Are we there now?"
"No, Pinkie, not yet." answered Twilight.
In the middle of the night, the train was now traveling through the deserts of Appleloosa, in which Pinkie asked yet again, "We in Prance yet?"
"No, Pinkie Dear. We still have a while to go." answered Rarity, slightly tired. Pinkie groaned in frustration afterwards.
At the crack of dawn, Thomas and Percy stopped at another station to fill their tanks with water. In which Pinkie then asked, "Are we here in Prance?"
"No, Pinkie. Me and Thomas just stopped to fill our water tanks. We'll be back on our way to Prance very soon." answered Percy as the filler cap to his tank was closed.
Afterwards, the train was crossing a ravine, and at the same time, Pinkie asked once more. "Are we there yet?!"
"NO!!!" snapped Rainbow, very annoyed with Pinkie's constant asking.
A few minute later, the train was racing down the line as inside, the other were starting to get fed up with Pinkie constantly asking if they were in Prance yet.
"Are we..." Pinkie started to ask.
"No, we aren't Pinkie!" snapped Rarity.
"And before you ask again, we won't be there until later! Prance is very far from Canterlot and Ponyville! And Thomas and Percy aren't as fast as the normal trains that travel in Equestria!" snapped Twilight, rubbing her temples in frustration.
"Sorry, I'm just so bored! Normally I enjoy train rides, but this is is so boring!" said Pinkie.
"So, find a way to entertain yourself then." said Rainbow. Unfortunately, saying that was a mistake. In which Pinkie started making popping and clicking sounds, which was adding onto the the other's frustration and patience.
"Pinkie Pie, for once, could you not act like yourself, FOR TEN MINUTES?! shouted Twilight, who's patience was almost faded, then Pinkie made another clinking sound, which was the final straw for Twilight, "GAAAAAHH!!!! ARE IN PRANCE YET?!
"Yes, we are!" called out Thomas. "We're approaching City limits now!"
"Oh, finally!" exclaimed Rainbow. Soon they all stuck their heads out of the windows to look in front and they could see Prance just ahead.

Chapter 4: Meet the Family/Family complacations
The train was now into the city of Prance. And the engines and equines were impressed at the marvelous sight.
"Blistering Boilers, I've never any city so amazing before!" exclaimed Percy.
"It's absolutely fabulous! I can't wait to see what high class outfits they have here!" squealed Rarity with complete delight. As she tugged on her mane. And as the train continued on, the citizens took notice of them.
"Look! It's OpThomas Prime!" shouted a mare.
"I's our savior of Equestria!" exclaimed a high class stallion.
"My! What splendid coaches he has! No train in Equestria has ever had such coaches!" shouted a unicorn mare, admiring Annie and Clarabel.
"Well, at least the citizens think I'm cool." said Thomas. He felt a little better, since the citizens were accepting him, despite being a tank engine. But deep down, he still was worried for what Twilight's family would think. Speaking of which, Thomas noticed they were reaching the Main Town hall. "well, here goes nothing."
They continue on and soon reached the station platform outside the town hall. Once the train stopped, everyone hopped out.
"Well, it took a while but we're here!" said Shining Armor as he stretched his legs.
"Twilight! Shining Armor! Cadance!" shouted a voice, it was Night Light, Twilight and Shining Armor's father. "Good to see you!"
"Hello, Dad!" shouted Twilight as she embraced her father.
"Shining, honey! Come over her and give your mother a hug!" said, Twilight Velvet, Twilight and Shining Armor's mother.
"Good to see you again, Mom." said Shining Armor as he embraced his mother.
"And there's the hero of Equestria himself! Good to see you again." said Night Light, after he noticed Thomas.
"Hello, Mr. Night Light, and Miss Twilight Velvet." said Thomas.
"And you brung Percy too. The one who defeated Discord!" said Twilight Velvet.
"Technically, Edward defeated Discord. I just helped." replied Percy.
"Doesn't matter in my book." said Twilight Velvet.
"And who might these 2 ladies be?" asked Night Light, gesturing to Annie and Clarabel.
"These are my coaches, Annie and Clarabel." replied Thomas.
"Nice to meet you." said Annie.
"A pleasure to meet you 2." said Clarabel.
"Alright, I'll join you guys later. I'm gonna take the coaches to the siding." said Percy, as he shunted Annie, Clarabel, and the royal coach to the sidings.
"I hope Twilight's Uncle and Aunt will accept Thomas." said Clarabel.
I'm sure they will. " replied Annie.
"Alright, now that our reunion is complete, time to catch up with Starshine and Moontorch." said Night Light. As they went to meet up with them.

They soon arrived near the main hall where Starshine and Moontorch would be waiting. But as they went around the corner, Thomas stopped. He wasn't ready to meet them yet.
"Aunt Starshine! Uncle Moontorch!" shouted Twilight as she raced up to her aunt and uncle.
"Twilight, honey! It's good to see you all." said Starshine, a blue unicorn with lavender mane and her cutie mark a star with a shining mark on it.
"It's been forever since we've seen you!" said Moontorch, a white unicorn with a sleek black mane, with a Crescent moon and flashlight for a cutie mark. And they embraced Twilight and than Shining Armor. "It’s lovely to see you, all. Enough of this, where is he? Where is the finest stallion in all of Equestria? Where is the perfect groom for my beloved niece?”
Thomas cringed after hearing that and stood put and kept quiet.
"I'm sure you'll be pleased to meet him. Come on out, Thomas!" said Twilight. But Thomas didn't come out.
"Oh, the dear must be shy to meet us. Oh, that's quite alright. I remember when Moontorch was nervous of introducing himself to my grandparents." said Starshine, which in turn made Moontorch's cheeks glow red.
"Oh honey, don't flatter me." said Moontorch.
"Oh, I think I'll help him come out from the corner." said Twilight, walking to the corner where Thomas stood. "Come on, Thomas. Come show yourself."
"I can't do this, Twi! They're expecting a stallion to come out! They’re gonna be in for a surprise that they probably won’t like!" said Thomas, nervously.
"Don't worry, I'm by your side!" said Twilight. And slowly Thomas followed her out and came from out from his spot to show himself directly in front of Starshine and Moontorch. The wide, eager smiles on their faces vanished into shock as he stood before them scared stiff with a similar expression. "Starshine, Moontorch, this is Thomas. My spouse!" said Twilight, smiling from ear to ear.
Thomas couldn't speak, he didn't have any words to utter, nor did Starshine and Moontorch. They just stared at him with wide eyes.
"Uh, top of the morning?" said Thomas, nervously. But Starshine and Moontorch didn't reply, they just continued to stare at Thomas.
"I'm sure they'll get over their surprised looks, Thom." said Night Light, reassuringly.

Later that evening, Starshine and Moontorch had taken the group to the local buffet for dinner. Thomas still stood in his spot, nervously. As he looked at Starshine and Moontorch. Starshine had gotten past her surprised state and was smiling again, but Moontorch on the other hand, was watching Thomas with a disappointed scowl.
"So, how are things in Prance?" asked Shining Armor, trying to strike up a conversation.
"Things are normal as usual, of course after that monster attack Equestria, many of the police forces acquired some more better weaponry, me and Moontorch caught sight of 2 stallions carry some kind of stick with a wooden end, and a wooden handle on the tube." said Starshine.
"It's called a shotgun, Auntie." said Twilight. "The SpongeRaiders had a meeting with Princess Celestia and she agreed that all forces should get better weaponry and now, the majority of them have firearms, or commonly known as 'guns'." explained Twilight.
"Ah, that makes sense. I mean that beast of a unicorn was indeed very powerful, even strong enough to defeat Princess Celestia herself!" said Starshine.
"Even I've gotten to acquire some of those firearms, being Captain of the Royal Guard as it is." added Shining Armor.
Then the door opened as Percy pulled in.
"Sorry, I'm late guys!" said Percy as he took the empty spot at the table.
"Oh, and who is this?" asked Moontorch.
"This is Percy. My best friend and Lieutenant. he helped me defeat Galitor." replied Thomas.
"Well, he definitely fits for your Lieutenant! Still able to battle even with one arm only!" said Starshine as Moontorch nodded in agreement as Percy blushed. And the equines' meals were brought out.
"So, how was the wedding? How was the turnout?" asked Starshine.
"It was absolutely glamorous! It took place in Canterlot castle of all places, it was a real... replied Rarity.
"Rarity, she was asking Twilight and Thomas!" snapped Percy.
"What Rarity said. It was one of the best days of my life." said Twilight.
"Canterlot Castle? Huh, I would've imagined you having it a train yard." said Moontorch sarcastically. Starshine was not amused by his comment, and she gave him a look of mild irritation.
"So, Thomas, I hope you don't mind me asking. But, why is it that you're called 'OpThomas Prime'?" asked Starshine.
"It's just my Trainbot name. And Prime means that I'm leader of the Trainbots" replied Thomas, happy to be able to share about his life a s A Trainbot.
"Oh, and where are your soldiers of the Trainbots?" asked Moontorch.
"Well, besides me, there's also James, Gordon, Henry, Edward, Hiro, Toby, and Emily." replied Percy.
"Huh, I'd expect there would of been a bunch of Soldiers with you." said Moontorch.
"Well it's not an easy thing to find other Trainbots." said Thomas.
"Oh, and it's easy for my niece to find an excuse for a spouse?!" snapped Moontorch.
"Moontorch!" snapped Starshine as she glared at her husband.
"Uncle! How can you say that?!" asked Shining Armor, shocked to hear such a rude remark from his uncle.
"What's that suppose to mean?" asked Thomas, slightly upset for the remark.
"Well, I'm saying. You don't look too much like the type to take of my niece." said Moontorch.
"Hey, he does too! He defeated Galitor singled handedly!" snapped Rainbow.
"And he also defeat that mean Changling queen!" added Pinkie, trying to help.
"Oh, really? I thought he needed help from the Elements of Harmony to defeat the huger unicorn." said Moontorch. Then suddenly everyone started arguing about the situation.
Percy soon lost patience from all the arguing, "QUIET!!!!!!" he shouted as he blew his whistle, so loud that everyone stopped and looked at him. "WILL YOU ALL KNOCK IT OFF?! WE'RE HERE A FOR FAMILY GATHERING, NOT A YELLING CONTEST!! HOW DO YOU EXPECT IT TO HAPPEN WITH EVERYONE ARGUING OVER A SILLY SUBJECT!!?"
No one said anything, they all just stared at Percy, but soon Thomas began to feel down. While Twilight was devastated.
"Um, I think I'll leave now, I lost my appetite." said Twilight sadly as she left the table.
"Oh bother. I'm sorry, I think I'll go too." said Thomas and he left to follow Twilight. No one else left, or moved they all began to feel very ashamed, but unknown to anyone a hooded figure was watching from the window.
"Perfect. Just what I need for revenge." said the figure as she left into the shadows.
