Equestria's Romance-Rainbow Dash

Rainbow "Daring" Dash was flying through the sky. Heading her way to the Wonderbolt academy. Spitfire just sends her a letter a few minutes ago. It took her 10 seconds to read it and immediately make her way through the air.

"What's it gonna be? Is she finally going to let me join the Wonderbolts? Is she gonna address my awesomeness in front of the whole team? I can't wait!"

Later…

"Rainbow Dash reporting ma'am !" She saluted right after she busted into Spitfire's office. "Dash do you know why I called you here?" Spitfire was slowly going through a bunch of paper works she needed to handle as the captain of the best aerial performance team in all of Equestrians.

"Yes! I…I mean, No! Ma'am!" She quickly changed her reply to make sure that the Wonderbolt captain does not realize her daydreams.

" Fleetfoot, called in sick. She said she's gonna be fine but she actually got the Feather Flu. She's not gonna come back for a month." She suddenly stops her work and looked at Rainbow. Dash however was holding her pressure as much as possible as there are thousands of possible outcomes that might occur. "She was suppose be taking over for Dust Wings, he retired a few weeks ago, for the performance at Canterlot. Now I'm missing a flier and a week later I'm going to need a flier at Canterlot."

"OH MY GOSH.OH MY GOSH. OH MY GOSH! Is she heading to where I believe?"

"So I need you-"

"Yes?"

"-to"

“Yes?”

"-assist me to"

"Yes?"

"-help me get the new guy ready in a week."

The only thing Rainbow Dash could realize is that her entire world just blackened.

“By the way the kid’s name is Tempest Disruptor; he’s a cousin of Fleetfoot. He’ll be here in a few minutes.” Spitfire said while holding her paperwork and flying outside the office. Not realizing Dash is just standing there, staring blankly into the darkness.

Few minutes later…..

Spitfire, Rainbow Dash, and a pegasus with an arctic coat, white gray mane pointing backwards fuchisa eye, Fleetfoot standing outside the runway of the academy. Rainbow changed into her Wonderbolt uniform while Spitfire was in her drill sergeant uniform. "So when's gonna the guy arrive?" Rainbow asked to break the silence between them. “He is, usually, either showing up at the exact second of the time or completely not gonna show up.” Fleetfoot answered through her mask to prevent any other team member to catch the Flu.

Spitfire sighted at the respond, "Fine, but if he does not show up today I’ll-"

“Find Cover!” Fleetfoot all the sudden shouted out loud, and quickly slide down a few meters down. Which Spitfire immediately followed.

‘What? Huh?’ Rainbow looked at her surroundings to make respond to whatever-

“INCOMMING!!!!!”

Before she could finish her line of thought, something really fast knocked her body to the ground. When she lifted her head again, she saw a Pegasus with a dark blue coat wobbling a few meters off the ground. And immediately stretch out its wings to stabilize itself and scorched 4 parallel marks of burn deep into the runway.

The Pegasus quickly looked at its left hoof where a watch is attached to it. “Safe! On right time! 10:30 AM. Right! On! Tim-”

"You're Tempest Disruptor?"  Spitfire asks while shaking her head as she and Fleetfoot is getting back up.

"Nope, I’m only 80% Disruptor, 20% awesomeness. (Chuckles a bit). No I’m just joking, yeah I'm Tempest Disruptor." The colt who claims to be Tempest Disruptor just fell from the sky dusted his chest.

He was about the same height with Rainbow and Spitfire (a bit taller than Rainbow actually), he had a dark blue coat, white mane but with a deep black outline. He was wearing a navy blue flight goggle, which is still covering his eyes. A bright yellow scarf, and white back pack with his cutie mark on it. A white outline of a 5-edged star and a bright yellow lightning bolt on top of it. His mane is messy like he never tidy them before, but still is pointing at the back because he probably just flew no stop from wherever he live to the academy at top speed.

Rainbow Dash was trying the recover for the impact she just had. “When do you learn to-”

“Fleetfoot!” Tempest shouted happily, launching himself to his cousin. “I haven’t seen you like-” his sentence was cut short as the mare dodged him and cause him to hit the ground.

“Try not to get close, you never have the Feather Flu before. We’re putting everything on you now.” Fleetfoot said while Strom was pulling his face off the ground. “Why did I propose you?”

“Duh.” Tempest replied after he pulled himself out, “Do you guys need a flier? Yes. Do you owe me a favor? Yes. Am I a good flier? Best of the best and awesome at it.”

"And this is Rainbow Dash, Wonderbolt Reserves. She is going to get you up to course with the rest of the team.” Spitfire said, putting an end to the cousins’ argument.

He turned to where the 2 mares are standing, and replied, grinning, “So, you’re the famous Rainbow Dash. I like that, pleasure to meet you.” He stretched one hoof and lifted his goggles upward, reviling his golden eye color with a confident smile.

Rainbow raised one of her eyebrows before taking it, she usually does not do stuff like hoof shakes. “Yeah, pleasure to-Yaow!” as she exclaimed and jumped up to the tallest cloud the eye could see and held on it.

After seeing Dash did that Spitfire and Fleetfoot turned their attention on Tempest, while he was on the ground. Bursting with laughter, “Electric shock never gets old.”

Rainbow groaned angrily when she realized she got trolled.

Rainbow slowly land back on the runway, “When I get my hooves on you I’ll make sure you regret for the rest of your short and miserably life.” She responded with both eyes filled with hatred.

“Come on now,” the stallion just smiled slyly at her most dangerous threating ever. “I heard you do these kind of stuff before, it’s not like ponies are only focused on what you do that make you ‘awesome’.” He wrapped his foreleg around the mare and smirked at his last sentence.
