The pony frome beond the Everfree
Chapter 1
Run. That's all he was thinking. Run. Escape. Don't die. the wooden creatures were getting closer. This was the first time he's known of the existence of their species. It was dark in the forest concentering it was day. After a few more minutes of running he realized the creatures stopped following him but didn't take the chance to stop running. He was beat p thanks to the foliage. He had cuts and scrapes all over him and a broken leg from not looking where he was going. he ran and ran until he couldn't run any more.
"I haft to find a way out of this forest." He complained to himself. "Why couldn't be Jeffery, no one likes Jeffery." As he complained he heard a snap in the brush. It was none other than the wooden creatures again. As weak as he was he decided to take the best course of action. RUN LIKE HELL!
He ran as fast as he could with three working legs. Getting more scrapes and bruises. He had to escape but how? He couldn't think fast enough when one of them jumped at him but missed by a couple of inches. He kept running not knowing that the wooden creatures stopped chasing him.
After an hour of nonstop running he saw a light. So he ran towards it feeling exhausted and about to pass out because of that and blood loss. He made it out if the forest and then collapsed. Before he fully blacked out he saw a yellow object rushing toward him. He heard a soft "O my" then black. When he awoke he saw a pink... thing. It was pink... it had eyes... and a mouth. "Hiimsogladthatyourawakewethoughtthatyouweregoingtodiebutthenyouwokeupsoiwassoreleaved." He couldn't understand her she was speaking so fast, not that he could under stand her anyway she clearly doesn't speak his native language reptaviary. (a mix of reptilian speak and avian speak) So that means she couldn't understand him either. All of a sudden she wrapped her legs around him in a tight squeeze. "Bones... crushing... lungs... compressing... can't... breeeeaaaath. And once again he passed out.
A few hours later he finally woke up. He looked around the room he was in. After a few minutes of looking he saw 5 ponies looking a him he realized the pink one as gone. He looked at the ponies next to him. There was an orange one, a purple one, a white one, a cyan one, and a yellow one. he stared at them and they stared back. after a few seconds the purple one coughed and said "Hello my name is Twilight sparkle, this" she pointed to the orange one "is Applejack." "Howdy" "this is Rarity" "Nice to meet you" "Rainbow Dash" "Sup" "And Fluttershy" "Um hi". "So what is your name." He didn't understand her so he staid quiet and tilted his head to the side in a confused look. "I don't think he under stands us darling" said rarity. While we were staring at each other a bird flew in threw an open window Then it started to sing which interrupted the pony rom his thoughts. He turned to the bird and said "Hay can you please sing a little quieter I'm trying to think here." The bird stopped singing and said speaking in avian "Well at least I'm not in a hospital bed." said the bird in a sassy tone. The pony retaliated and said back "Well at least I'm not a rat with wings." That surprised the bird and Fluttershy. both could understand him clearly.
The other ponies saw the expressions on Fluttershy's and the birds faces. "Flutterhy what's wrong?" said Twilight. Fluttershy shook her head and said " I-I-I-I understood him and I think the bird did too. He is speaking I a mix of reptilian and avian." The four mares looked at each other confused. Twilight walked up to Fluttershy and said "Well can you translate for us." "Um I think so" she said.
Fluttershy walked up to the strange stallion who was arguing with the bird. "Um hello" she said. He turned around seeing who spoke to him in his native language. It was the yellow figure he saw be for the first time he passed out. "thanks" he said "Thanks for what?" said Fluttershy. "Thanks for bringing me here if you didn't I probably wouldn't have made it so thank you" he said. "Your welcome" said Fluttershy. "So" said the stallion "what is your name?" "Its Fluttershy" She said quietly but loud enough for him to here. "nice to meet you Fluttershy I'm... um... I seem to have forgotten my name." Fluttershy felt sad for him, not remembering your name must be terrible. "Are you going to be ok" said Fluttershy. the pony looked at her and said " I'll be fine its just a little amnesia I'll remember it sometime later in my life. he smiled calming Fluttershy. just then the doctor came in and said he was free to go. Fluttershy volunteered for him to say at her house. when they goy to Fluttershy's cottage the pony said "wow this is a beautiful place you have here Fluttershy." Fluttershy blushed at his comment. "Thanks" she said. when they went in the cottage was full of sleeping animals. "Um you can sleep in my bed for tonight I'll just sleep on the couch. she said. "No, this is your house and your bed so I'll sleep on the couch and you will sleep on your bed ill be fine." The pony said. "ok" said Fluttershy and went up to her room while the stallion slept on the couch
