"Girls, I don't think I can stand much more longer with this changelings," Twilight said to the her friends as she blast another changeling with her magic. "Me too, they are slowly outnumbering us. And as much as I hate to admit it...I think they are gonna beat us sooner or later," Rainbow Dash added as she kicked a changeling and quickly ended his life. As the girls continued her battle, (Fluttershy was just avoiding the changelings) they suddenly saw green flames engulf all the changelings surrounding them.
"Hey guys, what's up!" Spike said as he diminish his flames. "SPIKE!" All the girls shouted at once, as they quickly went towards him to hug the dragon. "Whoa, whoa...calm down guys, no time for celebration yet right?" Spike said to the 6 mares hugging him.
The 6 mares quickly let down their hugs and Twilight said "Thank god your safe! We were so worried about you. But you're right, this is no time to be celebrating," They then scan around them and they were indeed surrounded by another swarm of changelings. "Round 2? Let's go!" Spike said towards the changelings who merely growled in response.
Spike started to breathe his almighty flames quickly killing half of the changeling swarm. Some of the changelings quickly went to attack the main 6 and got blasted by Twilight's magic. Spike then wasted no time to slash the remaining changelings, ending their life. After they took care of the changelings, another wave of enemies came forward attacking them. There were 2 minotaurs and the rest were changelings but this time the changelings were different, they were wearing armour. "Must be the soldier changelings...the previous changelings were probably pawns." Spike thought. "Alright girls, I take care of the minotaurs while you girls take care of the changelings but do be warned...these changelings are different. They are more stronger and more experienced in battle so watch out," Spike said the 6 mares who nodded in response.
Spike then started running towards the minotaurs and tried slashing one of them but the other one quickly punched Spike and he was sent flying back a few meters. "Wow, they are strong," Spike thought while he coughed up some blood. Spike then started to dash towards them again but before one of them could punch him, Spike quickly move swiftly to the side and dodged the minotaur's punch. Spike then proceeded to spit some fireballs to the side of the minotaur's arm. "AUUUGHHH!" The minotaur screamed. The other minotaur saw that his comrade had been injured and proceeded to crush Spike with his huge hands but Spike reacted quick and rolled out of the way just in time. Spike then slashed the injured minotaur with his machete. The other minotaur tried to punch Spike but he missed and Spike engulfed him with flames.
"Hehe, not so tough now are yo-" Spike was cut off by a fist hitting his chest sending him a few meters.
Spike landed and coughed up some more blood. "Eugh...I think my ribs are broken," Spike said to himself while coughing up more blood. After Spike recovered, he looked up just in time to see the minotaurs charging after him again with their horns. "Shit," Spike thought before he quickly rolled to dodge the oncoming horns. The minotaurs turned around and started to charge at Spike again but this time, Spike jumped on the minotaurs head and kept slashing it until it fell down. Spike then slashed the minotaur's throat with his machete, quickly ending his life. The other minotaur saw that his comrade had been killed and became angry.
"YO-YOU! HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO MY BROTHER! NOW YOU SHALL PAY!" The minotaur yelled at Spike.
Spike looked up, grinning and responded, "Come get me big guy!"
The minotaur started to charge at Spike with his horns and tried to impale Spike but he clumsily tripped. Spike saw this opportunity and quickly engulfed the minotaur with his green magical flames. The sounds of agony could be heard from a mile away and that sound was caused by a drake.
"Hehe, not bad little dragon," A familiar voice said to Spike.
Spike turned his head and saw !!!

Applejack dodged another one of the changeling's spear and quickly kicked it's face, killing it. "Urmm, Twilight? I don't think these changelings are gonna beat us anytime soon but still, could use yer help over here," Applejack said to Twilight.
"Hold on Applejack, I have a lot on my plate here!" Twilight responded as she blasted another group of changelings. "Darling, you have to simply calm down," Rarity said to Twilight as she held a protective spell around Fluttershy and her.
"You're right...sorry for snapping at you Applejack." Twilight apologised. "No problem sugercube," Applejack responded.
As the girls continue on their onslaught a certain little dragon is having problems of his own.
"Dike, what are you doing here." Spike said with venom in his words.
"Oh Spike, you know what I'm here for...A BATTLE! Yep, A battle! Isn't is simply wonderful? After I beat you, I can take control over your body and rule Equestria!" Dike said while dancing around. "I won't let you!" Spike responded. "Oh yeah? Well, THINK FAST!" Dike said and quickly launched a tiny darkness ball towards Spike. Spike saw this and quickly used his machete to deflect it. The ball went up in the air and exploded.
"You want a battle? I'll give you a battle!" Spike said.
Dike quickly heard this and charged towards Spike with both his claws engulfed in dark magic. Dike tried to slash Spike but to no avail as Spike was fast to dodge the oncoming attacks. Spike then started to slash back with his machete. The claws and the machete both clashed together making screeching sounds. Spike then moved back a little and started to spit fireballs towards Dike. Dike dodged the fireballs and charged towards Spike with the intent on slashing him. Spike saw this and quickly breathed a hug set of flames. Dike managed to put a protective barrier around him before being engulfed in flames. After the flames diminished, Spike was surprised to see Dike still standing but quickly remembered that Dike can use magic. Dike continued charging at Spike in hopes to slash him but Spike kept on dodging and weaving his attacks. 'Dammit, he's to fast" Dike thought.
Dike then stopped with his attack and Spike jumped back. "What's wrong? Cat got your tongue?" Spike said tauntingly. Dike ignored him.
"Looks, like I have to go now kiddo. See ya' later!" Dike said as he slowly fades away.
"What? Why? You scared?" Spike continued with his taunts.
"You might wanna concentrate on something else," Dike said as he disappears.
Spike turned around and saw a griffon sky-rocketing towards him. He quickly dodged it and slash the griffon's body in half. Spike turned around again and saw a dragon with red body and orange scales coming towards him. The dragon then started to charge at Spike on all fours and tried to slash Spike but he was too slow as Spike slashed his opponent's scaly body, leaving a deep wound. The dragon grit his teeth as he withheld the pain. Spike saw this and quickly launched his fireballs towards the dragon. The dragon dodged it and started to launch fireballs back. Spike dodged each fireball but he did not know a griffon was sneaking up behind him with a spear. The griffon then stabbed Spike at his side.
"AUGH!" Spike screamed in pain and quickly turned around to see his backstabber. Spike then slashed the griffon's eyes and kicked the griffon in the gut. While this was happening , the dragon slashed Spike's back.
"FUCK!" Spike screamed as he turned towards the enemy dragon. Spike took at the spear that was stuck to his side and launched it at the enemy dragon, hitting him square in the head, ending his life. Spike then turn towards the griffon who was just about to get up and stomped on his head until the griffon died. Spike's eyesight was slowly fading as he was bleeding out from the wound. Suddenly, Spike felt a burst of energy, his pupils dilated and became darker, his scales became a dark shade of purple and there was a dark aura surrounding him. Spike's wound quickly healed itself and he was fine again.
"What is this feeling? My body is slowly regenerating again..." Spike thought as all the wounds that he suffered got healed.
After a few minutes, Spike's body became normal again. "Huh? That was weird, but I'm sure as hell not complaining!" Spike thought.
With his body fully healed and his energy back, Spike made a beeline towards the Main 6. He finally reached the girls and saw that they were having trouble fighting the changelings. Spike started to blast fireballs towards the changelings and a few seconds later, they were all dead.
"Thanks Spike!" Pinkie Pie said.
"We are glad to see you darling!" Rarity added. They then all went in for a group hug. After that, they went back to their senses that they were still in war.
"Okay guys, we have to go back to our base station in order to get you girls patched up. Twilight, you remember the direction right? Um, Twilight?" Spike asked.
Twilight merely gave Spike her sheepish smile. Spike then facepalmed.
"Okay, you girls follow my back and I'll get you to our station." Spike said. The girls nodded.
Spike then began to walk back to their station and every time an enemy would try to attack them, Spike would end it as fast as he could.

When he reached there, he was greeted by a dragon with yellow scales and a blue body. "Ahh great, another one of these," Spike said in his head with annoyance. The dragon then started to charge at Spike on all fours and tried to slash him but when Spike was about to roll out of the way, he realized that he could not move. "AUGH!" Spike groaned as he felt the claws of the dragon hit his chest while blood was oozing out. "Why couldn't I move?" Spike thought. The dragon started to charge at Spike again, this time Spike breathed his flames onto the dragon. Spike thought that would be the end of it but he was surprised as the dragon opponent was still standing there unharmed. "What the fuck?" Spike thought.
"Hey genius,"
Spike turned around and saw Dike standing there. "Dude, I'm kinda busy right now so if you could get lost it would be appreciated," Spike said to Dike.
"Hey man, just wanted to say this : The reason why the dragon can stun you and survive your flames is because of dark magic. I am sure you are familiar with this as you got healed earlier-" Spike went wide-eyed "and you can unlock your dark magic too. The only catch is, there is a spirit in every dark magic so when you activate yours, there will be someone talking to you. Basically your inner demons if you say so. That is all, ta-ta!" Dike then faded away.
"So I can use dark magic huh?" Spike thought to himself. He focused and tried to channel the dark energy. His eyes became white and his pupils became purple. His scales became dark purple and his body became a dark green. Purple energy started to surround Spike.
"I did it!" Spike thought as he transformed. He now saw the world as black,white,purple and red. His enemies were red while the rest were either white, black or purple. "Hunter's vision huh?" Spike thought.
Spike looked up towards the dragon and saw that he was charging again. This time Spike jumped up and dodged the dragon's attack. While in mid-air, Spike summoned dark spears and telekinetically made them fly towards his opponent. The spears stabbed the dragon and exploded, adding insult to injury, Blood and body parts was flying around. Spike realized he could fly and float in the air!
"This is awesome!" Spike said to himself. He then flew to find more enemies.
"Hello Spike," The doppelgänger said to Spike. Spike was utterly shocked. He could not speak properly and stuttered, "Y-your m-me? How is this possible?" Dark Spike simply laughed like a maniac and said, " You don't know? Fine, I'll enlighten you before I kill you. I was a spirit, a dark wandering spirit finding a new host to feed off. I was searching until I came across you -" Spike gulped, "-Yes,you. I followed you around of Ponnyville, simply feeding off your frustrations of not being able to join the war until, you evolved. After you evolved, I could not feed on you anymore, it was as if something was blocking me. But no worries, I already had enough raw energy to make a new body. I chose your body."
Spike couldn't believe what he was hearing. Dark Spike continued, " Oh well, done with that. Time to finish you off." Dark Spike then charged at Spike with his claw ready to slice. Spike quickly unsheathed his machete and blocked the swinging attacks from Dike. ( Dark Spike's new name) Spike then breathed his almighty greenish flames and unleashed hell upon Dike, but it seems that Dike had created a barrier around him to protect him from the flames. After the flames were out, Spike was surprised to see Dike still standing, unharmed. "I can do magic you idiot." Dike said. He then proceeded to create a small ball of dark magic and shoot it towards Spike. It was to quick for Spike as it hit his chest. Spike let out a painful howl for the blow as his chest started burning.
"Heh, your weak." Dike said darkly.
Spike swung his machete towards Dike as quickly as he can, Dike had let down his guard and this was the opportunity that Spike had. As the silver blade danced its way towards Dike, a griffon was behind Spike, ready to slice him with his sharp wings. Spike had noticed the griffon and quickly back kicked the griffon in the gut, while still continuing his attack towards Dike. Unfortunately for the dragon, Dike had noticed his attack and quickly blocked it with his barrier. Spike then realized that he failed his attack and quickly turned around, to slash the griffon that he kicked earlier, ending his life. Dike then saw Spike turned his back and quickly activated a force field, pushing Spike further from him.
"Well, it seems as though I underestimated you but, this was only a display of my powers." Dike said to Spike, who was growling under his breathe. Dike continued, " I wil meet you again later, but for now, I must go. It seems your friends are in need of help-" Spike turned around and saw the girls having trouble to keep up with the changeling that outnumbered them, Spike turned back around to the doppelgänger who was already beginning to disappear, "-Toodles." Dike said before he disappeared completely. Spike was at a lost. He had so many questions but nine of them mattered for now. He had to help the girls. Spike then ran to the direction of the girls.
