A flicker of a FlashLight

It was a beautiful day in Ponyville. The birds chirped a morning song "Tweep! Tweep! Tweep!".

Twilight was in her castle that stood tall and shined in Ponyville. She was in her room laying down on her bed while Spike was beside the bed, on a basket with a soft cusion, a blanket, and a pillow. He snored loudly but Twilight was used to it.

It was 6:00 In the morning, Spike woke up immediately as he puked a letter.

Spike didn't wanna wake Twilight, but he saw on the letter a red ribbon with Celestias's cutie mark. So he did wake Twilight up.

Twilight got up, hardly awake with her eyes just a little open. She was horrible! Her mane was curly, her eyes were red, and she stayed up all night studiying and reading books!

Twilight groaned, "What Spike?" Spike said in reply "Twilight! I am sorry to wake you up butI have a letter from Celestia!

Twilight got the letter with her lavender magic and she unwrapped the bow. The letter said "Twilight, my dearest student. Since you are a princess now you need a royal guard at your side and aid protecting you!"

Twilight said to herself "A royal gaurd? Pfft. I dont need th-"

Spike and Twilight herd a knock on her door. She opened it with her magic.

A pony with gaurd armor puted his hoof on his head.

"Princess Twilight!" He said as it was a lightish and darkish tone.

"Princess Celestia sent me here so I could protect you."

Twilight replied without looking at him "Well, I didn't think Celestia would sent a gaurd here." Twilight took a first look at him.

He had orange fur and a mane that was blue. He had golden armor with his mane sticking out. It was Flash sentry!

Flash Sentry would put his hoof down.

"Oh uhh." Twilight said nervously as she said "Can you give me a momment?" Flash would nod a yes.

Twilight would run up to her room and comb her mane. She looked perfectly beautiful as she said "Was that really Flash Sentry? I dont know!"

Spike would wave a hi to Flash as Flash gave a smile as he closed the door and walked in the castle.

Twilight would get out of her room looking perfect walking down. Flash said "I dont really know what to do right now, but I will listen to your commands your highness." Twilight said with a slight blush on her cheeks but she wasn't sure she was Flash. "You may call me Twilight." Flash replied. "I can't Princess. It is my duty to respect a princess." Twilight replied "Alright then." But Flash stared deeply into Twilight's eyes and saw her sparkle. He thought that she was a beautiful mare just watching her silky mane, and her purple fur. But he shoke his head to forget his thoughts. "Hey there, is your name Flash Sentry?" Twilight asked. " Yes, how do you know?" Twilight said "Celestia told me. As she lied. "Alright. I think you should go to sleep Princess." Twilight nodded as she went into her room.

Flash stood in front of her door to her room.

Twilight was not taking rest but Spike was already asleep.

Twilight just studied all night when she was moaning cause she could not get some rest.

Flash heard her moaning as Flash went into her room. "Princess?" Flash said. Twilight smiled as her eye was red "Yes? I am busy studying." Twilight said as Flash vlosed the book with his hoof. "Twilight, why dont you get rest?" He said as Twilight rejected.

"But you have to. I have to do my duties to keep you safe with no medical problems." Twilight blushed but she would cover them with her hooves as Flash would not spot them. "Alright." Twilight said as Flash smiled. Flash exited the room and gaurded the room.
