A flicker of a FlashLight

Twilight went to sleep as she shut the door, but Flash said if he could gaurd inside the room. Twilight responded "Of course!" She said with a grin. Flash looked at her room with alot of books and he saw her crown. Flash wanted to ask why she didn't wear it, but she was  asleep, and didn't want to inturupt her. Twilight woke up without Flash noticing and he saw that he was tired.

Twilight said surprisingly "Flash, you look tired, would you wanna sleep aside me?" Flash was shocked as his cheeks was red as a cherry, but he wanted to deny it, but he seemed tired. Flash said "Alright, just a few hour rest." They both giggled ad Flash took off his armor and walked to the bed, he layed down while Twilight was smiling, and blushing. Flash was still awake and Twilight was too, but Twilight put her hooves and hugged Flash Sentry. Flash was blushing and Twilight was too. In his thoughts he said "Am I really dreaming? I cant date a Princess!but they went asleep while Spike did not notice them two. (BTW, they did not make out.)

It was 1:00, as the hours passed it was 10:00 as Spike was still asleep and Flash and Twilight were awake. Twilight put her head on Flash's chest. "Uhh, Princess?" Flash said "Yes Flash?" Flash would have mixed emotions. "I wanted to s-" Twilight's hoof coverd Flash's mouth. "I need to say something." Said Twilight as Flash nodded. "Well, you know... I think it is stupid from the start that Celestia sent a gaurd here.... But I-I-think I've fallen in love with you." Twilight felt good as she let her expression out. Flash was supprised and told her "I do too Twilight, but we cant be together." Twilight got teary eyes as Flash said "My duty here is too protect you, not to date you.."Even Flash was teary.

Twight said "I know." As Twilight got tears from her eyes. "Maybe someday my Flashy?" Flash responded "Yes, I promise my Twily."

They both got out of Twilight's bed as Flash putted his armor on and they both walked outside. Spike got out of his bed and they all ate breakfast, just as ome happy family.
