After trying out the new defense measures for Ponyville, something ends up going wrong and teleports the town to an entirely new world, somehow… Now Twilight, on her own in Ponyville, has lost her friends - them having been scattered during the travel - and must keep the town from panicking…

But that won't be easy, when she learns the world is overrun with monsters that resemble humans.

Meanwhile, with her friends, among other ponies must find a way back to Twilight and Ponyville, before they're devoured by the undead, killed by bandits, or falling into insanity. Will they make it out of this alive? Or will they become one with the undead?
