Applejack came to twilight and told her "they arrested her" twilight then asks "who are they and who is her?" Applejack calms down and tells twilight "the police arrested applebloom they called her a murderer!" Twilight exclaims "what nononononono that can't be right?!" "I'll help I need a new job anyway since the town library blew up!"
In jail Applebloom was asked by twilight "can you tell me what happens and why your bow is missing?" Applebloom said that "last night I am the prime suspect of murder because my bow was found on the crime scene, the crime scene was the Sweet Apple Acres kitchen and I was there because I was helping Granny Smith make pie, my bow must of came off when I ran from the blood soaked corpse, and I don't know how but Granny Smith didn't notice the body when she got the pie." Twilight asks "can I acquire the title of the victims identity?"Applebloom then said "only if you don't talk like that ever again." Twilight tells the crusader she agrees and is told "the victim's name is scootaloo, yes my friend." Applebloom broke into tears remembering seeing the lifeless body of her friend & when twilight tried to investigate the crime scene she was stoped by sweetie bele and she says to twilight "Identification" twilight is surprised "junior detective sweetie bele reporting for dutie" "CUTIE MARK CRUSADER DETECTIVE YAY, once this case is solved I'll be a full detective, here have your going to need this," twilight was given the autopsy report and a letter that said "I am going to expose how weak your wings are to the press if you call me a stuck up brat again blank flank, not to mention if you try to tell anypony about this letter no detective will approve an this evidence, meet at your clubhouse" knowing only two people call scootaloo blank flank so she asked to see something writen by dimand tiara or silver spoon from ms. Cheerlie a perfect mach was found. -blackmail letter added to evidence--autopsy report added to evidence.

In court twilight was thinking "Wow I never thought of pinkie as a prosecutor, but knowing her I have no idea what she is going to do," then the Juge asks if both sides are ready they are and he warns ms. Sparkle her first trial has a sirius charge, and he hopes she could control her nerves, then asks for the opening statement "I forgot to think of one sorry" "Now can I call my first witness please." The witness takes the stand so pinkie says "the prosecution calls a friend to both the defendant and the victim."
Sweetie takes the stand and pinkie tells her "witness state your name and occupation for the record." Sweetie bele said "I'm sweetie bele and I'm a cutie mark crusader as well as junior detective" "yesterday a Pegasus named scootaloo was murdered, the cause of death was blood loss from 11 cuts, the only pony we can tie to the scene of the crime at 3:01 was applebloom, the murder weapon was this kitchen knife When the prosecutor asked her to testify about applebloom's relation with scootaloo testimony *applebloom and scootaloo often debate what is best for us, and fight over leadership* Sweetie bele blinks and squeaks wile doing it. Twilight tells the court "this testimony is pointless because the motive isn't strong enough for murder." The Judge understands the importance or lack there of and removes it from the court record. Judge states "Do you have a useful witness?" Pinkie then calls a new witness then says "witness state your name" Granny Smith responds with "Granny Smith." She is then told to tell us what applebloom was doing that day * I don't know why you want to know but I was teaching her how to make apple pie when we put the pie in the oven I went to get something to take the pie out with* {HOLD IT} "whatever you used to put it in should be able to get the pie out too" said twilight *actually we only have one heat setting in our oven since we only make apple stuff so I turned the oven on after I put the pie in with my mouth I left for something to take it out with so I wouldn't burn my mouth* {HOLD IT} why didn't you bring something to the kitchen before, when you planed to make this pie with applebloom" *it's hard to remember things when you get to my age* "how long till you got back" said twilight *after 2 1/2 min. "Witness state your name and profession for the record," "applejack owner of sweet Apple acres," *I was going out on a normal day of Apple bucking, the pegisi were planing a doosie of a thunderstorm that day, one bolt hit our clock and it stoped at 8:40 pm* {OBJECTION} "witness are you absolutely shure," after applejack gave the obvious yes " then explain why the one clock on sweet Apple acres told Granny Smith it was 8:00 am * that clock took precisely 6 hours to start working again, we haven't set the clock yet* {OBJECTION} "you say it was precisely 6 hours but Granny Smith's testimony gives you a 2 minute gap as Granny Smith didn't see the very moment of the murder. I think I could make use of the name of everypony who came before the murder" *pinkie pie stayed from 2:00am to 4:30am, you know how long you stayed, the victim stayed from 6:00 am to when the police examined the body, we apples are in the orchard almost 15 hours a day, sometimes I get tired, BUT NO BREAKS, the only other ponies were diamond tiara and silver spoon, silver spoon left 8 hours before diamond* -applejack's testimony added to evidence- {HOLD IT} applejack left the stand silver spoon took the witness stand herself "my name is silver spoon I'm in the 3rd grade" *applejack was correct we were there, we went to harmlessly tease the crusaders, I fell from there, to get medical attention I left at 2:56, so as you can see we couldn't do it* {OBJECTION} "you have only proven you couldn't do it but what about your friend diamond tiara who had stayed 7 hours & 55 minutes after the time of death" *if you think she did it, give me her motive, show me your evidence for that* {TAKE THAT} the Judge states in shock "A blackmail letter" twilight assures "yes the only person diamond knows who fits the description in this letter is the victim, and I have a witness who can assure us diamond tiara wrote this I call ms. Cheerlie to the stand" "witness state your name and profession to the court," "Cheerlie elementary school teacher," *one day after a test the defense attorney over there asked to compare the writing on the letter to the writing on the tests, why because she thought the one who wrote it had relation to the victim with two suspects, diamond tiara and silver spoon, since it calls out the victim for her inability to take flight as well as her lack of cutie mark, we checked using their tests, we found a perfect mach, diamond tiara was blackmailing the victim on the day of the murder* twilight tells everypony "I call for a suspension of trial so that I can find out why my suspect was blackmailing the victim and if the prosecution want's to prove it irrelevant this is her chance to find evidence,"

At the detention center applebloom was in questioning but silver spoon was able to talk after being arrested for perjury twilight asks were diamond tiara was. In diamond tiara's room diamond greets her with the words "please tell me your name ms." Twilight responds "twilight sparkle"

At the police department Twilight asks " Sweetie bele did the victim have a ribbon on her by any chance?" "Yes half next to her body & the other half on her body." In court the next morning the Juge asks if both sides are ready Twilight says "I most certainly am." Pinkie states "The prosecution is almost perfectly prepared, I just couldn't find evidence that makes the blackmail look even slightly irrelevant" the Juge remembers pinkie doesn't like opening statements and asks to see the first witness. The witness takes the stand so Pinkie says "state your name and occupation Dimond says "Dimond Tiara. I write newspapers" I went to make fun of the crusaders but I left with silver when she was injured* {OBJECTION} "according to applejack's testimony you left 8 hours after silver spoon and combined with silver spoon's testimony you left at 10:58 as well as research showed the cuts were made at 2:59 & you stayed 7 hours & 59 minutes after scootaloo died." {OBJECTION} pinkie pie says "Yes she had time but Applebloom didn't see the witness." {OBJECTION} "I have proof that the kitchen is not the scene of the crime." Twilight said "Please recall the defendant's testimony, when her teeth marks were found they were consistent with a single through, ergo the knife should've hit her once." "But there is a fatal contradiction" {TAKE THAT} "There were 11 cuts & there would be no need to add more after the victim died. That combines with the fact she didn't see the victim alive that day to show. The scene of the crime is. {TAKE THAT} Since the only person with motive that was at Sweet Apple Accers at around the time of death was at the crusaders clubhouse that must be the real scene of the crime..." {OBJECTION} pinkie says "One inconstancy doesn't prove that." {HOLD IT} "that's not the only contradiction my theory would help." {TAKE THAT} "Granny Smith's & Applejack's testimonies contradicted each other but with my theory it's cleared up, if the murder didn't happen in the kitchen it makes sense she didn't see the crime." {HOLD IT} pinkie says "The old lady merely forgot the time or killing" {OBJECTION} Twilight shakes her head & says "She was 100% certain on the time also nopony no matter how old would forget a murder they saw." {OBJECTION} Diamond says "What's my motive." {TAKE THAT} twilight reveals Ms. Tiara is responsible for Dinkie's suicide. Diamond says "To convict me that letter needs to pass evidence law. While #2 is obvious. Who approved it?" Twilight says "Detective #9743810.""She was recruited recently." {OBJECTION} "If the crime took place in the clubhouse we would find blood, also you should tell us a new murder weapon, that knife never left the kichen after all." said Pinkie {TAKE THAT} Twilight tells the court "Blood can be cleaned up but this crack in a trophy she blackmailed an innocent mare out of can't, the school is low budget so the trophy is hallo & easy to break." "I see an unfilled adoption form with the back wrapped on a bloody knife I can guarantee this is the scootaloo's blood." The Judge states in shock "whaaaaaaaaaaaaat!!!" The crowd reacts Pinkie slams her hoof on her desk making a small earthquake silencing the crowd. The Judge asks "Pinkie where is ms. Tiara." Pinkie answers "She has confessed to all charges and has ben arrested your honer." The Judge then declares Applebloom {NOT GUILTY} Later they all celebrated with a pinkie party. To be continued...

Twilight took the case of her own assault Trixie asks "Why did you agree to help me." Twilight says "Forgive me for responding to a question with a question, but why are you not talking in the third person?" Trixie says "Sorry I talk in the first person when I'm tense and I was arrested for attempt of murder, but this should be easy because your the victim, just tell them who shot you." Twilight sadly says "I don't remember when I was shot." Twilight gains the evidence in court -The gun was added to the evidence--Twilight's medical report was added to the evidence- after a quick explication of events they call Rainbow Dash to the stand *I saw Trixie run up the stairs really fast, I herd a bang, then I went upstairs, I didn't see anypony at the source of the noise except for Twilight down on the floor bleeding, that's all* {OBJECTION} "Witness how did you not notice the second shot. The gun fired twice. {OBJECTION} "The second bullet wasn't found, there can't be gunshots where there aren't bullets, also she saw the accused go upstairs and herd a gunshot what else do we need to do to verify this to the court, and the witness has no reason to lie." Pinkie and Twilight make a bet on Trixie's motive if Twilight finds a contradiction she gets another day to investigate but if she can't Trixie will automatically get a guilty verdict. *In the case of her motive, she has stated the reason for not going back to ponyville since the alicorn amulet was the Ursa Minor* {OBJECTION} "An object brought from the human world causing the creation of this spell not only do I know this but so does Phoenix Wright if she lied psyche locks would apeer and when I confronted her with why she prosecuted Rainbow Dash." *cue flashback* Trixie says "I-I I told you it all goes back to that stupid star patterned flea ridden bear." *5 black psyche locks appeared* Pinkie then says "True that's the only thing she would have against you, then tell us who was her intended victim" {TAKE THAT} Twilight tells them snips and snails were her intended victims and that the alicorn amulet's official book made it clear it was the amulet's doing that ruined ponyvile & that snips & snails putting her on spotlight ruining her career, the ursa wasn't the problem the attention was. Then there was more time for court proceedings & investigation.
Twilight went to the scene then found broken glass from the window on the first floor and saw the window on the second floor was broken. She then found broken glass outside and a bullet in a tree directly across from the window. Later she went to the human world and learned about a case that tomorrow legally never happened unless solved.-bullet added to evidence--glass added to evidence--floor plans mapping added to evidence-Magic residue was found on the glass and during the re-examination of the murder weapon. Twilight spotted a singed hole in a tree and within she found something very enteresting -Bullet #2 added to evidence. Applejack found evidence to help twilight and found out applebloom got lost on her way to Zecora's and on her way found the tree of harmony has honesty missing. Applejack is attacked for her evidence by Pinkemina gives -all evidence has ben given to Apple Bloom- in the trial twilight a wound reopens and as co-council Apple Bloom must defend -All evidence has ben given to Apple Bloom- Apple Bloom explains why she's the one at the bench instead of Twilight then Sunset Shimer takes the stand for cross examination.
