A horror from beyond the veil of time and space has been pulled through the multiverse and into Equestria. Now the ponies must gather their forces to combat it… or be destroyed.

Magic: the Gathering has been a huge part of my life for years now, and designing Magic cards is something I'll often do in my spare time. Sometimes I'll even write a page or two of flavor text to go along with the card. So I've decided to experiment with taking the story aspect of the cards a bit further, and write a full story with them.

The events, characters, and major actions taken in the story will be depicted as Magic cards. But if you're not familiar with the game or how to play, don't worry! There'll be more than enough actual story in this story to entertain.
