My Perspective of Life: Angel Love
Boom, popped out. My mother introducing me to something called "Life". I don't truly understand what it means, but in the meantime I will learn. I have taught myself to fly, to levitate objects throught the air, to find my talent of being intelligent, wise, elegant, beautiful, and brave. If I can do that, I can do it all. My name is Angel Love. I am an Alicorn learning to gather all these feelings about myself, learning to find who I truly am, and what life is. Ponies simply tell me "Life is life. Life is what we are living. Life is you, and you are life." stuff.
"What am I? Who am I? What am I doing here?" I ask myself quietly looking at my reflection on the polished floors of the castle. I ask this everyday, hoping for an answer. My mother says at my young age I shouldn't be asking these things. I am too young, she says. Hearing that she, too, used to ponder on that thought. It may seem like an odd question, but to me it isn't. If ponies come to life and are gone in an instant, what are they worth for? What am I worth for, If I rule this land, and everypony pass by me leaving me here alone.
I would love to sit on my throne all day, just thinking of this topic. As much as I love to learn (nerd), and as much as I do LOVE to study (Once again, NERD), I would love to think for just a moment, a second, a hour, a day. For a while now, I've been captured and distracted by all these thoughts, it's driving me INSANE. I didn't even ace my test today! I got a 98% in my History test, which is the only grade in my whole life that was lower than a 100 percent! My mom said it was alright, but when I received it, I FAINTED. I had to figure out what the heck is going on.
"Mother, I need to go to the library. It is URGENT." I was running in place, worried about my reputation. "Mom, can I go?" I was waiting impatiently for my mom to respond. "Yeah, su-" I was out in a second. You can say I'm a perfectionist, and I have to admit, I am. I always keep my grades up, until now, I am involved in extra curricular activities, always clean up my room, and always have good manners. I freak out if I mess anything up. It's not weird if I get upset over my test score, which might ruin my reputation, right? RIGHT???
