Extra Stuff: Lotus's info

This is just some extra stuff so that you can know what Lotus's info in detail so that you wont be confused, there will be more extra info's through time and they can be skipped but it is not suggested
What i mean by 'Info' is her appearance, weapon, sembalance, dust usage, things like that
Extra Stuff: Lotus's info
Lotus Mellow, she is a dull yellow color with a dull blue colored mane with a cutie mark of four lotuses. She is a bit smaller then most other ponies her age - which is 17 - but that often doesn't effect her besides the occasional insult slung her way which in that case it does effect her much more then normal.
But where she shines is her sembalance and weapon. Her weapon, the Prancer, is a weapon she forged her self at Luna's Combat school which is one of the most famous schools for fillies to learn how to protect them selves - A fun fact about the school is that despite the name, Luna has never been to the school before - how she uses the weapon is tied to her sembalace, you see her sembalance is all about energy but in a odd way, you see what ever she grabs she can give energy to but it takes a while. Now that you know her sembalance i can talk about her weapon and fighting style, you see Lotus is not very strong at all so her weapon does all the work, it is a long metal pole with a trigger at one end and the other end is the barrel. She uses her sembalance to charge its power, the power works in percents, and it takes her about 1 second to charge 1% which means charging it to 100% takes ruffly 1 minute and 40 seconds. This is all for the two ways she uses the weapon, one being like a rifle where she picks how much power the shot uses to fire a powerful shot a pure energy at her target, this is her favorite and most common way of using the Prancer and she is very skilled at aiming with the rifle, the other way which she only uses when a enemy is flipping the Prancer to the other side and holding it like she would if she was holding a battleaxe, she holds it because she sets the Prancer to battleaxe mode and puts how much power it uses per strike, when it is set on Battleaxe mode the trigger side of the gun gets covered in a blade of energy, it is on both sides making it easier to use due to the more sides she has access to.
But when there is no power in the Prancer and Lotus does not have time to put power back into she does the most 'noble' of things which is... Running, that is correct, when she has no power in her weapon and does not have the chance to power it back up she just runs and tries to make time to power it which makes her a really bad lone fighter.
Now that her weapon, sembalance, and looks are out of the way it is time to talk about her motive to be a Huntress. You see she was born in a small town called Little Rock which is on the boarder between Equestria and the Griffin Empire which made it quite a diverse place, but due to it being near the Griffin Empire - which has the largest amount of Grimm - Little Rock was overrun by Grimm, so with that Lotus went into Luna's Combat School so that she can have enough skill to join Golden Gate which is the largest school for training Hunters and Huntresses so that she could become a huntress and have the skill, license, and team to take back Little Rock.
And now you know everything there is to know about Lotus... Wait what? You want to know her personality? Well sorry, you have to read the real story to know that, enjoy the story.
Chapter 1: Luna's Combat School

I just want to clarify one thing that even some RWBY mega fans MIGHT not know, i am not saying that no one knows it but just that some might not, the 'Scroll' in RWBY is basically a phone but does a lot more then a phone.
Also the places in the world will not be very based on RWBY and be a lot more based on how i see the world of MLP look like. And dispite this being anthro, there will still be unicorns, pegisi, earth ponies, and alicorns and they will still be refereed to as such
Chapter 1: Luna's Combat School
Lotus Mellow was out of breath and panting hard, the final exam in Luna's Combat School was to kill a Creep which is a moster of Grimm. She was doing really well and close to kill it when her weapon ran out of power, due to this being in a pretty small area she had no where to run but she still tried. Now she was faced with a heavily bleeding and one legged Creep which was STILL crawling towards her with death in it's eyes, you may be thinking that if it has only one leg left then it should be easy to kill but no, it can still lung and rip into her if she got to cocky so Lotus didn't just charge at it, she instead took the time she had to think "Ok... L-Lets see... It would take the Creep about 4 seconds to get close which would give me enough time for 3-5% of power... Ok!" She put her hand to the trigger and started up her sembalance, putting as much power as she could into it before it got into a lung distance, the meter read 3%, she cringed a bit, she really was hoping it would be at least 4% but she really didn't have a say in that. She powered up the battleaxe mode of her weapon and got it ready, she knew that 4% was not strong enough to cut into its head enough to reach it's brain so Lotus had a much better idea.
Once the Grimm lunged at her she swung her weapon, it sliced through its jaw living it unable to bite her. She got ready to beat into it but it was unnecessary, it gone limp and died from blood loss. Soon a buzz was heard as the small arena around her opened up, allowing her to step out and walk to the podium, now she was meant to grab her diploma which would be proof that she passed Combat School but it was not possible for her because after one step out of the arena she collapsed due to blood loss coming from her wounds from fighting the Creep. After that Lotus was picked up and taken to the medical ward of the school to be fixed up.
Lotus woke up after about three hours, when she did she noticed three things that where different then before she passed out, one being that she was in the medical ward on a bed - duh -, second one being that she was in a medical gown rather then her normal blue jeans, blue skin tight shirt, and yellow trench coat which creeped her out quite a bit because that meant that someone must have changed her and saw her flat chest which both pissed her off and made her blush confusingly, and the last one being that she had bandages over where she was bitten by the Creep. She pushed her self up and found that on a rack in the little room that she was in was her cloths, she took off the gown and put them on, she reached in her pocket and took out her scroll noticing that there was a message from the head master saying to come to his office to pick up her diploma. She slipped her scroll back in her pocket and head out the room which lead into the main room of the medical ward which was basically a large room with scales and medical equipment on one side and on the other side was a lot of doors which lead to the small rooms that held the medical beds, once she was done look around she head out the medical ward and started off to the head master's office.
It took her a while to get there but once she got there she was a bit nervous to enter, she never met the head master before and didn't know how she would react if something went wrong so she got a plan ready "Right... Ill just enter, say hello, grab the diploma, and leave..." she left out a sigh and knocked on the door.
"Come in!" She slowly opened the door after she heard the call, sitting on a large comfy looking chair behind a large oak desk was the head master, he was a really big man with a Nata on his back and a horn on his head. This confirmed to her that he was a unicorn unlike Lotus who was a earth pony "Ah, you are Ms. Mellow, correct?"
"Ah yes t-thats correct... Uhm... Sir?" He laughed a bit, Lotus didn't quite know what he was laughing at exactly but she stiffed up anyway.
"Oh please, just call me Mr. Nectar, anyway here is your diploma" He said as he floated it over to her with magic, as soon as it landed into Lotus's hand she turned to leave but Mr. Nectar called out to her "Wait! When I heard a student had passed out I had to check who it was, when I found out it was you I decided to find your records and you are quite skilled. If you wish I could put a recommendation in your records, that would help you get into what ever Huntress school you want... That is if being a Huntress is what you desire" Lotus gasped.
"Yes please! I really want to get into Golden Gate!" The head master was a bit shocked at that.
"Golden Gate? You DO know what Golden Gate has a really ruff entrance exam, don't you? The ratio of acceptances to rejections to deaths is 2:3:5, death or rejection is very much expected at just the entrance exam..." Mr. Nectar said that with a grim expression on his face, it kinda scared Lotus but she remained determined
She shook her head "I don't care, I need to learn from that school!" Mr. Nectar sighed
"Ok... Ill put a recommendation in for you... Have a nice day Ms. Mellow"
She just nodded and walked out with her diploma in hand
Extra Stuff: Octans's Info
Octans Ara, a light blue female unicorn with a white mane. She wears a dark blue robe with lighting dust infused with the cloth to improve her magic when it is used for lighting or energy or to improve her sembalance which all of the above will be explained soon.
Octans weapon of choice is the 'Star Gazer' a very odd of a weapon, mainly because it can hardly count as a weapon, it is a pair of dark blue leather gloves which have a channeling crystal embedded in them and a system made into it allow her to send out thin almost clear metal wire which is used in many different ways, the most common ways are using it to set up trap for the enemy and she also uses it to send lighting through the wire. Sending lighting through the wire is used for 'whipping' with the lighting charged wires and used for grabbing people and shocking them, though the main way she fights is just normal magic. But what's strange even though she likes using magic and is decent at it, she can only use lighting and fire magic. Her sembalance is quite strange and can not be used with out another person, basically she can infuse her magic with a attack or weapon, for example if someone had a sword she could use a fire spell and use her sembalance which would infuse the sword with the fire spell allowing the sword user to do a multitude of things such as just slash with a flaming sword or shoot flames from the sword for a short time. The other way her sembalance is typically used is if someone used a attack, such as someone shooting a arrow, she could give power to the arrow making her a great support fighter. The main downsides to her attacks are these, she can use it on her self, and the other issue is that the more complex the weapon is, the more specific she has to be in the attack. So if someone had something complex like a gun she would have to be sure to enchant the bullets and not the whole gun.
And so that is Octans Ara, what will her destiny bring? Only the future will show...
Fun fact about Octans name, Octans and Ara are both the name of constellations.
