Chapter 1: The Past of the Shadow King And The Former Enemies
Many years ago there lived a king named Sombra who ruled and over the Crystal Empire. The evil umbrum unicorn who took over Princess Amore's kingdom, he was also preparing to take over Equestria next by using forbidden dark magic. On the day Sombra almost send his army to war, the two royal princesses attacked and stop his army until they are weaken. Then the two royal Princesses stand face to face with the enemy.
“How dare you took over Princess Amore's crystal empire!”Celestia speak to the ruthless Unicorn.
“Its simple your Highness,I am their king and their rightful ruler.” grinned the king.
“Rightful ruler?! HA! You are nothing but a traitor ! SURRENDER NOW YOU FIEND!!” Luna scolded while she blast him with her first magic on the Unicorn.
The princesses kept on fighting until Sombra can't fight no more.
Instead of killing him, the two alicorn princesses summon their magic to only banished him into the ice of the attic north and turn him into a shadow. But before he slowly banish, he told them his last word.
“You think you can banish me and claim back the Crystal Empire?!” Sombra bark while he held up his horn.
“By the dark magic vested in me, I banish the empire with a curse!” The two princesses gasps in terror and horror.
“Mark my words princesses! Someday I’ll be back. And when I do, everything that are yours , everything you care will be mine. I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I HAVE THE CRYSTAL EMPIRE BACK !!! “
After his defeat, Sombra and the Crystal Empire disappear.

Thousand years later, The crystal empire return and so was Sombra. Sombra was about to rule again the Crystal Empire and become their king once again. But unfortunately, he failed again after been defeated by a crystal princess and the crystal ponies. And this time, he was shatters to pieces until the only thing left of him is the piece of his horn.
What his enemies does not know, his soul is still in his horn. For now he had no choice but to hide in until recover his pony form once again. Sombra found a large mountain to rest and gain back strength , little does he know he goes into a mystery mountain that will change his life around soon. What lies inside the cave that help changed the former king life forever.
