Unexpected home coming

The memories of her Fillyhood filled her mind of her and her younger siblings playing in the Manehatten park she it snowed made her smile. Lavender hasen't seen her baby brother and sister in over a year only being able to return home for holiday's she's missed countless birthdays and when Shady got her cutie mark, Lavender looks out the window of her train car seeing the bustling city come into view she smiles at the thought of seeing her siblings again.

"Not many young mares like you go to manehatten without a  purpose." A elderly mare says  Lavender sits back and looks at the mare. "Do you have a purpose to go to Manehatten?" The mare asks Lavender nods and leans on the window seal before speaking. "Manehatten is my home town I have two younger siblings I haven't seen since my departure for my training in cantorlot." Lavender says before shedding a tear. "I haven't seen them in a year now I've always looked out for them." The elder smiles and pats Lavender's hoof. "I'm sure they missed you more then you missed them" The train pulls into the station Lavender grabs her things and steps off the train she steps out into the city and walks to the Apartment complex they live in.

The sound of a loud TV and more was could all be heard from the colts room his mother was in her art studio and the younger filly was in the living a knock soon came to the door.

"Shady dear can you get that if its the pizza pony tell him I'll be there in a monument." There mom yells Shady walks up to the door and opens it and gasps to see lavender at the door she closes it and runs into the art studio where her mother is.

"Mommy Mommy you'll never guess who's here!" She says I excitement Monnbrush giggled at her daughters behavior and walks to the living room and Seeing Lavender makes her step dead in her tracks Lavender smiles and speaks. "Hi Mom....I'm back." She says Moon docent speak then turns to the colts room .

"Shadow get in here now!" She yells a young colt pokes his head out his door in fear of what he did but when he saw lavender his face quickly grew a smile. "LAVEY!" He yells galloping and jumping on her hugging her tight Lavender smiles And hugs back and is soon joined by Shady.

"Awww Hi Shadow hi Shady I missed you two." She says hugging her siblings tight they giggle and nuzzle there sister closer then before  with smiles and tears on there faces.  lavender smiled seeing her two younger siblings happy to see her she hugged them more tighter and they're mom giggles.
