//-------------------------------------------------------// The town of non-believers -by OpheliaTheUnholyDaughter- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Strangers //-------------------------------------------------------// Strangers It was dark in the forest, but Ophelia the Unholy daughter of Discord, was walking through the darkness as if it didn't bother her- Truth was, it didn't. When she finally came out of the forest she had come to a little village much like Ponyville. Only difference was that this little village wasn't Ponyville. This was one of the darkest villages in all of Equestria and no pony would ever come here on their own will - or so they said. This was Ophelia's home along with many other "insane" ponies. The town was filled with pony zombies and other creatures you wouldn’t find anywhere else. She walked down the dark street where drunk ponies were sleeping as if they didn't own a house at all. It seemed like sleeping around on the dark streets was easier that actually owning a house and saving their lives from the dangers of being eaten by a zombie. Bodies of dead ponies laid in between the sleeping ponies, leaving an awful smell in the streets. The few houses she passed was small and looked like something taken out of a horror movie, and she feared that a zombie would come out from one of them at any given time. She heard growling behind her and before she knew it, she was surrounded by zombies. One of the zombies attacked her, and she fell down on the ground with it on top of her. She kicked it of her and used her magic to rip it’s head. She laughed hysterically and kept on with fighting the zombies, leaving blood splattered all over herself. As she had killed all the zombies she looked around her, parts of the zombies was laying all over the street. Once again she laughed and her face revealed a creepy smile. As naive she was, she got attacked by a zombie that had heard her laugh. Once again she fell down to the ground, only this time she hit her head and couldn’t focus on using her magic. This was it she thought to herself, now she would die and become one of them. She tried to kick the zombie of her, but it almost bit her. She started to cried and started cursing at herself, just as she thought she was going to die, a pony came to her rescue. The pony, more specific a stallion. He looked at her with a disgusted look in his eyes and then he used his magic to rip the zombie in half. “What do we have here? Hmm..” He kept looking at her. Ophelia got up, she looked ashamed down at the ground. She wished for the stranger to just leave her be. He had already saved her and she wasn’t planning on letting him hear for that. She sighed when she could still feel the stranger’s eyes on her. “Thanks I guess” She said to him and started walking down the street, tears rolled down her face as she walked her walk of shame. She just wanted to get away from the place and never come back. Having another pony save her was just too much for her to have to live with. She walked for about 15 minutes before she arrived at her home - the asylum. The asylum had closed down years ago, when the virus had taken its toll on the little once so happy town. But she had managed to survive along with her father. She entered the asylum, it was still messy and filled with old furniture. She walked past the check in desk and sat down in the old couch standing up against one of the walls. “Father, I’m home!” Ophelia yelled and a big creature came out from the shadows, it was a male draconequus. “Oh hello there my child” He said with a little bit of a soft voice, though not too soft. The draconequus looked at his daughter with a worried look on his face. “You’re covered in blood again, have you been in a fight with the zombies again?” “Yeah, they came out of nowhere and I almost got bitten but…” She looked down at the old wood floor noticing every single little flaw in it. “But?” The draconequus asked rather interested in hearing the rest of the story. “She had to be saved by me” The stranger said, he was standing in the doorway and was looking at them. Ophelia looked up and immediately looked down again. “Well hello, and who are you?” The draconequus asked the stranger. “I’m Grimtale, I had to save your daughter from some zombies this night” He smirked and walked closer to them. Ophelia looked up with hate in her eyes and looked right into the eyes of Grimtale. “Why did you follow me?! Isn’t it enough that you have already embarrassed me enough already?!” She closed her eyes and sighed, she was still very angry but didn’t want to end up fighting such an annoying pony. “I’m going to my room, please get out…” She stared at the stranger and walked up the stair to her room, she could the door slam behind her. //-------------------------------------------------------// Don't play with ponies who are half draconequus //-------------------------------------------------------// Don't play with ponies who are half draconequus Ophelia walked down the corridors past old rooms who you wouldn’t believe could ever have been in the asylum. As she got to the northern wing of the asylum she walked down to the end of it. She opened the door and entered her room. She looked around it, like always nothing had changed. The room still looked the same. The walls was painted a beautiful rose red color, and it even had little roses on it. Books and magazines was laying on the floor, and the right corner she had a bunch of pillows. The room itself wasn’t the biggest one, but there was still room in it for her big bed. The bed, which was the thing that used most of the space in the room, was a king sized bed filled with pillows in all shapes and dark colors. Just over the bed on the wall, hung a painting of Ophelia’s mother, Izabelle. Her mother had died when Ophelia was 5 years old and her death had left Ophelia’s father in a deep depression. Izabelle, had been just as beautiful as her daughter was. Her orange hair was curly, and had always been hard to tame. Her eyes had been blue as the ocean and her fur had been white as newly fallen snow. She had been 18 when she gave birth to Ophelia and her twin brother Andrew and only 5 years later she got murdered by the zombies. Ophelia wiped away a tear and looked away from the painting, she missed her so much even though it had been almost 13 years. She sighed and wiped away more tears. She heard a knock on the door and wiped away the last tears. “Yes?” The door opened and in came a pony looking just like her, only he had shorter hair and his eyes was red as blood. “So, sis? I heard from father that you had a stranger save you today. Huh?” He laughed and smirked. “Weren’t you the one that never had to be saved by others?” He kept laughing and walked over to her. “Have you been crying?” He asked as he looked shocked at her, he had never seen her cry before. Ophelia looked at him with an empty look in her eyes. “Shut up brat” She turned her back to him and used her magic to put up some posters on the wall. “What do you want?” She sighed and turned around facing him, she looked annoyed at him. He laughed a little. “I just wanted to hang out with my favorite twin sister” He smirked and laughed a little more. Ophelia started walking towards the door. “Hmm, well care to join in my killing spree then?” She looked at him walked out the door and down the corridors, when they got to the entrance hall she suddenly stopped at the top of the stairs. Grimtale hadn’t left, or so he had come back in an attempt to provoke her even more. “Excuse me, didn’t I ask you to leave?” She rolled her eyes at him not really waiting for a response. “Did you? Hmmm, I don’t remember that little miss I need to be saved from the zombies” Grimtale smirked and laughed at her reaction. “Excuse me, but what are you saying to my sister?” Andrew walked in front of her and stared at Grimtale. Grimtale just started laughing. “Oh so you really can’t take care of yourself?” He laughed even louder. “Andrew, move” Ophelia said with a low voice. As soon as he had moved, she looked right at Grimtale with an angry look on her face. “I don’t like your attitude against me, you brat!” She yelled as she used her horn to lift Grimtale up into air. “How about you say hello to the wall?!” Just as she was about to throw him a voice was heard. “OPHELIA!”
