Wubs, strings, and favors for friends
Party Favor placed a hand on the cold steel handle on the door, he paused briefly before turning to the cute girl beside him and said, "Vinyl? Are you ready for this?" Vinyl Scratch lowered her glasses a bit in that cute playful manner of hers, before giggling and replying.
"Have you forgotten who I am? I'm DJ-Pon3! I was born ready PF." She said flashing a toothy grin at him as she placed a hand on his as it rested on the door bar, "and I'll always be ready as long as I have you in this bizz with me." Party Favor placed his free hand on Vinyl's soft, icy blue hair and stroked it tenderly as he leaned in close to her and planted a soft kiss on her warm lips. She kissed him back with passion and gusto, her lips pressing against his as she opened her mouth and and slipped him the tip of her tongue.
"Mhmmm now I remember what drove me to you?" She said opening the steel door and was greeted by loud beats, the kind she was used to being a top billed DJ and all.
"I thought it was my sweet fun lovingly personality and cute naivete that drew you to me?" He said smiling cutely and bundling up like a turtle in its shell. Vinyl did love the way he did that, she it so sweet and adorkable. Ever since that Halloween party where they..."got together". Vinyl and Party Favor had been spending time together getting to know more about each other. Vinyl learned that PF ran a small party planning business that; while initially established to plan little children's parties, he'd recently reformatted the small business to plan parties in places and to people closer to him in age.
When Vinyl told him more about her small business DJ-ing and they felt a connection with their desires to expand their self employment, they ultimately realized the first step in doing that, was to combine the resources available to them. So now here here they were, he arranged the party for Daisy and her sister Rose Luck at the elks lodge, while she was high above the waver of dancers working her setup to provide the bass and drop it too. Dancers mingled and bounced to Deadmau5's Remember, and there was almost a sense of being able to walk on air. Party Favor wasn't one to judge, but he was a little concerned what the guests may have been enjoying beyond chips, dip, and soda. There wasn't any smells in the air, but little white pills (IF these party goers had them) don't leave a smell.
''What?!'' Vinyl said almost in shock when PF asked if the party goers were on anything. ''Dude! Not funny! What kind of girl do you take me for? She said scowling at him with her shades high on her eyes. Party Favor blushed hard and stroked her hair lovingly over the beats.
''I'm sorry Vinyl, I guess its just...I've almost never been to these kinds of parties, I...I've only heard stories about them you know?'' He said hos snowy skin turning beet red as he rubbed behind his head nervously. Vinyl's expression softened considerably and she smiled at him.
"Hey I know PF I know, listen despite what it may look like, all my events and parties are legit, nothing stronger than my bottle of Jameson I ask as a contribution in addition to my standard fees for my services...oh speaking of which." Vinyl reached into her neon pink back pack and took from an eighteen ounce bottle of Jameson prime Irish Whiskey, along with two paper cups filled with ice from the speaker. "Have a drink PF?"
"Uh yeah, sure Vinyl." Party Favor said as she unscrewed the cap and the smell of 40 proof alcohol by volume hit the air. Vinyl poured the booze out expertly and handed a cup to Party Favor, he took holding it up to her.
"To us Vy!" He said as he downed his drink, even now the stuff was like acid on his throat, but the mellowing effects made that all just fade away. Time passed as they went over the music in the booth with Vinyl doing her thing and party admiring his handiwork. from the neon and strobe lights to the occasional blasts from the fog machines, it was after a few hours of their partying, just as things were winding down, that Vinyl quickly threw her arms on Party Favor;s shoulders. Making him gasp in surprise and "eek!" Softly.
"Hey...you seeing what I'm seeing?" Vinyl asked as she wrapped her hands around Favor tighter.
"Uh the punch is almost empty?" He asked as Vinyl adjusted his head to look in a specific direction, though it felt almost like she was trying to hurt it.
"No you dope, that girl...over there! Don't you see her?!" Vinyl asked as Party Favor finally saw what..or in this case who she was talking about. She was that charcoal haired, slate grey girl Octavia melody. She tried hiding her face in a large black hoodie, clearly a girl like her didn't like to be seen at a place like this.
"Isn't that Octavia? What's she doing here?" Vinyl asked as she Party took notice, Octavia Melody sat at a table all by herself, a coke glass in her hand as she sipped, her eyes soon looking to Octavia's and she noticed the boy she was with. "Hey let's go over and chat with her, Come on." Vinyl said grabbing Party by the wrist and dragging him along to Octavia's table. Vinyl tried to play it as casual as possible as she sat beside Tavi and let Party sit on the oposite end of the table.
"Vinyl? What are you doing here?" Octavia asked as Vinyl looked at her with her shades lowered in a smirk as her hand gently landed on Tavi's.
"Heh you know I was just about to ask you the same thing cutie, thought these kinds of setups weren't your thing." She said as she the other hand landed on Tavis. Party felt his curiosty really peaking. Since they got together, Vinyl had told her she had a thing for Octavtia. In THAT way, it was only Tavi though and he had nothing to be worried or jelous about. Basically if Vinyl though you were cool, you were as good a canidate as any to get a shot at her.
"You know, i think this is nice you guys are back to catch up on old times, but i was just wondering...how bout we take this someplace...quieter and maybe more...private?" Party said with smooth and suave as he could as the girls loooked over at him, Octavia was blushing like a tomato but Vinyl was grinning ear to ear as she planted her head in Ocatvia's neck.
"Oh I'd bet you really get a kick outta that huh? Classical meets hot beats? Jeez Party I didn't know you had that kinda gumption." With that Vinyl Planted her lips on Octavias softly and kissed her. At first it was gentle and loving but Party could see how hot and sensual they made it. He could see Vinyl taking charge, clearly the more dominant one. Her tounge poked into Octavia's mouth as she submitted fully to her BFF's power. Party could feel his pants tighening near the middle.
"You girls really know how to spoil a guy friend don't you?'
"What can we say? it's...a talent to say the least." Octavia said with a wink.
