Any thief who has attempted to loot anything from a beast of such a size surely must have courage beyond that of even the mightiest of knights. But no such courage was found here, for I am but a mere fool for following the desires of my eyes. Even so, the treasures I had pillaged from my actions were truely worth the danger.

At least I believe so.

This fic takes place in universe still dominated by our beloved equines, but no Celestia or Luna are present as rulers. In their place are three kingdoms (only one of which is not mentioned) governed by their own kings and queens on a lone isle.

This started as a writing prompt in a class of mine and I expounded upon it to write this short story. If enough people want me to or I suddenly feel the desire to, I may continue the work.
