Foxtrot (Dennis Arch), Delta (Thomas Ford), Echo(Eric Roman) and November (Alex Rico Yearling) are on a mission to stop the ISIS invasion into Japan. Foxtrot and the others guide the U.S.S. Las Vegas while having been given control of the U.S.S. Pegasus in the Osaka Bay. The U.S.S. Pegasus is a littoral combat ship that had no more than a crew of 4, in which they went missing after "sinking" into the bay while ending up somewhere far more strange.

This first person story is told in the perspective of Foxtrot himself. This is the journal of Dennis Arch.
