Chapter 1 Transformation
Just another boring day living the suburban dream. You check the clock while laying in bed. It read 3:15. You sighed as you scratched your head in frustration as you stared at the ceiling out of boredom.  You live with your mom in a small house in an everyday neighborhood Where nothing interesting ever seems to happen. You live on broken promises of better times ahead once you finished high school. But it seems like promises are not enough.
  “[YN] , i’m home!” You sit up on your bed when you heard your mom’s familiar voice.
  You walk out of your room towards the foyer to meet her as she enters. Her light brown hair seems a bit messy, but her blue eyes shines with sweetness.
“Hello, [YN] how was your last day of school today?”
“It was fine.” You watch as your mother puts her purse down and takes out her cellphone to call somebody. She’s a very important business woman for a major corporation , so you don’t mind that she doesn’t usually have time to talk.
As you walked into the kitchen you picked up a small , shiny red apple and take it into the livingroom to eat, all while mentally reviewing what your history teacher had taught you on your last day of school. ”Magic is an important factor in the Middle ages , he had instructed.”many kings and queens had their servants perform feats of magic for them. It was a tradition and an important part of their history.”
“Magic ,” you mumble.”Who  cares about magic?”
After finishing your apple you went back into your room and picked up your yearbook,  which had been resting on your desk. You flip to the page where everyone’s signatures were. One reads  I will miss your kindness and laughter make sure you have a great summer! After looking at a few more ,you close the book as your mom came in with a new business suit  on.
  “Alright , [YN]  be honest with me… does this looks okay?”
She turns around a few times while you check out the outfit.
“It looks alright, it would probably look better with those hoop earrings you have.” Your mom smiles with this  response  happy with her suit now that you have approved it. As she walks out the door, though, her smile flatters and she freezes as she let out a small moan of pain, rubbing her back in dismay.
“You, okay mom?” You asked concerned.
“I’m alright but, my darn back is killing me.”
After thinking for a moment you say, “ Well you don’t worry, because i’ll set the table and do the dishes tonight. Also you should see a chiropractor about that back soon.”
“Your mom smiles and warmly hugs you.”Thank you ,[YN]. You’re always so generous, especially when i’m in pain like this.”
“No problem mom.”
After setting the table you and your mom had leftover chinese food from last night. As you ate, your mom began getting a lot of phone calls, which she formally answers and quickly ends. You sigh, continuing to pick at your food.
She ends by making one last long  phone call to her sister. Once  her calls subside, she turns and looks at you. “Well, [YN] it looks like i’ll be in Minnesota for a huge business meeting and convention for more than half of the summer so, I called your Aunt Becky, and she told me you could come stay with her in the city while i’m away.”
You want to say something, and you feel a deep unsettling disappointment about spending your summer away from your mom, but you know that she’s only doing her best so she could support the both of you, so you kept silent.
“I know it’s hard, but please remember ,always text or call me every day. Oh and listen to your Aunt Becky.”
You sigh, finally looking up to meet your mother’s eyes.
“My Loyalty is to my family.Of course I will.”
“Good, well i’m heading off to bed. Goodnight honey.” She gives you a quick hug then heads off to her room.
“This is going to be a long summer, ” You whisper as you gather up all the dishes to wash.
“Goodbye, i’ll take good care of [YN] , don’t you worry!” Your Aunt Becky calls out to your mom as she drives away.
“Bye mom ,” you say quietly to yourself.
As soon as your mother is gone, your Aunt Becky turned to you.” Now then, I should welcome you to my apartment, [YN] you will be staying here for the next two months, so listen to what i’m telling you now. We have a high school here called Canterlot High, so maybe you can meet some of the teenagers that go there since they’ll be on summer vacation too. Oh, and here’s your room.”
You and your Aunt Becky walked into a small compact room with a single bed and dresser. There was a small window that was overlooking the streets of the city to the left of your bed , and a green plant on the right side. “Now , I know this isn’t very big, but you’ll have to make do.After all it’s only for  two months.” Aunt Becky smiles and looks at you for a response.
“It’s…. nice , and i’ll be fine for now, I guess.”
“Alright good. Your Uncle Henry is usually out working, but he’ll be home at night in time for dinner. “ Looking out the window your aunt puts on a thoughtful face. You go up to see what she was looking at,and see a big building with a sign in front of it that reads, Canterlot High School.” Why don’t you go see if anyone is hanging out in front of Canterlot? Maybe some of the students hasn’t left yet.”
Deciding to do as you were told you nod, grab a water bottle and walked out of your small room and out the front door of their appartment. After walking four flights of stairs , you exit through the lobby and found yourself outside. As you made your way over to the park, you found a large statue nearby. Feeling thirsty, you walk towards the statue, open your water bottle, and began to drink from it. But, as you lean against the statue, it engulfs you and you fall into the unknown.
“Now, i’m pretty sure you’re all wondering why I called you girls here after Twilight’s previous encounter with the human world,” Princess Celestia says to the six ponies in front of her.
“Yeah, I thought Twilight already defeated Sunset Shimmer? Is she acting up again?” Rainbow Dash asks warily. Celestia laughs at the rainbow pony’s assertives then responds, “No, she is doing is doing quite well in her friendship lessons. But you are all here for a different reason.”
“A party?” Pinkie Pie guesses.
“Pikie? Do you really think y'all really think the princess would invite us here for a party , in the human world?” Applejack asks  Pinkie Pie, and the pink mare slumps down in sadness.
Ignoring the rambunctious pink pony, Celestia turns to Twilight, “ Princess Twilight, I must inform you with some really interesting news many years ago a young filly was born who was said to be a wielder of the Gold crown, an artifact not unlike your Elements of Harmony.
In fact, the Gold Crown is able to work with the Elements of Harmony if especially great power is needed. However, many wanted this filly dead, and considering that they were a newborn and it’s parent’s were mere unicorns who could barely protect themselves from such huge threats, they needed to find somewhere safe until they were old enough, and strong enough to protect themselves from these threats.After a short pause, Princess Celestia  continued.” Their parents came to Luna,and I, begging for us to send them somewhere safe so nopony could find them.So I sent them through the mirror into the human world, and they have been raised there as a human ever since. However, now that they’re about your age, and is able to defend themselves, I am bringing them back so they may be able to wield the Gold Crown and be back where they belong.”
A surprise silence holds the room as Princess Celestia finishes her speech. A few of the friends looked at each other in awe, but no words were said.
“I have seen where they will be by the portal, and when they are near, it will open now, since Luna and I are able to control it better now, yes, they-” Princess Celestia was soon interrupted by screaming, and a bright flash of light as a pony stumbles through the mirror.
Screaming, you stumble through a swirling vortex ,unaware if you were upside down or rightside up. Finally, you collide with a hard cold floor, and laid there with confusion, and dizziness. As your vision clears, you find yourself in a room with colorful people ….?looking over you. Wait. No. Not people. ponies! As a pink pony came over to you she pokes your nose, and you yell, and jump up on two legs, only to fall down again.
“Pinkie Pie, whatever did you do that for?” A white one with purple mane asks.
“Sorry, I was just making sure they were okay!” The pink one answers  bouncing up , and down.
You began to hyperventilate. Ponies are talking! Ponies are talking! Ponies, are freaking talking! Suddenly, you feel a gentle hoof on your back, and you look behind you to see a pure white mare with a flowing mane.
“Hello,” she says calmly. “Don’t worry we won’t hurt you.”
You gulp nervously, and tried standing on two legs again, only to falter, and fall down again. Ugh, what is wrong with me? You look down at your body to see that you have no legs, but to see a body of a pony. You gazed wildly at your (B/C) body, complete with hooves, and all. As you began to hyperventilate again, you grab your hair, to instead to find a (H/C) mane, and tail of the same color. Also as you felt your head, you had found a horn. Then suddenly, something catches your eye. On your flank you find a tattoo - looking thing of a golden crown.
The large white mare speaks again, “ Calm down, everything is going to be alright, you’re a pony now, and so you probably shouldn’t be standing on two legs” She chuckles.
Shakily, you stand up on all four you're a little wobbly but as soon as you build up confidence you began to take a few cautious  steps.
“That’s it, you got it.” A new voice was heard. You turned to the seven ponies who were watching you. A orange one, a yellow one, a blue one, a purple one , a white one , and a dark blue one. It was the purple one that had spoken  to you. Unlike the other ponies. She looked similiar to the large white mare.  The pure white mare approaches you slowly, and calmly, and then bends her head down to speak to you. “What is your name? “
“...[YN] my name is [YN]."
“ Well, [YN] , I have brought you here because, you may have taken a human form, but you were born here many years ago, as a pony.”
You looked up at her frantically, “ But then why was I born in the human world?” Who are my pony parents? Why…” The large white mare held up a hoof to silence you.
“ There will be time to explain latter, for now let us begin with introductions. My name is Princess Celestia, ruler of this kingdom called Equestria. I cause the sun to rise, and set among other things. This is my sister Princess Luna, the Princess of the night. She controls the moon among other things as well.” The deep blue mare emerges from the group with a serious expression donned.You now see she is a pony with a horn and wings,  just likeprincess Celistia.
“Charmed i’m sure.” She puts out a hoof towards you and you stare at it questioningly and she gives you a face. “What…? Are you not aware of the proper Canterlot greeting…? I suppose you wouldn’t… very well then.”
“And these ponies are mares who wield the Elements of Harmony, jewels that keep the balance of Harmony here in Equestria. I’ll let them introduce themselves to you .” Celestia then steps back to reveal six smiling ponies
The first one to step forward is another pony with wings, and a horn,it was the purple one from before. You observe that she is smaller than the other two.
“Hi [YN], my name is Twilight Sparkle Element of Magic. Please to meet you.”
Next a blue one with a rainbow mane, and tail flies up.”what’s up? I’m Rainbow Dash Element of Loyalty. Famous for my speed, and awesomeness across Equestria.” She offers you a hoof which causes you to smile for the first time that you have arrived, and you reached up to bump your hoof to hers.
A pretty yellow pegasus with a long pink mane peeks out and then, gracefully approaches you. “ Hi, i’m Fluttershy the element of kindness,” she whispers, not looking you in the eye then quickly stepping back.
A orange pony with a southern accent and cowboy hat plods forward, and shakes your hand roughly, “Well howdy [YN], i’m Applejack it’s pleased to meet ya, [YN] i’m the element of honesty, and honestly I think we’ll have some great times together.”
Elegantly a white unicorn steps forward, flipping her gorgeous purple mane as she says, “Hi [YN], I am Rarity the element of generosity. Hmm… I do believe we will become great friends stop by my boutique sometime and I can make you something free of charge .”
“My turn, my turn, MY TURN!” A overjoyed pony hops forward, nearly ready to burst out  with excitement. “I’m Pinkie Pie, and we’re going to be such great friends!” Oh oh, I know! I’ll throw you a pony party, since now, you’re a pony! Oh, i’m the Element of Laughter! Ha ha ha!”
“Now, I know this is a lot to take in but, you will have to grow accustomed to being a pony. I want you to go live with Twilight in Ponyville, learn about friendship, and magic with her, and write me letters of what you learned, just like the other six do. I will be looking forward from hearing from you.”
“Princess, does this mean they will be living in my tree?”
“Yes Twilight, it will be your responsibility as a princess in order to welcome back [YN], in Equestria.and teach them our history as well as the magic of friendship.”
Twilight nods solemnly, then turns to you. “Come on[YN], let's get you to Ponyville.”
Deciding to play along with the ponies, you noded and shakily followed Twilight out as you were still shocked from being teleported to another world.
“You’ll be staying here in my tree during your stay here in Ponyville until we can find you a permanent home.”
Twilight quickly trots into the tree and searched for a particular book among the many shelves. She levitated a certain book with her magic and lands it on the floor in front of you. With curiosity you opened the book that entitled
Magic for beginners. You skimmed through it then notices that Twilight was smiling at you.
“This was the book I used when I was first studying magic, I don’t use it anymore, and you don’t know anything about magic yet, so I want you to have it.”
“Wow… I can do magic? Twilight nods. “Thank you Twilight really I don’t know what to say, but thank you.” You said. You began looking over each spells until one catches your eye.
“Hmm, levitation is that a easy one?”
“Yes, and it’s a practical one that you will use on a daily basis.” Twilight runs around and then quickly grabs a quill then drop it on the table.
“Here, let's give it a try try levitating this quill.” You turned to the quill that laid on the table.
You closed your eyes as you listened to what Twilight tells you what to do.
“Okay, now really focus with your mind completely with the quill, taking a deep breath as you felt power coursing through your horn, pouring out in a great stream of light A blue aurora suddenly surrounds the quill and it slightly begins to lift from the table.
“Yes, yes ,that's it! Twilight whispers as you continue to lift the quill.
All of a sudden the quill is off the ground, and in your horns magical grasp. You smiled as you began to fly the quill in the air for a little bit, feeling as though this what you were meant to do.
“Nice work [YN], you’ve already figured out the basics of levitating. You sure do have strong magic, despite the fact that it’s never been uses all these years.” You smile at her finally putting the quill down, on the table and breathing a sigh of relief. “And now, it’s time for you to learn about the magic of friendship!”
“What?” You asked, as if she was talking about something stupid.
“Yes, you heard me. The magic of friendship. I want you to go into Ponyville, and meet a lot of ponies,you know, to be friends with. You should probably visit the other five girls that were there to meet you when you entered Equestria. They’re really nice, and I know that we can all become the best of friends.”
“Come on Twilight, the magic of friendship?” You raised an eyebrow at her. “Isn’t that kind of cheesy?” Does that magic even exist?”
“No, it’s not cheesy,and yes it does exist, and we’ve used it many times to defend Equestria. This is exactly why you have to learn about friendship, you don’t understand it yet,but it can prove to be your greatest assist an in emergency.I didn’t understand friendship when I moved to Ponyville either, but I learned it’s importance with the help of my friends. Now , you must do the same.”
You sigh and reply, “fine, I guess i’ll go make some friends.”

You trot down one of Ponyville’s many dirt roads, a path that featured no cars along the way , and in turn, no pollution, yet, it did make traveling a bit harder.
“Alright, now who can I go see? “ You looked up at the sun to see that it is late afternoon, so most ponies would be done with lunch and relaxing at this time. As you walked down the unfamiliar roads, you eventually come to what you guess is Fluttershy’s cottage on the edge of a dark scary-looking forest. As you approach, you see Fluttershy’s yellow head pop up from her garden as she is tending to her flowers.
“Hi Fluttershy,” you say coolly. “What's new?” You bend over to look at her garden, which is filled with rows of pink petunias and blooming sunflowers.
“Oh , um, hello, [YN],” she says crouched down not looking you in the eye.
Raising an eyebrow, you say, “You know, i’m not going to hurt you. I just wanted to hang out.”
Fluttershy ,still crouching finally looks up at you with her big blue- green eyes. “I-”
She is cut off by a creature slithering out of her cottage door unlike any other creature you’ve ever seen. He has a head of a pony,while his body looks to be a mismatched jumble of appendages. You shiver at his sight and step back.
“Fluttershy, is this pony bothering you?” He asks her in a protective way, eyeing you suspiciously.
“Oh no , Discord, [YN], is a friend.” Fluttershy looks up at the creature without a hint of fear.
She’s braver than I thought.
“Are you sure? They don’t  look like your friend, to me, the way you were afraid of their very presence.” He crosses his arms darting his eyes between you and the pegasus.
“Yes Discord, i’m very sure. Actually,  [YN] just came to Equestria. She used to live in the human world. All of our friends are just trying to help them get settled into their new home, not to mention their new body.”
After hearing his friend’s approval of you, the creatures face lightens up. “Well, then that changes everything.” Turning to you he continues, “Then that would make you and I both different. Let me introduce myself. I am Discord the spirit of chaos! In case if you were wondering, I am a draconequus please to meet you.” He holds out his hand, and you go to shake it.As your hoof makes contact with his hand, a zap of electricity courses through your body, and you scream, pulling away quickly. After inspecting yourself making sure you are alright, you look down to find the draconequus rolling with laughter at your hooves. “You… you should've seen the look on your face! Priceless!”
  Fluttershy however, looks down at him disapprovingly.
“Discord! That is no way to treat a guest, especially considering the fact that they’re my friend.
Discord Finally stops laughing  and looks up at Fluttershy with a huge smile still plastered on his face.”Aw , come on Fluttershy, they know I was just playing with them.” He suddenly grabs you, and pulls you in a noogie. “Isn’t that right, [YN] ?”
After Discord puts you down, you looked at Fluttershy while you fixed your new now messy [HC] mane. “We’re friends?”
Fluttershy looks perplexed. “Well, of course silly, I mean, I know i’m shy but, i’d still like to get to know you. You know… hang out, like you said.”
“Wow… you consider for a moment. I don’t think anyone has ever wanted to be my friend so quickly. It’s… nice.”
You , and Fluttershy smile at each other, but Discord doesn’t seem to enjoy it as much. “Ugh, gag, Fluttershy my dear, must you always be so sappy? Perhaps I should make some chocolate milk rain?! You had better make sure you add dollops dollops of whip cream this time!
The draconequus lets out a yell, falls to the ground, and turns around to come face - to - face with Pinkie Pie.
“Pinkie Pie, you… Startled me.” He breathes a sigh of relief.
You smirked at him. “Admit it, she scared you.”
Discord blushes realizing he has been outwitted at his own game, then meekly asks, “Did not.”
“Sure, Discord, sure.” You smile, since he is giving you the answer you want.
“Oh, hey [YN] , I never really got to throw you that pony party, so how about we go have it at Sugarcube Corner?” Pinkie Pie interrupts.
“Right now?” You asked.
“Yes , right now! Let’s go!” Pinkie Pie grabs you and practically drags you off to Sugarcube Corner, and you barely got a chance to say goodbye to Discord and Fluttershy.
“Goodbye ,[YN].” Fluttershy says.
“I’m looking forward in making more chaos with you latter!” Discord yells.
Smiling at them , you stand up and follow Pinkie Pie to Sugarcube Corner.
Well here we are! Pinkie Pie says pointing to a building that looks like a huge candy house. “Sugarcube Corner!”
“So, what is the place?” You ask looking the building up, and down.
“Well, I work here it's a bakery! It has cakes, cupcakes, cookies ,pastries and -”
“Ok, ok I get it,” you laugh”
“We can have your party here, but not in the actual bakery.”
“What? Where else in there could we have it?” You asked confused.
  “Well, we can have it in my room, silly! You go and invite everypony and i’ll I go upstairs and go get my room all decorationful  with my party cannon! She tosses a basket full of invitations on your back. “Oh, by the way, here’s a map of Ponyville so you won’t get lost! TIME FOR MY PARTY CANNON TO GET BUSY WITH PARTYNESS!
“You’re… what?
By then, Pinkie Pie is already inside and you’re left alone. With a sigh you study the map for a moment and then walk over to Rarity’s boutique which happens to be the so you could invite her to your party. As you walk, you feel a cool, fresh breeze blow by you and stirs up the leaves along the path. You look towards the sun, shielding your eyes and wondering how in the world a pony can control such an important being. I wonder if the other side of the world is asleep right now… or what if their world isn’t even round? This new world still puzzles you, but now you don’t have time to ponder this
You finally come to Rarity’s Carousel Boutique, a large, fancy- looking building that houses the
white unicorn. You knock on the door and wait
for an answer.
“Come in! “ A sing song voice calls from inside.
As you open the door, you see more magnificent skin -  tight pastel   dresses than you could imagine  and a few suits on the side as well.  You grinned, as you imagined one of your classmates would be an fashionista and they would be all over the place.
“ Oh, [YN], I wasn't expecting you, darling. Come in come. I need your help actually.” You walk up to Rarity, and before you can say anything, she tosses your basket of invitations on her desk, and she simply pulls over  the outfit that she’s been working on for you.
“Hmm no, no. This simply won’t do! “ Rarity then pulls the outfit off, and replaces it with a more outgoing look. She smiles as she looked you over.
“Yes! I do believe this outfit is the one for you!Rarity said . Rarity pulled a mirror in front of you, and you checked it out in awe. “You know what [YN], this outfit is perfect for you, you can keep it .” She says pulling the outfit off of you, and tosses it into a fashionable shopping bag.
“Wow, Rarity… thank you. It’s then you that you remember to give Rarity an invitation, you grab your basket in your mouth. “Oh, here Rarity…” You hand her a letter in a small white envelope.
“Pinkie Pie is throwing me a party latter, you’re invited.”
“Oh, joy! And that will give you a chance to wear your new outfit!  Don’t worry the other girls have dresses from me, so nopony will  feel left out!” I should spread the word to so that they should wear their dresses!” As you nod and say goodbye, she yells after you, “toodle -loo darling! Don’t forget about your outfit!
You made your way back to Fluttershy’s cottage with your invitation to Fluttershy and Discord.As you approach you find that Fluttershy was no  longer gardening but rather inside chatting with Discord and eating cookies. You knocked on the door , and everything inside suddenly goes silent. Fluttershy sure can move quietly. Without any warning the door opens quickly and a pair of teal eyes look out at you. After she sees that it’s just you she lightens up.
“Oh, [YN], back so soon?”
“Actually…” You put down the basket and handed Fluttershy an invitation to your party.
“Pinkie Pie is throwing me a pony party, so you’re invited.”
“And i’m not?” A pouting Discord said from behind. “Don’t worry ,Discord , I have one for you too.” You hand an invitation to Discord  and noticed the time on their clock inside their house. “Oh, look at the time! I still have to deliver invitations to Applejack, Rainbow Dash , and Twilight! I’m sorry to leave so quickly, but I just got so caught up and now i’m behind! Oh, don’t forget to wear your dresses!” You said then you went and delivered the rest of the invitations. You run off as you left the pegasus, and danconquess behind. You finally made it back to the treehouse just in the nick of time. Twilight calls you from the upstairs window, “Hey, [YN!]  Twilight says then her face hardens. I thought I sent you out to make friends? So you’ve already befriended every pony in Ponyville? That’s pretty fast for a pony who wasn’t keen on the idea in the first place.”
“No, that’s not it. Here, let me in so I can explain everything.”
“Alright, but no funny business, Spike! ,Let them in!”  The door opens and behind it is a small purple dragon. “Hey, I've don’t think we met before. I’m Spike.” The dragon puts out his claw to you which you cautiously grab, and gently shake.“Nice to meet you, i’m [YN].”
“[YN], cool name. Are you new to Ponyville? I know just about everypony  here… Just before you could explain who you are he continues, “Anyways, i’m Spike like I said earlier, and i’m Princess Twilight’s number one assistant! I assume , you heard of her? I mean who hasn’t?”
Right then, Twilight walks down the stairs and sees you.
“Spike, this is the pony from the human world that I was telling you about. The one who will be staying with us?”
“This, is them? Spike looks over you then turns back around to Twilight. “They just look like any other pony,I thought you said they were very powerful with magic so far.”
Giving him a dirty look trust me if I was more powerful i’d throw you into a wall right now
Twilight walks over to you. “Yes Spike I did say that they may look like us but they just learned a levitation spell in under five minutes, although they had never used that magic before or even  had known of it.” I’m confident that they will be a great student of magic and will learn much.”
“Anyways… “ You hand Twilight an invitation.
“Ah, I see she’s finally throwing you your pony party?” Twilight asks after she skimmed through your invitation.“Sure, Spike and I will be there.” Twilight said.
“Oh, Rarity wants us to wear our outfits that she made for us.”
Twilight nods, the sees the party’s date, and rolls her eyes. “The party is today?!” Now we can all be sure that Pinkie isn't the element of patience. Anyways, i’ll see you there [YN].” Twilight says after she walked back inside and Spike shuts the door after her with a final goodbye to you.
  Checking your map again, you found Rainbow Dash’s cloud home and run off towards it. By the time you get there you're already out of breath. Breathing heavily you could barely talk.
“Rain… Rainbow Dash!” You yell up at her cloudhouse. A rainbow mane and pastel head appears on top of the cloud and looks down at you.
“Yeah, [YN]?” Rainbow Dash said looking down at you.
“Here, I need to give you something! “ You pulled out another invitation. “ How do I get up there? Can you help me up there so I can deliver this to you?” Rainbows Dash looks at you with a confused  look on her face.
“Umm… [YN], you do know that only pegasus ponies can only walk on clouds ?” Rainbow Dash raises an eyebrow at you.
“Oh…” You say a bit disappointed that you can never see Rainbow Dash’s house since you're a unicorn.  As your disappointment subsides you came up with an idea.
“Here!” You then toss up the invitation  as high as you could. The pastel Pegasus quickly responds with her instincts , and quickly caught it in midair.“That’s an invitation that Pinkie is throwing for me in an hour be there or be squared!”
Rainbow laughed. “Now you're using my language.”Rainbow flew in place and did an army salute yes sir!”
“Oh, and wear your dress Rarity’s orders!” “See you there!” Without another word, you gallop off to Applejack’s farm with the last invitation.you can easily tell where Applejack's home is considering that it's a huge part of Ponyville, and an important place for ponies
to buy their food: Sweet Apple Acres. You get excited as you see trees in the distance and run straight into them not even realizing that these
trees are not apple trees.
“Okay… I’m so lost.” You had wandered around for awhile, but now ,as you look around , you only see unrecognizable trees. Things aren't getting better as you hear voices howling.
It… almost sounds like wolves … are there wolves in Equestria ?
Just as you began to wonder about this, a bush rustles and a growl emits from it. You shudder, and take a few steps back,only to back up into a grove of trees that are grown together very tightly. You press your ears down in fear as aFreakish creature unknown to you suddenly
steps out of the bushes. It looks like a wolf in form, but instead of skin, and bones this
creature is made out of trees and leaves, but it  still looked very deadly.
  You scream, and run past it as fast as you can, luckily taking it by surprise. However as you're running it howls to summon it's packmates to hunt. You sprint away as fast as you can until your legs can't carry you any further, and you collapse in the forest.
You open your eyes and found yourself in a small hut, as you look around you see that you
are laying on a mat inside of the hut. A black cauldron sits in the middle and in front of it stands a striped pony. Wait, that's not a pony…it's a zebra! The zebra looks away from the cauldron  and turns to you.
“Ah young pony, i’ve seen that you’ve awaken.You were running from the Timberwolves, if i’m
not mistaken.”
“Um, yes, I was but then I just collapsed and now i’m here… my basket!” You looked to your side to find your basket with Applejack’s invite, your map, and  the bag that contained your outfit from Rarity's’ boutique.
“Physical exertion has tired you, no doubt, but, it is you who are on the wrong route. Next time
You have a map do not get cocky. These old forests paths can get quite rocky.”
Rubbing your eyes, you ask her, “Who are you?”
“I am Zecora, a zebra, as you see. And what in the world might your name be?”
“I’m [YN], and…” You gasp. “Oh no! The party starts in fifteen minutes if I don't hurry, Applejack and I will be late!”
Zecora nods. “Then go, little pony and get there in time but getting there with a map, will be easier if you may find.”
“Thank you Zecora. Thank you for saving me!” You pause before leaving. “Would you like to
come to my party? I don't have an invitation for you but i’m sure Pinke wouldn't mind.”
Zecora chuckles. I can't [YN], i’m busy today, but thank you for the offer anyway. Now, go to your party to sing, dance, and clap, but do not forget to check your map.”
“I won’t. Goodbye Zecora!” You grab your bag and your basket and head out. Once outside you follow Zecora’s instructions and check your map, and begin galloping in the right direction.
After what seems like forever, you see the Apple farm ahead, and luckily enough Applejack was sitting right outside.
“Howdy partner.” She is leaning against the barn with her eyes close and had a piece of
Hay in her mouth.
“Applejack, oh thank goodness you’re right here! Pinkie Pie is throwing a party for me in ten minutes, and I got lost and a zebra helped me, and now I have to give you  your invitation.” You offer Applejack the letter. “Make sure to wear Rarity's dress that she made for you.”
“Ten minutes? Hay, ya’ll must've gotten really lost out there. Here, i’ll be right over you run off ahead of me while I put my dress on.”
You nod , and you practically fly away from there, you're running so fast. Finally, you found yourself at Sugarcube Corner. Before anyone can see you, you grab your outfit out of the boutique’s bag and slip it on, you take a deep breathe and walk into the bakery and up the stairs that led to Pinkie’s room. As you walk in
you realize that the lights are off so you can'tsee anything.  All of a sudden the lights flicker on, and all your pony friends including Discord,
Zecora, and Spike all jump up with a loud, “Surprise!”  You let out a small yell of surprise and smile at all of your friends standing around you. Then you notice Applejack standing there
in her dress.
“ Applejack, how did you get here so fast?” You asked stupefied.
“Well, I got a lift, “she chuckles glancing at Rainbow Dash.
“We just wanted you to be surprised!” Rainbow Dash said.
And Zecora? I thought you said you couldn't make it?”
“Your pony friends warned me before to tell you that I had to fix my decor.” She smiles warmly at you.
Pinkie Pie jumps in. “Yeah! I already told you about the party so of course you would be expecting a non - surprise party! But then, we surprised you! SURPRISED! “
“And every pony’s dresses including [YN]’s outfit looks so divine, if I do say so myself,” says Rarity, who is wearing a magnificent magenta dress with lots of lace.
“Yes Rarity, these dresses are absolutely beautiful.” Twilight agrees.
“I’m so happy we’re having this party together. It's very nice Pinkie,” Fluttershy  says,
“Thanks Fluttershy! And this party will be so fantabulous! “Pinkie jumps up and down in excitement.
“You girls are the best friends ever! Thank you so much! “ You say and then, all seven of you
come in for a group hug. Zecora stands to the side smiling, while Spike hung out over by the punch bowl as they watch everyone hug.
Discord however rolled his eyes at the group.
“I hate sappy moments”  Discord says, taking a sip of punch.
“I know what you mean.” Spike said.

Too... much... cake...
You were sitting at a table in Pinkie Pie's room. Twilight sat to your left  Rarity sitting to your right. Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Fluttershy are all sitting across  from you doing the same thing, but Pinkie was yet still singing and dancing to another song. Zecora had already gone home.
"Perhaps that cake - eating contest was a bad idea." Rarity moans while resting her head on the wooden table while the others mumble in agreement.
"Come on ponies! The party isn't over yet , and so let's dance while we can!"  Pinkie dances like a pro, although looking at her, you wouldn't think it be so.
"So, Twilight you used to be a unicorn?" You asked Twilight curiously still resting your head on the wooden table with the other girls who listened to Twilight's story.
" Yes I was actually born an ordinary unicorn , but as I got older, I found out that I had talent for magic, and enrolled in a school for gifted unicorns where I met and trained under Princess Celiestia. After many years, I moved to Ponyvillle to learn about friendship, and when I mastered friendship Celistia gave me my wings.." She gives her wings a tiny flap without moving her body.
"... and I became a princess." Twilight said.
" So... anyone can become a princess? Even some pony like me? "
Twilight considers this for a moment, and then nods.
"Yes, any of you girls could , but you would have to master an art such as friendship , or love , and to master it you must fully understand it, but experience it."
"Huh." You ponder this for a moment, only to find a pang of hurt shoot through your stomach. You moan again and rest your head against the table almost forgetting your stomachache from earlier. You then proceeded to ask another question.
" Anything  else interesting for me to know about? Any.. enemies?  " You asked.
"Well..." Rainbow Dash said as she looked over to where Discord was who was playing a round of Go Fish  at a table with Spike.
"I might know someone with an interesting past." She seems a little hostile as she speaks.
"What are you talking about?"  You ask.
" [ Y/N] if you must know Discord was once one of our worst enemies ." Rarity finished for Rainbow.
You suddenly burst out laughing , but stop as the girls were looking at you with solemn faces.
"Come on girls, are you serious? This is Discord we're talking about . He loves pranks , and chocolate milk rain what's so evil about that?"
They all exchange glances, and then Twilight speaks.
"With our help, Discord has learned to tone down his antics and is no longer a threat.  However not to long ago, Discord was not just a merely a mischief - maker , but a lord of chaos. He took over the throne a thousand of years ago which made life miserable for ponies. Princess Celiestia  stopped him by turning him into stone, but much much latter during our life time he escaped. He made us forget our friendship and turn into the opposite of our true selves which , let me tell you  wasn't pretty." Twilight pauses for a moment grief - struck for a moment.  "Eventually, we were reminded of our friendship then we then encase him back into stone again."
You looked at her puzzled.
" Then why is he here now, and not in a statue anymore?"
"Well, this is where it gets interesting. Princess Celiestia brought him here a few months ago so that we could reform him. She wanted to use his magic for good, and we reluctantly agreed . She believed that Fluttershy would know best how to reform him, and she did. She befriended him  which caused him to see the benefits of friendship.   After being reformed , he moved to Canterlot for about a moth to help the princesses with their magic, and other things. But, after he finished he came back here and is now roommates with Fluttershy now since nopony else trusts him enough yet to share a house with him. He said the city life wasn't for him but, I think he just missed Flyttershy. "
This causes everyone to look at the butter colored mare . Fluttershy laughs embarrassedly  ,and fiddled with her hooves. " oh... I doubt it, he - he just likes small towns. I guess?"
"Oh come on! You should've seen her when Discord  left for Canteelot. She was all  'oh he is such a sweetheart .' Rainbow flutters her eyebrows imitating Fluttershy.
Fluttershy ducks head under  in  embarrassment. "I was just saying what I felt."
"Then, I can only imagine what it is you feel." Rainbow said with a smirk.
"Okay," you interrupt Rainbow's teasing "Any more enemies I should know about?"
"Umm, there was Nightmare Moon but, we defeated her a long time ago, and changed her back into Princess Luna ."
"What about queen Chrysalises?"  Applejack said.
"Oh, yes my brother Shining Amour, and his wife Princess Cadence, defeated her with their love. Hmm I wonder how they're doing now as rulers of the Crystal Empire. Speaking of the Crystal Empire , we defeated King Sombra  former ruler of the Crystal Empire, but we also defeated and destroyed him. So no we have no enimes right now."
As Twilight speaks those last words the building started to shake causing Pinkie to stop dancing, and every pony looked up as a large figure breaks through the roof. The celling collapses , and you emit a scream as every pony began falling on top of another. Dust blinds your vision. Once the dust faded away you look around to see you, and your friends buried by the pieces of the ceiling . You then hear a few groans but, at least that feels you every pony is alright.
All of a sudden , a figure lands in front of you , and stares you right in the eye. It takes you a moment to register that this is a pony. She is very dark shade of violet with reptillian - looking yellow slit eyes with large alicorn wings. Her mane and tail are cut short   And jet black in color with streaks of blood red running through them. She is wearing a bodysuit with slim black boots. The most and terrifying and outlandish thing about her horn. Which was broken in half. With her frightening appearance , it is hard for you not to cower in fear.
"Yes," she purrs in a metallic voice. "You are right to cower before me I am  fear - inspiring.  "
"Hey! Leave her alone! " A tired Twilight emerges  from the wreckage followed by a dazed but otherwise unhurt Spike.
  One by one, all the girls emerges from the ruble and luckily only seem to have a few cuts and bruises.
  "yeah!" Rainbow Dash threatens. " Get lost bug eyes!"    "Shut up! You do not insult me! " Rainbow Dash keeps a menacing look on her face  although she is clearly stunned at the alicorn's reaction. " Something is different. Some pony has returned for my crown. My... Golden Crown. One of you are supposedly meant to wield it."  She then  stares at your [E/C]  eyes. " Well, I don't like it when my property is stolen , or when I hear rumors  about somepony encouraging other ponies  to take what isn't theirs. Tell me [Y/N] , ... who really wants the crown?  You or Celiestia?   Her eyes wonder towards your flank. " Don't think that the fact that you have a tattoo  of a crown on your flank means that your destiny is to steal my crown. After all, destinies are chosen by you not for you."  She is so close to you that you fee her hot breathe on your face.
  "Leave...  her ... alone we have done nothing to you," Twilight practically growls , her horn pointed at the mysterious mare in pure furry. " You have made your case quite clear, and now we will hear no more of it. So get lost."
"Very well... I'll leave ... for now. You  have been warned. As she  opened her wings to fly off, you step forward.
"Wait!"  You say causing her to stop. " Who... are you?" She lets a sly grin spreads across her face.  " You do not know who I am [Y/N]?"  She is so close  to you so close that her voice is only but a whisper in your ear.
" I am Reptantis."  As these words are whispered in your ear, the mare disappears without a trace, leaving an echo an an evil laughter behind.
You stare after her in shock. " She... She knew who I was, she knew my name." You whip your head around to see a frantic Fluttershy searching for Discord.
" Discord! Discord!  Girls! I can't find him!" She runs over to a large pice of celling and tries to lift it, but no avail. You run over to help and the other girls also followed behind and tried to lift the celling piece. You finally are able to lift it so Fluttershy can dart under it. " Girls! He's down her, but I think he's unconscious!" You can tell she's crying.
"Rainbow! Go help her!" Twilight yells through gritted teeth. "No! If Rainbow leaves, I won't be able to hold this side up! " AppleJack snaps, obviously struggling to keep her grip on the fragment.
"I'll go!"  You quickly offered.
" Be careful." Twilight warns. You nod, and slowly release your  hold of the big piece of rubble, and slide under where Fluttershy  disappeared.   The entire fragment was about ten feet in both length and with so it doesn't take long to see Fluttershy hunched over the unconscious draconequus.   "I can't move him! Help me please!" Without responding you run over to them and grab Discord by the scurf of his neck and threw his upper half of his body on top of your back.   "Fluttershy, put his legs and tail on your back and follow me out!"
  Fluttershy nods , once Discord was secured you fix your stare on the small shaft of light coming in from where you came. With every giving moment , the celling fragment is coming closer to your heads closer to shutting you in. There is little oxygen , and your vision begins to blur causing you to teeter a little bit.  You and Fluttershy start walking while balancing Discord on your backs. The light begins to get larger and larger until finally you stepped through it. The enormous weight was lifted off of your back by strange, and distorted voices, and blurs your vision. You look around dazed and confused. You began searching for Fluttershy and Discord but eventually you feel your eyes forcefully shut themselves.
You feel your eyes flutter open after what felt like an eternity  but, you don't see anything for a moment. Have I gone blind? After a moment however, your vision clears to reveal an empty white room. As you look down, you notice that you have a hospital gown on and are hooked up to some sort of machinery. Suddenly, however, you realize that  the room in fact was not empty.
" [Y/N], how do you do?" As you look to your left you see a bartered up draconequess looking at you with tired red eyes.
You chuckle softly, " How well can I be doing in a hospital ?"  " Hmm ... true. I guess I have to thank you for saving my life , because no matter how sappy it may be that was pretty brave." He looks at you gratefully.
" It was no problem, I wasn't going to let you die. But you should thank Fluttershy to I never thought she could ever be that brave but I guess even the shyest of ponies will do what it takes." You fiddle with your hooves and look up at him.  Before you two could say anymore the hallway fills with a quiet voice. " I just brought them flowers, I just want to leave them. I won't wake them I promise."
"Quick, pretend you're asleep if she comes in and finds us awake she'll think she disturbed us." Discord whispers. You nod back then settle down facing Discord and close your eyes as he does the same. You finally hear the doorknob rattle and hoof beats  approaching your beds. Fluttershy sets something  down on your table presumably flowers. You open one eye to see Fluttershy placing a bouquet of  roses from her garden on Discords table, and then walks back over to him. She looks at his face deeply whispers something in his ear and softly kisses him. You lose your breath for a moment as she does this. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh , oh my gosh! After finishing her kiss, Fluttershy walks out the door closing it behind her.
You two sit up straight with shock. You turn to Discord who tried to hide his blush.
"Well... I... I'd never thought she had an interest in me," he says still looking at the door where she left.
" Nether did I, I thought Rainbow Dash was just messing around. It looks like I was very wrong."
"You think? " Discord says as he tried to replace his  shock, and embarrassment with sarcasm. " A - and I don't want you telling this to anypony got it [Y/N]?"  You pretend to zip your lips, then locked them and throw away the key. " Not a word will escape my mouth." You pause. " Hey Discord... what is it that she whispered to you?"
He raises his eyebrows. " You mean you didn't hear that? " You shake your head no. " Well, you know she said... He mumbled.
" Didn't quite catch that," you say as you raise an eyebrow at him. Suddenly your jaw drops, " Did she say what I think she said?"
"Maybe , but it could've been friendly like a  get well I love you"  He plays with his lion paw and eagle paw.
"I don't know Discord."
" Anyways, it doesn't matter anymore it's not like I can do anything seeing that I'm in a hospital bed and the only thing I'm thinking about right now is why did the celling crumbled on me and broke my leg!" He looks at you desperately obviously desperate to change the subject.  Sighing, you begin explaining everything to him, everything about Reptinis, and her threat. "
Wait... Reptantis? That is such a ridiculous name!  At least when I was evil, I had the most amazing name of all... Discord! Just hearing it is scaring me! " Reptintis... that sounds like a lizard!" The draconequess burst out laughing at this. You roll your eyes.
" If you had seen her, you would've understood. The freakiest part about her was her horn... how can she preform magic if her horn is broken?" Discord looks down guilty and your suspension suddenly rises.
" Discord ... what are you not telling me?"
"Well, you see... when we were young, Celistia, Luna , and I knew Reptintis. Well of couse back then she just called herself Repta. When we got to be teens, we stopped seeing her, but we heard stories... stories that she cut off half of her horn so that nothing could stop her from taking over the city Hollow Shades. Celistia stopped her eventually but, I don't know why she had her sights set on Hollow Shades. But yes, we knew each other once."
"Huh." You say. " The world really does work  in funny ways sometimes and now we're being threaten by your childhood friend. " Not only was she my childhood friend, Discord pauses for a moment. " She was my childhood... love."
"Hello! Hello! Is anypony awake in there?" As a A pink head peeks through the door. You and Discord sit up in your beds. " Come on in girls were up." Six pastel  ponies walk in with smiled on their faces and make ther way to your beds.
"Discord, [Y/N], how are you two feeling?" Twilight asks.
"Oh Twilight! I don't think I'm going to make it!" Discord said pretending to act like he was dying.
Fluttershy  smirks.  " Oh is that so? Well I guess that means you don't want this cupcake from Pinkie Pie.."
"On second thought, I'm feeling a whole lot better now." He then grabs the red velvet cupcake with pink frosting from the Pegasus hoof and devours it in one bite.
" How about you [Y/N]?" Twilight looks at you.
" I'm alright, you answer. "I was just a little oxygen - deprived when I came from under the rubble. Discord is the one with an actual injury."
"That's why we're getting you out of the hospital today, Rainbow Dash says.
"Really!" You say excitedly.
"Of course we are darling, Rarity assures you.  "You have a clean bill of health."
"So, you all are just going to leave me at the mercy of these surgeons with sharp knives and pointy objects!"Discord objects.
"It's all right Discord, I'll come and visit you every day . Fluttershy says as she putting a hoof on the draconequess' lion paw causing him to blush profoundly.
"After that, we must travel to Canterlot and warn the princesses of our new threat." Twilight says.
"Oh, and Sugarcube what did that mare say her name was?" Applejack says.
You pause for a moment. "Reptantis. Her name is Reptantis and Discord already knows her."
