The Black Foe of the World
I once used to be human and I once cared about many great things, but after that whorse locked me away for unfair reasons, I stopped caring. I stopped caring for her ponies, I stopped caring for her country, and I stopped caring about her! As if my torture couldn't get any worse, she put me in a pit right underneath her capital.
Arrogant cow. I trusted her and I was stabbed in the back, I helped her conquer nations that threatened her pathetic ponies and my thanks is a tomb? Justice is a lie in this land. The entire world is soft hearted fools that think by sweeping your problems under the rug they will disappear, I would feel sorry but I have run out of pity.
Being locked away will always be the game changer, for two thousand years locked away alone in the dark, it changes how you look at the world. I see now I was the fool, playing the pawn in her game to conquer land. I paid my dues. I suffered here. I deserve to be free!

I felt that! I feel my prison growing weaker! They thought it was the end Melkor, no not Melkor, not anymore. I am Morgoth the great black foe of the world, and I will have my revenge. Celestia you will learn a horrible lesson in humility, and I will be the instrument.

Once this stone prison is finished I will rip away everything you hold dear, Celestia, you will know what true despair is. I will take from you what you stole from me, innocence. Your subjects will know the true colors of their beloved princess. It will be the greatest pleasure to destroy what you worked so hard for, through your backstabbing ways.

We are cut from the same cloth, we will do anything to hold on to our power. But what you failed to understand is I have no qualms about being the villain, I was born to play this role.

“Free at last.” I triumphantly spoke. My joints ache from my two thousand years in isolation. I snap everything I can before standing back to my full height, to move again is a appreciated joy. My limbs twist and turn as I get reacquainted with motion.
I turned to my surroundings, bleak caves to my left and right. Charming. But I need my weapon, my extension of will, I have grown close to my mace. Without my mace I am forced to rely on my magic, it's not my greatest feat.
Even with two thousand six years my magic was rarely used, I stopped trying once the dragons forced their way past the borders.
I stopped moving and began to think on my situation. Where would I place a weapon of a foe I beat? A vault? Plausible, I cannot rule it out. A museum? A possibility that I will have to look into. Or would she lock it up in her room? These will be looked into, but I must find my mace. I try using my magic to locate it, I reach out searching for what belongs to me. I find it a mile above me. The palace would be right about there if memory serves me, but no way to be sure.
With that I began my trek up through the tunnels.
