You look all around you. You stand in an abandoned school hallway. Locker doors are busted, locks themselves shattered, paper and books appearing burnt and torn. The hallway itself had an ash trail that lead deeper into the darkness. You gulped in both fear and curiosity as you began to wonder where the trail lead.

"Follow me." A mysterious voice said

"Huh? Who's there?!" You shouted out of fear

You looked around, behind you and everywhere as you tried to find the source of the voice only to find nothing. Gulping you realized you had no choice and followed the trail deeper into the darkness. You could barely see anything outside of the trail in the darkness but then you emerged out of it to find yourself in the middle of a classroom. The classroom had a whiteboard used for markers and a lone desk and chair in the middle of it all. You went to the desk and saw an old drawing of yours. It was poorly drawn of coarse, but you remember it clearly. It was a gun, a Desert Eagle to be exact. The reason why you drew it was because your father had one and you drew it just for him to remind himself of you.

You shook of your moment of reminiscing to look around the room to see it changed to your old school's cafeteria. Your attention was then drawn to the stage and what you saw blew your mind and made you terrified. It was-

Monday, August 17, 2017/Early Morning

You woke up with a start as you sat up to hear your clock's alarm. You then turned it off and yawned. You then shook your head and thought about the dream you had.

"No. It's not possible. There's no way it could be possible." You said, "I thought I-"

"[REDACTED]! Honey? Are you awake?"

"Yeah mom I'm fine!" You said to your mom as you got up out of your bed

"Well hurry up! Your father's gonna take you to school today!"

You heard the footsteps of your mom walking away from your room door and as the footsteps faded away you sighed.

"Well I'll have time to think about it later." You said as you went over to the closet

Looking into your closet you pulled out the usual cloths you wore from your old school which was essentially that of the Gekkoukan High School Uniform from Persona 3. Putting it all on and placing the S.E.E.S armband on your left arm you then picked up your backpack and placed it around your back and headed on out. Going downstairs you saw your mom making breakfast and not paying attention you didn't see Dad thus you bumping into him and falling on your ass.

"Huh? [REDACTED] are you wearing your, um, Gekkoukan High was it?" You dad asked

"Yes it's pernounced Gekkoukan High dad." You say as you get up

"Yes well, why are you wearing it exactly?"

"Because I felt like it?" You said as sarcastically as possible

You said it sarcastically as possible because you inside were groaning. He should know the reason by now. It's because you really did feel like it. Not because of your love of the game Persona 3. After that little encounter you and your dad headed on out to the car and when you got in you pulled out your Sentry brand headphones you got from a three pack and put it into your Galaxy 3.

As your dad pulled next to the sidewalk in front of the horse statue of your new school, you got out as you continued to listen to your music you look at the statue and grin. The school you went to had a grizzly bear statue in front of it. Going around the statue you then went inside to find the hallways completely empty. That is until you heard a bell and the halls suddenly flooded with people.

"Whoa." You said, "And I thought [REDACTED] High was packed."

You then went over to a rainbow haired girl and poked at her shoulder until she turned around to face you.

"Um, miss? Do you happen to know just where the principal's office is? I was told to see him in a letter I got." You explained

"Left hallway, room 204." she explained

"Thank you." You said before going down the left hallway

After finding the door with the number 204 next to it you went inside and saw a tall woman with pink skin and rainbow hair come out of another door. Taking off your headphones you then went up o her.

"Excuse me miss?" You said getting her attention

"Yes?" she replies

"Are you the principal here at this school?" You asked

"Indeed I am what can I help you with." She said as she went over to a copying machine and placed a photo on it

You were surprised that the principal here was female. You weren't sexist against the gender of the principal just a little surprised. Most schools you saw in games, movies, and T.V shows had the principal as a guy, this was defiantly different from [REDACTED] High. You then snapped out of your shocked trance and then explained that you were suppost to meet up with her since you were the new kid at the school.

"Ah yes. [REDACTED] [ALSO REDACTED]. I remember now. Please come into my office and we'll discuss everything else from there." she said as she took the finished photos from the copier

Following her in you took a seat in the chair right in front of her desk and so did she in the office chair across from you.

"[REDACTED], I've took a look into your records from your past school and let me reassure you of something. You have nothing to be afraid of. Transferring to a new school is something that just happens. Canterlot High puts both teaching and friendship above all else. I know you've mostly kept to yourself over at [REDACTED] High, but at CHS we actually encourage all types of friendships and allow students to show it as long as it doesn't go out of boundaries."

"Well I can already tell this-teah heighdeah-"

You then let out a loud sneeze.

"And I agree with everything I just said." You joked

The principal just laughed a little.

"Oh! Where are my manners? I'm Principal Celestia, sorry I forgot to introduce myself earlier."

"Ah I don't mind, my last principal did that to me." You said, "But aren't I suppost to get my schedule?"

"It's still being processed I'm afraid. Until then we'll allow you to wander around the halls to help yourself learn where everything is." Celestia explained

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" You asked, "Pretty sure people are gonna get confused as to who the weird guy is wandering past their doors."

"Trust me, transfers get that a lot." Celestia giggled

Just then the bell rang.

"Oh! Lunch time!" Celestia said as she got out of her seat, "Come with me, I'll show you the way to the cafeteria."

After following Principal Celestia to the cafeteria you looked around to see students of all kinds chatting with each others, a fashionista talking to a rocker, a drama sitting with a athlete, way different compared to your old school where everyone kept to themselves. You noticed a nearby empty table and decided to sit there. Though you did however get confusing looks from those you passed by. You then made it to the table and took a seat getting out a blue lunchbox and pulling a lettuce, tomato, with mustard and ketchup, and ham sandwich out of it as well as some chocolate milk.

Before eating you noticed a few people looking at you but ignored it as you proceeded to eat. However you didn't notice seven individual girls sit down at your table and by the time you took the first sip of your chocolate milk you somewhat jumped out of your chair while swallowing down the first few bites of the sandwich and milk which made you cough some.

"God you seven nearly scared me out of my Gekkoukan High uniform. " You said sitting down and taking a few breaths to calm yourself down

"Sorry, we didn't mean it." the bacon hair colored girl said apologetically

"Nah it's okay, I got scared pretty easily back at my old school as much." You explained

"Old school?" The purple one with glasses said

"Yeah. I moved in about a couple of weeks ago." You explained, "I'm just now starting my last year here."

"Well this is our last year too." the pink one with poofy hair explained

"School didn't really start until a week ago though." the orange one with freckles added

"Well that would explain why it took me so long to get here." You said

"I hope you don't mind darling, but what is that you are wearing?" the white one with fancy hair explained

"It's my Gekkoukan High uniform. It was originally made for cosplay purposes but after wearing it to school one day by accident it just became my permanent outfit." You explained

"But what's with the armband?" the yellow shy one next to you asked

"It's part of the cosply. It stands for 'Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad', or S.E.E.S for shot." You explain, "It's from a video game I play."

"But what do they do?" The rainbow haired on asked

"It is a group dedicated to exterminating shadows. They are born from humans, and carry with them human emotions, which are mostly negative. And in the case of some of the other games in the series I based this cosplay on, your own shadow can even attack you. Unlike the lesser Shadows, they appear as twisted mirror images of the person they represent, often with red or golden eyes. Despite embodying the repressed negative qualities of their human counterparts, Shadow Selves wish to kill their originals and take their place in the world." You explained, "At least that's what I can recall."

"Oh my!" the shy one said in shock while holding her hands up to her mouth

"Big deal! I kick my shadow's but in an instant!" the rainbow haired one boasted

"Well if you wanna fight something ten times stronger than you and become a blood splatter on a wall be my guest." You say sarcastically

The rainbow haired girl's pupils dilated and pure horror came across her face.

"I thought so." You said, "You can't fight your shadow selves. But the only way to defeat them, is to just accept them. It can be difficult to listen to them, but if you just accept them as a part of you you won't have to deal with the heartache anymore. Nobody would think less of you."

Man I feel like Igor right now. You thought

"That's very deep stuff." The one with glasses said in shock

"Indeed it is." You say, "Now I think it's time for proper introductions."

You then tell them your name.

"What are yours?" You ask them

"My name's Sunset Shimmer." the bacon haired one said

"I'm Applejack." the orange one said

"I'm, I'm Fluttershy." the shy one said

"I'm Rarity." the fancy one said

"Name's Rainbow Dash! Captain of the soccer team!" The rainbow haired one said

"I'm Pinkie Pie! And I love throwing parties!" The pink one said

"And I'm Twilight Sparkle." The one with glasses said, "Like you I'm a transfer student as well. I'm from Crystal Prep, another school in the city."

"It is a pleasure to meet you all." You say

You then hear your stomach rumbling.

"Whoa I need to eat!" You said before continuing on with your lunch

After lunch you and the seven girls began talking to each other as you began roaming around.

"So what's your next class?" Sunset asked

"They're still processing my schedule so it it might not be until tomorrow when I find out." You explained, "The principal let me roam around the halls to help myself get to know the place better."

"Well we've got to get to our classes." Twilight said, "It's been nice talking to you, hope to see you tomorrow!"

"You too!" You said

And like that the eight of you went your separate ways. All day you went from the first floor to the second floor wandering around the halls and occasionally passing by a few classroom doors that had one or two of the seven girls you met. Then came a call on your galaxy. You took it out of your right pants pocket, answered, and placed your phone next to your left ear.

"Hello?" You asked

"[REDACTED], it's me, I just wanted to let you know that I got a new job today over at this other school called Crystal Prep as a assistant coach for the soccer team!" Your mom said

"That's great mom! How's dad doing?" You ask

"Your father's at home doing the cooking toady honey, and please will you at least eat his meatloaf this time?"

"But that's all he ever makes!"

"I know dear, but will you at least eat it this time like the old days?"

"Fine. But just this once mom."

"Okay then. See you after school [REDACTED]."

"Alright see ya later."

You then hung up and put your phone back in your pants pocket. Sighing you went back down to the first floor in time to hear the final bell. Running outside before you got trampled over you went over to the horse statue and looked around for your dad only to find nothing.

"Guess I'm walking." You said out loud accidentally

You then hear a car horn and look to your left to see Sunset driving a 2001 dark red Chevy Impala.

"Need a ride?" Sunset asks as she pulls up next to you

"Yeah. I could use one." You say as you open the passenger door

"Where to?" She asks as you buckle in

You say the street, address, and mailbox number and just like that the two of you are off.

As your house came into view Sunset parked next to the mailbox right in front of your house.

"Well here's my stop." you say, "Hey, I know this sounds crazy, but can we exchange phone numbers?"

"H-huh?!" Sunset asked a little confused

"I mean your one of the few people I've met here that didn't give me some kind of glare or look." you say, "So can we exchange phone numbers to keep in touch with each other as friends?"

"Um sure, I thought you meant-"

"Nah! I don't want a girlfriend right now!" You explain

Sunset just giggled.

"Okay then." she says

The two of you then exchange cell phone numbers and say your goodbyes as you go your separate ways.

After coming inside your home, eating dinner with your family, and taking a quick shower you went to your room and went to your room window opening it and looking outside. Night had fallen and the only light to be seen was that of the street lights. No light to be seen anywhere in the houses. Slowly climbing out the window onto the roof and siting down nice and flat on your back you looked at the night sky with no star to be seen. A smile came across your face though.

"I think I'm gonna like it here." You said

Suddenly bushes started to rustle.

"Huh? Who's there?!" You say at the bushes as loud as you could without drawing attention to yourself

The rustling then stopped and then continued but even faster as the sounds of footsteps could be heard now but running away from your position.

"Who or what was that?" You say

You then look at your watch and see the time.

"10:41." You say, "School's tomorrow."

You then began to contemplate the situation.

"Should I follow it or should I just go back to bed?" you said to yourself

Despite everything in you telling to go back to bed you instead decided to follow it. Dawning your Gekkoukan High uniform again and S.E.E.S armband you followed a pair of boot prints to CHS that lead inside.

"I've got a bad feeling about this." You say

You then go up to the door to find it unlocked and partially open.

"I don't like this." You say

Despite every part of you yelling at you to run away you still entered to find the place very dark with your only light source coming from the night sky lights through the door windows.

"What the hell?" You say as you move to the center of the foyer

Suddenly the main door you entered in slammed shut by itself. Running over to it and trying to open it you found it to be locked.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" You yell in fear as you let go of the door and turn around to face the way you were facing earlier, "WHO EVER YOU ARE THIS ISN'T FUNNY! LET ME OUT!"

Then a door creaked open. It wasn't any of the four behind you, none of the lockers opened and then you hear something rolling.

SINCE WHEN DID THIS TURN INTO A HORROR MOVIE?! You thought in fear

All of a sudden the sound of something falling down the stairs could be heard. And then rolling towards you was a flashlight. You then pick it up and turn it on and found yourself able to see a lot clearer.

"Alright. I gotta find the key to the front door that's all I need to do." You say trying to calm yourself down, "Now where was the janitor's room again? .... Ah ha! I remember now!"

Going upstairs you then heard a door open again only much louder this time. You looked across from the stairwell and saw that the library had opened up. Curiosity getting the better of you went inside and closed the door on your own this time. Using the flashlight to look around you then heard a creaking sound of wood about to break. You start to shiver as you look around the library and then find an open book on a table. It had two keys in the middle of it one had a tag that read "FRONT DOORS KEY" on it and the other had a tag reading "ROOF DOOR KEY". Sighing in relief you pick up both of them and put the roof key in your pocket.

"Now to get out of here." You say

Suddenly you hear a loud growl of a beast.

"W-WH-WH-W-WH-WH-W-WH-WH-WHO'S THERE?!" You screech by accident

"I....am nothing."

"WHAT THE HELL?! WHO ARE YOU?!" You yell as tears out of fear begins to roll down your face

"You....are nothing."

You then run to the door of the library only to find it locked.

"WHAT THE?! NO! NO, NO, NO, NO!" You yell as you began to fully breakdown into tears, "I CAN'T DIE HERE!"

"We....are nothing."

"I GOTTA GET OUT OF HERE!" You yell

You then notice a stairwell leading to the roof and not waisting a second you run over to it and climb up the stairs locking the door to the roof with the key to it you found. you sighed in relief before shrieking in terror as you heard banging coming from it. Running blindly you looked just in time to stop yourself from falling over the edge but turned around just in time to see the door wide open.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!" You yell a little too loudly

All of a sudden you heard the sound of giant wings flapping. Looking behind you then saw a giant she demon looking form of living shadow with red eyes along with another with golden eyes right behind you.

"WHAT IN THE DEVIL'S NAME?!" You shout

"Come....be with us." the red eyed one said

"We can end all your suffering." the golden eyed one said

"OH HELLLLLL NO! I KNOW WHERE THIS STORY ENDS!" You shout as you run for the wide open door only to be cut off by the golden eyed shadow she demon, "ACK!"

"Accept your faith. Because you're already dead." The red eyed one said

THIS CAN'T BE HOW IT ENDS IT JUST CANT!
