The girls stood outside Crystal Preparatory Academy with determination in their faces. Everyone was determined to save [REDACTED]. Everyone was there. Minus RD and Pinkie.

"Pinkie could you and RD hurry it up with yer costume change already?!" Applejack shouted to the side of the school

"Don't worry we're done!" Pinkie shouted from the side of the school

Pinkie and RD then came out wearing...black, blue and white camouflage colored cloths? Pinkie had on black boots, black, red, grey, and white camouflage pants and sleeveless button up on top of a black short sleeved shirt while rainbow had black boots, black, red, grey, and white camouflage pants and a black tank top and both of them were wearing glasses of different colors with Pinkie's being black and and Rainbow's being white.

You tried to drown out the intercom as much as you could, but the problem was that it was so loud you could just BARELY drown it out. It had been like this since last night. You barely had anything to eat and you were growing extraordinarily weak. It had only been since last night that you were stuck in here, but to be honest to yourself, it felt like it had been weeks. You felt like your sanity could snap at any moment. The more you listened to the voice the more and more it began to make sense in your mind.

You then looked to your right to see your "cellmate" Lemon Zest, who appeared just this morning, who had the look of shame. You saw her sobbing a bit and decided to ask what was wrong.

"H-hey. What's on your mind?" You asked

"This is all my fault." Lemon said, "I should've known you were a guy underneath all that chick clothing but you were just sooo convincing!"

"Heh. Trust me even at times i convince myself I'm a girl." You said, "But look just because you messed up this one time-"

"I DIDN'T MESS UP THIS ONE TIME!" Lemon shouted, "IT'S ALL MY FAULT INDIGO ZAP AND SOUR SWEET ARE DEAD!"

"No, it's-"

"YES IT IS! I-I-I-IT SHOULD'VE BEEN ME!!!"

"Lemon. Look. I know how it feels to lose your friends like that. I've actually lost a friend myself once like that."

"H-how?"

"Her name was Bookworm. It was during 8th grade when she transferred to my old Middle School. Back then I was kind of the depressed kid and didn't really have that much in terms of friends. All I had was my friend from Kindergarten, a friend from my 2nd grade year, and a friend who once bullied me in 3rd grade. Then. I met her. We didn't really talk much at first until August 13th, 2013. Until we discovered we had, well, a lot in common actually. We started hanging out more and more and eventually she made a friend who then became my friend, and we ended up hanging out so much people thought me and Bookworm were dating."

Lemon Zest seemed to laugh at that.

"Then, High School came around. We didn't have the same classes together throughout our Freshmen and Sophomore years and we really started to fall apart as friends. Then Junior year came and....."

"What happened?" Lemon Zest asked

"I-it happened." You said with a bit of sadness in your voice

"What happened?" Lemon Zest asked

"She-she died."

Lemon was taken aback.

"B-but not only her, the friend she made friends with as well. They both died at the same time."

"H-how?" Lemon Zest asked

"Bookworm's mom was an alcoholic. Bookworm always tried to break her mom from it, but she just couldn't stop. Then when she was taking Bookworm and her, well my friend too, over to the mall, she was drunk as shit and ended up driving off the damn road into a nearby tree which fell on top of the car killing them all."

Lemon Zest was shocked.

"I was depressed throughout my Junior year. It wasn't until the end though, that i had a vision."

"A vision? What about?"

"I had cried myself to sleep that night and...ironically dreamed about CHS."

"H-huh?"

"But it was different. I was just living my life as a normal student, having fun, making friends, and all that other stuff. It was normal. But instead what I got was this. Crazy how fate works doesn't it?"

"O-oh my god. I-"

"You don't have to feel sorry for me now. I've overcome my depression long ago."

"How long?"

"When I first made friends with those that competed in the friendship games. Well at least made it to the second half. There was just something about them that reminded me of my friends so much. Sunset and Twilight in particular just reminded me so much of Bookworm and her friend. Maybe it was Twilight's glasses, maybe it was Sunset's quick to become friends attitude, it could've been anything to be honest."

"D-do I remind you of anyone?"

"Yeah. My friend from 4th grade. Your personality reminds me of him a lot."

Lemon then smiles.

"Glad to know I do."

VII. CHARIOT (Lemon Zest): Rank 2 Rank Up!

"Hey. If we make it out of this. Do you wanna hang out sometime?" You ask

"Sure." Lemon Zest nodded

"That is IF we get out of here!" You said struggling to get out of the ropes

Suddenly you felt them start to loosen.

"Wh-ehat the?!"

"What is it?" Lemon asked

"I-I think I'm almost free!" you said as you struggled a little more

"Keep struggling!" Lemon cheered

As you continued to struggle the rope became looser and looser and then your hands became free as the rope fell to the ground.

"YES! Free!" You said as you untied the rope around your ankles and legs

"Hey hurry and untie me!" Lemon said as she too struggled

"On it!" You said as you untied the last of the rope

You then got up and went to behind Lemon Zest's chair and untied the rope on her hands where she then untied the rope around her left leg while you worked on the rope on her right ankle and leg. Then when Lemon got through with the rope on her left leg she went over to the rope on her right leg and accidentally touched your hand making both you and her pull back with a blush as you then went back to untying the rope. With that free both you and Lemon Zest stood up only for Lemon to stumble back and groan in pain as you caught her and sat her down again.

"Damn my ankle's killing me! Those bastards must've broke it!" Lemon said

"Can you walk?" You asked

"No you idiot my damn ankle hurts!" Lemon said holding her left ankle

"Try taking off your shoes and stockings and let me carry you." You said

"Good idea." Lemon agreed

Lemon Zest then took off her shoes and pulled off her stocking tucking them into her school shoes. You then picked her up and held her in your arms like as if you two were a married couple.

"Why did you want me to take off my shoes and stockings?" Lemon asked

"Do you REALLY wanna stop every five seconds to pick them up as they constantly fall off?" You asked

"Good point." Lemon said as she held onto them with one arm and had her other around your neck

"Now lets go!" You said as you headed towards the door

Using her free arm Lemon Zest then opened the door and as you walked outside you saw no one.

"Huh?" You and Lemon Zest said at the same time

"That's weird. You think there would be guards." You said

"Yeah unless..."

"Unless you're smart like me." You then turned to see Starlight at the left side of the dead end hall

You and Lemon Zest were cornered.
