Suddenly Pinkie Pie came in from nowhere right in front of you.

"It's your 'Welcome back' party!" Pinkie explained

"Welcome back party? Pinkie you didn't have to do that." you said

"Well I didn't want you to feel down so I made this party to bring up your spirit and it looks like it did for everyone at CHS as well!"

"Okay then where are the others?"

You followed Pinkie to the others and hanged out with them for a while. You then saw Twilight break away and go through a door to the outside of the building. You decided to follow her and headed out to find her looking at the soccer field.

"Twilight?" You called out, "Are you okay?"

"No." Twilight said sounding like she was on the verge of tears

"What's wrong?" You asked going over to her

She suddenly turned around to face you, her eyes about let lose the tears filled dam.

"Tell me what's on your mind." You added stopping right in front of her

"I don't wanna." Twilight said

"If you don't say what's on your mind Twilight you're not gonna feel any better." You explained

"Well. Ever since I've been here and ever since that moment all those months ago when I first visited CHS for the Friendship Games, nothing's gone right for me." Twilight said crying a little, "Nearly everyone calls me a monster, nearly anyone wants to be friends with me and those who do want to be friends with me are persuaded out of my friendship because of that damn moment at the damn Friendship Games!"

"What moment?" You asked

"At the Friendship Games. ..... I turned into a monster. A raging she demon called Midnight Sparkle. I almost destroyed this wold out of my quest to learn more about Equestrian Magic. If only I knew just what a snipe storm I was about to get myself into I wouldn't have even gave a damn about this damn school and all the damn things that went on during my studies of it!" Twilight practically screamed

"Twilight, I'm gonna be honest with you." You said, "I know that feeling."

"What feeling?" Twilight asked

"Everyone knows the feeling to want to learn more." You explained, "Once we discover something brand new to us we want to learn more about it until we can't learn anymore."

Persona was that to me. You thought

"But you weren't there to see just what drove me to becoming a monster. A shadow of my former self." Twilight said

"You're right. I wasn't." You said, "I may not have been there then, but I am now. I wanna help you Twilight. I wanna help you out of this predicament."

"But how?!" Twilight yelled, "Nearly everyone hates me!"

"Lets take small steps and work our way up from there. I promise I'll help you through this. Maybe when we get done people will see you in a better light." You explained

"Well. Okay." Twilight said

"Friends?" You asked

Suddenly Twilight hugged you.

"Friends." Twilight said

Twilight then broke the hug.

"Lets go back inside shall we?" You ask

"Yeah. Lets." Twilight said

The two of you then entered back in the school and hung out with the rest of your new friends. You felt your connection to the Investigation Team grow.

Monday, August 24, 2017/Afternoon

Once the party ended you and the girls went your separate ways as you went to your third period class. A freshman with a baseball and base on his shirt ran by you. You then saw Flash looking a little down. You decided to go over to him.

"Hey Flash, how's it going?" You ask

"Oh. Hey [REDACTED]. Not so good right now." Flash said sighing a little

"What's the matter?" You ask

"It's First Base." Flash said, "That kid that ran past you. He's my little brother."

"Oh! I didn't know you had a brother." You said

"Well ya didn't ask." Flash said

"Oh right." You said, "Well what is it about him that's made ya so down?"

"Well he just said he got off the phone with mom and said she was coming to get him. A fight happened between him and a kid from the Sophomores and I heard it got pretty nasty." Flash said

"A fight?" You asked, "What was it over?"

"I don't remember. I think it was over someone First Base had a crush over." Flash said, "I forgot her name but I think that's what it was over."

"Have you tried talking to both of them to ask just how the fight started?"

"Yeah and nothing. I couldn't get an answer."

"Eesh."

"I don't know how to handle this. Any time I got into a fight it wasn't over anything silly it was over something serious. And my fights usually had a good reason to happen. This. I just don't know what to do."

"Don't let First Base handle this alone." You said, "You need to be there for him right now. Hold an intervention for both him and the one he was fighting with if you need to. Just try to solve this argument before it's too late and becomes a life long feud even if it is something ridiculous. Remember flash people will fight others for either the most stupidest of reasons or even none at all. Stop this before it gets ugly is what I'm getting at."

"Thanks. I needed that." Flash said brightening up a little, "I'm gonna go chat with First Base a little more and see if I can get anymore info. See ya later then."

And just like that he left. You feel like your relationship with Flash has grown deeper.

After third period you went to go put your books in your locker when you got a text from Sunset.

Hey [REDACTED]! Me and the girls are gonna investigate the school again tomorrow. are ya in?

You decided to text her back.

Monday, August 24, 2017/After School

Fourth period came and went, so did your ride home and the rest of the day afterwards. Then came nighttime. you exited your room through the window and off the roof and walked to CHS. You were met with the girls when you got there. You and the girls then went inside and gathered around in the foyer turning your flashlights on.

"What's the plan of investigation this time?" You asked

"We're splitting up like last time, only this time we're actually staying together." Sunset explained

"Same groups as last time?" You asked

"No. We're gonna let you pick who you want to take with you." Sunset explained

"I'll take Twilight, you Sunset, and Rarity." You said, "What about the others?"

"They'll stand guard and watch over the doors until we return." Sunset explained, "It's encase anyone tried any funny business and tried to sneak in while we were investigating."

"Oh."

And with that You, Sunset, Twilight, and Rarity went down the left hallway.

Monday, August 24, 2017/Night

You and the group searched throughout the left and right hallway only to find nothing. The four of you then decided to go upstairs much to your dismay. you checked everywhere only to come up short of nothing. Sunset then pulled out her phone and dialed Rainbow's number.

"Rainbow. We're coming back down we didn't find anything." Sunset said to rainbow over her phone

"FLUTTERSHY RETREAT!"

"Copy?!"

"WE'RE UNDER ATTACK! SOME SORT OF MONSTERS ATTACKING US!"

"M-MONSTERS?!"

"BLACK SHADOWY FIGURES! WE'RE HELD UP IN THE LUNCH ROOM! GET OVER HERE! HURRY!"

"GUYS RAINBOW AND THE OTHERS ARE IN TROUBLE!" Sunset shouted

"I HEARD FOLLOW ME!" You shouted running down the stairs to the 1st floor

The girls then followed you and as you came down you saw the shadow tables burst down the door and swarm into the lunch room.

"Crap too late!" You shouted, "We're going in follow me!"

Taking out your Evoker you then placed it on your head and jumped into the lunch room.

"PERSONA!"
