Short story I wrote for the diaper threads on /trash/. This is my first foray into fetish fan-fiction, so I apologize if it's a bit rough around the edges. I would greatly appreciate feedback and criticism.

The streets of Ponyville were alive and bustling. The sun shone without a cloud in sight and the birds sang their cheerful song across the azure sky. Ponies went about their daily lives; some eating dandelion sandwiches together, others talking with their friends as they walked through the streets. This beautiful scene went unnoticed to one particular purple pony, who had her head buried into her thick notepad.
"Checklist? Check. Saddle bag? Check. Notebooks? Check. Quills? Check. Books? Check." she muttered to herself as she trotted along the cobblestone road to Sugar Cube Corner.
After triple checking her list, she neatly levitated it back into her bag. A wide grin wrapped itself around her muzzle, the kind she only got when she either got a high grade on a test, or was about to start some good old fashion studying. Today, it was the latter, but she was going to be studying something a bit different from her usual magic and science books.
After a couple more minutes of walking and mentally preparing for the coming fun, Twilight found herself at the front door of the bakery. Before she could even lift a hoof to knock, the door swung open and she was greeted with a face full of Pinkie Pie.
"Heya Twilight, you ready to do some of your 'research'?", Pinkie exclaimed, while making air quotes with her hooves.
Startled by the sudden surprise, Twilight took a small moment to compose herself before replying.
"Sure am Pinkie. It's been quite a while since I have been able to continue my studies in this particular field."
"That's the spirit! C'mon, I've got everything set up upstairs!"
Pinkie pranced across the store and made her way up the stairs. Twilight followed her, closing the door with her magic as she entered. The bakery was empty, not a pony or sweet treat in sight. Pinkie told her earlier that the Cakes were out of town on vacation for the week, so Sugar Cube Corner would be closed for a few days. The two ponies had the whole place to themselves.
Twilight made her way up the stairs and into Pinkie's room. When she entered, she was taken aback by how much the room has changed since the last time she was here. Pinkie's bed was had bars attached to the sides, making it look like an oversized foal crib. Various types of stuffed animals slept in the crib, all bunched up together. A large play-mat was spread out across the floor depicting a cartoonish design of Ponyville. Childish toys and play-things were scattered on its surface as if somebody had just been playing with them. Twilight's eyes scanned the room in amazement, taking in the beautiful pastel colors and decorations that coated the walls. She turned to Pinkie, who was busy pulling out a large pink package from her closet along with a large bag. The label on the packaging read Fancy Foal Fashion for Adults.
"So where do you wanna start?" Pinkie asked.
"Well..." Twilight began, "According to Foalish Fetish: Everything you Need to Know about Adult Foals, the first and most important step in achieving optimal regression is the application of a thick, fluffy diaper."
Pinkie giggled softly as Twilight spoke, letting her finish her mini-lecture.
"You're right Twi" Pinkie said, much to Twilight's enjoyment, "But you don't need a silly old book to tell you how to be a baby. Foals can't even read! Let little pinkie show you how it's done."
Pinkie hopped onto the play-mat and reached for the big, poofy packaging. She tossed it about, playing with it and teething on it like a foal would.
Twilight couldn't help but laugh at Pinkie's adorable antics.
"I suppose you're right. I can make notations later when we're done. And besides, the best way to gather data is through first hoof experimentation."
"That's the spirit! Let's get this experiment started!" Pinkie shouted as she tore into the package and pulled out two diapers. They were both quite larger than normal diapers, and extra thick as well. One had pink outlining along the trim and had the same balloon design as Pinkie's cutie mark on the front, and the other was similar but with lavender colors and stars like Twilight's mark.
"Where ever did you get these diapers Pinkie?"
"I had Rarity custom make and design several packages of these for me. She had some experience working with foal fashion before, so she happily took the job. I even got here to make some special ones for when my bestest friends wanted to play with me!" She added as she pointed to several other diapers with butterflies, apples, diamonds, and a rainbow lightning cloud.
"Really?" Twilight inquired, "Rarity doesn't seem like the pony who would partake in these kinds of activities, let alone design for them."
"Oh, you would be surprised Twi. I once caught her posing in front of a mirror when I came to pick up an order talking to herself about how she 'simply adores the way the poofy padding extenuates the curvatures of her derriere'." Pinkie mocked playfully in her best Rarity impression, causing both ponies to giggle playfully, "Plus she gets to help other ponies like me be happy through her diapers."
"I suppose that makes sense. Anyways, She really outdid herself on these. They look great."
"And they feel even better! C'mon, enough chit-chat, let's get padded up!"
Twilight levitated one of the diapers designed for Pinkie Pie and container of foal powder from the bag with her magic.
"Mind if I diaper you, Pinkie? I want to try out a new spell I have been working on."
"Sure. I've never had a magical diaper change before, but I bet it will be fun!"
Twilight's horn shone with a bright purple light as she focused on casting the spell. Her wings expanded as she concentrated hard on the objects in front of her before there was a large flash of magic. The ponies were a bit stunned by the flash of magic, but quickly shook it off.
"It worked!' Twilight exclaimed with great enthusiasm.
Pinkie was laying on the mat, her once bare crotch was now fully padded by the diaper.
"Wowie Twi! You got it on nice and snug! You were even able to powder me magically!" Pinkie stated as she sniffed around her new padding, noticing the light scent.
"Thanks Pinkie, I have been studying advanced changing techniques and been waiting for a chance to apply my theories on an actual pony." She said with a bit of pride in her voice before positioning herself on the mat beside Pinkie, "Now can you change me? I would really enjoy experiencing your non-magical diaper application methods."
"Sure thing, Twilight."
Pinkie rose up from the mat and grabbed the other diaper in her mouth. She unfolded the large diaper with her hooves, then laid it flat on the mat in front of the purple pony.
"Up, up, up little princess." Pinkie cooed as she lifted Twilight's bottom forward, making her blush heavily.
Once she was in place, Pinkie worked a little magic of her own. She applied a heavy amount of foal powder before she grabbed the back end of the diaper with her hooves. Gently she worked Twilight's tail through the groove and taped up the tail entrance so that it was securely fastened. Then her hooves began to work quickly on the front of the diaper by bringing the front end forward and attaching each tape so that the diaper was sung and comfy.
"How's that for a diaper change, Twi?
"Perfect, Pinkie. Your form and technique are impeccable. Not to mention your excellent speed and efficiency."
"Well, you know what they say, practice makes perfect, and this pony sure has practiced." Pinkie replied while rummaging through the bag of supplies. "Alright, time for the super duper fun stuff! From now on we're nothing but itsy bitsy tiny winy foals, so no grown up talk. We talk like foals, act like foals, and think like foals, got it."
Twilight responded with a cute "Wes ma'm!"
"Gweat!" She replied while popping pacifiers into both of their mouths. "Now wets pway."
The two padded ponies sat on the colorful play-mat, examining the bounty of toys before them as they sucked on their pacifiers. Pinkie was immediately drawn to several small pony dolls and a stuffed alligator. She made two of the dolls talk to each other in different funny voices, then picked up the alligator while making loud explosion noises as it attacked the imaginary town. The two ponies then put on tiny costumes and began fighting the large green menace.
Twilight, however, was more interested in a set of colorful blocks. She gathered the pieces she wanted to use and neatly organized them by color and shape. Once done, she thought about what she wanted to build. Images of castles and palaces swam through her mind, but she thought of something better than that; an elaborate library where ponies can read all the books they want. With her design in mind, she began the delicate task of construction. Brick by brick, she piled the blocks onto each other, adding many architectural flourishes to make it as grand and majestic as possible. Nearing completion, she scooted over to where the unused blocks were to gather some more supplies.
Pinkie, being the prankster that she is, decided that this was the opportune moment for her to strike the library down. Grabbing the stuffed alligator in her mouth, she snuck into position behind Twilight's field of view. With a mighty force, she launched the alligator at the block building. It flew forward with great speed, but, much to Pinkie's disappointment, was halted by a glowing purple force field.
"Aww, no faiw!", she pouted.
Twilight turned around after retrieving her blocks and giggled.
"I'm sowwy Pinkie." she said handing pinkie a block, "Hewe. Hewp me finish it an we can destwoy it togethew."
Pinkie perked up and grabbed some blocks. She carefully placed each colorful shape into place, following Twilight's design. With the two ponies working in unison, they were able to get it done right away.
"Now?" Pinkie said as she raised her alligator up with her hooves.
Twilight gave a slight nod, and both of them dived into the library, sending blocks flying across the room. They rolled around in the blocky pile, laughing. Pinkie began to make monster alligator sounds while reveling in the destruction, causing Twilight to laugh even harder. After their demolition revelry, they sat down, beside the mess, tired from all their fun.
"Hey Twiwight, ya hungwy? Pinkie asked after she caught her breath.
Twilight, still a bit winded, just suckled and nodded.
"Awight! Wet me go down an gwab some food. Is it too much to ask fow you to cwean this up Twi?
It wouldn't take that long, Twilight thought to herself, so she shook her head and got up to start cleaning the blocks scattered about.
Pinkie hopped down the stairs and towards the kitchen. She opened up the refrigerator and looked around for the meal she prepared earlier. The food was on a tray at the bottom of the fridge. On it were two rather large jars of orange mush, along with two big bottles filled with milk. She picked it up, grabbed two plastic spoons and went back upstairs and into her room.
Twilight was just about to finish putting the last of the blocks away when Pinkie arrived with the food. The purple ponies eyes widened with joy. She hadn't eaten anything since breakfast, so she was eager to fill her empty stomach. Pinkie placed the tray on the center of the mat and both of the ponies sat around it.
"Awight, wets dig in." Pinkie said fixing a bib on herself and Twilight.
They both took their pacifiers out of their mouths and opened up the jars of food. Taking turns, each pony scooped up a large amount of the puree and fed it to the other. Twilight and Pinkie played around with their feeding methods, making airplane or train sounds as the ate the foal food. This caused their faces to get quite messy in the process.
"Mmm Pinkie, dis is gweat! Wha is it?" Twilight asked savoring a mouthful of the mashed mix.
"Sweet Potato Puwee. Vewy yummy." Pinkie answered before feeding her another spoonful.
The two ponies continued to eat until their jars were spotless. Once done, they wiped their dirty faces clean with their bibs and reached for the bottles on the tray. Both ponies began to drink from the bottles as they sat on their padded rumps. Their eager suckling was rewarded with the sweet flow of milk. The cool liquid soothed and relaxed the two adult foals. Drop by drop the milk drained from the bottles and into the ponies full bellies until they were finally empty.
Pinkie belched loudly as she finished with her bottle. Twilight, on the other hand, began to experience a sharp, rumbling pain in her belly.
"Whas the mattew Twi?"
"I...I...My stoma..." was all Twilight managed to say before she was interrupted by the roar of a mighty fart coming from her rear end.
There was a moment of silence before Pinkie burst into a fit of laughter. Twilight's face became flushed with embarrassment as she fought the lingering discomfort in her stomach.
"Stop waughing Pinkie...I weally have to go...potty..."
Twilight struggled to contain the growing pressure building in her abdomen, but quickly realized that it was futile. She rubbed her belly, relaxing every part of her body as she prepared to fill her diaper like the foal she was. A soft trickle of urine escaped her and soon transformed into a steady stream. The yellow liquid spread throughout the thirsty padding, causing the cutie mark design to fade away into the now stained fabric. With a quiet grunt, Twilight pushed out her load into the diaper. Her warm mess began to spread and squish within the confines of the absorbent garment and continued to grow larger with each passing second. The soft, gooey pieces filled Twilight with intense satisfaction as they made their way through the padding. She strained one last time, releasing what was left before breathing a sigh of relief.
Twilight examined the front of her newly soiled diaper. Her once pristine padding now budged from the massive messing. She put her hoof onto her crotch and began to gently massage it, spreading the warm filling around. The urine mixed with the fresh feces to create a wonderful sensation throughout Twilight's lower body. A soft moan of ecstasy escaped her as she savored the smelly delight. Her mind was completely transported to a diaper-induced state of nirvana. All the stress and worry melted away and were replaced with pure bliss. She was just a filthy filly, and she loved it.
"Wooks wike a naguhty wittle foal made a stinky.", Pinkie commented, sniffing Twilights heavily used diaper. "I wanna be a stinky Pinkie too!"
The pink party pony stood up, squatted low, and grunted hard. A heavy stream of pee rushed into the white padding. The diaper immediately swelled as it tried to absorb the yellow flood, causing it to droop. Then came the poop. Large gobs of feces plopped into the sagging garment as Pinkie pushed harder and harder. Each new chunk landed onto the next, adding to the growing pile of manure, until her bowels were finally empty.
As soon as Pinkie knew she was done, she sat down and squished her messy padding across the floor. Poop smeared the padded ponies rump with each hard rub. She worked her mess, spreading it around as much as she could. It was her goal to paint her entire crotch brown with her feces, coating it with the rich, slimy texture. This was Pinkie's absolute favorite part about wearing diapers. She adored everything that had to do with being a dirty, stinky little foal, especially poop. The sight, the smell, the way it felt on her body. She couldn't get enough of it.
The two ponies continued to savor their sweet, soiled diapers. They glanced at each other performing their vile acts, which added more fuel to the passionate fire they felt in their loins. Their pace quickened as they stared, causing the tension between them rise. Moans erupted from their mouths, unable to contain the immense pleasure. Pinkie leaned down and stuck her muzzle deep into Twilight's stained padding. She was startled by the pink pony's sudden advance, but let her press on. With each hard nudge, her arousal increased. Twilight shoved her thick diaper into Pinkie's face, urging her to dig in further. She complied, spreading her face on the squishy, warm fabric.
In the midst of Pinkie Pie's fervent display of affection, Twilight decided that she wanted to return the favor in her own way. Her horn lit up and caused a purple aura to surround Pinkie's diaper. The magic tightened across her crotch as the its effects amplified. She let out a sharp gasp of pleasure each time the magic pressed against her padding.
The pressure built within the two naughty foals diapers with each passing moment. They edged further and further until they finally burst into a glorious climax. The two ponies collapsed onto the mat, exhausted from their erotic endeavors.
"Pinkie..." Twilight said as she caught her breath "...That was I could really use a nap right about now."
Pinkie just smiled, still a bit too flustered to speak. Both ponies stood up, picked up their pacifiers, and made their way over to the large crib. One in it, they snuggled up under the blankets. Twilight magically turned the lights off so that they could rest.
"So Twi, what did ya think of our little padded play date? Did it help with your 'research'?" Pinkie asked while cuddling up with Twilight.
"Well Pinkie, I got a lot interesting data from actually participating instead of just observing like the last time I came. Being an adult foal is so fascinating and liberating. I never knew that these diapers could lead to such sensual stimulation either. I'm very eager to manipulate some of the variables for next time, though. Maybe we could double up the padding and create a graph based on the correlation of number of diapers and absorbency rates? Or maybe we could run tests to see which foalish activities enhance regression the best? What about spells that enhance diaper usage potential? I can't wait to write my hypotheses down and do some more studying!"
Pinkie couldn't help but giggle at Twilight's nerdy response.
"What about you? Did you enjoy our foal time together?"
"I always have a great time when I get to wear diapers and party. I'm just glad you had a funtastic time, Twi. I love seeing my friends smiling, and it's even better when they're wearing a cute diaper. One of these days I hope all of us can get together and have a super padded pony play date."
" Maybe one day, Pinkie" Twilight replied with a quiet yawn. "I'm sure that the rest of them will eventually see that diapers truly are magic."
Pinkie let out another loud chortle, and Twilight joined in. The two foals laughed until their eyes grew heavy, longing for rest. With more loud yawns coming from their mouths, they quietly drifted off into a deep, peaceful sleep.
