Sunset Shimmer took a deep breath and stumbled onto the stage.
"Hello fellow students," she said, anxiously.
She had a fake smile plastered across her face. But only her friends noticed, because everyone else seemed not to care.
"It has been an honor for Principal Celestia to make time for me to say this speech," she grinned, again, fakely. "I know I've made many mistakes since I've been here. And I'm starting to understand what I've done. And I feel bad; I'm very sorry. I know I turned into a giant She Demon and almost ruined the school, but I hope you all can forgive me. I'd also, really like to be your School President this year. I know it sounds crazy that you'd vote for me, but I've got a speech I think you'll like. Now I understand you think I might be the weirdest and cruelest person that's ever existed, but I want to want to apologize deeply!"
Sunset Shimmer walked across the stage, and Rainbowdash turned on the music. That's when she sang!
I know you don't believe in me. But I can make the change! You are all so wonderful. There's no school, I'd rather exchange. You all matter! No matter what else anything on thinks! You all matter! No one should think that they stink! Because you're all magical. You've got it deep inside you. Even if you don't know it. I know that this true, now it is time for you, to make the right decision! Vote Sunset Shimmer! And you will win! Vote Sunset Shimmer! There's no reason to give in! Because you know I can do it right. So don't begin a fight! Vote Sunset Shimmer! And your dreams will come true. Now, I know you might think, that I'm old and tired. But listen here, listen now, power was all I desired! And you may ask how! But that's all over now. "VOTE FOR SUNSET, YOU WILL WIN!!" She cheered.
There was applause coming from all directions. And Sunset Shimmer blushed, blew her hair out of her face, and smiled; this time, for real.
"That's was great Sunset!" Rarity cheered, as Sunset Shimmer stumbled down the stairs.
Rarity helped her down, and smiled.
"Thank you," Sunset Shimmer replied.
"You've really changed!" Rarity said, kindly.
They smiled as the others joined them, and they walked off, going to lunch.
"Sunset Shimmer!" Rainbowdash burst in to Sunset's house. She peeked around the corner, but no one was there.
"Hello!" All of a sudden, Sunset Shimmer came to the door and smiled.
"Uh..sup," Rainbowdash said. "Anywho..Adagio Dazzle is back and she wants to be school Presidnet, also!"
"Oh no!" Sunset wailed. "Well, that's fine. I'm powerful. After all, power was all I desired."
