Trotham is no stranger to crime running rampant but it never got used to a giant bat vigilante who will do what he can to fix the city. Luckily he'll have some help along the way in the form of Shining Armor transferred back to Trotham after 20 years

Trotham City is no stranger to crime running rampant. And the citizens have all gotten used to the rule of the Stalionis gang. All had given up hope of a day when Trotham could be safe to walk through without the fear of possibly being attacked.

Cobalt Mane is a stallion who lost everything he cared about one night in Trotham, and now he's vowed to get revenge, by helping the city. But the donations from the Mane family to countless charities and such won't be enough. He'll have to do something more... Theatrical. Something he's terrified of. But something that he'll force them to be terrified of as well.
