Apple of His Eye
Hey, you're going to Ponyville!
Load Full Story"I'm sorry Cue," My friend told me again, tears coming to her large orange eyes. "They were going to kill you if I didn't tell them! You and I both know they were going to find out eventually."
I stared back at her, my face turning red with anger. "I was supposed to tell them!" I yelled back, attracting the attention of a few passing ponies. I glared at them, causing them to nervously go on about their business. "What the buck is wrong with you?" I snapped quietly, looking back at Caramel Apple with hate in my hunter green eyes. "You should've never told anyone. I trusted you, and you told my parents! Now I'm being exiled, and it's all your fault! I never want to see you again!"
I turned, tears streaming down my face and my unruly pine green mane flowing in the breeze as I slipped my saddle bag onto my back and took off toward the carriage that would take me to my new home, a small town called Ponyville. Apparently, that new city was a place where your species, cutie mark, and very most importantly sexuality-no matter what it was-didn't matter.
I climbed silently into the carriage, staring at the faces of the homophobic townsfolk. I could see a fire in their eyes, as if they would've rather killed me than just exiled me.
"Don't get any ideas fag," the brawny stallions scoffed as they began to gallop forward, pulling the carriage behind them. Yet, despite their warnings, I just couldn't help but stare at their well toned-flanks and husky thighs for the first few minutes of the ride before I laid down my forelegs and closed my eyes, silently sobbing on my hooves before sleep finally overtook me.
I woke to the shaking of the carriage. I stared over the edge of the seat, and noticed that we were now on a rocky cobblestone path. I could already tell by the hay-roofed houses and pink bridges that we were in Ponyville. "Um, this is my stop..." I mumbled, making the stallions all stop abruptly and send me flying out of my seat.
"Good," one of them said with a whip of his 8-bit styled silver tail in my direction, "I was tired of pulling a queer anyway." They all turned and left, laughing at me rudely and kicking dirt in my direction. I stood up, dusting myself off before walking through the streets of my new home.
It was pretty obvious I would need directions to my house, but I didn't know where to start. After wandering the streets without a pony in sight, I finally spotted a light pink mare with an inflated, curly hot pink mane talking to someone. I casually trotted over to her, and gently poked her back to get her attention. But when she turned around, all I got from her was a long, rather loud gasp before she took off at top speed.
After another bit of time spent waiting, I decided to head toward a small market near the heart of the town. The market in question had lots of tents, not one having the same color as another. Ponies walked around it, some with friends and others by themselves. 'This is probably a good place to ask for directions to the Town Hall,' I thought to myself.
"Um, excuse me?" I asked a passing magenta mare. She looked at me, her puffy yellow mane and tail dancing and her purple eyes filled with kindness. "Can you direct me to the Town Hall?" I questioned.
She nodded, simply pointing with her hoof at what looked like a wedding chapel with three balconies twirled around its exterior. "Thanks," I said as I began to run toward it.
The Town Hall wasn't what I expected at all. It wasn't formal like the one in Granthay. On the other hand, the one in Granthay was only one story high. Ponyville's Town Hall stood at least three stories high, and appeared to have a small lookout post on top. The main exterior was made of wood, and what appeared to be balconies were built onto the structure under the roof and above the door, which was a pretty magenta color.
I slowly stepped up the stairs to the door, expecting the mayor of Ponyville to come flying through it and knock me on my behind. When nothing happened, I proceeded to open the door.
BAM! A large, heavy object crashed into my side, sending me flying down the stairs. When my head stopped spinning and my vision focused, I found I was looking at the sexiest stallion I'd ever seen.
His large size was clearly why I'd been tossed so easily, as a regular sized mare or stallion would've just knocked me down. His strawberry blonde mane was unkempt, shaggy and a a bit long in the back. His tail was just the same, but it was cut short. Judging by the muscles on his legs, he was a hard worker, which was also obvious due to the work horse collar around his neck A piece of hay stuck out of his mouth.
"Uh, are ya okay?" he asked me.
"Oh, u-um, yeah," I replied, my cheeks heating up as I stood up. His voice was so cute, I could listen to it for hours on end!
"Okay," he said as he turned around and trotted off. I waited until he was out of earshot before I let out a small, feminine squeal. I knew at that moment that I wanted to make him mine. I would do anything in my power to get him to like me back. Even if it meant revealing my sexuality to the entire town.
