There's been a murder in Ponyville. Nothing like this has happened in Equestria in years, nothing like it has happened in Ponyville since it's founding. The Ponyville police department, used to issuing parking tickets and responding to noise complaints, aren't equipped to deal with it, and so it's up to Twilight, alongside the only Homicide Investigator in Equestria, to track down the killer before he strikes again.

There's technically a small amount of crossover going on here, but it's pretty minimal. (Only one character is copied over, they don't have the same name from their original portrayal, and it's far later in their life from their original story.) I left it off the tag, but I thought I'd include this warning here anyways to be safe. So, if you avoid Crossover stories for fear of being left out in certain story points, have no fear!
